Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, now we're going to focus on things that American, these lawmakers should be focusing on, the Republican Party and the donor class.
The reason the donor class doesn't want to focus on this, they are supporters of the guys on Wall Street and the technology guys, all the big donors are supporters of the Uniparty.
That's exactly why we're doing it, because of the way they enrich themselves.
But we want to go to what's important for this country, and that's the invasion of the southern border.
Let's bring in Todd Bensman from CIS.
Todd, just, I want to go through some math here, because, you know, everybody in this town's all focused on the sovereignty, the territorial integrity, and the self-determination of the Ukrainian people, and the eastern Russian-speaking language border of Ukraine is sacrosanct, right?
That's what we're going to go to World War III about.
Want me through your latest numbers on what the invasion of our southern border looks like, sir, in January, February, and March?
todd bensman
Sure.
Well, the February numbers are out.
We're looking at 158,000.
Apprehensions and another 48,000 gotaways.
So, you know, again, you know, we're looking at 200,000 plus just swarming through.
Same thing in January.
We had 148,000 crossed.
Same with December.
So we're looking at ionospheric numbers.
There is a major border crisis, historic in nature, happening at that southern border with Asylum backlogs of 4.5 plus years to adjudicate each case, well over a million asylum seekers, most of them will be ineligible.
So the whole border is still just breaking down.
steve bannon
When you say ineligible, when you say ineligible, they just come and we lose track of them.
They're just wandering around America.
We have no earthy idea where they are.
What is it, 75% of them still don't show up for any appearances?
It's a joke.
That's a give-them-a-ticket-to-go-in-the-country.
I want to repeat, if February is 158,000, please War Room Posse and all the historians out there and military types, I believe D-Day of Canadian, British, Australian-French allied forces, day one, hitting the beach, I think it was 156,000, if memory serves me correctly.
So in February alone, February alone had more than hit the beach at Normandy.
An invasion.
That's an invasion.
Hitler thought it was an invasion.
You know, Rommel thought it was an invasion.
Right?
They thought it was an invasion.
This is an invasion.
What's going to happen in March, Todd Bensman?
todd bensman
Well, it's looking about the same.
We're going to probably escalate the numbers.
We'll see more numbers in March, April, May.
Those are historically the months that, because they're nice travel months, people like to travel during those months.
So we should see a big escalation.
And if we, if the Biden administration does away with Title 42, which is they're under tremendous pressure to get rid of that.
Then all bets are off because right now they're still pushing back a majority of especially single adults under Title 42, which is somewhat of an impediment.
They turn around and come right back, but it's still a pain for them.
So the illegal immigrant advocates have placed this at the very top of their agenda.
They want Title 42 gone so that All of those people, everybody who comes to the border can apply for fake asylum and get in.
steve bannon
Yeah.
That's fake asylum.
You got a million people wandering around here.
As soon as you get the ticket, you never show back up.
And there's no enforcement because he's cut ice out.
There's 50 to 80 million people In lockdown in Shenzhen and other areas of China, I think Shanghai schools are still closed, in Beijing they've shut a bunch of them, with a new variant of the CCP PLA Wuhan lab virus.
Of course, there's not a better time to take Title 42 off and just come on in, let everybody in, you still gotta wear a mask on an airplane.
At my appointment yesterday, I had an appointment, right, that was not here.
I had an appointment at a federal building here in the district, in the Imperial Capitol.
You had to have a mask on.
I had to sit there for two hours with a mask like a moron, right?
Didn't have a choice.
Everybody there masked up in a federal building, right?
But hang on, let's take Title 42 off and send Jen, because there's nobody coming through that had ever been in Send Jen, I'm sure.
Let's just take Title 42 off.
I want to go to Cortez.
First off, hang on, Bensman, Bensman, Bensman.
Rumor has it, are Ukrainians, and this is the smart thing to do, don't just go to Poland, keep coming.
Because to get across the southern border, you're in, you've got to take it to the New Jerusalem.
How many Ukrainians are coming across the southern border right now?
todd bensman
Well, it's escalating.
We are in the midst of a surge of Ukrainian war refugees.
We've had 1,300 reach the border just since October, where there were rumors of war, and now we're looking at an escalated number, and we're letting them in on humanitarian parole.
Uh, because of the war and my argument.
unidentified
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, slow down, slow down.
steve bannon
Stop.
There there's no, there there's no Todd.
They're, they're not eligible for, they're not eligible for asylum, correct?
Given the rules of asylum in, in, in the United States right now, they're not technically eligible for asylum.
You have to come up with some new waiver, right?
todd bensman
Yeah, but you know, all of them will apply for asylum and get into that backlog that I just mentioned and weigh that down even further.
They will apply for asylum, but they're not eligible because they're passing through 10 different countries that are safe.
The European Union Has very generously provided them with three-year residencies with full access to the labor market and health care and housing and everything else and also the UK.
So, in order to get to the U.S.
border, you've got to pass right through all that wonderful, those are modern economies.
I mean, you know, the whole world would love to live in those countries.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
They get full housing and medical.
Remember, we played the part, and I want to pull this, I can't do it today, but the woman working in the ceramic shop in Phoenix that's crying because the renter in her apartment, the 300 square foot apartment, is going to go up to over a thousand bucks and she's going to have to live in her car.
Does she have full medical?
Does she have free housing and full medical and health?
No, she does not.
You know why she doesn't?
She's an American citizen.
It's just the way the system rolls here, right?
So how many Ukrainians have come across the border, are you estimating, sir?
todd bensman
Right, so about 1,300 since October.
Ukrainians have always come through.
They're economic migrants.
Ukraine is one of the poorest European countries.
And so they want to come to the United States and they can fly to Mexico very easily on an electronic visa.
And they're flying to Tijuana.
There's been press recently of the Biden administration allowing them in on the basis that maternity wards were being bombed in Kiev.
But my argument is that The EU has 27 countries that have opened their arms to Ukrainians.
These are not asylum seekers.
They're asylum shopping economic migrants, in my opinion, and we need to be colorblind in this country.
These are white Christians that are coming through, but We need to regulate white Christians coming to our border through 10 safe countries just as much as Congolese coming through.
steve bannon
It's ridiculous.
It has to be colorblind.
It's got to be what the circumstances are.
You can't come through 10 countries.
It's not heartless.
You have to act like an adult in this situation.
Harnwell's got a hard out.
Hang right there, Bensman.
And Cortez, I'm going to get back to you for your assessment.
Let's play Harnwell's clip.
Not Harnwell.
todd bensman
Berquam.
steve bannon
We've got two Bens.
Can we play Ben Berquam's clip and then we'll bring in Real America's voice, Ben Berquam.
ben bergquam
First night we get to the hotel here in Pinelle County.
Come around the corner and there's an overdose happening.
This is what the cartel brings into America.
steve bannon
Okay, let me, okay, let me, uh, for our podcast radio audience, the ambulance is there.
Burkhardt, what did we just see?
Is this, is this the poison that's coming across our open southern border, sir?
ben bergquam
Yeah, it is, Steve.
We just got here.
We're meeting with Sheriff Mark Lamb in just a few minutes.
But real quick, we just did a special with Victoria's Voice, David and Jackie Siegel, on the fentanyl crisis in America.
Over 100,000 deaths last year from fentanyl.
And we just came down here last night.
The hotel that we're staying in, the hotel that's right behind me, we happened to be walking out For dinner, and I see all the ambulance crews.
I go around the corner and and there's a fentanyl overdose taking place right in front of us.
I spoke to the police officer there.
He said they all carry Narcan because it's it's just a disaster down here.
The amount of fentanyl that's coming across is it's staggering.
It's hard to fathom what's happening here.
It is an absolute invasion.
And in this case, thank God this young man lived last night, but many of them don't.
And just to give you the idea of the scale, the scope, Again, right in the hotel that we just happened to walk into in a affluent part of Pinal County.
It just happened last night.
steve bannon
Burquam, we'll let you go.
You're in Pinal County.
We're going to be with you tonight.
We're going to be with you tomorrow in Pinal County.
How do people follow you during the day on Real America's Voice and your other sites?
ben bergquam
Yeah, at real America America's Voice dot news frontline America dot com at Ben Burquam on getter on true social and cloud hub and all the rest of it.
steve bannon
Thank you, Ben Burquam.
Great reporting.
So, Benzmann and Cortez, I'll start with you, Benzmann.
This is a real pandemic for the American people.
100,000 Americans die was a year on this.
There's this poison that's coming through the southern border.
Todd Benzmann.
todd bensman
Well, when Border Patrol is off doing processing duty, at mobile stations, the lines open.
So people are gonna be able to, the smugglers are gonna bring that stuff across and I think that's what's happening.
But even worse, the DEA, the head of the DEA of all of our federal agencies, where are they?
You never hear them talking about how to work with Mexico to kinetically destroy these super labs that are producing this stuff.
Nobody's talking about the precursor chemicals that are coming in from India and China to Mexico to be able to create this stuff and to bomb it if we have to or to, you know, go in and seize control just like we used to take over cocaine producing labs in Colombia in the jungle down there.
Uh, from FARC.
That's what needs to happen here.
Uh, if we're not going to be controlling the border, at least put the pressure on the hotel inside Mexico.
steve bannon
This is the war, this is a war we should be fighting.
The army should be, this is a war we should be fighting.
And we should be doing interdictions that we have to in Mexico.
Our time and effort should be negotiating with the Mexican government to take down the cartels.
We just kick this can down the road, and it's what's destroying the fabric of society.
Real quickly, Todd, we've got to bounce.
How do people get to you, your book on the jihad on the border?
Also, your social media, because you're putting great stuff out every day, every second.
todd bensman
My book, America's Covert Border warrants available anywhere books are sold, Amazon, etc.
Barnes & Noble about the jihadist migrants that are also coming to the border.
And I'm at T. Binsman at Getter, and I'm enjoying Getter quite a lot.
It's a great crowd in there.
steve bannon
Great crowd.
Your stuff's fantastic.
Todd, thank you so much for joining us.
Cortez, I'm going to bring Dave Brad in for the next break.
Can I keep you for a few minutes on the next one?
Yes, sir.
Give me 20 seconds of your thoughts on what you just heard about the southern border, sir.
steve cortes
Look, Joe Biden surrendered American authority at the border.
A power vacuum never remains.
Who's in control?
The cartels.
The cartels have become more powerful than they could have ever imagined because of Joe Biden.
steve bannon
An existential threat to the American people that cartels.
Chinese Communist Party is also working with them.
Okay?
Just duly note that.
Short commercial break.
Dave Brat on the economy.
John Solomon on the laptop from hell.
Terry Schilling on the Supreme Court appointment.
An issue we have to get put on the table and discuss.
All next in the War Room.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take that.
War Room. Pandemic. With Stephen K. Bannum.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We never talk about this subject on the show because it's all noise and not signal.
We only have time for signal, but I do have to say the Washington Post got a big old article about yesterday's, my journey to the federal building there, but I'm now convinced I gotta get a haircut, okay?
That's a little too over the top, so I'm gonna clean this act up.
I commit to this audience.
Okay, we've got a lot to go through.
We've got Dave Bratt, Dean of the Business School down at Liberty University, one of the great schools in this country.
And I kept Cortez over.
We've got John Solomon, commentary, so we're jammed.
Bratt, tell me your outlook.
The American economy, the thing we should be focused on, the American economy, they're trying to shift the narrative, this is all Putin and the Putin war.
That is a bald-faced lie.
This is because of their policies.
Walk through, and you had that great chart last week, was it M1 or M2?
Tell me about the carcass of the American economy.
Is there really an underlying thriving economy?
Are we just doing this with all monetary policy?
dave brat
Yeah, no, I said the real economy, which you need to distinguish from the financial side, right?
The stock markets and all the indexes, right?
The New York Stock Exchange.
That's not the real economy.
The real economy is made up of capital and labor people, human capital, skilled people.
And technology.
And that free market economy has not always been with us.
All of history has been driven by centralized planners and they failed until about 1776.
And we live in this miraculous land now.
And so what you'll never hear the media talk about, and what Ukraine has nothing to do with, is our underlying real economy.
Because that takes a long time to incentivize capital investment, small businesses, They can't do all this new green stuff, right?
They can't take another 5% hit to a small business.
The big firms can.
And so that's what's really going on with the real economy.
The federal government is incentivizing intentionally the growth of the bigs.
Big banks, big auto, big healthcare, Obamacare, big energy, big everything.
They can put their thumb on that one.
And so we need to get back and restore the economy.
The best way to do that, which you'll never hear about, is human capital.
We got to skill up the next generation of young people to get technological and to get skill sets.
They are not getting any of this in K-12 right now.
So I'm so happy for these moms out there that are fighting the fight at the school level, because that is just crucial for the future of this country.
And then getting the big ideas straight, right?
The kids don't even know.
Two philosophers, basically, are the architects of the world order.
Adam Smith is pro-freedom and is responsible for all the richest countries in Europe and then the United States.
And then Karl Marx is in charge, not by coincidence, of the two countries we're having a hard time with right now, Russia and China.
And on that, there is no happy middle.
You can't be a moderate when it comes to being a communist.
I'd like a little bit of freedom.
I'd like 70 percent freedom.
Either you're free or you're not free.
And so at the base, freedom is the underlying virtue which we have to protect at all costs in this country.
Because without that, the kids can't learn, they can't get the ideas they need, they can't get the wisdom they need, they can't get the ethics, the faith in God, the rule of law.
steve bannon
But that rings hollow when the founders, they'd be shocked today.
You think you've got oligarchs in Russia?
We have a form of state capitalism.
I wonder about this for you.
We have a form of state capitalism here.
You talk about central planning.
You talk about central planning, and you did this about, we have a central planning organization.
It's called the Federal Reserve.
Well, they were supposed to be just about inflation, then they added employment, and Jamie Raskin, his wife, and I want to take a small victory lap And take credit for a tiny piece of the scalp.
She's finished.
And the reason she's finished, little Jamie Raskin, and understand sometimes we call people and say, call the boards and get the boardroom posse.
Other times we have to go and kind of deal with bigger forces.
There were many bigger forces involved in this because of her radicalness.
She wanted to take the Fed and its central planning, she wanted to actually go lead the Green, she wanted to be the Green Party at the Fed and destroy the American economy through destroying the American energy system, the carbon-based system.
And immediately turned, she was going to use the Federal Reserve for this!
And then she tried to lie about it!
But, Calmer heads prevailed, let's say that.
She's finished.
She's a scalp.
So little Jamie Raskin, when you're sitting around the wife watching Netflix and popcorn, watching your movie, your MSNBC documentary, understand that the war room had not a tiny part to do with this, right?
Because this is putting the Fed, right, the easy money guys that, you know, the book Lords of Easy Money by Christopher Leonard, right, how the Fed destroyed the American economy.
This put him in, not just this whole thing about there should be on top of inflation.
That's what they're supposed to be.
That's what Milton Friedman said they're supposed to be.
But now they got into employment, now they're trying to expand to ESG and to get into energy.
Cortez, talk to me about the Fed, the dangers of the Fed, and I want to go back to Brett after that.
steve cortes
Yes, so, by the way, very newsworthy right now because, of course, the Fed concluded its meeting yesterday, raised rates finally for the first time.
They are waking up to the inflationary crisis that engulfs this country, but it's way too little, way too late.
And before anybody gives undue reverence or respect or deference to the Fed, I want to point out, and I'm going to show a chart here so I can prove this with data, just how wrong, how amazingly wrong the Fed has been in its projections, and it remains Far too rosy.
So it massively changes projections now in March, just from December.
So if you look, and I highlight there for those who are watching in the yellow, I highlight there as recently as December, right before Christmas, the Fed told us that for the year 2022, we were going to have 4% GDP growth with 2.6% inflation.
Now that wouldn't be a bad world, actually, right?
4% growth, 2.6% inflation.
Fantastic!
Only they were exactly wrong as they're now even admitting.
They have literally flipped those two numbers.
Their prognosis now for the year 2022 is that we're only going to have 2.8% growth.
I think that's a massive exaggeration.
Way too Pollyanna optimistic.
My point is, look at the flip, and they're now saying 4.3% inflation.
Again, they're viewing the world through their ridiculous partisan rose-colored glasses.
We are going to be nowhere near 2.8% growth.
We're going to have negative growth because we are heading into a recessionary ditch because of the policies of Joe Biden, irrespective of anything that happens or doesn't happen in Ukraine.
And inflation is going to be double, if not triple, the 4.3% that they are projecting for the year.
But my point here is, Even though they're way too optimistic still.
My point is, look at how massively wrong they have been in just the last three months.
I don't know how much they pay their econometric staff on the whole, but imagine if they replaced all of that and just asked Dave Brat and Peter Navarro and Steve Cortez for a projection.
They'd end up with a far better number and pay us a heck of a lot less.
than doing that.
But my point here is the Fed is massively behind the curve for political reasons.
They are not going to catch up, which means inflation is only going to accelerate.
This is a car that is already careening down a hill and the accelerator is being put on, it is crashing.
steve bannon
They just tapped, have they?
They raised interest rates, and that's what raised interest rates, just a tad.
Have they stopped quantitative easing yet?
Are they at least in the neutral?
unidentified
No.
steve cortes
Amazingly, they have not stopped yet.
steve bannon
Okay, this is obscenity.
Brett, walk me back.
I don't know if we can pull the chart up, but just tell me about the money supply.
This is Milton Friedman's thing.
This is a raging, it's beyond a dumpster fire because it's not contained.
It's a prairie fire that we continue to throw napalm on, Dave Brett.
dave brat
Yeah, Milton Friedman, Google him, all you young people out there, YouTube, Quantity Theory of Money, MV equals PQ.
If you raise M on the left-hand side, V and Q may fiddle around a little bit, you know, minor moves of percent or two.
But when you jack up the money supply by 30 or 40 percent on the left-hand side, guess what has to happen to P, the general price level for the economy, on the right-hand side?
It has to go up.
So you'll hear all the politicians talk about this, you know, supply chains, blah, blah, blah.
That that all is true. It's related. But if you didn't increase the money supply, none of that is causing inflation. I learned I got into a debate.
steve bannon
And here's and here's a supply of the money supply.
You pass the 1.5 trillion dollar discretionary spending that you can't pay for by taxes.
All these guys slobbering yesterday over Zelensky, slobbering, we want to get billions here, billions here.
It's just adding to the dumpster fire, okay?
There's a way the system works.
Go ahead, Dave.
dave brat
Yeah, yeah, and so Taylor, the Taylor rule who followed Friedman, I argued with him in Laws, he's a Stanford economist, a great monetary guy as well, macro.
And he argued back in 07-08, he said money causes, money supply.
They printed too much in 04-05, that caused the 07-08 collapse, where you lost half your portfolio in a week.
And I said, no, it's all these collateralized debt instruments and all this kind of stuff.
And he argued persuasively in papers, et cetera, that all that is true, but the money accommodated that.
So the money accommodates the 30 trillion in debt we have.
It accommodates the nine trillion on the Fed balance sheet.
That printing 30%, and that's just kicking in, as Cortez was just saying.
Right now we got a tight labor market on top of it.
The quit rate, if you ask the Fed economists, is high, which means labor markets are actually tighter than they look, right, at 4% or 5% unemployment.
So the quit rate is up.
So you got tight labor markets So they ought to be jumping to tighten that money supply if you just follow econ 101 and so it's it's not really Biden's policies it's the Fed's policies, but as Cortez said It's all become politicized.
Everybody's doing this leftist bidding, and so it's equivalent to the policy of the left.
steve bannon
Dave, we've got to balance.
How do people get to you?
Do you do social media?
How do people find you?
dave brat
Nope.
Person-to-person.
Parents, come visit Liberty University.
dabrat.liberty.edu.
steve bannon
That's old school.
Dean Brad down at Liberty.
Cortez, what's your social media?
You're getting like Pesobic.
Your stuff must see on your social media.
steve cortes
What is it?
Please follow me on Getter.
I'm at Steve.
Very easy.
And then over at the Twitter, I'm at Cortez.
Steve Cortez with an S. Happy St.
Patrick's Day, Steve.
steve bannon
Can't believe they still allow you on Twitter.
Okay, short commercial break.
The great John Solomon joins us, Terry Schilling, and then we're going to go to Japan and talk about Taiwan.
All next.
On fire.
30 minutes next in the War Room.
War Room.
unidentified
Welcome back.
steve bannon
This is our St.
Paddy's Day thing.
That is Captain Maureen Bannon in her Irish step dancing days.
Had to embarrass her.
Not embarrass her.
I think she's very proud of that.
She should be.
She was a great champion Irish step dancer in her youth.
Happy St.
Paddy's Day here on On the War Room.
Welcome back.
We've had so much to go through.
We're going to start the show with that, but it's too much.
We've had so many serious things to kind of get to today.
Maybe we'll do that at five o'clock with an appearance by Captain Ben and talk about our days.
Okay, I want to get to John Solomon.
John, the New York Times admitted, and I know you get deeper analysis as you always do, but I just got to ask you one thing.
The New York Times finally has come out and admitted, I think it was yesterday, That the laptop from hell was 100% authenticated, right?
And this is not a small thing because you had, as you pointed at the time, the New York Post and Rupert Murdoch's team did the due diligence and we got it all up there with the great Bob Costello and Rudy Giuliani and a team effort.
And I remember, I think it was Emma Jo Morris who's over at Breitbart now, I think, and of course you had Miranda Devine, all the great heroes at the New York Post.
Miranda's got the book about it.
But you had, John, I gotta go back, you had that full-page ad by Brennan and Clapper and Hayden and all that crowd, the anti-Trump intelligence crowd, that said, no, this is Russian disinformation.
That was a lie and they should have their security clearances pulled for this.
They intruded into a presidential race.
Talk about Russian collusion.
john solomon
They did.
steve bannon
This is the deep state collusion.
John Solomon, now that the paper of record comes out, as we always knew, and this is why Jack Maxey, the War Room is not on Twitter for one reason.
Don't think it's because I made a metaphor about Fauci and Reyes being heads on pike.
That term is used every day, all day long in the Oval Office, everywhere.
It's because Jack Maxey, our co-host at the time, was putting up non-stop stuff from the hard drive from hell, both the pornography and the compromise.
Of the Chinese Communist Party and others, the Ukraine and others of the Biden family.
John Solomon, what say you since you've been at the forefront, the tip of the spear of this thing for years?
john solomon
March 2019, I wrote the first story raising serious questions that Hunter Biden's work in Ukraine I wrote that story not because I had anything from Rudy Giuliani at the time.
I had just barely met Rudy and started working on this.
I wrote that story because I had FBI and State Department sources who told me what was going on, that Hunter Biden had engaged in things, the Justice Department was kind of walking around it gingerly, didn't want to really look at it.
And so I put together a series of stories, and by the summer of 2019, every one of those stories would be called a conspiracy theory.
It was a conspiracy theory to think that Hunter Biden did anything wrong.
It's a conspiracy theory to think Hunter Biden didn't pay his taxes.
It was a conspiracy theory to think that it created a conflict of interest.
It was a conspiracy theory to believe that Burisma was even worried about a non-existent criminal investigation.
Over the last three years, that conspiracy theory became a factual theory.
It always was true, but now people like the New York Times and the network news are beginning to realize what we wrote and what Miranda extended with her great work at the New York Post and what you did with Rudy, all of that was true.
The question now is, who directed the machinery to call all of this a conspiracy theory?
Who directed those national security people to write a fake letter?
Who directed Jane Mayer, the New Yorker, to write a big article saying that it was a conspiracy theory when it wasn't?
All those people were directed by someone.
They all used the same language.
They all used the same attack tactics.
They all gathered together to stage a fake impeachment.
We need to hold those people who took this country through the idea that everything was okay with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, when his son was under criminal investigation, the very moment they were uttering the words conspiracy theory.
Every person that engaged in that campaign should be brought to justice, brought to light in the court of public opinion for what they did.
steve bannon
This has gotten, we've got to spend more time on this, but this goes back to the Russian, and look, it's a part of the, you know, there's parts of this I even hate going back to, but you've got to go back to the whole Russian investigation, you've got to go back to 215 and 216.
No, because there's one thing, because here's why.
Every night on CNN and MSNBC, you see the same crowd that's deeply involved and engaged in all this.
This is why we did the special for Rich Higgins, Rich Higgins Memorial Service Line.
He wrote the memo.
Higgins put the memo, had the memo circulated, we were talking about it in the White House, he gave it to us, he worked for us, in April of 2017, in April of 2017, of which the whistleblower's name was number three on the list.
This goes back, Solomon reports in March of 19, in the summer they're saying it's a conspiracy theory, this is all ridiculous.
Trump, the whole impeachment thing starts in August and September.
Trump, they got a committee on impeachment in October.
And here's the thing.
Give me that chart.
You gotta give me that chart again of the Wall Street Journal.
It's got the chart of Ukraine.
The Clintons are stealing money.
This is a piggy bank.
Ukraine's the fourth most corrupt nation on Earth.
It's got as many bad oligarchs in it.
You got Zelensky over here, everybody's slobbering all over him.
You gotta start acting like adults.
You gotta start acting like adults.
Ukraine's oligarchs are every bit as corrupt Maybe that is not as mean and vicious, but everybody is corrupt as the oligarchs in Russia.
And it's been used as a piggy bank by the elites in our nation.
John Solomon.
john solomon
A hundred percent.
And really, they used Russia and Ukraine as a Democratic pity bank from 2009 to 2017.
And that's what everyone was afraid we were going to expose.
Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton were taking money from Russia.
John Podesta got a large energy investment from Russia.
Then they turn to Ukraine and it's Hunter Biden and it's Victor Pinchuk enriching the Clinton Foundation.
Russia and Ukraine were a giant piggy bank for about a decade for Democrats.
And when we started working on that, first with Peter Schweitzer's book in 2015, then my reporting on Russia in 17, my reporting on Ukraine in 19, and then Miranda finding the laptop and working on that in 2020, the danger that we were gonna expose that activated all of this conspiracy theory counter-attack.
Everyone who tried to hide the truth should be brought to account in the court of public opinion.
steve bannon
I'm going to throw in a name.
No, no, but Simon, your book on this is going to be huge.
I'm going to throw in a name from the past.
Ready for it, audience?
Uranium One.
So we're going to get into the bottom of all of it.
Hillary Clinton sitting on the couch all blown up and all puffed up and she's so important and it says, hey you Rubles, you are so corrupt.
I dare you to run again in 2024.
I would have no better pleasure in life.
And ripping your face off, metaphorically, like we did in 2016.
Okay?
Like we did in 2016.
It was the reason I was brought in.
To target you and your corruption.
Off of everything we know of Uranium One and Clinton Cash.
You people are nothing but a mafia.
And you've brought nothing but agony to the people and nations that you stole the money out of.
Hillary Clinton.
You're more corrupt than your feckless husband because you're the brains of the operation.
That's why I'm so glad.
This nation should thank God every day she never got to the Oval Office.
And I'm so proud.
I was a tiny part of that, as you were too, John Solomon.
Solomon, you're on fire.
How do people get to the show?
How do they get to you, your writings?
Just the News is a Sight.
You've got to put on your daily thing.
You've got to check it every morning.
How do folks get to you, sir?

steve bannon
Okay, let's go to, let's play the clips.
Your heads are going to blow up, but I got the great Terry Schilling.
And this is not something we were going to get into, but it's come up.
Josh Hawley's been tweeting, and I think it's got to be put on the table for a discussion.
So we asked Terry Schilling to do this.
Do we have, do we have the clips ready?
Okay, I don't have time to hold on.
Let's bring in Terry Schilling.
Okay, if you don't have them, which you told me you did, you have them?
You have them?
You sure?
You sure you have them?
Okay, I'll be nice.
My staff.
Okay, good.
Thank you.
We have a great production.
Go ahead and play it.
unidentified
Okay.
I think this is.
I know, I was literally invited.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Okay.
Okay.
And then you know, I'm not a girl, what?
Are you the one who sent the trap house email?
Hey, no, I didn't send a trap house email.
He did.
He sent the trap house email.
And I corrected him.
Can I ask you all, as you know, is there a policy of freedom of speech?
Come on.
That's what I was gonna ask you.
That guy, come on, throw up.
There's somebody in the audience.
I hope you're speaking.
We told you, Mother Camilla, this is what it would be!
Will those trans kids grow up?
I look forward to hearing from you when we get to question and answer.
dave brat
You're not allowed to talk here.
unidentified
You're disrupting the free speech.
You're disrupting us.
Talk.
I remind you Yale is committed to protecting freedom of expression and public service.
Interfering with the speakers' ability to speak, that includes me, includes them, is not permitted.
So please refrain from noise, activity, or otherwise disrupting the speech.
It's not our fault you don't put me up for interview.
Here's what I'm going to do. That's the first time I'm telling you this.
If it continues, I'll tell you again.
If it continues after that, I'm going to have to ask you to leave or I'll help you.
You're welcome to be outside as long as you don't disrupt the event.
And you're welcome to stay and listen and to ask questions when we get to the question period in the event.
And I hope that you all stay.
Will we be permitted to ask questions?
Because normally we're not permitted to ask questions at these types of events.
Well, I'm going to call on you, okay?
Thank you.
You're welcome.

We didn't have the last clip?
We didn't play it?
Okay, fine.
First was Yale Law School, which they had a riot the other day and had to bring the police in to calm it down.
But Josh Hawley's been putting up some information in the last, I guess, 12 hours that we've asked Terry Schilling for the American Principals Project to come on and discuss.
Short commercial break.
We'll be back with American Principals Project.
Terry's showing next in The War Room.

Okay, welcome back.
Do we have, because this is disturbing, but I think it's got to get out there because it is getting out there now.
You've got a sitting U.S.
Senator that's put out there.
Do we have the tweets from Josh Hawley?
Okay, can we go ahead and put it up?
God, don't need to be so snippy.
Okay, calm down.
We're all good.
We're in the war room.
This is like Nelson's Navy.
You want them sullen, not mutinous.
Okay, that's the way you run the cruise here.
Our great production team.
Okay, so this, I brought Terry Schilling in because this is not my line of country.
And quite frankly, up until now, I think the nominee has, I'm not saying sailed through, but it looks like everything she's put forward, there doesn't seem to be a lot of controversy.
This is going to be pretty pro forma, pretty straightforward, at least the way I see it.
And this is, like I said, that part of it is other specialties and we bring people in.
But Hawley's been putting this information up, I think, for 12 hours and brought Terry Schilling in.
What is he saying about the nominee for the Supreme Court in these tweets, Terry Schilling?
terry schilling
Well, thanks so much for having me, Steve.
What Josh Hawley is pointing out is Judge Katonji Jackson Brown's troubling history with being lenient on sex offenders throughout her career.
And this is, just to be totally out there on this, We still don't have her entire sentencing record, which we need to see that before there's a vote.
But she has commuted a lot of the sentences.
She has actually written in support of eliminating mandatory minimum sentences for child pornography and possession of it and distribution of it.
These are very concerning things, and it's tied to the sexual revolution.
It's also tied to the Black Lives Matter movement.
It's very troubling and we really need answers on this because the Supreme Court is actually a major problem when it comes to protecting children across the board.
In fact, they're the reason why we're not able to protect children online from pornography, just, you know, hetero, you know, like adult pornography.
And so to put someone on the Supreme Court that has been lenient on child pornography is extremely concerning and we really need answers very soon.
steve bannon
So what is what is Holly getting to that the information is not there?
And how do you tie it to Black Lives Matter?
I mean, how does that come in here when they're talking about, I guess, sentencing or she's written some papers and maybe it goes back to Harvard Law School.
So maybe it's not her as a judge.
What do you mean by this?
terry schilling
Well, so what does Holly mean by this?
So Holly is doing two things.
He's pointing out her record and written history at law during law school, but he's also pointing to her record As a judge where she's been lenient on cases where people have been committing committing sex offenses such as possession of child pornography and also transferring it.
There's lots of questions here.
So for example, there are some cases let me pull this up actually real quick.
Actually, Holly points out something very important here, which is that he can't find a single case where she sentenced someone to the mandatory minimum or to the recommended sentence for possession of child pornography.
She always cuts back the sentencing.
So there was a guy who was over 18.
The sentencing guidelines called for a sentence of up to 10 years.
Judge Jackson only gave him three months in prison for possession of child pornography.
This is insane, Steve.
I mean, the reason why we're so harsh on sex offenses, especially as it pertains to children, is because they destroy children.
They destroy their lives.
steve bannon
Okay, this is gonna be a much-needed, but is Judge Jackson Brown, is she out of the norm then as far as other federal judges have been in this area?
Is this a problem across the board?
In your first cut, Holly's first cut, does she stand out?
I mean, why is this going to be, why is this an issue?
terry schilling
Well, Steve, we've been monitoring judicial nominations for the past five years, and we have never seen this before, right?
And we have this new, maybe that's because there's a new crop of legislators like Senator Hawley who are more pugnacious and more willing to take these fights on and dig into the weeds.
But this is the first time I've ever really seen a federal nominee have something this egregious exposed about them.
The big thing, look, we need to dig into these cases.
steve bannon
But hold, hold, hold, hold, hold.
But she just got confirmed for the DC Appellate Court.
Is it the Appellate Court she just got confirmed for?
Didn't she just get confirmed?
terry schilling
Yeah, it was the Appeals Court.
Yeah, exactly.
But look, a lot of times these things sneak under the radar because it's not as high profile as the Supreme Court.
And to be totally direct, as I usually am, these guys are understaffed.
They aren't able to compete with the other special interest groups that are out there that are pushing these nominees, especially on the left.
The left spends hundreds of millions of dollars backing these types of nominees because it benefits them.
And these Senate staffs, you know, they have like a budget of like a few million dollars a year.
It's really tough to compete, and it's unfortunate.
But yeah, so Holly's been the first senator to really dig this type of stuff up.
It's encouraging, but it's also depressing in a lot of ways.
steve bannon
Okay, and I take it people are going to, because you just can't, it can't be a smear.
It's got, if it's a real issue, it ought to be addressed and obviously addressed at her confirmation hearing.
So what else is going to go on here?
We got about 30 seconds, Terry.
terry schilling
Well, the first thing is we need to get her full sentencing report submitted.
We still haven't had that release, which needs to come out before there's a vote.
But then we also need to have senators like Josh Hawley in these hearings asking her the tough questions, and they need to go down the list.
Every time she deviated from the recommended guidelines for sentencing, why did she do that?
What were the reasons behind that?
Because to go from 10 years to only three months for child pornography, that's egregious, Steve.
steve bannon
Why do they not have her sentencing record already in that part of the normal due diligence package that's put forward and promulgated?
Why is that such a big?
She's a federal judge.
Why has it been such a big deal?
It seemed like it'd be pretty straightforward to get.
Why is that not there?
terry schilling
If you're being charitable, it's being held up from bureaucracy.
If you're not being charitable, you're being cynical.
There could be something there that they're slow walking and they want to get this vote through.
Look, these guys want to rush these nominees through.
steve bannon
Okay, real quickly, how do people get to American Principles Project?
I'm proud that we melt down your website every time.
I want people to do that.
How do people get to you?
terry schilling
It's just AmericanPrinciplesProject.org.
steve bannon
Okay, back here at 5.
It's going to be insane.
Another great show at 5 o'clock.
Don't want to miss it.
6 o'clock, War and Battleground.
We're going to get into the tense different aspects of some of the battleground states today and the stakes for November 8th.
