| on what is going on in Ukraine, how we're not being told about the negotiating position of Russia or Ukraine and in fact what we're trying to do is to arm Ukraine to keep this war going as long as possible. And to take this point further Steve, I need to disagree with you if I may on one point that you've been mentioning which is that this is about preserving the rules-based order. | ||

| I think the proponents, perhaps in the end of the 40s, it was about building up a rules-based order to avoid going to war again. | ||

| I would like to... I know it's cynical, but I would like to suggest... Hang on, hang on. | ||
| You can do that in a second, but that's tip money. | ||
| The reason they don't want to put the rules in place, it's difficult to explain and nobody's going to die for their total control, which is what it is now. | ||
| That's what they're... You can't get people... Remember, first thing of war is to get the moral high ground. | ||
| So you have a lot of people rally to your cause. | ||
| That's what they're doing with emotion. | ||

| And so they can't explain, you can't get people to rally to that because that's their grift. | ||
| But what you're talking about is an area that Ukraine, yes, and they're going to, but the contracts and all this stuff is chump change, but that's okay. | ||

| Well, look, just to make, to respond to what you've just been saying, the globalists have just announced, and you just mentioned both these points in the last 20 minutes, two things, to try to defend the fiat currency in the face of its imploding value. | ||
| And that's the one maneuver that they've done is they now said, I think we spoke about this about 10 days ago, about they're going to try and regulate crypto. | ||
| I think I suggested that they were going to do this in order to, the excuse was going to be that they want to target better the oligarchs, the Russian oligarchs, from hiding their wealth. | ||
| But that would be the excuse. | ||
| What they really want to do is to stop all means if possible of people shifting their wealth out of species, because they know it's simply going to implode. | ||
| The second thing, I think, and they've done a very good job here, Steve, I have to say, The second thing that they did is when they froze the Russians' ability to access its foreign currency reserves. | ||
| Now, people don't perhaps don't realize that when when central banks buy and sell and shift gold, the gold, the physical location of the gold normally stays the same these days. | ||
| It's in Frankfurt or Switzerland or even London. | ||
| All that changes is the electronic ownership of that gold. | ||
| The gold is very rarely physically moved. | ||
| And that, if you think about it, is a very big blow to anybody's confidence that they can store their wealth in gold. | ||
| That's gold's one, but 800 billion. | ||
| Of the 800-900 billion he thought he had in reserves, dollar-based and euro-based, I think two-thirds of it, they just seized that. | ||

| But the German the German government's fighting right now about keeping a Russian bank on the Swiss system. | ||

| As far as I can see in the West, there's only one country that's actually behaving like a responsible nation state, trying to preserve its own taxpayers best interest. | ||

| I think it's 57% of its domestic gas consumption is provided by Russia. | ||

| They've resisted the international pressure to add spare bank Which is the largest Russian investment bank to the list of prohibited banks that have been banned from using the SWIFT payment mechanism. | ||

Yeah, yesterday, Steve, I filed a lawsuit in federal district court in Omaha, Nebraska, on behalf of 36 airmen, members of the Air Force, the Air Force Reserve, In the Air National Guard, about half of them stationed off at Air Force Base Nebraska, the other half at McConnell Air Force Base in Kansas. | |
| And it's the largest ever lawsuit about the military vaccine mandate. | ||
| All 36 of our plaintiffs have asked for a religious exemption because it offends their free exercise of religion, violates their religious convictions to take the vaccine. | ||
| The Air Force has been denying these religious requests Almost without exception, 99.6% are denied. | ||
| Five of our airmen are about to be terminated. | ||
| The Air Force gives you an appeal, but it's just a going through the motions. | ||
| They rubber stamp all of these denied. | ||
| And it is it's really astounding to see what the Biden administration is doing to the U.S. | ||
| military all in the name of this ideological quest to vaccinate the American public. | ||
| The facts of this case Are really interesting and I encourage viewers who want to read some of these some big accounts the stories of these airmen to go read the read the complaint itself at Alliance for free citizen Alliance for free citizens org. | ||
| That's the organization. | ||
| I'm general counsel of we're also we have attorneys from the Alliance America first Policy Institute that are helping us as well. | ||
| But just to give you an idea Steve of what's going on here. | ||
| So the about half of the plaintiffs are pilots. | ||
| And most of them fly either the RC-135 or the KC-135. | ||
| And it costs American taxpayers $5.5 million to train each one of these pilots. | ||
| $5.5 million. | ||
| And so you just multiply that times the 17 pilots in this lawsuit, you're talking $93.5 million in training that we have spent to create some of the most talented pilots in the world to fly these sophisticated aircraft. | ||
| And we're just tossing it in the trash. | ||
| It's a complete waste of money and we can't replace them quickly. | ||
| And get this, many viewers may know that the RC-135 is probably the most sophisticated intelligence-gathering aircraft in the world. | ||
| They're flying constantly in international waters near China. | ||
| They're flying over Poland, Germany, around Europe, and they are looking into Russia, looking into China, gathering signals, gathering intelligence of what's happening on the ground. | ||
| The translators fly on the airplane and translate the intelligence. | ||
| It's an extraordinary thing. | ||
| And the Biden administration is firing these pilots. | ||
| Who cannot be replaced easily, all in the name of this quest to vaccinate 100% of the American population. | ||
| It makes no sense. | ||
| It's hurting our national security. | ||
| And most importantly, it's hurting these pilots who are being forced to give up their military careers that they have lived their whole lives. | ||
| Many of these guys have almost 30 years of seniority, quite a few around the 20 year mark, and they have to give it up because of this insane vaccine requirement, which everybody knows doesn't stop the spread of COVID. | ||
| And doesn't stop someone from getting COVID in the first place. | ||
| Is that your angle of attack? | ||
| We're on Naomi Wolf here, and I really want to compliment the War Room posse. | ||
| You know, Naomi's group put this website up over the weekend, built it in a weekend, and we had an overwhelming, I think it was yesterday, we had 770, I hope we're at 1,000 today, 770 War Room listeners had volunteered to go through the 55,000 pages of Pfizer, and we had among that, I think, 50 or 55 lawyers to go through that. | ||
| Is your angle of attack here on the religious side, or are you going to make arguments about that? | ||
| I mean, walk us through your theory of the case. | ||

Yeah, the angle of attack is on the religious side. | |
| So all of our plaintiffs have filed religious accommodation requests. | ||
| And when you do that, when you assert your free exercise of religion against a government defendant in America, You get the protection of the First Amendment, the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment. | ||
| You also get the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, which Congress passed in the wake of a Supreme Court decision that suggested that maybe the First Amendment protections in cases like this weren't at the highest level. | ||
| So you have these two bastions, the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and they make very clear that the government has to have a compelling government interest, not a compelling government interest in vaccinations, | ||
| But a compelling government interest in not giving you an exception and here the Air Force and the rest of the military have shot themselves in the foot because they have been giving thousands upon thousands of administrative exemptions and medical exemptions, which proves that they can work quite well with many, many thousands of exemptions. | ||
| And so clearly, Giving the exemptions to the 4,600 airmen across the country who are seeking a religious exemption shouldn't be a problem. | ||
| But it's interesting how the military is treating, discriminating against religious exemptions, whereas it's granting administrative and medical ones. | ||
| And so that's one of the angles of attack. | ||
| Another one, Steve, is the least restrictive means. | ||
| Now, that's a legal term. | ||
| If the government could show that they really did have an interest in not granting exemptions, they have to show that there's no alternative out there that would be just as good. | ||
| But the experiences of our pilots show three of them have already been deployed. | ||
| In fact, one of them is deployed right now overseas without being vaccinated, seeking this religious accommodation, and it hasn't impeded their performance in any way. | ||
| Several of them have been deployed multiple times since the start of the pandemic two years ago. | ||
| So the notion that you can't have an unvaccinated member of the Air Force, either as a pilot or a translator or some other in some other capacity defending this country, It's just absurd. | ||
| The Air Force is doing it right now, and there are plenty of ways to deal with the issue of COVID. | ||
| One of the things they have been doing is weekly testing. | ||
| Of course, the unvaccinated airmen who have tested every week, those are the ones you are actually certain do not have COVID. | ||
| The ones who have this vaccine and are not being tested, they're the ones, if there were any threat, they would be the more likely candidates to have COVID. | ||
| So the military is Basically what they're doing is they're trying to claim that they have an interest in giving no exceptions, but the facts indicate quite clearly that the readiness of our country demands that they do grant these exceptions. | ||
| And certainly remember, we're fighting to defend our Constitution against foreign aggressors. | ||
| And the very men and women who are defending our Constitution are seeing their own rights trampled, and that's why we must fight for them. | ||
| Look, this is the best of the best. | ||
| They're absolutely the best of the best. | ||
| And that's just the money that goes in. | ||
| You can't. | ||
| These people are so extraordinary, so dedicated. | ||
| And this you see the outright assault on them by the government. | ||
| Chris, real quickly, are they all still on active? | ||
| Are they still deployed? | ||
| Are the 36 able to perform their jobs or they've been put into some sort of administrative hold until this gets worked out? | ||
| In other words, are they able to perform to defend their nation right now? | ||

| So the ones who have had their final appeal denied and are in the final stage and about to be terminated, they have been grounded. | ||
| So we actually have a pilot who was just grounded yesterday because his final appeal was denied and the Air Force is about to kick him out, which makes no sense because he was flying the day before defending this country and they grounded him. | ||
| The ones who are deployed, they haven't had their final appeal denied yet. | ||
| So basically the military tells you no the first time and they say, no, your religious request is denied. | ||
| It's a form letter they give you that's basically the same letter everybody else gets. | ||
| And then you appeal. | ||
| And once your appeal is denied, that's when they basically freeze you out and say, no more flying, no deployment, etc. | ||
| But the point is, these guys are protecting our country. | ||
| They're performing their duties. | ||
| They're doing everything perfectly, capably, and well, until the military decides, OK, it's time to kick you out. | ||
| It's just ridiculous. | ||
| And these are some of the finest people in the world, really talented, really bright. | ||
| And they know that they have a constitutional right to exercise their religious freedom in America, or at least we always have had that right, and God willing, the courts will affirm that we still do. | ||

| So I would, I'm not a lawyer, but I would think that goes right point that the vaccination do not protect you from getting COVID. Pfizer knew this and then the CDC with this document again 5.3.6 you can look it up it is now a matter of public record. | ||
| You know Rochelle Walensky, Dr. Fauci said safe and effective, safe and effective, you won't get COVID. Well Pfizer knew that was not true. I want to highlight one more to me very meaningful finding on this same document. Several of my friends and and colleagues have reported really very serious muscle aches as following vaccination. | ||

| Their doctors don't identify it as related to vaccination at all. | ||
| It's not part of what the CDC has been telling us is a possible side effect. | ||

| Well, in this same document, 11.7% of the adverse events on this document, on this document, this internal document, are myalgia, which is muscle aches, muscle pains. | ||

| The organization holds conferences with global leaders all over the world, including the closely watched gathering in Davos, Switzerland, each January. | ||
| The difference of this forced industrial revolution is it doesn't change what you are doing. | ||

| If you take genetic editing, just as an example, It's you who are changed, and of course this has a big impact on your identity. | ||

| And recently, a Chinese researcher in our field came out and said he's engineered a couple of twin girls with CRISPR to be resistant to HIV and AIDS virus. | ||

| What are they working on right now in small labs with private funding that will eventually start seeing rolled out en masse? | ||

| Yesterday, the recipient of the first pig heart transplant died. | ||
| He had had it in for about two months and then for reasons that have been unstated he killed over. | ||
| Now that pig heart was, the heart came from a genetically altered pig. | ||
| They used CRISPR to change 10 different genes to basically camouflage the organ so that his body wouldn't reject it. | ||
| That's a huge problem with the xeno transplantations or animal to human transplantations. | ||
| The body almost always rejects it. | ||
| That shows two things. | ||
| One, it was a huge milestone for these sorts of bizarre, you know, medical experiments on human beings, which oftentimes turn out to be fruitful. | ||
| But two, it shows how easily these things go south. | ||
| And there are tons of ongoing experiments right now that really promise as much horror as they do healing. | ||

| In fact, at UC Davis, I think it was 15 out of 22 monkeys died with a Neuralink chip in their brains. | ||
| Basically showing that whatever sort of safety protocols are being put in place for humans, these are the sorts of issues that we're likely to see. | ||
| Massive infections, you know, rejection, things like that. | ||
| But the thing is... Isn't that the least of our concerns? | ||

| Long-term it is, because they're hell-bent on doing this, no matter what. | ||

| I mean, the experimentation that the Soviets were doing, the, you know, the project to create humanses, or, you know, to, there's really visceral footage of taking, you know, the Soviet scientist took a dog, or I'm sorry, a fox head, and kept it alive for a period of time by itself with just the head. | ||
| And, you know, the Nazi experimentation, the experimentation that was going on within US borders during that time, so on and so forth, and that just basically continues with fits and starts up until the present day. | ||
| So that has never deterred the horror of the kind of, you know, Damage done to and suffering caused to animals or human beings has never stopped the technocratic mind from its projects. | ||
| Talking about technocracy, the intersection about this, remember, we do not believe in conspiracy theories at the war room. | ||
| We never have and you can't see anybody. | ||
| But we don't believe in coincidences. | ||

| It is interesting that you start your cold open with Klaus Schwab, because the intersection, remember, the fight that they say, they don't want to say the acquired party allowed too much, but it's the post-war, international, liberal, rules-based order that they're fighting for. | ||

| The interlinking component seems to be what I call the party of Davos or the World Economic Forum. | ||

| Because Klaus Schwab is all over the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is the Internet of Things, total connectivity, but he's also the biggest proponent in the CRISPR saying it's going to change you. | ||
| It's not just a systemic thing that you're a part of that system and you will be changed, Joe Allen. | ||

| I mean, you know, Klaus Schwab is oftentimes demonized in the World Economic Forum, portrayed as if it is some sort of, you know, kingdom on the mountain in which they're issuing directives. | ||
| It doesn't really work like that so much as this is an ideological hub in which, you know, all of these different forces are pushing for influence. | ||
| Like-minded demons come together. | ||
| This hub though, men like Klaus Schwab, Kai-Fu Lee, Parag Khanna, all of them, and certainly even Yuval Noah Harari, all of them are taking in all of this information, analyzing it, and rendering their opinion, not only as to where we're at, but where we should go. | ||
| And that opinion has tremendous influence, as you well know. | ||
| Especially the left half of the spectrum in America and across the West, but also China and other places. | ||
| So, when Klaus Schwab is writing in the Fourth Industrial Revolution about designer babies, and he's not writing about it in as neutral a term as you would like to hear, he's talking about designer babies, this is the future, it's mostly a good thing, we just need to regulate it. | ||
