Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, Even though now it seems like the Feds are entirely uninterested in this guy who, by all accounts, by all what it seems from looking at the video, it's apparent that if anyone's a kind of major orchestrator in the first act of this so-called breach of the Capitol, it would be him.
And it's curious that the feds don't seem to be interested.
But what's even more curious is that initially they were.
And Epps's face was actually one of the first 20 faces that the FBI put on their January 6th most wanted list that anyone in DC would have seen.
Like they had the posters everywhere.
They're very interested and they did their usual shtick where they say, we are calling on the public's help.
Help us identify this man.
And then the internet being what the internet is, a remarkable vehicle identified him within days and then crickets.
The feds weren't interested in nothing about him until, um, five months later, they scrub his face.
and named completely from their public database. And we were able to interpolate the exact day that they scrubbed it. And just by coincidence, happened to be the very day after Revolver News ran an extensive piece on his former fellow Oath Keeper, Stuart Rhodes.

|
We will ask Merrick Garland the pointed question that revolver ripens.
I'm announcing that I am sending a letter to the Attorney General and my suspicion is that my colleagues from the Judiciary Committee will be joining that letter asking this question.
Following January 6th, were there people that you took off of any of the wanted lists that Were federal assets or federal agents?
Did any of the decisions to remove those people come as a consequence of cooperation between the federal government and the people that were animating the violence?
And if he answers that question in the affirmative, we know it's Epps, and we know they weren't just there collecting intelligence, they were driving people into the building.
Okay, we're not here to play footsie.
I've said from day one, we're not here to play the regime's game.
Our job on this show from day one, starting on the 20th of January, was to sit here in the breach and not run away, and not, you know, wring our hands and cry and whine, oh, we're gonna have 10 new states, we're gonna have 15 new Supreme Court justices, it's over, you know, let's go to Florida, let's go to Texas, let's just curl up in a ball and whine.
No, it was to stand in the breach and said, hey, if we hammer this every day with this audience, we hammer it every day, we will expose his illegitimacy.
We will expose his illegitimacy, because we're not going to get off 3 November.
We're not going to get off drilling down the Wuhan lab.
And then it became obvious, the trifecta, the third thing we had to do was get to the bottom of 6 January.
We know, because we see the momentum going, and if we continue to do our work, I don't know if it's 25 seats or 50 seats, I believe strongly it can be 100 seats.
Now, if these feckless Republicans don't give it away in the redistricting, which they're trying to do, we're going to sort that out.
But as sure as the turning of the earth We're going to be in control come November of this year.
And you just heard Matt Gaetz up here and Marjorie Taylor Greene saying, hey, they're not going to stop this committee.
What they're going to do is reorient this committee to get to the bottom of what really happened.
And what's the involvement of the national security state in that?
I have argued for years.
Being both on the outside and the inside.
Remember, I was in the Pentagon back in the, uh, back in the 80s, okay?
As an aide to the Chief of Naval Operations.
I saw it back then. | ||
I saw how this apparatus worked, okay?
And I saw how it grew and got out of control.
And I've argued from day one, you need a church commission to get to the bottom of what's going on with this national security apparatus that's now been turned against American citizens.
And so we've got today, honored to have, The two biggest hammers out there.
It's Julie Kelly from American Greatness, of course.
Darren Beattie from Revolver.
That was Darren you had.
So Matt Gaetz just said, Darren, you're going to be the new staff director.
So I'm going to get to you in a second.
Then Marjorie Taylor Greene is going to actually head the committee.
They'll keep a little Jamie Raskin and Shifty Shift.
And, uh, and Swalwell and these guys, they can hang out there, but it's going to be new policy, new sheriffs in town over there.
You're going to be staff director to get to the bottom of a different direction.
But, Julie, can you just give us a summary on your great reporting?
Because you've been on this in day one.
Where do we really stand?
You know, Merrick Garland, or I call him Garland Merrick now, the little wimp, right?
He sets up there yesterday.
It's the biggest investigation in the history of the FBI.
Bigger than the communists back here that try to take the country over before and after World War II.
Bigger than the weather underground during the Vietnam War.
Bigger than the Ku Klux Klan.
Bigger than the Black Panthers.
Bigger than the jihadists that brought down the Twin Towers and killed, what, 2,900 of our countrymen.
The biggest investigation in the nation's history is going on now.
Julie Kelly, with your great reporting, Exactly where do we stand with this?
Has anybody been charged with insurrection?
Has anybody been charged with sedition?
Can they even use, Jeffrey Scott Superio's got an amazing piece in the Wall Street Journal, they can't even use these terms because they're so far out of bounds of what they really mean versus where we are in this.
Walk us through exactly where we are in this investigation, ma'am.
So, as you know, there were hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters who went to the president's speech and the rally on January 6th.
Tens of thousands of them then went to the Capitol.
They estimate that roughly 800 to 1,000 at some point breached the Capitol building.
I don't think it was 1,000, but it certainly was a few hundred, or several hundred.
Right now you have about 720 Americans who have been arrested and charged related to this unprecedented investigation, as Merrick Garland calls it.
The overwhelming majority are charged with misdemeanor offenses such as parading in the Capitol, That class B misdemeanor has resulted in the most plea deals.
And believe it or not, people have actually been sentenced to jail time for that misdemeanor, 30, 60, 90 days.
About 230 people have been charged with something called obstruction of an official proceeding, which is a felony statute that was created after the Enron scandal was never intended to be applied to political protesters, as George Bush specifically said when he signed the legislation into law.
But this is a favorite of Andrew Weissman.
It's 15C2. | ||
And this is the obstruction charge that they tried to tag Trump with in the moment.
unidentified
|
Okay, hold on, hang on, hang on, whoa, whoa, slow down, slow down, because I want to make sure everybody gets this.
Sorry. | ||
We're going to connect dots today.
Andrew Weissman is a psychopath, okay?
He has a, a, a, a, he destroyed Enron, which, by the way, I'm not saying it should have been destroyed, the way he did it is put so many people, Arthur Anderson, he destroyed Arthur Anderson.
He's a psycho. | ||
He's a psycho. | ||
He's a dangerous individual.
Andrew Weissman. | ||
He's on MSNBC all the time.
He was the psycho there with Rachel Maddow for years.
Hammered President Trump on what we know were lies.
Were lies about the whole Russia thing.
And wasted the country's time on that.
Okay? | ||
Andrew Weissman is a psychopath.
Okay? | ||
Tell us about this law. | ||
Because this is the one law they're trying to hang these guys on.
Stopping an official proceedings.
It came out of Enron. | ||
Does it have anything to do with anything regarding 6th January, ma'am?
It doesn't, and here's why.
First of all, it's not supposed to be applied to political protesters, as I said, but they're testing the waters here.
This is the statute that Liz Cheney suggested that they would try to charge President Trump with.
It is a felony and it results in up to 20 years in prison.
You've had probably six or seven January 6th defendants, unfortunately, who have pleaded guilty.
The most famous one is Jacob Chansley, the QAnon shaman, the guy with the horns and the body paint.
After 317 days in solitary confinement, he finally pleaded guilty to obstruction and the judge sentenced him to 41 months in prison, even though he committed no violent crime and has no criminal record.
So this is what they're going after these people for.
Now, but here's the thing.
Obstruction of an official proceeding.
What's interesting is that the overwhelming majority of people who face that charge entered the building after the joint session had been recessed.
So you had the House that went into recess around 2.12.
The Senate went into recess about 2.20.
The first official breach of the Capitol was around 2.13.
So by the time you had most people filing in, say the 300 on the Senate side, who were let in by Capitol Police, the official proceeding Had already been halted.
So I'm not sure how that's going to hold up in court.
You already have five federal judges from Trump judges down to Obama judges who have said that this charge is legitimate because they've rejected several motions to dismiss this count.
But it will be interesting to see if it holds up in a jury trial because what it will do is criminalize any protester.
Of course, it will only apply to people on the right.
But if you disrupt, say, a Senate Judicial Senate Judiciary confirmation hearing where you have numerous disruptions, including by sitting senators to try to stop a confirmation hearing of a controversial judicial nominee as we saw with the Kavanaugh hearings.
So you potentially, let's say in that instance, Thousands of Americans who could have been charged with obstruction of an official procedure.
Before I pivot to Darren, I just want to make sure we get the framework right.
And I think there were a million people here.
I was actually shocked how many people came in the cold to hear the speech on a work day.
So there was, I don't know, 250,000 to a million, who knows, a bunch of people here.
Lots of people to hear the speech.
From that, let's go down to the next subset.
How many actually were up in the Capitol, they think?
unidentified
|
1,000? | |
1,500? | ||
2,000? | ||
How many? | ||
The initial estimate by DOJ was about 800 people that they estimated actually went into the building.
So I think that that is the number.
But in the outside area, maybe another couple of thousand?
Because it looked like a lot of people milling around smartly.
Oh, there were tens of thousands.
There were tens of thousands of people on the Capitol grounds, yes, who had walked there after the And of that 800, they think 800 actually went into the Capitol, okay?
And how many have been charged to date?
Roughly 720 people have been charged.
Because people who are outside also have been charged.
So, Darren Beattie, I don't want to get to you being staff director of what you're going to do, right, when you're staff director of this committee, but give us the perspective of what Julie just told us.
Frame this whole thing before we go into details.
Well, it's two sides of the same scandalous coin.
The side that Julie Kelly was talking about is the side that involves the really draconian, third-world, Abu Ghraib-like conditions that many people have been subjected to for extremely trivial offenses, if they're offenses at all, and in some cases, wallowing away in solitary confinement and such.
And that's one side, and that really underscores the scandal of the other side of the coin, which is the egregious, remarkable, and inexplicable, selective non-prosecution of people who are clearly key players in the January 6th event.
People like Ray Epps. | ||
People like Stuart Rhodes.
People like the handful the cast of characters covered in the previous bombshell Revolver.News piece showing how, in this methodical orchestrated fashion, key individuals allowed for January 6th to turn from a rally into a riot.
That's the other side, the selective non-profit.
Hang on, so we're going to come back on both of that.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
When we return, we're going to come to the details of this, because the day is coming very shortly, and the Democrats in this town better understand this, and the media better understand this, after the sweeping victory in November this year.
Uh, the table is going to be turned, okay?
We're going to get to the bottom of the reality.
You've had Jim Banks, you know, the Republican, uh, Congressman, saying they're going to do their own individual.
Say, have they called, have they called Julie Kelly?
Have, have they been burning up the phone line with there and be, you know, they want to have another thing.
Oh, well, why didn't, uh, why wasn't the Capitol police better trained?
Yeah, those are all interesting topics, but that's not to the heart of the matter.
In the war room, All we care about the signal.
We don't care about the noise.
And what you have now is nothing but noise.
We're getting to the heart of the signal, of exactly what went on.
You know, Darren Beattie sums it up perfectly.
They're saying it's a failure of intelligence.
No, it's a failed intelligence operation.
We're gonna get to all that.
Take a short commercial break.
We'll be back in the war room with American greatness, Julie Kelly, and of course, Revolver News.
Darren Beattie, next. | ||

The games you want to play. Bring it on and I will fight to the end. Just watch and see. It's all started. Everything's begun. And you are over. Cause we're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon. The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide. War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.

A couple of things. | ||
2.15 there's going to be a press conference of Marjorie Taylor Greene and of course Matt Gaetz.
We're going to do clips of that.
It's a special night. | ||
Two hours. | ||
5 p.m. | ||
to 7 p.m. | ||
on 6 January. | ||
It's going to be explosive like our show has been this morning.
Also at 12.15 I want everybody on FJBCOIN.
I'm going to be giving a talk on the Discord channel.
Make sure all that posse is there.
And anybody else that wants to join, I'll be walking through the community of FJB, because that's our philosophy here, right?
We don't put any happy talk, let's go Brandon.
I'm not into that, okay?
I'm into being in this guy's grill.
What he did today was a disgrace.
He's a disgrace. | ||
To make the analogy, him and Kamala Harris are so desperate.
Their numbers are awful.
The worst numbers, and this is where the Justice Department, you're going to come after people like a third world dictatorship.
Your number's in the tank.
You can't pass anything.
You have no political capital.
Right now, he's losing to Trump by five points for 2024.
He's down five in the real clear politics average of seven polls, and the latest polls got him down by eight.
He's underwater. | ||
He's at 29% approval in many polls by independents.
Right now, the Axios poll shows 40% of the American people think he's illegitimate.
Not just don't like his policies, thinks he's illegitimate.
That includes Democrats.
You take the Democrats out, you have the independents again, close to 50%.
Yes, we have done our job here at the War Room.
And that is to kill this illegitimate regime in the crib.
And it's the work I am, the only thing I think I'm proud of in my life, of my political work,
Yes, and I'll take a small bow for that, being an assistant to President Trump, the greatest candidate we ever had, okay, that dropped the hammer on the Clinton regime, destroyed that, and now you've got this illegitimate, feckless regime here in Washington, D.C., and you saw with Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene the thinking that went in to 6 January for the Electoral Count Act of 18, what, 1887?
Right? | ||
To go through state by state.
I think they had six states.
Two hours per state, per chamber.
Twenty-four hours of global television.
And they just told you right there, I don't think it's ever been reported.
They broke it down by teams.
So the state's not even in the states.
Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz were going to do Michigan.
Right? | ||
You had other teams that were going to do Wisconsin, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Remember, these are all still being adjudicated.
Right now in Wisconsin is the farthest down there.
They're the quiet ones.
But Judge Gabelman and that crowd are tough, and they're going to get to the bottom of it.
You got Jay Corman up in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
He's going to get to the bottom of it.
You had the explosive news yesterday of even Raffensperger now is up against the wall.
I've finally seen the videotapes of True the Vote got to him about the ballot harvesting in Georgia.
And you also got the illegitimate ballots there in Arizona.
President Trump's going out there on the 15th.
They're trying to decertify those electors now.
They've already had their investigation.
They've got the proof. | ||
So it's on fire in official venues by state assemblies, by state assemblies, as in the Constitution is supposed to be, to adjudicate this.
So we're not going to back off one inch.
We're going to take it to get to the bottom of it because the American people have to know what happened on 3 November.
Now in the process of that, the national security apparatus, we're going to get to the bottom of 6 January.
As Matt Gaetz just said, when we had this sweeping victory in November, and that victory's coming because we're ascendant, right?
We have two-thirds of the country.
We're ascendant. | ||
And all you're trying to do is trying to, you're trying to rewrite the rules.
That's all. | ||
You've got to rewrite every rule.
You've got to now try to grab it at the federal level.
It's not going to happen.
You're not going to be able to federalize this election.
That's not going to happen.
And the regulations and new rules that were put in are going to be now enforced, not just on paper, enforced.
Okay? | ||
And we have the volunteers throughout the country that are volunteering to be election officials.
Why did we win in Virginia?
We had 95% participation.
By not just poll watchers, by election officials, people in the room, 95%.
What did they have in 2020?
They had 33%. | ||
What did they have in the last gubernatorial race?
They had 25%. | ||
Why? | ||
Because of the deplorables.
This audience is using its agency to say never again.
We're never going to allow an illegitimate regime, a radical illegitimate regime, to take over this country and destroy this country.
And we don't like, we don't care if the mainstream media doesn't like it.
We don't care if Merrick Garland doesn't like it.
We don't care if Joe Biden doesn't like it or Kamala Harris.
We could care less what you think, okay?
The American people are going to take this country back, and starting in November, and I love what Gates said and Marjorie Taylor Greene, they're not going to disband the committee, they're going to own the committee, and they're going to get to the bottom of what really happened.
And the two people that are going to be there, the tip of the spear there, Julie Kelly from American Greatness and Darren Beatty from Revolver Not News.
So, Julie, to set it up, the preamble, it's sitting there in broad daylight, okay?
This whole Michigan thing that they all trumped up back in October to try to do whatever they could do to get Trump not to win.
Right, when they had Mark Elias and Bob Barron, this whole apparatus with the phony mail-in ballots that they knew were going to harvest.
They were going to harvest like crazy as they got caught in Georgia on tape.
OK, but this phony trying to trying to kidnap Whitmer.
Who would ever try to kidnap Whitmer?
Think about it for a second.
Julie, what happened there is the preamble.
And then, Darren, I want you to tell me about this fake, this phony setup by the federal government, by the FBI, of this of this kidnapping of Governor Whitmer.
So it started with something called Operation Cold Snap, which the FBI started in the spring of 2020, allegedly to infiltrate militia groups who were planning anti-lockdown rallies.
And this was the justification for the Flint field office, which was really tied to the Detroit FBI field office, the only FBI field office in Michigan, to take over some social media chatter about lockdown rallies.
So they infiltrated at least 12 informants plus undercover agents.
The entire operation, as Darren could speak specifically, was managed by FBI special agents in Michigan, and they handled every single informant, and they really were the ones who concocted this plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer from her vacation cottage.
You have a criminal convicted felon who was one of the lead informants, who actually committed two crimes while he was working with the FBI on the Whitmer caper.
And he's the one who paid for and organized and created all of these optics of surveillance trips and training missions, a national militia conference, if you could believe that, where people showed up and this is how they really lured people into this trap.
So when was this announced?
October 8th of 2020 in the state of Michigan, several men are arrested after they attempted to buy explosives from another undercover agent.
And this led to all sorts of negative headlines over at press conference by Gretchen Whitmer.
Joe Biden made a statement that this is all Donald Trump's fault.
So it's happening as early voting is underway in this critical state of Michigan.
Who knows how many votes were impacted by this, but it's completely falling apart.
The government has removed its top three FBI special agents, including the man who signed the initial criminal federal complaint.
They've removed them from the case because he has been convicted of a crime are pleaded guilty to assaulting his wife, was fired by the FBI.
The other two top FBI agents have been removed from the government's witness list.
And I would be surprised if this other criminal informant actually shows up.
The trial is supposed to be in March, but he's been now charged with two other crimes.
So this is, and by the way, not just Julie Kelly's reporting and Darren B's reporting, but BuzzFeed has done two great investigative reports on this.
So you even have what I would call left-wing, because BuzzFeed is not a moderate left, their left-wing media is all over this, like in the old days when they didn't want government intervention, they didn't want these kind of setups by the FBI.
So Darren, let's go, let's take it from there of what Julie has proven Well that's a great question and just a little bit of the history of reporting on the Michigan case in the context of BuzzFeed, which you mentioned.
civilians. Take it from there and get it. How do you connect that to 6 January?
Well that's a great question and just a little bit of the history of reporting on the Michigan case in the context of BuzzFeed which you mentioned. Now Revolver News was the first news outlet in mid-June in our big report that looked at the charging documents of the Oath Keepers and noticed severe discrepancies, weird things going on, egregious cases of selective
non-prosecution. The first section of that narrative shaping piece covers the And that's no accident, because in my understanding, and I'm sure in Julie's understanding as well, the relevance of the Michigan plot speaks directly to how we need to interpret seemingly inexplicable discrepancies related to January 6th.
The parallels are overwhelming.
It involves one of the same militia groups, the three percenters.
It involves the same plot to storm the state capitol.
In the Michigan case, you have 12 out of the 26 who are either informants or agents, and the guy who ran the whole operation was later promoted to the DC field office going on to oversee the January 6th investigation.
And so the parallels really just hit you on the head that this was going on just months before the alleged so-called siege on the Capitol on January 6th.
And so as much as we want to commend BuzzFeed for reporting on the Michigan case in isolation, I do have to call them into question for their repeated and explicit claims that no, Michigan has nothing to do with January 6th and don't believe the conspiracy theorists who had anything to say otherwise.
It's ridiculous. | ||
It's obvious to anyone who looks at these parallels that it's the same thing.
If you read their reporting and just leave off the coda, it makes sense.
We're going to take a short break.
Pasovic's going to join us, but I've got one question when we come back.
Obviously, Bill Barr and Christopher Wray went and briefed Donald J. Trump, the President of the United States, in October about what happened in Michigan.
Clearly, Donald Trump was told that there were 12 FBI agents or informants involved in Michigan.
We'll get to the bomb of that next in the War Room.

Can we get the cover, Denver?
January 6th, by the great Julie Kelly over at American Greatness.
So Julie, you were the first, and correct me if I'm wrong, when we first started talking about this, you guys broke the story, it was 12 of 18.
Another group, you kind of added more people to make it 26, which all in.
But at first it was 12 of 18.
If it was one informant, it would be shocking.
To know that at one time it was two-thirds of the people involved were either informants, assets, or agents is outrageous.
And my question to you, Julie Kelly, that have been on this from the beginning.
Obviously, Chris Wray, And Bill Barr had to immediately go in and brief Donald J. Trump, who was then, if memory serves me correctly, not just the President of the United States, he was Commander-in-Chief.
They had to do that, right?
To inform him, hey, you know, this Whitmer thing, I just want to give you a heads up, or maybe advance, we've actually got 12 assets, informants, and or agents working this, and they're kind of doing it.
They did that, there's no doubt in your mind they did that, correct, Julie Kelly?
Oh, absolutely. | ||
I mean, Christopher Wray does everything by the book, just like Jim Comey did, so I'm sure.
But you're being kind. | ||
I do want to credit Darren.
He actually was on this far before I was, so I followed a lot of his work.
He's credited in my book a lot of his coverage, and of course, so are you, Steve, for covering this.
But yes, I'm sure Chris Wray told him everything that was happening.
We know Gretchen Whitmer knew what was going on.
So, yes, I'm sure Donald Trump was briefed repeatedly by our FBI Director.
By the way, everybody's got to get this.
The January 6th book is from Post Hill Press.
It's out. | ||
Go to Amazon. | ||
It's a great reporting of the hammer from the Midwest, from Chicago, Julie Kelly.
You're so sweet. | ||
You and Liz, you are my two hammers out there.
Beattie, you couldn't get more.
This is a fundamental Question about the way the national security apparatus in this country is out of control Sir, there's no doubt in your mind Chris Wray walked into the Oval Office with Bill Barr and walked President Trump through this operation Correct. Is any doubt in your mind?
Yeah, I mean the notion that Trump would have had any clue as to what was going on in any of the bureaucracies is Itself. He's the chief of don't know Darren B. They're beating He's got three titles.
He's got three titles. | ||
You're President of the United States, you're Commander-in-Chief, but they used to call you Chief Magistrate.
He's the Chief Magistrate.
Certainly, Darren, the Chief Magistrate is informed of what's going on in his government, is he not, sir?
Well, I mean, in the textbooks, that's, you know, officially how things work.
The reality, I think, is dramatically different, especially in the Trump administration.
I think anyone with any remote understanding of how things function knows that, you know, not only did Trump have no clue as to what was going on in the DOJ or any other of these organizations, I wouldn't be surprised if Bill Barr himself had no clue.
To be honest. | ||
Um, so the whole thing was dysfunctional.
That's why in, you know, even though you object to the term in some usages, I think deep state in a sense is appropriate.
No, no, no, no, no. | ||
Darren, Darren, it's not dysfunctional.
It's functioning fine for them.
It's functioning perfectly for them.
unidentified
|
Okay. | |
It's not dysfunctional in relation to our common understanding of how the chain of command works in the executive branch.
That's simply not how things work.
And the fact that technically this operation happened under the Trump administration, well, all of these bureaucracies were extremely hostile to Trump and the administration.
And this was part of the same kind of operation. This was an operation against Trump and his supporters. That's how the media covered the Michigan plot was, oh, a bunch of Trump supporters plotting a domestic attack.
It's part of the same narrative that the January 6th is used to demonize all Trump supporters and all Trump adjacent people as de facto domestic terrorists.
The same thing, it's the same people, it's the same lie for the same reasons.
I'm gonna bring the great Jack Pasova, but I gotta play a clip.
I gotta play a clip from yesterday.
Just the Ted Cruz, not the MTG.
Is that clip ready to go?
Okay, can we play the Ted Cruz clip from yesterday?
unidentified
|
Solemn anniversary this week.
And it is an anniversary of a violent terrorist attack on the Capitol where we saw the men and women of law enforcement Demonstrate incredible courage, incredible bravery.
Okay, I've heard enough.
Risk their lives. | ||
I can't hear their voice anymore.
Okay, Pasobag, I'm going to start with you.
You know, Beatty is going to be the staff director under Marjorie Taylor Greene when we take this committee over.
So says Matt Gaetz when we take it over in November.
And he's going to start to get to the bottom of this.
But Ted Cruz, you talk about the left calling him a violent terrorist.
Ted Cruz right there, Mr. Constitution, right?
Memorized the Constitution, he's like three years old.
He called these folks violent terrorists.
Jack Posobiec, you've been around violent terrorists.
You did the Antifa book, right?
You were essentially an embed into Antifa to get to the bottom of it.
Are people violent terrorists that were involved in this?
Jack Posobiec? | ||
Well, Steve, so I was, you know, there covering the events of January 6 on that day.
I was also in Chaz out in Seattle.
I've been covering numerous riots out there embedded within Chaz.
I also spent a deployment down at Guantanamo Bay and I've met some of the highest level cadre of the Taliban.
So, you know, I think I have a little bit of background when it comes to determining whether someone is or isn't a violent terrorist.
Obviously, January 6th was a situation that got out of hand, but you don't see anything in there that impugns to the level of a pre-planned terrorist attack.
We also just saw the Vice President come out and declare this as being akin to 9-11 or Pearl Harbor, days which, of course, live within infamy of the American people.
This was not a day like that.
This was not a day. | ||
And to compare them to the honored dead of our war heroes in World War II, It shows you the depths.
of Al Qaeda on 9-11. It's not only ridiculous, it's beyond the pale, but you also have to understand that we had a situation, Steve, we had a situation though, where, understand the news that just broke that leaked out of the FBI just a few days ago, and I talked about this on the Tim Pool show. They admitted for the first time that there were killed teams of commandos,
Now, this was FBI, HRT, and other special operations and SWAT forces of the three-letter agencies that were actually activated unilaterally.
And Darren is 100% right for saying this because they admit it was a unilateral decision of the Department of Justice to activate these teams in and around the U.S.
Capitol. | ||
Now, some people were trying to say that Trump had ordered it.
However, that wasn't the case.
When the National Capital Region was under threat in the summer of 2020, Trump issued a blanket statement approval for operations from those agencies to take place in defense of NCR.
What's NCR? | ||
The National Capital Region.
That essentially authorizes your Tier 1 type forces, your 1811s, But why would that information only now come to light and not come from the committee?
The committee doesn't seem to be interested in this at all.
course, the president, the vice president, the heads of government, right? Because that approval was still on the books, the DOJ then used that to activate it for Jan 6. But why would that information only now come to light and not come from the committee? The committee doesn't seem to be interested in this at all. So my question to them is, we've seen no evidence whatsoever of a pre-planned plot here. I've been investigating terrorists, going back to the Boston bombing, going back to other stuff that I did when I was in
the Indell community. | ||
Please show me what the plan was.
What was your impetus? | ||
What was your probable cause?
What was your inciting incident?
What intel did you have going into this?
Because we're told that order was given as early as January 1 or Jan 2.
So what was the information that the Department of Justice had telling them that there was going to be a a terrorist style event at the Capitol on January 6th.
That information has never come out, and I'll tell you why that information, though, did come out, this existence.
It's because of the reporting of Darren Beattie, and it's because of the tireless and dogged reporting of Julie Kelly and the fact that her book is coming out now that they're gonna have to admit this because they know the subpoenas are going to start coming in these cases for the Jan 6th protesters that are still up, that are still being locked away behind bars.
Because when those subpoenas come out, we know and they know that some of this information is going to start trickling out that they've been trying to keep secret for over a year now.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Darren Beatty, you know, Jack Posobiec, his side gig was he was a naval intelligence officer.
Darren Beatty, was this a failure of intelligence, sir, or was this a failed intelligence operation on the 6th of January, the year of our Lord, 2021?
Well, I'd certainly love to call it the latter, but the question as to whether it's failed, I think is still an open one.
I think we've done a great job in exposing a lot more That the feds ever imagined would be exposed.
If it weren't for basically, you know, the, the entities in this, um, conversation right here and the news organizations and our great investigative teams, um, people would still be talking.
About a minute or two here.
Do we got to go to break? | ||
You're a Naval intelligence officer.
Did this have all the markings of an intelligence operation, sir?
Look, Steve, what I'm saying is that we now know.
I don't even need to assess.
We know that they put those forces there at the Capitol prior to January 6th.
So my question is, who tipped them off?
Who within the FBI said, hey, you want some people out here today because we know things are going to go sideways?
Who was that? | ||
How did they know? | ||
Jack, in the normal order of process, when should they have told the President of the United States all this?
When they should have briefed him about Michigan?
When they should have briefed him about these operations had going on?
When should they have briefed him about these kill teams and the potential they had?
When should Donald J. Trump have been briefed on all this?
Well, Steve, the way it's supposed to work is that his protective detail, the Secret Service team, the President's protective detail that would be there assigned to PPD at the White House, they would be giving him a briefing before he went out to the Ellipse, clearly that morning, or at least in the pre-planning stages for any presidential movement.
And when I was in the Navy, you know, we did presidential movements, we did executive level movements.
If the Admiral's going somewhere, we did something for the First Lady once when she went to China.
And so, you know, you have to be involved with this at every level to brief them on what the potential threats are.
And if if it rises to that level, if you've got assets in place that you're working on things.
And so my question is, if they knew the president was going to be at this event out in public, why wasn't he briefed on everything that was going on that day?
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return. | ||
We're going to wrap up. | ||
We've got Julie Kelly. | ||
We've got Jack Masobyk.
We're going to get, hopefully, Darren Beattie back up.
We're going to take a short break.
Remember, 2.15 today, press conference live with MTG and Matt Gaetz.
President Trump is not going to do the 5 o'clock.
Real America's Voice had a whole team ready to go on this, but we're going to have a two-hour special tonight from 5 to 7.
And then I want to announce on Saturday, for the first year anniversary of President Trump being kicked off Twitter, we're going to have a special about social media and how it's tried to suppress the voices of the Trump movement.
Short commercial break.
Back with Posovic, Kelly, Beattie.

Okay, Julie Kelly's the author of the new book, January 6.
She's a great reporter at American Greatness.
Julie, on the book, you can get it at Amazon.
Are you doing any book signings?
And where's your reporting taking you now post this book to drive this story forward?
So thank you again, Steve.
We don't have any events yet, just I think because of COVID shutdowns and etc.
So I'm just mostly doing earned media.
But I think looking ahead, For the next book, we'll cover all of the trials, we'll cover the January 6th committee, we'll cover the evidence that, as Jack was talking about, and Darren, that this is, was the purpose of this Newsweek story to talk about these elite teams, because we're going to find out a lot more information about the FBI's involvement.
The Whitmer trial will begin on March 8th.
I plan on covering that.
It starts in Grand Rapids, Michigan, so not far from me.
So we're going to see an interesting convergence of actually all this evidence and Democrats getting more desperate as the clock runs down on their committee in the House.
One of the things, Jack Posobiec, that Julie Kelly's been talking about a lot is Jeffrey Rosen.
What's Jeffrey Rosen's involvement in all this and how come he's not a bigger figure?
Didn't he testify? | ||
Didn't he already give sworn testimony?
Did any of this stuff come up in his sworn testimony, sir?
Well, Steve, here's the thing.
In his sworn testimony, this did not come up, yet according to the Newsweek piece, we are told that the plan for deploying these elite teams at the Capitol with kill orders was given.
And by the way, this is hostage rescue team.
These are some of the elite of the elite teams within our federal law enforcement community.
And they work directly with tier one operations inside the Department of Defense, so your special forces.
and many of them in many cases are former special forces before they move over.
This order was, as we're told, unilaterally given by Jeffrey Rosen, doesn't talk about it in testimony, didn't tell the president about it, apparently didn't alert the National Security chain of command, so you've got.
got the DOD one not knowing what's going on. You got the White House not knowing what's going on. And you've got these people in the field who apparently aren't coordinating with the other people that are conducting operations not knowing what's going on. And this is something that's been touched on a lot in this reporting that when you look at that Whitmer case, for example, you've got handlers on handlers, agents on agents. In some cases, when you dig back into these militia groups, you've got handlers and then other field agents that don't even realize that they're
actually operating against one another because this information in these operations are so completely compartmented and siloed.
Thank you. | ||
Darren Beatty, when your staff director here and take over this committee, because that's what's going to happen.
I want to make sure the breaking news today is Gates and those guys saying, hey, when we win in November, we're not shutting down the committee.
We're actually going to get the committee to focus on what really happened.
And we're going to put people like Darren Beatty in charge of running the operations.
You got two minutes, Darren.
How are you going to unearth all the corruption, incompetence, malfeasance of the national security state in a true coup against a sitting president, that president being Donald J. Trump?
That's a great question and I think there's a lot of value in having a narrow and targeted focus.
I think that's been part of the success of this reporting and I would keep with the narrow focus and find out what is the full story of Ray Epps, what is the full story of Stuart Rhodes, what is the full story of the individual hitherto unidentified known to researchers as Scaffold Commander.
I would start with those three individuals, and I have every confidence that fully uncovering the truth about these three people will open up the entire truth of the sordid and dark operation that is January 6th.
And I'm very encouraged that the defense attorneys in January 6th cases are taking their cues from the defense counsels in the Michigan cases and making the possibility of entrapment A major strategic component of the defense.
If Stuart Rhodes and Ray Epps are feds or federal informants, the whole thing is a giant entrapment scandal.
One of the biggest scandals in our country's history, I believe.
No doubt. | ||
And we're going to get to that.
Julie Kelly, how do people get to you?
What's your social media?
How do people get to you and how do they get to the book?
All my work can be found at American Greatness, amgreatness.com, Twitter, julie-kelly2, and the book is available on Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
Let's get this all on our platforms.
Jack Posobiec, how do people find you?
Yeah, catch me at Human Events Daily, wherever podcasts are found.
It is the Cliff Notes of War Room, and today we're going to be taking an interesting trip down memory lane, talking about this pipe bomber that hasn't been identified.
From January 5th, 2021.
Also, we're going to talk about the interesting case of whether or not the Ubers that were dropping people off in that area.
Who was involved? | ||
Who was going down? | ||
Were they subpoenaed by the FBI?
We actually have some breaking information on all of that today on the podcast.
Stunning. | ||
Darren Beatty, how do people follow you?
How do people get to the site?
Revolver.News, we've got a piece right up top, all of our classics.
So the essential January 6th reading from Revolver.News.
If you're not caught up, go there now, share it with everyone.
That's how we get the word out.
And I'd also like to say I'm very excited about Julie Kelly's book, and I look forward to reading that.
And I think it's really great, all the work that we've been doing.
And I look forward to a really strong year of exposing some of the darkest things going on in our country today.
No, we're going to have Julie back on to go through the book in depth.
I want to say something that Darren Beatty just said.
We're going to get to the bottom of 3 November.
We're going to get to the bottom of the Wuhan lab.
And we're going to get to the bottom of 6 January.
We're relentless. | ||
We are not going to give up.
And Darren Beatty nailed it.
This is one of the darkest chapters in American history.
You know what's one of the darkest chapters?
You've got a national security state.
And these are veterans and patriots saying this.
You've got a national security state that is out of control.
Out of control. | ||
And guess what? | ||
We're going to get it under control.
We're coming for you, and you're not going to stop us.
You're going to be exposed at every level.
And the American people, in their righteous indignation, are going to sit there and say, throw these bums out, and you're getting thrown out this November.
Okay, I want to thank everybody.
Live press conference at 2.15 with Gates and the MTG.
