Americans, good morning.
Certain dates echo throughout history, including dates that instantly remind all who have lived through them where they were and what they were doing when our democracy came under assault.
Dates that occupy not only a place on our calendars, but a place in our collective memory.
unidentified
|
December 7th, 1941. | |
September 11th, 2001. | ||
And January 6th, 2021. | ||
Finally, the third big lie being told by a former president and supporters.
It's that the mob who sought to impose their will through violence are the nation's true patriots.
Is that what you thought?
When you looked at the mob ransacking the Capitol, destroying property, Literally defecating in the hallways?
Rifling through the desks of senators and representatives?
Hunting down members of Congress?
Patriots? | ||
Not in my view. | ||
To me, the true patriots were the more than 150 Americans who peacefully expressed their vote at the ballot box.
The election workers who protected the integrity of the vote.
And the heroes who defended this Capitol.
You can't love your country only when you win.
You can't obey the law only when it's convenient.
You can't be patriotic when you embrace and enable lies.
Those who stormed this Capitol, and those who instigated and incited, and those who called on them to do so, held a dagger at the throat of America.
They didn't come here out of patriotism or principle.
They came here in rage. | ||
When we think about the events of January 6th, we are in a battle for the soul of America.
A battle that by the grace of God and the goodness and gracious and greatness of this nation, we will win.
Believe me. | ||
I know how difficult democracy is, and I'm crystal clear about the threats America faces.
But I also know that our darkest days can lead to light and hope.
From the death and destruction, as the Vice President referenced in Pearl Harbor, came the triumph over the forces of fascism.
From the brutality of Bloody Sunday and the Edmund Pettus Bridge, became historic voting rights legislation.
So now let's step up, write the next chapter in American history, where January 6 marks not the end of democracy, but the beginning of a renaissance of liberty and fair play.

|
There's still some tinkering going on with the inaugural address, but his aides have made really clear it's not like he's trying to ignore or paper over either what happened at the Capitol two weeks ago or what we've been through throughout four years of the Trump presidency.
And the contrast on display tonight Was so stark.
I mean, those lights that are that are just shooting out from the Lincoln Memorial along the reflecting pool.
I look, it's like almost extensions of Joe Biden's arms embracing America.
It was a moment where the new president came to town and sort of convened the country in this moment of remembrance, outstretching his arms.
It is an inflection point, and there is a dawn that's coming as we run the tables on this illegitimate president.
Before I get into the entire cold open there, and we're going to take it apart with our two guests, I want to go to someone that's been there for us many, many times in moments like this to lead us in prayer.
Rabbi Sparrow, would you please lead us in prayer, sir?
Lord, we come before you as a nation at this moment, quite different than the America you have known this past 400 years.
We know you set your gaze upon the nations spread between the firmament and render your judgment upon them.
As you look upon this heretofore blessed land, we implore that you still see the majority of this nation as faithful to you And still worthy.
Merciful one, please do not judge us by the disreputable actions of those in powerful positions who are corrupt mightily, who push hedonism and vulgarity in the name of civil rights intolerance, and who advance the cause of secularism, nihilism, and brutal religious ideologies
Wishing to overthrow the biblical blueprint that shaped this nation.
We are not like them. | ||
Lord, these officials today do not represent us.
We, however, confess that we have been much too timid in fighting those who wish to destroy this noble country established on your principles and morality.
And who wish to replace it with a neo-paganism, Marxism, and anti-Americanism.
Like the cynical and mocking false prophets during the time of Elijah, they dress up their evil in religious-sounding jargon and beguile us by calling it social justice or equity.
But it is not justice, it is rather a selfish push For tyranny and societal darkness.
Who are they and their supporters?
This is a blitzkrieg made up of people who tear down and remove statues of Washington and Jefferson, true men of liberty and high ideals, and replace them, and thus the country, with statues of communist murderers, men of hate, criminals, anti-Semites, and who are Also anti-white and anti-Christian.
Bigots! | ||
That's who they are. | ||
Almighty God, remove our timidity and gird us with unapologetic conviction and righteous indignation against the harm they are doing to us.
They speak of democracy, but their real intent is abuse and unlimited power over us.
Yea, we are to be humble.
But never weak. | ||
Fighting in behalf of our Judeo-Christian heritage and history is not wrong.
Rather, it is an act of glory to God.
We must defend ourselves as a nation and as individuals against those who will make us serfs and robots.
Self-defense is a paramount biblical command.
It is an exalted effort undertaken by human created in the image of God.
God himself is not passive, but a mighty force.
And so let such be said of us in your name.
Amen. | ||
Rabbi, could we get, uh, could you give the audience, uh, your website so everybody can get to you on a defense of the Judeo-Christian West?
Caucus for America www.caucusforamerica.org.
And our book is Push Back, Our Battle to Save America's Judeo-Christian Heritage.
Rabbi Sparrow, honored.
Great way to start the day.
Thank you, sir. | ||
Same here. | ||
Let's go. | ||
We've got two. | ||
We started with a firebrand, Rabbi Sparrow.
Let's start with how this thing is being portrayed today by the official consensus.
I mean, the Kamala Harris and Joe Biden speeches.
Let me be blunt. | ||
They are illegitimate.
Trump won. | ||
We're not going to stop one second, okay, in every state that we're going to decertify this election.
That's what everybody needs to understand.
And it's outrageous. | ||
Outrageous. | ||
Outrageous. | ||
The honored dead of Pearl Harbor.
The honored dead. | ||
Of 9-11, that they would try to connect it to that?
This shows you how weak they are.
This is a guy that's down by 5 points to Trump right now across real criminal politics, polling.
The polling right now about approval and about people that think he's illegitimate.
40% of the American people in the poll, Axios poll, 40% of the American people.
But if you look at independents, it's getting over 50%.
No, he's illegitimate and this regime's illegitimate.
I'll turn it over. | ||
Let's start with Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We'll go to Matt Gaetz. | ||
I'd like to first talk about what President Biden said when he talked about the darkest days leading to light and hope.
I was so appalled at that because I truly feel like the darkest days in America have been over this past year and a half.
It's been horrific. | ||
Right now in America, darkest days.
You want to talk about what that means?
That means that our jobs have been sold out to foreign countries, our borders are being invaded, families are being ripped and torn apart because of the appalling attack on our culture and our religious values that build our traditional family values.
You know what darkest days are?
Darkest days are when you discriminate against Americans who choose to make decisions based on their own health and how they feel what should be done with their bodies in behalf of their children.
But they're being fired from their jobs.
There's ridiculous COVID passports and mandates being put in place, making it impossible for people to function in life.
Those are darkest days.
Darkest days are when truth is cast out and people are kicked off of social media platforms and when a private corporation declares itself bigger than the government of the country that it exists in and gave it freedom to be able to create such a platform.
Those are darkest days.
These are the darkest days right now and the only way to lead our country and delight in hope is to embrace God who created everything that we know, but then to go further than that, to defeat this fascism that exists in control and power in our country.
Defeat communism and stop this unbelievable attack on our freedoms, on our Constitution.
And that's what we're doing today, Steve.
When you watch Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, when you watch legacy media, there's a part of you that just thinks how pathetic they are.
How foolish this all is, as the American people are actually going through deprivations of liberty, economic struggles, humiliation abroad, that they need January 6th so bad that they have to obsess about it.
But then your blood just boils when they draw the comparisons to 9-11, to Pearl Harbor.
You represent Pensacola, one of the greatest naval stations and the place that trains every Navy pilot.
And Pearl Harbor was about getting to the aircraft carriers, but they weren't there to the battleships.
representing the district that trains naval aviators.
What is that? What is that when they when he goes back and relates what happened on 6th January to Pearl Harbor and the honored dead on the Arizona?
It's especially searing to think how how much damage the Biden-Harris regime has done to our military. You know, for them to have the nerve to invoke the military dead on a day like this shows how totally just I think devoid they are from the true American patriotic experience.
And I think on this day in particular, it has to draw us into sharper focus about what we do about it.
This has to be a platform for action.
And I am so grateful to be sitting here with an inspirational Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We're here. | ||
We're in Washington. | ||
Democrats wanted to seize this day.
They want to own this day.
And they want to use it as a political cudgel, not just against Republicans in Congress, but against a patriotic, pro-America, God-fearing, America First movement all over this great land.
And that's what we're not going to allow to have happen.
You know, three things always come out if you give it time.
The sun, the moon, and the truth.
And we're here to get to the truth behind January 6th, the federal government's own involvement with it, and the evidence continues to come out.
And that's what they're really afraid of.
They're afraid that all that they're doing to turn the power of this regime against our fellow Americans is being exposed, and there's a lot more of that coming today.
We've got about a minute before we go to break.
Talk to us, what else are you guys doing today?
You two are here, I don't know, are there any other Republicans in town?
Where is everybody? | ||
The traditional thinking among Republicans is hide under your bed for the day and hope that the day passes without us being too ashamed of ourselves.
unidentified
|
Seize the day! | |
We're ashamed of nothing.
Seize the day! | ||
We're proud of the work that we did on January 6th to make legitimate arguments about election integrity.
So we're going to make those arguments today in a press conference at 2.15 and we're actually going to go walk the grounds that patriotic Americans walked From the White House to the Capitol, who had no intent of breaking the law or doing violence, and many of them were trapped.
And the people involved in trapping them have not been held to account, and that's what we're here to bring to the forefront.
At 2.15, where's the press conference?
We have a very important press conference.
That's going to be inside, what building is that in?
We're going to be in the Cannon Building and we're going to be broadcasting on Right Side Broadcasting.
Everyone needs to tune in.
We'll be walking the grounds later on this morning and around noon.
Walk the grounds and then a press conference at 2.
Right, because here's the important thing today.
This is why I'm so grateful for my friend Matt Gaetz.
We're here in Washington because we aren't afraid to say we support President Trump.
This is what happened on January 6th.
We want to ask the real question to the January 6th Committee.
Trump won, Biden is illegitimate, and this regime, I tell you, we're running the tables on this regime right now, and the American people see it, and they know it, okay?
In their gut, in their heart, and in their mind.
short break back to the worm in a moment.
unidentified
|
And it is an anniversary of a violent terrorist attack on the Capitol where we saw the men and women of law enforcement demonstrate incredible courage, incredible bravery, and I'm gonna be back in a few.
Ayo Seth, wish we had more reps like MTG.
My question is, have you seen the comments by Ted Cruz calling the riot on January 6th a terror attack?
If so, do you fear it'll cause more people to lose faith in the GOP?
Not that I have any. | ||
Yeah, I oftentimes don't have any myself.
I was very upset by those comments because no one has been charged with terrorism.
And I'm not sure why Ted Cruz felt compelled to say that.
I talked about it with Steve Bannon.
We were both very upset about it.
It was the wrong thing for him to say.
No one has been charged for terrorism.
No one has been charged for insurrection.
It was a riot the same way there were Antifa and BLM rioters, and they were charged, and over 90% of their charges have been dropped.
But yet, none of these people's charges have been dropped, and then there's quite a few of them rotting in jail.
I'm going to start with Gates the lawyer.
Tucker Carlson went even harder than MTG.
He says Ted Cruz was using left-wing talking points right there.
You're a lawyer and you're a pretty good lawyer.
Pretty good trial lawyer.
Has anyone been charged with insurrection?
Has anyone been charged with sedition?
Has anyone been charged with anything except trying to stop a public hearing or a government official, a government proceeding?
No, it sort of looked like that was vote-your-conscience Ted Cruz.
You know what I mean? | ||
Lion Ted should know that the establishment... That's back from the convention.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. | ||
I mean, I liked fighting Ted a lot more than I liked vote-your-conscience Ted.
But, like, this is Lion Ted lying down.
All dogs don't learn new tricks.
And I just think that they're never going to love you, Ted.
The establishment is never going to rally around you.
Those aren't the right questions to be asking.
And this is why the war room is so important.
This is why what Marjorie and I are doing today is so important.
We have to focus, Republicans on Capitol Hill, on the operative questions.
And we cannot take the bait or chase the shiny lures away.
Don't chase red. | ||
Don't chase red. | ||
Absolutely. | ||
And the heart of this issue is that you have a national security apparatus and a regime that wants to turn its exquisite powers against a political movement that they fear.
And they do so not in defense of democracy, but as an affront to democracy.
You see, they were so worried that the truth about this election was going to come out, that we were going to have the opportunity, as Peter Navarro said, to lay out our case, not with violence, but with affidavits and evidence and arguments.
For 12 hours per chamber, 24 hours total on global television.
And a lot of people don't know this, but we had divided into teams to specifically lay out this evidence over the hours that were constitutionally required for this process to occur.
And Marjorie and I were actually the Michigan team.
We didn't find a whole lot of Republican energy and courage in the Michigan delegation, and so Marjorie and I stepped up and said, we will look at what happened in Detroit.
We will look at the votes not reconciling in Wayne County.
We will look at the changes unilaterally in election law, and we will lay this before America to force positive change.
And that was disrupted by violence.
Violence that I believe saw higher acuity as a consequence of the assets and agents of the federal government.
Every day that passes, where people like Ray Epps, where people like Scaffold Commander aren't called to account, only... Stuart Rhodes.
Stuart Rhodes? | ||
Oh, is that his name? | ||
Stuart Rhodes? | ||
Where's Stuart Rhodes, FBI?
Has anyone talked to him?
Why didn't we see him in the D.C.
jail? | ||
Can somebody go knock on his door, please?
My expectation is that if we can marshal the focus of Republicans on these operative questions, it will show the American people that the pain that they are suffering right now is a direct consequence of this regime being turned against them.
Okay, I gotta go back here.
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you got Jake Corman in this huge fight with, now he sent a letter to McConnell and DePence saying you've got to send these back I need 10 days to certify if this was done correctly. That was the count by it by not just the Constitution by the Electoral Count Act of 1877. Okay he sent it. You've got you guys I want to go through quickly. There was a well thought through plan to spend those 24 hours 12 hours per
per chamber concurrently to go through the details of Arizona and Georgia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin the low-hanging fruit maybe throw on a Nevada in there too.
Walk through the effort that have been done to do that, that we had the world stage to do that.
Well, here, Steve, this is the thing.
No one liked the riot. | ||
We've all denounced it.
And today is all about memorializing it and lifting it up.
Democrats don't care about riots.
If they cared about riots, they would have stopped the riots in 2020.
They use riots for their political goals.
So what we did, we worked very hard on Michigan.
And then other Republicans were preparing for the other states.
So every state had a delegation.
Every state had a team. | ||
Not even from the state had a team.
And you guys are going to go through.
Yeah, Jody Heiss was leading the Georgia team.
Scott Perry was leading the Pennsylvania team.
Jim Jordan was going to be the floor manager.
So we were approaching this like a trial to be conducted with argument and evidence.
That was the effort. | ||
It's just legal. | ||
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
It's legal. | ||
And by the way, what was so frustrating to us is that we had a recalcitrant Department of Justice that was standing in the way of the review of evidence.
And a lot of people don't know about this, but there were cases that I am personally aware of that U.S.
attorneys were fielding around the country where there was evidence of fraud.
There was a Democrat supervisor of elections in the state of Florida that was waving their hand saying that there were fraudulent requests for vote by mail ballots they were being filled out by these Soros funded groups and when those cases were being brought to the public integrity section at the United States Department of Justice it was hear no evil see no evil speak no evil. You're saying the public integrity section shut that down?
Absolutely I'm saying that from the chief of the public integrity section to the deputy chiefs they were standing in the way of this and when I asked the attorney... To suppress this?
And when I asked Attorney General Garland, do you have lobbyists and political consultants working in the public integrity section?
He said, well, yes, we do.
I said, well, can we at least know who they are?
If they were lobbyists and Democrat political consultants standing in the way of evidence, can we at least review that?
And he said, I won't even give you their names.
So this isn't a crime of January 6th.
This is a cover-up of a stolen election.
And they're trying to use the narrative of this day to distract us, but we will catch the signal not to know.
When Garland gets up there yesterday and says, oh, you know, it's not just the low-level guys, I'm going to go all the way up to the top, and you've got both senators and congressmen spending time, and here's what we knew the beauty of what you guys were working on was, the Democrats had no answer to it.
They didn't have teams to sit there and answer.
You're going to get 24 hours.
to eviscerate these guys about how that election was stolen.
So what do you, when Garland says he's gonna go, is he, is he threatening congressmen and senators?
Absolutely. They have an entire plan in place.
Look, our government has been good at this for decades.
They have been flipping governments in other countries and then you watched it happen.
A color revolution. | ||
It is a revolution. | ||
Absolutely. | ||
This is what they do. | ||
They're good at regime change.
And how do you do it? | ||
You lay it out in a perfectly executed plan.
And that's what they did.
They're professionals.
And so what he's talking about is he's going to go to every single level.
They want to disqualify us.
Mark Elias, around Christmas time, tweeted out a very specific tweet talking about in 2022, you're going to see members of Congress disqualified and there will be litigation involved.
He's talking about two of us right here, Matt Gaetz and I, but he's also talking about President Trump.
What they want to do is they want to use the January 6th committee, and starting now, it'll start on the 10th, and they're going to keep building it month by month by month.
Then they're going to release their report in the summertime, and they're going to announce that they have full, complete proof that this was a planned insurrection.
They're going to have names, and then they're going to recommend that members of Congress be disqualified.
It's all in the name of democracy, right?
To save democracy, they're going to try to remove the democratically elected representatives of the people.
And they're going to use two Republicans who couldn't get elected block captain in their own neighborhoods to do it.
Not even Republicans. | ||
Let's talk about the committee.
We're going to win 100 seats, right?
We're going to have a sweeping victory in the House.
You guys are going to take over.
Yeah, but I want to go into this a little further.
I don't either. | ||
We'll see what happens.
But if they disqualify us, disqualification is very serious.
They're not disqualifying anybody.
They're going to try. | ||
They're going to try, but let me explain why it's important to them.
They want YouTube guys, a couple more, and Trump.
Yeah, but that means if we get disqualified, we can't ever hold office again.
They want to disqualify President Trump.
He's the ultimate prize.
Force him out because they know that he has all the support, not people trying to run for president again or other people trying to get in the way.
President Trump has all the support from the American people.
So here's the real issue.
They want to try to make this happen.
They want to convince the American people, using their propaganda media, that this was a planned insurrection, which it was not.
It was a riot, just like we saw in 2020.
But here's what we know from the math.
The math shows us they have all the apparatus.
They have all social media.
They have all the media.
And the American people now, 50 percent, 40 percent of all the American people, that includes all the Democrats, too, think he's illegitimate.
If you look at Republicans, it's like two-thirds of 70 percent.
Independents, it's almost 50 percent.
That's with us having no platforms whatsoever.
So they can sit there all they want and hammer and hammer and hammer every day.
They bleed out political capital, right?
There are more of us than there are of them.
We have two-thirds of the country.
That's your thing. | ||
Two-thirds of the country is with us.
They have big tech, big government, big media.
unidentified
|
They use all of those things to try to silence us.
They don't have the truth.
The truth is on our side.
I don't care how big their media companies are.
I don't care about their stupid social media platforms like Twitter and Paul Singer and all the people in charge there.
I could care less. | ||
The best thing is when the American people are unchained and they can tell the truth and the truth will win.
Okay, they only have, they only win where they don't have people that will really stand in a breach like you two.
You are the tip of the spear of this thing because you're fearless.
You do not fear, right? | ||
They try to, they try to destroy you guys every day.
I see it. | ||
And you guys hear. | ||
That's why you're here having a press conference.
Why is McCarthy and the rest of the leadership not there at that press conference?
This is the fundamental problem Republicans have had for the last 30 years.
The belief that if you recede from the battlefield that, you know, the loss won't be so bad and you can protect the vital organs.
That is not the fight we are in.
Most of them are trying to destroy most of us.
And if we don't stand up for the truth, then no one else will.
And so we will be the vanguards of that.
And I think that these critical questions about the federal government's role are the right ones.
Okay, we're going to talk about that.
What you guys are going to do with the committee and how we're going to win this thing.
By the way, Mark and Alex, what they're trying to do is use other extra, they're going to try to use legal systems where they can't win at the battle box.
They cannot win. | ||
All for democracy. | ||
All for democracy, right?
Okay, short commercial break.
We'll be back with the two firebrands in a moment.
unidentified
|
Bring it on and I will fight to the end, just watch and see.
It's all started, everything's begun, and you are over.
Cause we're taking down the CCP. Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down...
...the pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
you Okay, welcome back to the War Room.
I want to thank our distribution partners, everybody.
Real America's Voice, John Frederick's Radio Network, and of course, GNews and GTV, simulcasting us in Mandarin and in Japanese, and then blowing it through the firewall later in the day.
I want to thank everybody.
Also, MyPillow.com. | ||
Mike Lindell's done a favor.
He's going to be on the show tonight with a two-hour special, 5 to 7.
There's a press conference at 2.15.
We'll figure out how to do commentary on that.
We're going to pull clips on that.
unidentified
|
2.15. | |
You got the firebrand Matt Gaetz, Congressman Gaetz.
You got Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
A press conference up on Capitol Hill, 2.15.
We're going to be 5 to 7. | ||
We thought the first hour we were going to be live broadcasting Real America's Voice from Mar-a-Lago with the great correspondents down there.
Why aren't we, by the way, Steve?
Oh, I'm so sad he canceled that.
Tell me, this is a guy who's the best when he's seizing the day.
You think you've got hapless old man, illegitimate Biden, with that try-to-be-a-tough-guy speech, and then President Trump could own it at 5 o'clock.
Tell me what happened. | ||
I guess Lindsey Graham talked him out of it.
How could that be? | ||
The Biden thing. | ||
I mean, did Joe Biden say this morning that 150 people voted in the last election?
Because he knows the real number that voted for him.
He said 150 people. | ||
150 people. | ||
So you have this kind of like, you know, man in great decline.
And that would have been pretty remarkable split screen with President Trump on the balls of his toes, telling the truth about the election, telling the truth about the patriotic people who make up this movement and love this country.
And, you know, President Trump is at his best when he is soaking up all the oxygen in the room, when he is driving the narrative, and so I hope that the, like, consultancy class around him, or whoever it is, isn't predominated.
The Senate, you know, they want to hide under the thing today and make it go away.
You guys are different.
You want to seize it. | ||
unidentified
|
For instance, when we win... I don't believe in letting people lie about us.
We're not seizing any. | ||
We are literally standing up and saying, here's the truth.
We're not going to let you lie about these people that came here to Washington.
Most of them were peaceful.
Very few. | ||
What do we have, over 700 arrests?
It's the biggest investigation in the history of the FBI.
The biggest. | ||
Biggest in the communists in the 50s.
Bigger than the anti-war movement, the Weather Underground, the Klan, the Black Panthers, the Jihad.
Right. | ||
Well, when you're running when you're running regime change, then I guess you do have to call it the biggest investigation, right?
Isn't that why it's so big?
But the people all in this country know what is driving this.
And that is that the folks inside the beltway of Washington, D.C., severely infected with the pandemic of Potomac fever, believe that the way that American democracy ought to work is that they ought to get to make all the decisions.
And instead of the voters picking the leaders, that the leaders and the elites and the bureaucratic class ought to be able to dictate the outcomes of elections.
And we don't believe that.
And we're not going to allow them to lie about us.
And we're not going to allow this blood libel to exist as a consequence of the January 6th narrative that they are putting forward.
If what you said is really true.
If this is the greatest example where we're going to turn over every rock and find every person responsible, why is there no accountability for the very people who are on video dispassionately and professionally setting up a booby trap for people, a lot of whom didn't even know they were breaking the law because barriers had been removed, because there was a flood of folks, and, you know, we're going to get to the bottom of this.
Now, you know, there are two schools of thinking on the Republican side, Steve, about what to do when we take power.
I wouldn't disband it. | ||
But hold on, let me ask you this, because you melted the internet when we were here the other day.
Your theory of governance is that when we take the House, every committee becomes an oversight committee.
Well, there's a special committee they got up there right now on the investigation, and kind of the conventional wisdom is going to be disbanded right away.
Is that going to happen?
I wouldn't disband it. | ||
I would take it over. | ||
I would throw off the tyrants that are on that committee now.
I would make Marjorie Taylor Greene the chair.
I would make Darren Beattie the staff director.
And then we'd get the truth in front of the American people.
You would do that. | ||
And you know, people called me crazy when I said that it wasn't Trump colluding with Russia.
It was Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.
And I promised this country that I would get the truth out before the American people.
And while the accountability hasn't followed that because of feckless Jeff Sessions, now the truth is out.
People know it was the Democrats colluding with Russia.
And so there is a pattern recognition here.
When they want to seize power illegitimately, the first thing they do is they seed a lie.
And then they use that lie to justify what would not otherwise be justified.
They lied about Trump and Russia.
They lied about the Biden corruption in the Ukraine to cover that up.
And now they're trying to lie about January 6th so that when you see America First groups get together, when you see the peppies back online, when you see people rallying and organizing like the Tea Party movement in this wave of the midterms, that they can actually use the power of our government to stop people from taking the power back that actually belongs to the people.
That's what this whole thing is about and we have to see it clearly to be able to stop it.
So, every committee is an oversight committee, and you guys would keep this committee going, put her in charge, be the staff director, and tell me the direction.
What are the top two or three things on this committee to get to the bottom of 6 January, the real bottom of it?
Because they say, hey, it was all triggered by 3 November, and President Trump says that was the real insurrection.
Would you start to then give us an official platform to adjudicate 3 November?
Oh, I think the whole thing would have to radically change.
Number one, Congress is a lawmaking body.
We aren't supposed to be there to go after people and put people in jail and convince the Department of Justice to attack Americans.
No, the entire thing, the investigation would have to change.
The questions are this.
Why was the National Guard not at the Capitol that day?
That is the most important question.
You should see the Capitol today, everyone.
There is a bigger police presence here than we have seen in a very long time.
We all remember seeing and we lived through it.
That's just outside the war room.
Yeah. | ||
That's maybe true. | ||
We're going to catch you guys when you come out.
Oh, we've done nothing wrong.
Yeah, when the Feds show up and flash their badge at the door, we don't even know who they're here for.
unidentified
|
Exactly. | |
Take your pick. | ||
Well, no, here's the deal, though.
We know that they're capable of security.
This country is very capable of it.
They just don't use it when they need to use it.
So the right questions to ask are, who are these people?
Ray Epps, Stuart Rhodes, why were they involved?
Where are their phone records?
What are their banking records?
Who in the FBI were they talking to?
That's what I'd like to know.
Nancy Pelosi, I'd like to see her phone records, her banking records.
Who is she talking to? | ||
I would like to see all the coordination that happened behind the scenes.
All we worked on was objecting to Joe Biden's Electoral College votes for key states where innocent Americans had signed their name at the risk of perjury saying that they have witnessed Yes, and their voices have not been heard yet, and we had so much evidence to go through, and our country deserved it.
But the whole thing has to flip and change, otherwise we cannot move forward.
They want to say democracy is under attack?
Yes it is, it's by the people right here in this city.
In this theory? | ||
Right, of the way we would govern.
Would you take on, in this committee, the national security apparatus, even the Pentagon?
What exactly went on? | ||
What went on in the lead of this?
Who knew what? | ||
What was going on? | ||
Milley's conversations, you know, these conversations in the Costa book, right, which is outrageous.
would this committee drill down have the have the stones to actually go out and really drill to the bottom as being kind of a church committee which we've needed for years to really use this example to get everything on the table of what how exactly this city is really won't run well I would use the Armed Services Committee to get to the woke of occasion of the Department of Defense and the assault that is currently happening against our brave service members when they're being told they're white supremacists and being driven out of the
military for all kind of reasons the January 6th committee I would use to lay out that this was a feds erection not an insurrection and I think that you could have multiple not just the FBI I think you could have multiple elements of the national security apparatus involved in the New York Times gave the game away when they put out the story saying oh well you know there were some people that were the assets of the federal government Smithing Well, we talked about that, didn't we?
But the reason that they wrote that story, I think, was to kind of gloss over the depth of the gravity of really the mobilized effort of our government to use this day to try to squelch the America First movement going forward, because they knew we weren't going anywhere.
unidentified
|
Maybe. | |
Wall Street Journal's got the big op-ed from Karl Rove who says the problem we have here is you guys right and obviously the war room the problem is is that this is the problem and the Republican Party's got to throw Trump you guys everybody associated with this overboard. Does Karl have another Bush to Do we have to go pick another bush off of the family tree and trot them out?
Is that the great vision for the future?
To regress to the neoconservative mean?
No thank you. | ||
This is Donald Trump's Republican Party.
We're Donald Trump Republicans.
And more importantly, there is a political realignment that we have been a part of leading that departs from rovism.
You know, those guys were happy losing, happy dealing with managed American decline.
What Karl Rove believed about politics is that you had to send a separate message to different groups of Americans.
Micro-target. | ||
Yeah, that if you micro-targeted the lesbian left-handed Eskimos with a specific message that that was going to create this monumental wave of victories, Trump deconstructed that and said, no, no, no.
We're all Americans. | ||
We're going to make America great again for everyone.
We're not going to be a divisive movement.
We're going to be an inclusive movement.
And that bright shine of patriotism is what will draw people to us.
And we will be ambitious and productive again.
That is the future of our politics.
By the way, why are we listening to someone who's like a paid lobbyist and political consultant?
Exactly. | ||
Karl Rove is no patriot.
He's a hack. | ||
You started the show. | ||
That was so well said. | ||
No, it was beautiful. | ||
But you started the show by going through a litany of what's happened in this illegitimate regime to really destroy the country, okay, from the southern border.
Your theory, Governor, when we win, we've won more elections since 1968 till today.
We've won more elections than we've lost, and we've lost the country in the process.
The problem we've had is we haven't got the right people, we haven't had the right policies, and we haven't had the guts to stick by those policies when we're catching flack.
What is Marjorie Taylor Greene?
You got three minutes. | ||
When we take over in November of next year, okay, he's turning everything into an oversight committee.
What are you going to do?
What are you going to do to lead this country, to turn it back around, and to go forward?
Steve, I see things maybe a little differently, and I don't want to alarm anyone.
I think that our country is already gone.
I think we're post-Constitution, and I think China is absolutely ahead of us.
And that's not just the fault of the Democrats, that's the fault of Republicans as well.
The way I see the best thing to do in Congress is to dismantle all the systems that are broken, and they're failing the American people.
Oversight has to exist on every single committee.
I completely agree with Matt.
That is a brilliant thing to do.
You have to take things apart and look at what is really wrong in order to fix them.
That's what I've done all my entire adult career in construction.
If you can't build it correctly from the ground up, it has to be torn down and start all over again.
What we need to do instead of creating more laws, we need to take the laws off the book that have completely failed and are totally irrelevant.
The same thing has happened with our agencies.
There's many government agencies that shouldn't exist anymore.
They're completely irrelevant.
So what we have to do is we have to basically change the way things function in Congress.
That's what I'm interested in doing.
I love to supervise, I love to manage, and I love to hold people accountable.
Because when you hold people accountable, you get a job well done.
The American people deserve it, and that's what needs to happen.
And we see the tell all over the country right now.
Is there a single Republican primary in America where a candidate would rather stand on the stage with Karl Rove than Steve Bannon?
Is there a single Republican primary in America, for any office, where someone would rather stand on the stage with Mitt Romney rather than Marjorie Taylor Greene?
I mean, Marjorie's going to walk out of here and there's a long line of candidates all over America who are saying, how can we get your endorsement?
And so that's really how we change it.
Marjorie's going to be the project manager of this caucus going forward, but she's also the inspiration because we need backup.
And the one thing we can learn from the squad is that a small number of dedicated, focused people It can have a remarkable impact on the flavor and direction of the conference within the Congress.
And so that is our job. | ||
And there are great candidates around the country, like Anthony Sabatini in Florida, like Joe Kent in the great state of Washington, like Graham Allen in South Carolina, like Bo Hines in North Carolina.
And you know what? | ||
That's going to be the backup.
And when we have backup, we will focus this group, she will project manage us, and we will save the country.
Okay, we're going to have a short commercial break.
The real anniversary to commemorate, we're going to do here in the War Room.
We've got a two-hour special tonight, 5 to 7.
They've got a press conference, 2 to 15.
But on Saturday, the 8th of January, we're going to commemorate really the most important one-year anniversary.
That was the day that Donald J. Trump got kicked off of Twitter.
Okay, and we're going to commemorate it, okay?
I've got Raheem Kusama, I've got Jack Mazur, we're going to have more announcements.
But we're going to ask... He doesn't miss Twitter.
We're going to ask the two firebrands, when we come back, about the social media oligarchs and what they are going to do about it.
next in the war room. | ||
unidentified
|
We're taking down the CCP.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
They have all... | ||
monitors us, censors us, deplatforms us.
Conservatives have been helpless to do anything about it until now.

It's time to cancel, cancel culture.
Against all the oligarchs, the tech oligarchs, this movement is ascendant, okay?
We're going to run the tables in November, and then there's a new sheriff in town, and they understand it.
That's why they've got to have this federal takeover election.
The last thing they've got is to try to grab the elections, which is not going to happen.
That's all a fantasy. | ||
Right now, you've been kicked off Twitter.
The 8th of January, on Saturday, we have a special about President Trump being kicked off social media and Twitter.
You guys have talked about going after Twitter.
You've talked about what's happened over there.
You've been saying to go after the tech oligarchs for a long time.
I want to turn them into public utilities and then have show trials around the executives that did this.
Mad Gates. | ||
Well, this is where some of our neolibertarians have to shed some of those sensibilities.
You know, Marjorie Taylor Greene came on this show and said, the era of limited government is over.
And so I've been trying to encourage my Republican colleagues to use the apparatus of government to vindicate the values that undergird our Constitution.
The terms of service on Twitter cannot become more important Then the essence of the First Amendment.
And so I do believe they ought to be regulated like common carriers.
I do believe we ought to use legislative powers to break up big tech.
And where this puts me at odds with some of my fellow Republicans, I would even work with the likes of Elizabeth Warren to do it.
Even if they want to break up big tech for different reasons, if the left wants to break up big tech, I'll hold their hand to get it done.
But hold up, hang on a second.
I hear you, but this town is awash in their money, okay?
Their money, they own every lobbyist, they own every law firm, they're giving to every candidate right here.
How are we going to do it?
You got the seniority problem.
Walk me through how you guys accomplish this.
I think it's a little bit deeper than that.
They claim to kick me off for COVID misinformation.
I think I picked on one of their pet favorites, Stan Crenshaw.
You know, calling him out about FEMA testing.
You know what happens with FEMA?
Did Paul Singer kick you off?
Let's cut to the chase. | ||
I believe he did. | ||
He's on the board. | ||
He's donated a lot of money to support Dan Crenshaw and I can tell you right now I've never had a donation from him and I really don't want one.
But here's the thing. | ||
When Dan Crenshaw is talking about FEMA testing and FEMA doing COVID testing through FEMA, you know what that tells conservative Americans?
Oh, well, what happens when we pop positive?
Does that mean we get put in some kind of FEMA camp?
Like, where does it go next?
Yeah, we're seeing it happen all over the world.
And we're seeing these restrictions get tighter and tighter over something that is basically like a common cold.
Omicron is no threat to anyone.
And then you know what? | ||
COVID vaccines, let's be real everyone, it started out with this will completely stop it.
It's not stopping it. | ||
It hasn't stopped anything.
It's still spreading. | ||
Oh, it's kind of like Zycam.
It just reduces your symptoms of a cold.
It's ineffective. | ||
So a vaccine should be a choice if you want to take it or not for those that are high risk.
I don't judge anyone for taking it.
My own parents took it. | ||
But you didn't get kicked off?
No, I got kicked off because Twitter is all about controlling political speech.
They only want the type of political speech they want, like what Dan Crenshaw gives them.
It wasn't about my political speech.
My political speech and President Trump's political speech It's exactly what they don't want to say to the American people.
Okay, this is my point. | ||
How do you go from her issue to your solution?
The reason you can't do it, everybody's got to understand, they got every law firm, so they conflicted out, they got every lobbyist in town, they flood the zone with corporate — And they hire the relatives of lawmakers.
I mean, what you're talking about is the superficial stuff.
I mean, are you really going to come after the person that employs your daughter or your wife or your son?
I mean, Chuck Schumer's got so many family members working in big tech, I think he sends all of his Christmas cards to Silicon Valley.
So I think that that has to be called out.
Now Marjorie and I, we don't take any corporate PAC money.
We're two of the only ones who say all of it's no good for us.
There's been some progress in folks like Congressman Stubbe, Congressman Buck, and others saying that they're not taking Big Tech's money anymore, but we need that that legion to grow.
Let me get a couple minutes.
To turn things around, we need young firebrands, this rising generation, people like Joe Kenton, these other people coming in.
How you gonna do when you got this ossified system?
Walk me through Change the Republican Party.
The Republican Party has to be a party of action that works for the American worker, that supports our American values, that supports families and children, and protects our country.
When we change the Republican Party to a party of action, to actually doing what we promise on television, that's how you save America.
That's the only way to do it.
And when we're unwilling to take on the mega-donors like Like Paul Singer and other mega donors, like George Soros, any other mega donor that looks to change a country by using their money, their influence, and their corporations to do it, then we're going to fail and we fail America by not taking those people on.
That is what I'm talking about.
Looking at Twitter, when Twitter kicked me, an elected member of Congress, off of their platform, that's a direct attack on, I would argue, our government.
They have no right to do that.
They kicked off President Trump.
A commander-in-chief.
Exactly. | ||
That is an attack on our government and they're completely out of place.
They need to be held accountable and those that are behind it need to be held accountable as well.
We've got a chance now because we've never had a Marjorie Taylor Greene before.
I mean, think about it. | ||
This is the first cycle that the inspiration that Marjorie's brought to our movement is reflected in the primary election campaigns.
And so this gives us a unique window of time where the reinforcements are coming, where the battle is on, where we're going to have some power, and we better use it, and we have to deconstruct seniority to get those new firebrands in positions of leadership.
The greatest country in the world cannot be governed by a gerontocracy.
And right now, the way you get ahead in this town is just by staying a little bit longer, and that has to change as well.
Okay, 2.15, I want to make sure you guys are going to tour the Capitol.
You have, I'm sure, Vish, our former producer, who's actually working now, who does a great job for you.
You're going to have, you guys are going to be showing footage of that.
Then 2.15, a press conference.
We'll make sure it's picked up.
And then at 5 o'clock, we're going to do a highlight reel for that.
Right. | ||
Right side broadcasting.
Everyone needs to tune in.
Right side broadcasting at 2.15.
We'll figure out how to get clips from it.
And also, your staff director, Darren Beatty, is going to be up here next.
He's going to be next. | ||
You may have to let him know that he's got a new job.
Darren's worked for me before, so this will be a return to government service.
So, the Hill's already picked it up.
You said that. | ||
Real quickly, how do people follow you?
MTG4 America on Getter.
I'm also on Gab. | ||
I'm on Telegram. | ||
I'm not on Twitter anymore.
I'm still on Facebook and Instagram amazingly, but you know where it's at.
It's on those platforms where they don't limit your speech.
And you're now on Getter, too.
At Matt Gaetz. | ||
I'm loving Getter. | ||
My wife loves Getter. | ||
She says it's more fun than Twitter.
It's more fun. | ||
And by the way, your engagement already is going to be enormous.
You and Rogan are going to change this thing in her.
Watch, it's going to be intense.
Okay, short commercial break.
Julie Kelly, the new staff director.
Darren Beatty, Jack Posobiec.
Next, we're going to drill down on what this team's going to do come November with this committee.
Next, in the War Room. | ||
Thanks, guys. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
We spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more. |
