Russia has been hit with a series of crippling sanctions, and it looks like there's more to come, because the U.S.
and its European allies are now discussing banning imports of Russian oil.
Take that, Putin!
We're not gonna buy our gas from a war criminal, we're gonna buy it from the good guys!
Saudi Arabia!
But, it's gonna cost.
Since the invasion, oil prices have skyrocketed.
Today, the average gas price in America hit an all-time record high of over $4 per gallon.
Okay, that stings, but a clean conscience is worth a buck or two.
unidentified
I'm willing to pay... It's important.
stephen colbert
It's important.
I'm willing to pay $4 a gallon.
Hell, I'll pay $15 a gallon, because I drive a Tesla.
unidentified
Okay, so let's just break this down, Joy, because the United States produces an enormous amount of its own oil and gas.
consumption of really relatively smaller amounts of oil impact the market.
Okay, so let's just break this down Joy, because the United States produces an enormous amount of its own oil and gas. Less than 10 percent do we even get from Russia, so we don't have a supply issue.
What we deal with now is a price issue.
If Russia suddenly has nowhere to sell their oil, because it's not just the United States, it's the UK, it's the EU.
I mean the EU gets up to 40% of their oil and natural gas from Russia.
If Russia doesn't have anywhere to sell it, that's a problem for them.
But as you said, the price is set globally.
So if the price of oil is suddenly $200 a barrel, even if we don't need Russian oil, we're going to have to pay that increased price.
So there's two things that happens from there.
We're now dealing with increased gas prices, and everyone, for good reason, is obviously very, very upset about that.
And this is a point where you and I should smile real, real big for the boys at Fox News, because this is where they say, over at MSNBC, they don't care that the American people are going to struggle and they can't pay for more expensive gas.
That's not the case at all.
Obviously everyone is sensitive to Americans who have to pay more for gas, but unfortunately for the time being, that is going to be the price of war for the American people.
And when you think about what other things it could cost us, like us having our own military on the front lines, paying more for gas for the time being is much cheaper than what a military option would be.
And that's where we are.
This is the economic tool we can use to squeeze Russia.
There's things that can be done.
joe scarborough
So, Jeffrey, we are at war, and oil producers who, again, I certainly understand why they pulled back during COVID.
Maybe they do need a little push from Republicans and Democrats alike.
Say, I know your shareholders may not love it, but it might be the patriotic thing to do.
Sometimes when you're at war, whether it's Venezuela or whether it's the Saudis, sometimes you have to look at
unidentified
Yeah, you choose your bedfellows which is why Nikki Haley over the course of the weekend saying that she was shocked that the Biden administration had been talking to the Chinese about Russia to bring about some kind of diplomacy was absurd because in this kind of circumstance you talk to whoever you can and much better actually to drive a wedge between the Chinese and the Russians at the moment than to have them moving closer together as they had been before the start of this invasion.
Mr. President, with the exception of the no-fly zone, What is your greatest military need right now, today, with the Russians at the edge of the city?
Point number one.
Anti-aircraft missiles.
We have a real lack of these missiles, even stinger type.
Point number two.
We need significantly increase the anti-tank missile, including Javelin and low-carb Gustav.
They demonstrate the very high efficiency.
And that's why we hit it already more than 350 tanks and more than 1,000 unpersonnel carrier.
But we are spending them.
And we need, every single week, we need additional.
We need ammunition.
We need, by the way, we need a sanction which should be devastating.
Putin should pay their price.
Russian people who support the aggression, Russian people who support Putin, Russian people who support killing of Ukraine, torture of Ukraine, I only have a minute left.
don't should give up that this is not their headache. This is exactly responsibility and they should understand that Putin should take out from Ukraine, take their troops and their solidarity or maybe solidarity with the whole world. This is the crucial thing and we need it as a things number one.
marco rubio
I only have a minute left let me ask you does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?
victoria nuland
Ukraine has biological research facilities, which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of.
So we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.
marco rubio
I'm sure you're aware that the Russian propaganda groups are already putting out there all kinds of information about how they've uncovered a plot by the Ukrainians to release biological weapons in the country and with NATO's coordination.
If there's a biological or chemical weapon incident or attack inside of Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians that would be behind it?
victoria nuland
There is no doubt in my mind, Senator, and it is classic Russian technique to blame on the other guy what they're planning to do themselves.
steve bannon
Boy, do I feel better after hearing Victoria Nuland tell me that.
I slept well last night.
We're gonna get into all of that.
Little Marco, the running dog for, well, who knows what he's with the running dog for, but we'll get into that a little later in the show.
I just want everybody to know, you're in the war room, but more importantly, and it's Wednesday, 9 March, the year of our Lord 2022.
You're a, and if you take away anything from the show today, please take this away, that you're a combatant now.
That we're full out economic war.
And here's why I know you're a combatant.
It ain't Steve Bannon saying that and it's not the worm saying that.
You're a combatant because now the toxins in the drumbeat Are nonstop.
We're at war.
This is both wag the dog and wag the markets at the same time.
Of course, nothing that Joe Biden had to do on this dumpster fire.
That is the dumpster fire.
That is the economy.
It's all because of the war.
It's all because of it's all because of Putin.
It's all because of the war.
This is all going to go to the war.
This is this is.
The virus, right?
The virus played its hand.
You know, magically the virus is gone.
The CCP virus is gone.
Masks are gone.
Vaccines are gone.
They got a picture of the signs up here of the Capitol thrown into the bin.
All gone.
That's gone.
Gotta have another one.
And now we're at war.
And you're a combatant because we're at full-on economic war, full-on complete economic war, and the mainstream media is telling you you're at war.
But I want to tell you the power of this audience is that, and we've got a lot of work to do, and I know people economically are in very tough shape, and it's going to get worse, okay?
But what we're saying is the things you can do here are not going to cost you any money.
It's going to take you time.
It's going to take you commitment.
But even if you put your community and your family and your country aside, Just remember, you are a combatant.
You're a combatant.
Because we're a full-scale... First of all, they're telling us we're at war.
But if you look at modern war, hybrid war, unrestricted war, that element of economic war, we're 100% in on that.
unidentified
1000%.
steve bannon
Your government, the people you voted for.
And remember, Republicans, Mitch McConnell, who, you know, has never supported the border wall.
We're invaded on the southern border, has never supported the border wall at all, still don't have the money to build it.
If you look down there, President Trump hammered, you know, a couple of billion dollars through there, right?
We still built the best mile of wall ever built, best two-thirds of mile ever built is what we built, and we built the wall in El Paso.
Ask the Border Patrol, don't ask Steve Bannon.
That's the best mile of wall right up that hill to stop the cartels.
What's the movie, Scirocco?
That movie that talked about the drug cartels in El Paso and Juarez.
We built it right there, right?
No help from anybody.
The government only gave Trump, what, a couple billion dollars?
Yet, the other day, he's trying to run in with a $14 billion.
We have to pass it immediately!
It's because of Russ Vought being on the show yesterday, and you, and this audience, lighting people up.
Now it's going to be tucked into a... It's going to be $10 billion that's going to be tucked into...
This omnibus bill, that's a disaster.
We talked about it yesterday.
And that's even getting continued resolution.
They're not even ready for that.
We're going to light them all up on that, because that is going to bury you.
It's going to throw a napalm on this.
But they're going to now present it.
You must do this, because these are all war measures.
unidentified
We're at war.
steve bannon
We've got to do this.
You have to have deficit spending.
You've got to spend another, of the $3.5 trillion of transfer payments, you've got to spend another $1.5 trillion.
If you add the interest over 10 years, it's $2.5 trillion.
Because you've got to pay the interest, and that's at absurd low interest rates.
But now it's $10 billion, it's tucked in there, and we're going to get to it later, but we have to let the Republicans know that not one penny, because this, and we're going to harm one in a second, this is all about, well, the reality it's about the defense of the rules-based international post-war liberal order.
That's what the war is about.
And that's what Fiona Hill and all these guys up there, that's what it's about.
And that's how the globalists have run the world and enriched themselves And made you and your children equivalent to Russian serfs, modern Russian serfs.
OK, that's the system they're defending with your tax dollars and your your sons and daughters ain't their sons and daughters, your sons and daughters.
But they don't care about the southern border invasion.
That is what they want.
So we cannot have since this fight is over.
These Eastern Russian provinces, and the Crimea, and Ukraine as a buffer, and the reason we know that, they're meeting for the fourth time, and that's what's on the table.
Of course, you wouldn't know for the mainstream media, because nobody gets into the bottom of what's the bid in the ass?
What are they negotiating?
That's what they're negotiating.
And we now know from the Italian papers, because Ben Harnwell tells us that Zelensky has actually said he's open to, he's told his guys he's open to discussions about these eastern provinces.
And I mean, I think maybe even the Crimea.
We're going to get Ben on here in a second.
So, my point is, now it's $10 billion, but it shouldn't be a penny, a penny, that's not matched by money to build the southern wall.
And they're going, oh my god, this is so terrible, these guys are Putin's running dog, they're trying to confuse everything.
No!
Listen, if you're talking about the self-determination and sovereignty of the people in Ukraine, the folks in Ukraine, right, on these eastern provinces, thousands of miles away from Paris and Berlin, it's in Eurasia.
It's almost like Stalingrad, right?
On the eastern, Russian-speaking provinces, in the bloodlands, in the bloodlands, of which they're now debating.
If we're going to put $10 billion into that, we need money to build our wall, to stop the real invasion that is about our self-determination and our sovereignty.
The sovereignty of citizens of this country, and particularly, why do we have such a roaring turnout in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas?
And why have we been maniacally focused on the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas?
Because that changes the total dynamics of the game, of which they don't want to talk about.
Because the Hispanics down there understand it's an invasion, right?
They're being invaded.
Just like the folks in Eastern Ukraine.
That's invasion.
We're not questioning the brutality of this, the cruelty of this, the images of this, of innocent women and children, who Zelensky every day tells you, you promised me, you promised us.
If you look at everybody coming out now, all the refugees, and by the way, you have both internal refugees as they're fleeing around the country, and you have the ones that are leaving.
It's up to 2 million now.
And they're talking about people being sex trafficked right at the border.
It's horrific.
Nobody's arguing about the human scale of the tragedy, the disaster, but that's not how great powers and great countries have to comport themselves.
Yes, we clearly, you always wanted to help the refugees over there and figure out what to do.
We're the most caring, giving country on earth.
Heck, we bailed Europe out three times in World War I and World War II and the Cold War.
What more could you ask of kids from Kansas and kids from Missouri and kids from New York City and Chicago and Los Angeles?
What more could have been asked of an ally than the valor and courage and resources of the people of the United States?
When I would respectfully submit, particularly in the first one, we did not have a dog in that fight.
Okay?
Did not have a dog.
The internationalist, the nascent globalist, made it so.
So today we're going to go through.
We've got Philip Patrick from Birchgold.
We've got Ben Harnwell here.
I've got to go through some stuff.
We're going to deconstruct Marco Rubio's what's happening in his bio.
We're going to get in the fog of war because everything's happening.
It's all moving around.
We are here to offer you a platform, regardless of your politics and if you hate the sound of our voice, to actually let you understand what is going on and then you make your decision as an adult of what should be done here because your voice is going to matter.
If we're at war, if we're at war, I want to see this guy Joe Biden come before Congress and make the case that we're at war and we're going to put all the resources of this great republic on the line.
We're going to return in a moment.
We're going to go to Rome.
We're going to go to the Birch Gold guys.
We're going to talk about the economics of all this.
Economic war.
What's happening on the ground.
What's happening in the negotiating rooms.
unidentified
All of it.
steve bannon
So that you, as a citizen, can start to think through what is appropriate for the country, your family, and yourself.
All next in the War Room.
unidentified
I just wanted to make some points on this military situation.
This issue with the MiG-29s is pretty absurd.
The fact that this is playing out in public is comical.
Somebody should be able to pick up a phone or fly to Poland and resolve this issue and get Ukrainian planes.
Yes, this should have happened behind closed doors, obviously.
But it didn't.
And now we have to deal with the consequences.
The consequences should not include Ukraine not getting these absolutely essential aircraft.
There is a clear rationale.
Ukraine needs them to defend their airspace against a violent, unprovoked attack.
There isn't a real fear of escalation.
Andrei Kozyrev, the guest that you had on, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, wrote a really interesting and poignant thread on this, that the Russians are not suicidal, they're not interested in it.
And I also need to tell you that, you know, this is an indication of really probably a deeper issue with how this war is being managed by By the White House and by the Pentagon to a certain extent.
If this is the stuff that's playing out in public, it is not a good sign about what's going on behind closed doors.
I think a no-fly zone is the wrong move.
I support the President of the United States on that.
Let's just get rid of this euphemism, no-fly zone.
Let's call it for what it is.
It's war.
If we try to implement a no-fly zone, that means that an American pilot has to shoot down a Russian pilot.
And if we do that, that's a declaration of war.
And Vladimir Putin has been very clear that that's the way he sees it.
And if we're prepared to do that, if the American people want to go to war with Russia, I think it would be a mistake.
But if we're prepared to do it, then we should have a vote in the U.S.
Congress, because the Congress is supposed to declare war.
That's what we need to do first.
We should stop calling it a no-fly zone, and we should start calling it a declaration against Russia to go to war.
And I just don't think that's the right thing to do right now.
steve bannon
Those two gentlemen, Vindman was the guy that really got the ball rolling with the whistleblowers.
He's the guy that went to the whistleblower of Trump's impeachment.
Colonel Vindman.
Ambassador McFaul, the second.
And I'm going to break that down and play it, and we're going to put it up on our getter.
I want everybody to get it in the chats.
I want you to play this over and over and over and over again like the Victoria Nuland.
Ambassador McFaul detests the sound of Donald Trump's name.
And at the mention of Steve Bannon, he would spit on the floor.
But he's absolutely correct there.
He's absolutely correct.
There's all this talk and this loose talk.
That's why it's so important.
And what we're trying to attempt to do here in the war room is like we did in the pandemic and like we did in the impeachment and like we're doing now on battleground.
Is to make sure that you have nomenclature, specifically defined terms, right?
Nomenclature, and you understand process, and event horizon, and critical path, and then the statics and dynamics of all of it, so that you can start to, it all starts to fall in.
Also, it's just not this random information, you feel overwhelmed, it's to take the fear out.
We're the most fearless nation on earth.
We've done more and gone into tougher situations than any nation on earth in the history of the earth for our fellow man, right?
Freed more people, created more wealth.
It's when the American people finally come to their judgment in their own common sense.
If you look throughout history, this is what's happened.
But it's taken a while to get to the truth.
Don't think it's a start.
This is what a fourth turning is about.
Look at the process of, like, the Revolution.
Look at the process of the Civil War.
Look at the process of the Great Depression and World War II, what I call the dark, what's called the Dark Valley of the 1930s.
Understand those processes.
What is it in Truth is the First Casualty of War?
I think it was Churchill that said that truth is so precious in war that it has to be surrounded by a bodyguard of lies.
Okay?
So our purpose here, our task and purpose is to, regardless of your political affiliation, because in this fourth turning you're going to see a lot of new recombinations.
This is why I keep saying in shattering the Democratic Party, you're going to have the Greens, the progressive left with the squad, and you're going to have this centrist kind of neocon neoliberal party, which is the Wall Street.
It's Cheney on one end, one flank of it, and Hillary Clinton on the other, and all the other guys up there.
You've seen Little Marco, all these guys, neoliberal neocons that are burying you.
The same people that are going to come out and promote the one and a half or two trillion dollar deficit budget for just this year alone.
Okay?
With a trillion dollars, essentially, for the Pentagon.
Oh no, see, that's not correct.
It's only 880 billion dollars.
Well, look, do the accounting the right way.
Do the accounting right when you're at a trillion.
Maybe north.
phillip patrick
Okay?
steve bannon
That neocon, neoliberal, and then there's going to be, hey, let's call it what it is, a center-right, maybe a right-wing populist nationalist party.
Okay?
And that party's going to sit there and go, what is in the vital national security interest?
What's in the vital national security interest of this republic?
What has been passed down to us from time immemorial?
What is in the vital national security interest of this nation?
Now, what they're saying, it's all battle, it's all, it's all Eastern, these Eastern provinces, is self-determination and sovereignty of Ukraine.
What they're really arguing, if you see Fiona Hill and the smart ones, they'll say, no, it's for the post-war international liberal rules-based order.
The same order, Jim Mattis says, is the greatest gift of the greatest generation, okay?
The same order, The same order that has allowed the Chinese Communist Party, the most brutal dictatorship I think in the history of the earth, to become an economic and financial superpower.
That now rivals us and is an existential threat to everything this republic stands for.
And is an existential threat to its people.
And has a 10,000 year civilization by the throat.
The only real non-democracy in the world.
Yes, you've got others, but I mean a real totalitarian dictatorship.
And Lao-Beijing is slave labor.
And KDK absurdly says, oh, yeah, you reach out to him.
You're going to break him up.
No, but China's come by China buying a giant breed brought in.
They're getting more powerful.
There's solutions provider.
It is so obvious what's going on here.
And you need a moment of clarity.
And here's why you need a moment of clarity.
Write this down.
Take it out and take your notebook out.
And remember the day I said it.
You're a combatant.
You're not passive.
This is not to sit there and watch Fox News.
This is not to sit there and watch the other cable networks.
Not MSNBC or read your local paper.
Or go on your favorite website.
And just think about, I'm removed from this.
You are not removed from this.
You are a combatant.
And in modern hybrid or unrestricted warfare, Of information, which now is all over, right?
Of information warfare, but cyber, and remember, Russia is a superpower, not just with nuclear weapons, but with offensive cyber weapons, okay?
Offensive cyber weapons, and what did Panetta warn us about when he stepped down?
A cyber Pearl Harbor, a digital Pearl Harbor.
And on economics, you're on offense.
We are the greatest offensive, we didn't, what we're doing on offensive economic war, we did not, let me give you some facts, we did not do this to the Nazis.
Switzerland and the United States are combining it.
We're taking down the central bank of Russia.
We're destroying the ruble.
We're destroying their economy against the Russian people, not the oligarchs.
Taking their boats in Belgravia, taking their houses in the west end of London.
Putin will make them more money.
That's nothing.
Stopping the oil shipments.
That's where it starts getting interesting, right?
Stopping the oil.
Germany's not on board with that, not whatsoever.
Not even on the Swiss system.
We're going to get into all that in a second.
They're all saying, oh, the Allies are all together.
The Allies are not together.
The United States is at offensive economic war.
NATO is not.
The United States of America has declared economic war on the Russian people.
And you are a combatant.
You are part of that.
You can't look away.
Look in the mirror.
You're a combatant.
And the question has to be, as Ambassador McFaul said, about the MiGs, and that's just a little part.
The kinetic warfare part is probably the smallest part of this.
Yes, it's the one that's got the horrific images, and trust me, if you're a mother and child in these cities, it's the biggest thing in your life, because you're being destroyed right now.
And if you're fleeing, you could still be trafficked.
So there's no upside to any of that on the kinetic side, but in the overall scheme of what's going on, the great forces of the world, that looks like 1939, with the brutality of 1939.
But in the 21st century, with economic war and cyber war, stand by, because you are a combatant.
Now Biden's economy was a dumpster fire, a dumpster fire.
What did Dave Brat say yesterday when he looked at the M1, he looked at the money supply?
You got a dead carcass and all they're doing is pumping cash in there.
That's why nothing seems real.
That's what people got throughout the country.
It doesn't feel like we're in economic rejuvenation.
It's just deficit spending because we're the prime reserve currency and we've weaponized the dollar.
That's the economic warfare part.
Against the Russian people?
Why do we do that against the Russian people and not the oligarchs?
We know the oligarchs don't have power.
Putin is surrounded by these KGB guys and military guys.
They have this direct core of the real power guys.
The oligarchs are just guys that run these things.
They skim off the top and that's why Putin's probably the richest guy in the world.
Because we want regime... The United States wants regime change in Russia.
They want regime change.
That's where the stock market can't open.
That's why they're breaking the central bank.
We didn't do this to Hitler and the Nazis.
They put all their stuff in Switzerland.
The banks didn't really cut them off.
Heck, you could actually say you guys were war profiteers.
We didn't do it to the Nazis.
We didn't do it to Mussolini and the fascists.
We didn't do it to Tojo and the military junta in Imperial Japan.
We didn't do it to the Soviet Union!
We were three seconds away from nuclear- In 1983, weren't we three seconds away from launching on each other?
Some sort of mistake, but we had the Cuban Missile Crisis?
In the Cuban Missile Crisis, did Kennedy do any of the economic warfare we're doing right now, going offense?
Were they about to put nuclear weapons within, what, 90 seconds of Washington, D.C.?
The greatest crisis of supposedly those years, the Cuban Missile Crisis?
Did- No, we did not.
We're doing it here?
Has Joe Biden, so McFaul, Ambassador McFaul, you're a sophisticated guy?
You hate us, but you're a sophisticated guy?
Shouldn't Joe Biden come to the American people and say, this is what it is, this is where we stand, this is what they're negotiating, but this is what we're defending, and this is what we're defending with our blood and treasure?
And can I have a show of hands?
Can we have a vote?
And let's get everybody out there and let's get them voting.
Let's see where little Marco stands.
Let's see where McConnell stands.
Let's see where Rick Scott stands.
Let's see where all the neoliberal neocons, let's get them on the record.
But let's at least have enough respect for the American people to come forward and make a... Don't just have Morning Joe tell me at war.
unidentified
Come and explain why we're at war.
steve bannon
All next in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
steve bannon
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king, okay?
We got a lot of one-eyed men here.
But I gotta tell you, what all I see is total blindness by everybody else.
There's a great book written about the Great War of 1914, which really shattered the Victorian era, right?
All the great ideals and how the world was interconnected and global commerce and at peace for so long after Napoleon was defeated in 1815 at Waterloo.
That kind of century of peace that was shattered.
And the book is called The Sleepwalkers.
Remember, man is asleep.
Man is asleep.
You just drift to your life.
Not conscious.
Not making conscious decisions.
On this one, let's have an agreement.
Let's have a pact with each other.
With the war room.
Let's have a pact.
Out there individually.
As you think about this.
Let's have a pact.
That you will use your time and your effort and your being to think this through.
And that the decision you make and what you support will be conscious.
You will make a conscious decision.
That you can look back and say, you know, I thought it wasn't like the Gulf of Tonkin and it wasn't like the Iraq War.
I didn't just take what they told me.
And I just went about my life and no, you're a combatant.
And you owe it not just to your kids and your grandkids and yourself, you owe it for every 12, 13 generations that got us here.
And bequeath to us the greatest, most powerful nation on earth.
This is what a 4th turning is about.
This is what an inflection point is about.
This is what decisions are about.
So just promise me, commit to me, commit to yourself, more importantly, that you will make this a conscious decision.
You do not have to agree with everything I say.
You don't have to agree with anything I say.
But one thing.
Make sure you're conscious when you make this decision.
Make sure you've thought it through.
Make sure you remember it.
Make sure, hey, I thought about this.
I had this.
Maybe they misled me.
But make that commitment.
If we make that commitment individually, not only are we going to get through this, we're going to get through this and do the right thing.
Right?
Because our history shows us that.
Our history shows us that.
The other three great, the Revolution, and the Civil War, and the Great Depression and World War II, it takes a while to get there, and eventually it's because all the other lies have been stripped away, but let's do it proactively.
Let's do it proactively.
Let's do it proactively.
And say, yes, we thought this through, we understood, we heard the content, the rhetoric, and the spin, and the propaganda, and all of it.
No, we thought it through as adults.
When I was a child, I thought like a child, I talked like a child, I acted like a child.
Now I'm a man, and I use that metaphorically.
As a species, a homo sapien, a conscious homo sapien.
Now I'm a man, I think like a man, I talk like a man, and I decide, and I act Like a man.
For the good of mankind.
Because you don't think these things can spin out of control?
You go back and look what happened to the sleepwalkers in 1914.
Look what happened to the sleepwalkers.
That started in kind of the same part of the world, which they thought was irrelevant.
Remember, in the Times of London, the greatest media platform of its era.
They had the assassination of the Archduke in Serbia, I think it was the last couple days of June.
It wasn't on the front page of the Times of London to a month later, I think in the last week of July, when all of a sudden it became, they had all these treaties and they were getting ready, everybody was getting ready, all of a sudden the mechanisms all went in.
Right?
To get ready for war.
All the trains.
Everything they had to do to get ready.
unidentified
Boom!
steve bannon
And you couldn't stop it.
And exorably, and exorably, you were drawn to a conflict that destroyed the Victorian era.
And would turn Western Europe into a slaughter pen.
Turn Turkey and Gallipoli into a slaughter pen.
Okay?
You see the slaughter pen that's over in Crimea, over in Eastern Ukraine right now?
You see the slaughter pen?
You see the women and children?
You see the shelling?
It looks like 1939.
You see the slaughter pen?
We've had slaughter pens before.
And mark my word, we're going to head there again.
We have no earthy idea.
Look at Victoria Nuland yesterday.
Yes, there are biological research facilities.
Yes, yes, yes.
And we're quite concerned about biological research material.
Yes, yes.
She's tippy-toeing through the minefield before Rubio gets her off the hook.
The question, if you're a citizen of Florida, citizen of Florida, you should be calling Rubio's office and say, please tell us, was it the CIA or the Defense Department or DA?
Who gave you the questions?
Who gave you the questions, sir, that you could ask it in that way?
Who gave them to you?
Okay, I want to go to, if I can do this, and Phillip Patrick and Ben have been terrific to hang on.
Ben, I want to go to you.
What I want to do first is just where we stand in the round four negotiations of what really is the bid and the ask for this.
Can you get me up to speed on that first?
I'm going to go to Philip Patrick about the economic impact and then back to you on some other topics.
But tell me, where do we actually stand on this?
ben harnwell
Well, as far as the... Good morning, Steve.
As far as the fourth round goes, the date and time hasn't yet been set.
Only the location, which will continue to be Belarus.
And the progress that has been made there, uh... is specifically to do with the uh...
did the humanitarian colorado's work on the ceasefire hasn't really made much progress now as you were saying before in your monologue we now know what the uh...
what the conditions are that russia has impose a very quickly do that it's that ukraine ceases military action but it changes its constitution to enshrine neutrality that acknowledges crimea as russian territory and that it recognizes the separatist republics of donetsk and lugansk as independent territories
And we also know, we spoke about it last night, we also know that Zelensky, having previously said that the obstacle to progress on the ceasefire remains the the territorial integrity of Ukraine. He has now said that he's open to discussing Donbass sovereignty and you asked the question earlier in your monologue, Steve, and also recognizing Crimea. We know this because this was in the Italian press. This was translated
straight out of La Repubblica. I've not yet seen this referred to in English-speaking mainstream media because they don't want to touch it.
And a great example of how the English-speaking mainstream media is conditioning and deflecting our knowledge on what is going on is Victoria Nuland, right?
Here is what Foreign Policy magazine describes the situation to do with the chemical, the bio labs.
They say their headline false claims of US bio warfare labs in Ukraine grip QAnon.
The conspiracy theory has been boosted by Russian and Chinese media and diplomats.
Now that is the heart of the neoliberal rules-based order.
I had to go to an Indian newspaper to see what an independent and neutral spin on the Marco Rubio Newland exchange was.
And this is their headline in India.
USA admits Well, I only have a minute left.
steve bannon
labs in Ukraine and says if a biological attack happens it's Russia's fault right that is the difference between giving you the facts and telling you what you have to think. Philip Patrick can I hold you for one second because I gotta play let's play the Victoria, let's play the entire we only played part of it last night we didn't get to the Rubio question let's play the entire Victoria Newland exchange with with Rubio. Well I only have a minute left let me ask you
marco rubio
does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?
victoria nuland
Ukraine has biological research facilities, which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of.
marco rubio
So we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.
Okay, when you only got a minute left, and Florida citizens should contact Marco Rubio's office today and ask him about that.
When she mentions they have biological research facilities and they have biological material that we're quite concerned about, in fact we're quote-unquote working with them to make sure they're secured so that Russian troops can't get them.
The following questions are, Is that a lab?
What are they creating?
Are we involved in any way?
Have we financed it?
Are we partners?
Do we actually know what's going on?
What do you mean we're working with?
Do we have DAA guys there?
And I realize it's unclassified and it's open, so you've got to be careful.
But what you don't do is go and become a running dog and basically say, yeah, this is going to be bad guys.
And I'm not saying the Russians aren't putting out misinformation every second of every day.
They are absolutely.
unidentified
1,000%.
steve bannon
Not even a question about that.
Information warfare is one of their stocks in trade, just like the CCP.
Okay?
But you have to be able to cut through that.
Why didn't Victoria Nuland?
And why is the mainstream media?
Why is Morning Joe?
Why is not everybody?
Given the fact, and this is just a random event that happened, you know, given the fact we've lost 900,000 of our citizens, and we've just, you know, increased the deficit by what, 10 or 12 trillion dollars of debt, and we've had two years of economic carnage since Something that came out of the Wuhan lab.
Oh, no, no, no.
Excuse me.
It came out of the wet market just down the street from the Wuhan bioweapons lab.
You would think it would be quite sensitive to that.
Maybe we'd ask a pressing question on nomenclature and process and event horizon and how did that happen and how many are there.
And where are they located?
And are they level 1s?
Are they level 2s?
Are they level 3s?
And what materials?
When you say materials, that's kind of generic.
Can you be a little more specific?
And if this has to be classified, Chairman, why don't we take this into the classified area?
No.
No.
Got to go.
But if anything happens, it's going to be the Russians, right?
Because this is putting out information.
And this is all the Q Crazies.
Well, hey, all I'm saying is, much like what happened in the pandemic, we're going to get into this in the second hour with Chris Kobach and Naomi Wolf, and you see what's happening with Governor DeSantis down in Florida.
You know, what went from screaming conspiracy theory and kicking you off and deplatforming you to fact, Collapsed to like 30 days.
Yep, right?
This ticking time bomb on truth is about exactly, be precise.
And no Republican should vote for any money for Ukraine.
Zero dollars for Ukraine.
As much as your heart wants to help, The poor women and children who are bombed and shelled every day.
Right?
That picture right there in the New York Times.
The horrible agony of the Ukrainian people.
Not one penny.
I hate to be an adult, but when I was a child I thought like a child.
Now I'm a man, you gotta think like it.
Until we get a full briefing and disclosure of exactly what is going on with facts.
Not with, you don't take QAnon spin, right?
You don't take Russian disinformation.
Let's just get to the facts of what we know.
And let's make that, that's got to be part of Biden's presentation to the American people of why the American people are now combatants.
Because if these are labs, we already know that you're a combatant from the Wuhan lab.
Correct?
It's almost five million or six million throughout the world, about to break that.
And sent the world into what they're saying now the economies won't recover for 10 or 20 years of what happened unless you keep the printing presses going?
That's where we are.
Okay, short commercial break.
Phillip Patrick.
Phillip, you're such a good guy for hanging around.
I know you're extremely busy.
Phillip Patrick from Birch Gold is going to join us.
I'm going to get the MyPatriotGuide.
Joe Reek is going to join us, because they're limited up in wheat, right?
All your food is going to explode.
Of course, it's all the war.
That's the problem.
Steve Cortez has got some charts.
He's not around today, but he's got some charts that say that's not exactly true.
unidentified
We'll get all of that.

Okay, I want to go to Phillip Patrick.
Phillip, we're at Economic.
Phillip Patrick from Birch Gold.
First, I want to announce that Philip and I have been working on something where I come out with next week with a special announcement of some research we've been doing and really a tool that you can use about the US dollar, about King dollar or the empire of the dollar that I think everybody needs to read and think about, even if you don't know anything about economics and finance, particularly if you don't know anything about economics and finance.
We're trying to make this all accessible to you because these are part of the great forces of capital that drive so much capital and technology that drive so much tied to demographics and geography that drive so much of what goes on in the world.
Obviously, at the end of the day, it's a spiritual war, but there are many earthly forces that drive this, and one of this is what is considered capital or money.
Philip, one thing I think we've proven, and correct me if I'm wrong, sir, because you're a pretty dispassionate analyst about this, I think 5,000 years of history, have we shown 5,000 years of history of gold being a hedge has turned out correctly as you've been with us on this show now for almost two years.
Walk us through where we stand on this economic war, sir.
phillip patrick
I mean, look, I think what we're seeing with the sanctions now, it's dashed any hope of Americans getting a reprieve from inflation.
We're seeing surging prices across the board here domestically.
Oil prices up 55% since the start of the year alone.
Global food prices going bananas.
I mean, wheat now at an all time high.
Nickel is up 107% for the year so far.
And nickel today in the United States has a melt value of 8.4 cents.
I mean, things are getting bonkers here.
Look, despite what Biden wants to try and suggest now, this has been an issue even prior to the invasion of Ukraine.
Inflation was the highest in 40 years.
The last thing we needed was a big negative supply shock and it's exactly what we're getting.
We're feeling it particularly when it comes now to oil prices.
Let's not forget Russia are the largest producer of oil and natural gas in the world.
They also supply 25% of the world's wheat.
There is now a huge push to ban Russian oil purchases.
We've done it here in the United States.
I heard yesterday we were now considering buying oil from Iran again at some point in the future, which is just crazy.
As we know, rising energy costs, highly inflationary.
There was a clip you played earlier.
Banks are now predicting oil at $200 a barrel by the end of the year.
That's significant.
Now, Powell said last week that as a rule of thumb, Every $10 increase in the price of oil leads to a 0.2% increase in core inflation and a 0.1% decrease in GDP.
What that means to us, $200 a barrel price of oil by the end of the year, that would push core inflation up alone 1.4%, and pull GDP down one. All this does is fuel the stagflationary crisis that we have in the United States. Things are getting much, much worse.
steve bannon
Gas, we just had a thing, $7, hit $7. But remember, this is before all the war stuff.
The war stuff is going to add to it.
This is the dumpster fire and we just got Newsmax is just breaking.
They've reached a deal on the 1.5.
We sat here yesterday with Russ Vought.
What was the number going to be?
Wait for it.
1.5 trillion.
They've reached that.
What is that going to do?
The Fed hasn't made any moves to stop inflation, hasn't raised its rates, not stopping quantitative easing yet.
We're now announcing they're going to get a 1.5 trillion dollar Deficit budget this year, five and a half trillion dollars overall.
Right.
Five point.
Let me do the math.
Three and a half, four.
Yeah.
Over five trillion dollars.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
When you add the interest, it'll be six trillion dollars over the 10 years.
But what what is this spending bill going to do in your mind, Patrick, to the current economic situation?
phillip patrick
It fuels inflation.
It always does.
Everyone here knows that the more money you spend with nothing to support it, it's going to fuel inflation.
And as we've discussed in the past, what can the Fed do about it?
Right.
I think their response is going to be more muted.
And I think this invasion of Ukraine is going to be the rationale.
steve bannon
Right.
phillip patrick
They came out of the blocks, you know, sort of came out of the gates.
Aggressive this year.
We're going to raise rates.
We're going to prioritize inflation.
They can't do it now.
They risk decimating the domestic economy with surging fuel prices.
They don't want to do it.
Inflation expectations in the United States are already unanchored, right?
People are changing their behavior.
They feel inflation's here to stay, and it snowballs.
Right.
So we don't have the tools to address it.
I think what the Fed response will be is muted.
It's going to be inadequate to address either this surge of inflation or to stimulate the economy sufficiently enough.
And I think what it does is it lands us in another stagflationary crisis and potentially another lost decade.
But as we know, spending is not the solution to this.
It's absolutely not.
And it's the only thing these guys know.
And it's why we're in the situation we are.
Now compounding things.
It's a disaster.
We've seen this coming for a long time and all they're doing is escalating the issue now.
steve bannon
Okay, I know you've got your staff.
By the way, the staff over at Birch has been helping.
We've been working through this paper that you need to read on the dollar and the end of the dollar empire, which is going to impact your finances.
How did they get to you and how did they get to your analyst over at Birch Gold?
Because, ladies and gentlemen, what I'm telling you, and with Joe Reik at my page, you need more than ever to reach out to people and immerse yourself in information.
That's what you need to do today.
How did they do that with you guys, Phillip?
phillip patrick
Birchgold.com forward slash Bannon a lot of great information there and you can reach me directly on getter at Philip Patrick.
steve bannon
And get there and you go to Birchgold you get to talk to one of the people there and make sure you go to his his getter account he's putting up stuff all day long.
Philip, we're going to have you on here a lot more because we're in the middle of this now and it's going to get pretty hairy.
So, sir, thank you very much for joining us.
Appreciate it.
And thanks for hanging around.
phillip patrick
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Philip Patrick, what a saint.
Sat through three of my rants.
And the audience did, too.
unidentified
OK, sometimes you just got to get it off your chest.
steve bannon
OK, we're going to go.
We've got a lot to cover.
We've got a lot to cover about vaccines.
We've got a lot to cover about the virus.
Now that we know there's biological research material in Ukraine, because Victoria Nuland tiptoed around that and told me that, right?
At a hearing.
Okay, Joe Reeks is going to join us.
We've got Chris Kobach.
Ben Harnwell is still with us.
We've got a lot to go through.
Joe Allen is going to join us in studio.
All of it next.
