The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome.
Thursday, 7 April, Year of Alert 2022.
A lot going on in this town.
You now have a new Supreme Court Justice.
We're going to get to all that.
We got Mike Davis that's coming up.
But the complete firestorm about Title 42 in the United States border, in the invasion, Ben, are you in McAllen?
I know you made it down to the Rio Grande Valley.
I don't know if you made it to McAllen yet.
hour is going to be Todd Benzman. We're going to start by going to Real America's Voice, Ben Berquam. Ben, are you in McAllen? I know you made it down to the Rio Grande Valley.
I don't know if you made it to McAllen yet. Where are you from today, Ben?
ben bergquam
Hey, Steve, we just left McAllen.
We're actually in La Jolla, Texas and just to give you an idea of just how nuts it is down here and what these guys have to deal with on our way driving over here to La Jolla.
We're going to be riding with La Jolla PD in just a couple minutes.
We witnessed two vehicles load up with illegals, a black Dodge Charger and a blue Ford F-150.
We called Mission Police as we were driving and Border Patrol.
And basically, we're told by Mission Police they didn't have time to deal with it.
Same thing by Border Patrol and ultimately ended up coming here and had to let the guys go because they realized we were filming them and they started driving crazy through the streets.
But that's just how it is down here.
If you live in the Rio Grande Valley, you're going to have to deal with this.
People crossing over and it's only getting worse.
We were just down with the National Guard.
Actually, Governor Abbott sent down a battalion of National Guard and they're doing training now for what they're calling a mass migration event.
In preparation for what happens on May 23rd when Title 42 goes away and we are just completely overrun.
steve bannon
The reason I wanted to start the show with you today, Ben, I think you probably have the most unique perspective of maybe anybody in this country because over the last couple weeks you've been in Yuma.
You were in Pinal County.
You've been on the Mexican side, right?
From Tijuana all the way down to Juarez.
You've been in the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, El Paso.
You've seen this entire thing developing over the last six, seven, eight weeks.
I mean, you've been doing it with us for a couple of years.
But the anticipation on the other side, the anticipation of the cartels, the anticipation of the NGOs, who all know they've been pushing this and they know it's coming.
ben bergquam
That's right.
steve bannon
Right?
And they're pushing forward.
Give us your perspective on the whole thing.
You've actually seen the entire border, almost all 2,000 miles of it, on both sides, generally.
Give our audience, and particularly the overseas audience, some perspective of this invasion that's going to happen in the United States across a 2,000 mile border, sir.
ben bergquam
The clearest way I can describe it now is we no longer have a border on our southern border.
It is virtually open.
What we see going on now is simply allowing people to come in, break our sovereignty, and being pushed into the interior of this country.
It feels like being down here, American borders don't exist anymore.
And that's the scary thing.
You look at Border Patrol, they're overwhelmed.
You look at law enforcement, they're overwhelmed.
And now you're basically just pouring gas on the fire.
It's very hard to describe if you haven't been here.
And like you said, we've been the entire length of the border from San Ysidro all the way out to Brownsville and down to the Gulf of Mexico.
And everywhere you go, it feels like it no longer belongs to America.
From the border about 100 miles and it feels like that area has been ceded to the cartels is the best way I can describe it.
steve bannon
And in the people, because I think you're going to brief when we went in November.
You'll be back on Capitol Hill briefing people and showing your footage and everything like that.
I actually happen to think you'll be one of the first witnesses called in the Obama, in the Biden impeachment, because the first article impeachment is going to be about the initiation exacerbation of the invasion of our southern border.
And I want to make sure everybody understands this, that in D.C., they've been thinking it through.
They say they don't have a plan.
Their plan is not to have a plan.
But the other participants or other partners, whether it's the cartels or the NGOs or Catholic Charity or all these radical groups, they've been planning this.
And people have been going to Latin America and flying in and being shipped up.
This is highly organized.
The cartels have turned this into an industrial process.
And for the audience to understand something.
The shipment of drugs, as bad as that is, and the fentanyl, as bad as that is, and, you know, Brnovich today was talking about, I think, a fentanyl pill was $20.
You know, it's five times worth more than it was, the volume of it, right?
Although the price has dropped, the volume's gone sky high.
That's nothing compared To the human trafficking.
It's the reason that we built the wall.
We built that wall in El Paso.
You remember, Ben, you came down there because that was the heavy cartel traffic of, guess what?
Women and children.
So, Ben, the people in partnership with the Biden administration are highly organized and this is all thought through.
This is like...
The Oklahoma land rush.
They're just getting ready up to the starting gate, and they're ready to go, and it's already coming in.
And the Biden administration is saying, oh, well, we don't really have a plan.
They've also thought this through, although they won't come forward, and now you have Democratic senators.
They're saying, oh, my God, we've got to team up with Republicans.
You've got Kelly in Arizona.
You have Mastos in Nevada.
They're in panic mode.
Even Hassan in New Hampshire.
The ones that are vulnerable understand this is a hot issue with the American people because it's an invasion of our country.
Something as bad as we've had at the border and it's been terrible for 20 years or longer.
As you know, Ben, this is very different.
Ben Berquam, how organized are the junior partners, the NGOs, Catholic Charity, and the cartels ready to do this, sir?
ben bergquam
They're extremely organized and they're extremely well funded thanks to you, the American taxpayers.
They've received hundreds of millions of dollars.
A lot of people don't realize this.
Last year, Joe Biden authorized them to use $115 million of FEMA tax dollars.
That's supposed to go to disaster relief.
Now that's going to aiding and abetting the invasion of this country.
I was just down at Catholic Charities in McAllen, Texas this morning, witnessed several hundred of illegals It's a well-oiled machine.
From the cartels in South America, Central America, and around the world, their transportation system, they're basically a travel agency.
Once they get to Border Patrol, Border Patrol then hands them off to these NGOs, and the NGOs finish that smuggling operation.
They are making hundreds of millions of dollars, and they are laughing all the way to the bank.
They are celebrating what's happening.
They're celebrating what's happening, but to them this is not enough.
They want the complete destruction of this country.
And as you mentioned, this is not failing.
They're not failing to have a plan.
Their plan is to fail.
It's not failed policy, it is the policy.
That is what the plan of the radical left in America and around the world, the globalists, Marxists around the world want.
They want to destroy the Western world and replace it with their communist, utopian vision for the world.
And we know how that ends.
steve bannon
I just want, Ben, hang on, we're going to come back to you.
Ben Burquam is down in La Jolla, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley.
We're going to come to him.
He's the top investigative reporter in this entire area.
You've got a whole team down there.
I want to hold on for a second.
Remember, Vice President Kamala Harris on with Joanne Reid, they tell us every day, this whole situation in Ukraine is about the sovereignty, the territorial integrity, and the self-determination of the Ukrainian people.
And look on the southern border of the United States, the sovereignty, the territorial integrity, and the self-determination of the Hispanic American citizens down in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.
Okay, we have something very special.
Let's go ahead.
unidentified
We have an introduction clip we want to play and they're going to bring in a very special guest Like a marine she runs toward the danger The oil execs approached her and said, you don't know who you're messing with.
It wasn't something that Daddy gave her.
It wasn't something that the machine prepared the way for.
And she looked him in the face.
Stared him down.
She represented a threat to so many establishments.
steve bannon
Juneau has something called the Corrupt Bastards Club.
unidentified
We're watching FBI raiding legislators' offices.
steve bannon
People in leadership positions.
unidentified
There is no way she can take on this machine.
She blew the whistle on her own party.
She took it on because she knew it needed to be done.
I was actually working against Sarah Palin.
I didn't feel she was strong enough.
I didn't feel she had the gravitas.
steve bannon
Sarah had courage to try.
unidentified
And she's not afraid.
A 42-year-old Wasilla warrior unseating a 26-year political veteran.
On day one, Governor Palin made it absolutely clear that this was a different governor.
If we have government still invading our house, then, you know, the women stand up and we start invading the government.
And that's what we don't see in any politician.
She was a champion of our ideals.
steve bannon
I don't give a damn if the phony intelligentsia like it or not.
unidentified
The liberal media don't matter to me.
steve bannon
Republican establishment don't matter to me.
unidentified
to hell with the establishment because the establishment has put us in this position in the first place.
steve bannon
11 years ago I was honored to be able to make a film, The Undefeated, about then the Wasilla warrior, Sarah Palin.
She joins us now.
Governor Palin, thank you so much for joining us on The War Room today.
unidentified
Oh my goodness, you don't know what an honor it is, Steve.
And hearing those clips, hearing that dialogue, that is you.
That is the undefeated.
Thank you.
Thank you for reminding people.
I don't want to say it about myself.
You articulated it from day one, what we're all about, how we want to clean up corruption, how we're going to tap into smart people like you and others who love this country so much, love our states and know that we got to do all we can to secure it.
steve bannon
Governor Palin, we made that film back in 2010, I think, in early 2011.
You've been a fighter ever since.
You're one of the first people to really respond to the Trump movement and endorse President Trump, at the time candidate Trump.
Why would you come off the beach, given everything in raising your family, everything you've given to your community?
Why now?
Why would you decide to run for the House of Representatives?
Why would you run for Congress to represent Alaska in that very important seat now?
unidentified
Because I'm still willing to run into danger.
And I will.
Our country needs it.
Our state, the state of Alaska needs it.
We have so much to offer the country.
We're the Fort Knox of America when it comes to minerals, oil, gas.
Those things that our country needs to be secure, to be sovereign, to be prosperous.
So with the unfortunate passing of Representative Don Young, who served 49 years in the 49th
Pretty much our only representative ever on the national stage, with the passing of Don Young a couple of weeks ago, and then calls from President Trump, knowing I had strong support from Kevin McCarthy and others, not just establishment, not just the movers and shakers in the party and independents, but knowing that I believe I still have a lot of support from
The good Alaskans who recognize what it is that is to be offered, and I just knew it was the right time.
steve bannon
Let me ask you, in coming to, what does Alaska need right now?
What does it need in the House of Representatives?
We've got a couple of minutes, we're going to hold you through the break, but what are Alaskans looking for in a representative in Congress, given the intense partisan fights we have here every day?
unidentified
Yeah, well, the rest of Congress needs to understand Oil and gas development, energy security, independence has nothing to do with a political party.
You know, it's just common sense.
It's just tapping into God-given resources that are supplied for responsible use of mankind.
It shouldn't be partisan.
So what Alaska needs is a representative who can be in Congress thwarting what the Biden administration is doing, which is locking up our God-given resources so that we rely on and we're owned by other countries like China and we need a representative who is well got nothing to lose but do the right thing fight for the right thing and have the right people surrounding her to help her get the job done. Governor Palin I tell you
steve bannon
what we're going to take a we're going to take a short break and we're going to come back and talk about we're going to talk about your fight because you You...
It's like when you came on the stage in 2008 and gave that incredible speech at the Republican National Convention.
I have never seen, and I wasn't really involved in politics at the time.
One of the reasons watching and giving that great popular speech, and to see how you change the dynamic of that campaign, but more importantly to see how they came after you to destroy you.
That's what got Andrew Breitbart and myself, we wanted to make a film about you.
But I gotta tell you, right now, you running for Congress has also lit up the media, and they're coming hard.
The politics of personal destruction, they started with you, they perfected Under with President Trump, but they're coming hard.
So we're going to talk about that.
Short commercial break.
We have the former governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin, now running for the House seat in Alaska.
We're going to return in just a moment
unidentified
War room pandemic with Stephen K Bannon. The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide war room Pandemic here's your host Stephen K Bannon you.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back in the world.
We got Ben Burkwam is down the Rio Grande Valley in La Jolla, Texas.
He's riding with PD down there.
We're going to get to Ben, back to Ben in a moment.
We've also got Mike Davis from Article 3.
Mike Davis is here to report about the confirmation vote today of Judge Jackson and what that means in the future, particularly the Senate seats in Arizona and Nevada and others going to be in jeopardy.
I want to go back to Governor Sarah Palin now, runner for Congress from Alaska.
Governor Palin, you've spent a lot of time in Arizona.
I know you have a great love of that state.
The folks in Alaska, are they up to speed on what this invasion of our southern border is and how this is destroying the lower 48, the United States of America, ma'am?
unidentified
Yeah, I think it's going to be helpful that we sort of wrap up the recognition of all these adverse effects of not having borders, meaning we're not going to have a nation, shortly here if this continues. But as I'm listening to your teases, Steve, on your show, and then the actual dialogue with people who are there on the front lines explaining to Americans what's going on, you're talking life and death of America when you're talking about what's going on
at the border, the non-existent border.
That reminds me how important it is that all Alaskans realize it.
Now, Alaska is strategically located on the globe, as you know.
You don't laugh about the fact that you can see Russia from Alaska, and Canada is right there on our other side.
So, you know, we maybe feel isolated a little bit, or insulated perhaps.
When it comes to the continental U.S.
and, again, the adverse effects of no borders and an invasion of illegal aliens in the continental U.S.
But because of our strategic location and the security that we really can provide if those in Washington, D.C.
would recognize where we are and who we are as a state, it's just really, really important that people understand what you and your guests are talking about, again, It comes down to the life and the death of America.
steve bannon
When you ran, and when you were the Vice President as a candidate, one of the reasons the media came after you so hard was you represented so many strong American values and the values of family.
And somewhat a woman who, about the self-determination of an individual, but a mother who took care of her family and represented kind of, you know, the whole mama bears and all that.
We just had a Supreme Court Justice, she was on the Appellate court, highly qualified, Harvard College, Harvard Law School, top honors, you know, the highest grades, worked for the clerk for the best people, top law firm, on the appellate court, like I said, lifetime appointment already.
But in this confirmation process, Mike Davis and others were able to to unearth the fact that she's incredibly just she doesn't hold child pornography which is really the the the rape and torture of infants and children and babies. She's never been very strong in handling you know handing out penalties for people that do that either review that stuff or pass it on. And this has led to this Disney thing.
It seems like right now, more than ever, there's an absolute assault and attack on the American family.
Walk us through, in your campaign, is that going to be at the forefront of what you run on about this, about not allowing children to be weaponized to destroy by the radical left, the American family?
unidentified
Oh my god, I will go to the mat on that one.
I will fight to the death on that one for kids and for safety.
I'm a little bit riled up right now, Steve, because I got a call from a safety officer a bit ago saying, my little boy, my son, on his way to the bus stop this morning, and it's a special needs bus that he jumps on, somebody's out there taking pictures of Trig.
And I'm like, yep, here we go.
It's getting ramped up already.
6.55 in the morning.
Somebody's out there taking photos, thinking that they're sneaking around and, you know, paparazzi.
I don't know.
I don't know why they're doing it.
But what that stirs in me, and it's not just for my own kid, but it's for the kids of America, is anybody who seeks to harm a kid and, Steve, as we talk about this new Supreme Court nominee, Anybody who would defend those who would harm America's children, I will do, and I will join others who will do the same thing.
We will do whatever we can to stop that harm.
That's just so fundamental in our belief, in the foundation of our country.
It's foreign to me why anybody would counter my position on that one.
But no, Mama Grizzly and me, it's not just for my own kids.
steve bannon
Governor Palin, two charismatic leaders, Donald Trump and yourself, they have to get to the politics of personal destruction.
Are you prepared for what they will do?
Because, like I said, in 2008, you turned the McCain campaign around.
In fact, in the film, we brought up the point that I think it was Gallup Poll on the day that Lehman Brothers was put into bankruptcy, and I think that was September 15th in London.
I believe that you guys were one point up in the Gallup Poll.
You had turned that campaign around, but the mainstream media went after to destroy you personally.
They knew they had to do that.
Are you prepared?
Have you thought this through?
Are you prepared?
Because Sarah Palin in Congress, particularly when we get the sweeping majority and we look to impeach Joe Biden and the things that have to be done to turn this country around, starting in the House of Representatives, are you prepared for what they will try to do to you?
Because they will know no bounds.
The game's actually gotten rougher and nastier in the last 10 years.
unidentified
Yeah, I know that.
And remember, see, we started talking about fake news before talking about fake news was cool.
It was those years ago, we recognized the lies that the media is willing to spew to destroy a person.
It's all about politics of personal destruction on their agenda.
But it's just like when I took on the New York Times, I'm still suing the New York Times for lying about me, but it's a much bigger picture than that, you know, lies just about me.
It's about zero integrity in that lame strain media and they're proud of the fact.
But no, see what?
Oh gosh.
I kind of say this and president Trump and I, we sort of laugh about it.
Like what more can they say about us though?
I know what they want to do is to get me to wave that white flag of surrender.
Um, because you know, they think that they're just going to overwhelm me with the negative.
And I'm, I'm not going to do that.
They can hit me with the best shot.
They're going to keep doing that.
I'm not going to give up fighting for the people.
But what they want to do is destroy my record.
And that's what the people of Alaska have got to overcome.
Ignore the lies that they're going to say about me and about my family.
They're going to make up more things, too.
But how about my record?
You know, we watch them do that across the nation, the media.
So I got to make sure that supporters can ignore those politics, personal destruction, like I've had to learn to do and do my do their own homework.
Recall what it is that I did for the state and the promotion that I provide the state every day of my life out there on an international stage.
Hopefully the voters will ignore, recognize and ignore What the media is going to be pulling here.
steve bannon
Governor Palin, thank you so much.
You're still the undefeated.
Governor Sarah Palin, now running for Congress in the great state of Alaska.
Look forward to having you back on here in the War Room.
What's your social media and how do people actually get to the campaign?
The people know enough about you, but they want to know how they get to the campaign, find more about the campaign, and how they follow you on social media.
unidentified
That's a good question.
Following me on social media, it's as simple as I am.
It's Sarah for Alaska dot com.
Instagram is Sarah Palin 97.
But Sarah for Alaska dot com.
And yet you mentioned the undefeated again.
Let me tell you personally, you that film mentally, emotionally, you'll never know what that did for me.
Watching that film, remember there when we had the release of that film and just, you know, a nice small town America.
What that did for me was, it was like a salvation.
It was like, ah, somebody gets it.
Thank you, Jesus.
I got this guy on my side.
He gets it.
And he countered those horrible celebrities, those stars who were saying the worst things.
You countered it and you made me feel a heck of a lot better.
It really empowered me.
So thank you for the undefeated.
steve bannon
Well, I gotta tell you, Andrew Breitbart and I, I remember in Pella, Iowa, the great town of Pella, Iowa, I think it was like 10,000 people showed up.
It was incredible.
Andrew Breitbart was there, gave the speech right after the screening of the premiere, so it was fantastic.
So thank you for letting us make it, and we look forward to spending a lot of time talking to you on the campaign trail, ma'am.
unidentified
Thank you.
I hope it's a lot of time, Steve.
Your listeners are awesome.
You're awesome.
Appreciate you guys.
steve bannon
Thank you ma'am.
Governor Sarah Palin.
Sarah for Alaska.
Let's everybody pile in there and take a look.
I gotta tell ya, President Trump and Sarah Palin trigger them.
What they hate is charismatic leaders in the America First movement.
And you see they come after them, they come hard.
They ride hard against these people.
And it's not pretty.
You see already, she's saying it's 6.55 in the morning out in Wasilla.
There are already photographers out there photographing her special needs son, Trig, going to the school bus, to a special needs bus.
So some adult knows he's a special needs little boy, and they know he's getting a special needs bus, but they got the camera there, right?
This is the beginning of the intimidation process.
They want to know that they're always tracked.
So this is, this one's going to be, just think back, go back in time and think of 2008 when she first came on the scene, and they were in full panic mode.
Full panic mode.
I'm going to talk to my producing partners.
We're going to get The Undefeated up for you guys to see.
It's a film that we're very proud of.
She's tough as boot leather.
And that's what you need right now.
You need authenticity.
You need toughness.
You know, fight.
And you need the ability to take political pain.
Authenticity.
Fight.
Right?
Not give up.
And the ability to take political pain.
Okay.
We're jam-packed.
We're going to go back to the board of Ben Burquham.
We've got Mike Davis about this vote and how we're going to go forward.
We've got the great Vernon Jones going to be in the house.
All of it coming up next in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room. Pandemic. With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon

Very honored.
Just had Sarah Palin, who's a fighter, very honored to have Vernon Jones, a fighter that's on Capitol Hill today, has decided to drop by.
Vernon's going to be with us for the next couple of segments.
Vernon, thank you.
Honored to have you here, brother.
vernon jones
Let me tell you, it's hot in this war room.
steve bannon
I see why they call it the war room.
vernon jones
We fight here.
steve bannon
Vernon gets to see the pleasure of the between in these segments.
We have team discussions about how we're doing.
I want to go back.
I got Ben Berquam.
He's riding with La Jolla PD down the Rio Grande Valley.
Ben Berquam, tell us what's going on.
What are you going to be doing for the next couple of days?
ben bergquam
We're down here, like you said, riding with PD.
I'll be actually going down and filming from the airport tomorrow, and again, showing you some of the footage from Catholic Charities and these organizations that are undermining America from within.
And we've got an amazing team.
You've mentioned it, Steve.
Real America's Voice has the best team when it comes to border coverage.
We've got Alden Caballo, we've got Oscar El Blue, We're working with conservative Anthony, you've got Michael Yan, you've got Todd Bensman.
We're going to continue covering this, exposing the left and the undermining of America until we take this country back.
steve bannon
You throw in Chris Kobach.
We have the most comprehensive coverage from the Darien Gap all the way up to the Rio Grande Valley to the interior of the United States.
All the analysis.
Todd Bensman is going to be on the next hour.
It's absolutely incredible.
And I've got to tell you, Ben, we're going to punch out and go to Mike Davis, but I just want the La Jolla PD to know.
There's a firestorm on Capitol Hill right now about this Title 42.
And it's not because the Biden administration or the Democrats want to do the right thing.
They understand.
This thing comes off as it is.
Senate seat in Arizona gone.
Senate seat in Nevada gone.
Senate seat in New Hampshire gone.
You add that on top of this vote they just took on the child pornography situation with the Supreme Court.
They're going to lose the Senate, and they're in panic mode right now, and these House members.
So Ben, real quickly, I know Law & Border is an amazing show up on Saturday night.
How can people find you on social media on the Real America's Voice app?
ben bergquam
Americasvoice.news.
Download the app, iOS and Android, and then on my site FrontlineAmerica.com and all of my social media at Ben Burquam.
It's an honor to be with you, Steve.
steve bannon
Ben, as always, and tell the guys down there, the men and women of La Jolla PD, we got their back.
The people down there are so incredibly brave.
It's insane.
This border invasion will go down in American history as one of our darkest episodes.
Ever, and how this thing was allowed to happen.
Talk about dark episodes and something that is just unacceptable.
And this is the caving of the Republican establishment in the Senate.
Let's bring in Mike Davis from Article 3.
We now have a new Supreme Court.
Justice Mike, tell me about Mitch McConnell and the team.
I take it we only had, we didn't have 30 hours of debate, we had less than two hours of debate, sir?
Did Mike freeze?
You know, he knew it himself.
Okay, Mike.
I know the technology.
Mike, you would think after three weeks of doing this that you would have that... even I'm not that technically inefficient, but go ahead.
Tell us what happened.
Why didn't we have 30 hours?
We had you set up to do play-by-play, to be on Getter, to have your very spicy Twitter feed going, and they only had two hours instead of 30.
Why was that?
mike davis
Maybe they didn't want to see my ugly face for 30 hours, I'm not sure.
But, you know, I always said when I was running these nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee, I always said, you know, the best way to get senators to do anything like confirm judges is to merely threaten to make them work past 2 p.m.
on Thursdays, because it's amazing how much work you can get done if you just make that mere threat.
And, you know, I don't know.
I don't think, I think it was a bad decision on Senate Republicans' part to not take the full 30 hours here and make the political argument against Judge Jackson's nomination to the highest court in the land and make this as painful as possible for people who, for senators who vote for this, for this disqualified nominee like Maggie Hassan, and New Hampshire, Mark Kelly in Arizona, Cortez Masto in Nevada, Warnock in Georgia,
even people like Manchin, who's up in 2024 in West Virginia, Romney, Mitt Romney in Utah in 2024.
Murkowski in Alaska in 2022.
Susan Collins, she's not up till 2026, but this needs to be an issue.
This is more than just a political issue or a legal issue.
This is a moral issue.
What they did here was they really failed their constitutional duty by elevating Judge Jackson to the Supreme Court with this horrific disqualifying record on these child sex predator cases.
These cases of videos and images of kids and babies I want to ask you, you put in a tweet today, and I think it's up on Getter, and I don't know if I got it to Denver, I might not have, but I want you to describe it.
steve bannon
You were tweeting about the Kavanaugh confirmation, and you listed out Democrats that basically lost their re-election bids because of that vote.
Can you tell who they were, and what's your justification for that?
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, I love sending these four Senate Democrats into early retirement in 2018.
It was Joe Donnelly from Indiana, Heidi Heitkamp from North Dakota, Bill Nelson from Florida, and my favorite pain in the butt Democrat senator was Claire McCaskill in Missouri.
So they might be arm wrestling right now for slots on MSNBC with Jen Psaki.
I'm not sure what they're doing, but they're not United States senators right now because they got into a culture war fight on a Supreme Court nomination and they got slaughtered in the election.
steve bannon
So talk to us now.
This is going to be the most toxic confirmation vote because of the situation with the child pornography.
Walk through who the vulnerable ones are and what does our audience have to do right now?
Because, quite frankly, the people, JCN and Leonard Lea, they're supposed to do this.
They're out today putting up more Ridiculous tweets and more ridiculous commercials about this.
They've completely missed the plot here about what Judge Jackson, and I realize some people in the audience and some people in the live chat don't like when I say this, but my belief was she was highly qualified.
She went to the best colleges.
She went to the best law schools.
She had all the traditional qualifications, which made her, this aspect of the child's pornography, to me, more outrageous about her judgment, the lack of judgment.
And that's what disqualified her.
mike davis
So I'm taking off my Article 3 Project hat and putting on my personal hat here because Article 3 Project is a C4 and I would just say the people who should be targeted for this vote are the Democrats who are vulnerable.
This November, and that is Maggie Hassan in New Hampshire, Mark Kelly in Arizona, Cortez Masto in Nevada, and Raphael Warnock in Georgia.
This is an indefensible vote that these four took to elevate Judge Jackson to the highest court in the land for the rest of her life.
When she has this 25 year pattern going back to Harvard Law School, following her on the United States Sentencing Commission as President Obama's Vice Chair, and eight years on the DC District Court where eight out of eight times, she gave rock bottom sentences to these monsters who watch, trade, peddle these child pornography images and videos, these images and videos of young kids,
even babies being tortured, raped and tortured.
This is not hyperbole, we have the records.
We have the records from the eight cases on the Article Three Project's website.
We took the time to go get these records and do the research, do the deep dive.
We have the transcripts from the sentencing hearings where Judge Jackson heard what these prosecutors were describing in these cases.
We have the sentencing memos where the U.S.
Attorney's Office prosecutors submitted written sentencing recommendations to Judge Jackson with the horrifying details of each one of these cases and Judge Jackson Apologize to these defendants sometimes oftentimes and gave them the most rock-bottom Sentences that she could and I'll tell you what the kids were most vulnerable in this in these horrific crimes or kids in Southeast Asia and kids in Central and South America.
These are the kids who are being kidnapped by the Mexican cartels and sold into sex slavery and And it's monstrous, and it would not happen if we actually had deterrence, if we didn't have judges apologizing to these monsters, if we had judges throwing these monsters in jail for longer periods of time.
steve bannon
Last thing, I think it was Punchbowl today, in assessing this, said that the Democrats in Durbin were particularly very upset at the White House about how, given her qualifications and how well she's done academically and as a clerk with the top, how unprepared she was for this area.
Yeah, I mean, it's shocking.
Like you said, Harvard, Harvard Law School, Supreme Court clerkship, judge for a long time.
And you have to think, was she just not prepared?
he then in his opening remarks said it so she knew it was coming.
They were upset about how she was prepared for everything else, but totally unprepared for this.
What say you, sir?
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, it's shocking.
Like you said, Harvard, Harvard Law School, Supreme Court clerkship, judge for a long time.
And you have to think, was she just not prepared or does she not?
Does she seriously not take these cases that seriously?
And either one of them is hugely problematic, right?
I mean, and I really do.
I mean, I know if you look at her record, she does not think that these monsters who do who look at this child pornography, these child sex torture and rape videos, she does not think that they're pedophiles.
She does not think that they're dangerous.
So therefore, she does not think that they need to go to prison for as long as they do.
And that's very clear.
From a 2012 hearing at the U.S.
Sentencing Commission, we have the transcript on Article 3 Project's website.
This is not a one-off deal where some 19-year-old kid gets leniency because he's sending some inappropriate photos to his 15-year-old girlfriend.
This is the sickest, most depraved stuff on the planet, and it's inexcusable.
It's disqualifying.
And it's disqualifying for any senator, 53 senators, who think that this is acceptable.
All of them should lose their jobs, Democrat or Republican.
steve bannon
Mike, how do people get to you and how are they following you on social media?
mike davis
Yes, MRDDMIA on Getter and Twitter, MRDDMIA.
And we're at article3project.org, article3project.org.
And thank you again, Steve.
You've been a true hero for letting us get out this message over the last month.
steve bannon
We just provide the platform.
It's the audience has put their shoulder to the wheel and shocked Capitol Hill with the number of calls that came in.
So Mike Davis, thank you very much.
Great job.
mike davis
Thank you.
And thank you to your audience.
steve bannon
Okay, we don't often get Vernon Jones in the Capitol.
You're someone that's running for Congress, but you think this place is actually a bigger swamp than Atlanta.
So what brings you to Capitol Hill?
And I want to talk to you about two things that are happening, obviously the Title 42 and the invasion of the southern border, and then this fiasco we've had in the In this confirmation hearing.
Bill, what brings you to D.C.?
vernon jones
Well, obviously, I'm here.
I'm doing my research.
I'm looking at what's pending in terms of legislation.
I'm looking at and following the Supreme Court vote today, which you and I both agree that that was a disaster.
steve bannon
Why was it a disaster in your regard, in your mind?
vernon jones
For someone to be that lenient on a pedophile, someone who has their established record there, you see.
He mentioned how he pulled the court cases, the verbiage that came from it.
You can see, it's there.
steve bannon
Do you think she was prepared for that part of it?
vernon jones
Not when you can't even define what a woman is, being a woman.
No, she wasn't prepared.
Was that arrogant?
steve bannon
She's obviously smart enough, has nothing to do, she's top at Harvard.
They did that on purpose, or she's just not prepared?
vernon jones
Well, let's think about it.
Where do the liberals want to take us now?
To a gender-neutral society.
So now, they don't want to define what a woman is and what a man is.
They want it to be blended.
You just exist.
And you and I both know if you want some eggs, you don't buy a rooster.
Let's be clear.
There is a difference here.
And I'm not going to ever back off being a man.
There is a difference.
God made man and made woman, male and female.
You and I both know that.
That's important.
And for them to want to erase that from our minds and then children, they're teaching children that there are 52 plus gender differences.
They should be learning ABCs, not by You're not learning LGBTQIA and all those things.
They're harming our children.
steve bannon
Short break.
We've got Vernon Jones in the house.
Running in Georgia 10 for Congress.
A Trump-backed candidate.
Endorsed candidate.
Be back in a moment.

There's all kind of, Karnacki's got statistics, and we're probably doing the 6 o'clock show, about Hispanics rapidly coming to the Trump movement, over 50%.
I argue that the African-American community is going to do the exact same thing.
A big reason of this is that Coming from the South and living in a predominantly black part of Richmond, they are the most socially conservative of folks.
And there's an all-out assault on the black family from these schools and from these companies and all of it.
Is that a centerpiece, going to be a centerpiece of your campaign?
vernon jones
See, let's be clear.
The black community has always been very conservative, faith-based.
Who goes to church and stay in church along with the black people?
As a matter of fact, I joke a lot and say, I don't go to black church anymore.
I go to white church.
This goes in and out in five minutes.
But they're very conservative, always been conservative.
They believe in having a father and a home.
When you look at the liberals, now they want to destroy the nucleus of the black family.
It's important to have a black male in that family.
Hard work.
Black people work hard.
They don't want handouts.
I wasn't reared a victim.
They said, look, if you don't eat, if you don't work, you don't eat.
That's the way things are.
Education.
Who focused more on education than the black community?
Look at who our leaders were then.
It wasn't the liberals.
It was the black minister, the black teacher.
Those folks, we had great teachers, we had great spiritual leaders, and they focused on the family.
Now, the white community, white liberals have destroyed the black community.
I say it all the time.
Now it's time for the black community to destroy these liberals.
steve bannon
What do you mean that the white liberals have destroyed the black community?
By targeting the black family?
vernon jones
They're targeting the black family.
You know, they don't want a black male in the home now.
They're literally now saying, you know what, there's blended genders, there's no male anymore, there's no female anymore.
steve bannon
How is that playing in the black community?
vernon jones
Well, let me tell you, white liberals have hijacked, and they're using black faces to carry out their liberal agenda, so black people can feel comfortable with it.
I can tell you right now, Obama was the one who really, liberals got Obama to come out and say, you know what, males and females can go in the bathroom, transgenders, but Sasha Malia, would you let them go in the bathroom with a transgender?
We let them go in the bathroom with a transgender?
He was the one who was focusing on black men.
See, liberals have hijacked, look at them, they have Stacey Abrams.
That's who they're using to carry out that liberal agenda.
They're using Warnock to carry out that liberal agenda.
steve bannon
Isn't he a preacher, a man of the cloth?
vernon jones
He's a pastor at Dr. King's church.
You can't tell me Dr. King supported abortions, late-term abortions.
You can't tell me that Dr. King did not support traditional families.
You cannot tell me that Dr. King didn't support just, you know, enforcing the law at our borders.
Civil rights and gay rights, let me tell you, Civil rights for blacks and gay rights for gays are two different things.
steve bannon
They say it's the same thing.
vernon jones
But it's not the same thing.
It is that, because you know what?
I don't know what you are unless you tell me what you are if you're gay.
But when I walk in that room, you can tell that I'm black.
I'm black from cradle to grave.
Let's not get that confused.
But they can actually change.
You know, you can go from being straight to being gay to being transgender and all these other genders.
But when you're black, I don't have a choice.
I don't have a choice.
So to compare the two, When did gays come over here and shit?
steve bannon
Does that rub folks the wrong way?
vernon jones
It rubs me the wrong way.
It rubs a lot of the African American community the wrong way.
But the liberal media do not want to put me and others on their networks to redefine that narrative.
They are literally breaking down the moral fiber and fabric of the African American community.
We've always been conservative.
We've led the conservative movement.
And to see what's happening now, Steve, it's un-American.
That's why, Steve, you know, it's going to take conservative African Americans to save the Republican Party.
Because they saved us from slavery.
steve bannon
You're one of the few people who have actually been to the border.
We've got a couple of minutes here.
Title 42, if it comes off, you know about the invasion.
You've been down there with the police officers and the Border Patrol.
What is your sense running for Congress?
How big an issue is this in Georgia 10?
vernon jones
It's a huge issue.
Listen, drugs are coming in.
Gangbangers are coming in.
18,000 illegals coming across the border now because of Joe Biden.
But wait a minute.
Now he wants to give them a free phone.
A free cell phone.
But they say the reason why is so they can stay in touch with them.
steve bannon
Check in, check in.
vernon jones
Really, you think they're going to check in?
Does anybody buy that?
I don't buy it.
You don't buy it.
The American people don't buy it.
But you know what?
The liberal media is going to try to hide and try to promote Joe Biden.
You know why?
Because if you look at where this country is going, they know Joe Biden doesn't have, he can't add two and two.
But that liberal agenda and Joe Biden right now and the Democrat Congress, they're trying to get as much as they can through before the Republicans take it over.
And we are going to take over.
I just hope when we take over, we do what we say we're going to do.
steve bannon
We started the show with Sarah Palin, we're ending the show, the first hour with you.
