Speaker Time Text
hillary clinton
I'm going to face one of my most public defeats head-on by sharing with you the speech I had hoped to deliver if I had won the 2016 election.
So this was supposed to be the victory speech that I would have delivered on election night in New York on November the 8th of 2016.
I've never shared this with anybody.
I've never read it out loud.
But it helps to encapsulate who I am, what I believe in, and what my hopes were for the kind of country that I want for my grandchildren and that I want for the world that I believe in is America at its best.
My fellow Americans, today you sent a message to the whole world.
Our values endure.
Our democracy stands strong.
And our motto remains, E Pluribus Unum.
Out of many, one.
We will not be defined only by our differences.
We will not be an us versus them country.
The American dream is big enough for everyone.
Through a long, hard campaign, we were challenged to choose between two very different visions for America.
How we grow together, how we live together, and how we face a world full of peril and promise together.
Fundamentally, this election challenged us to decide what it means to be an American in the 21st century.
And by reaching for unity, decency, and what President Lincoln called the better angels of our nature, we met that challenge.
Today, with your children on your shoulders, neighbors at your side, friends old and new standing as one, you renewed our democracy.
And because of the honor you have given me, you changed its face forever.
I've met women who were born before women had the right to vote.
They've been waiting a hundred years for tonight.
I've met little boys and girls who didn't understand why a woman has never been president before.
Now they know, and the world knows, that in America, every boy and every girl can grow up to be whatever they dream, even president of the United States.
This is a victory for all Americans, men and women, boys and girls, because as our country has proven once again, when there are no ceilings, the sky's the limit.
This summer, a writer asked me if I could go back in time and tell anyone in history about this milestone, who would it be?
And the answer was easy.
My mother, Dorothy.
You may have heard me talk about her difficult childhood.
She was abandoned by her parents when she was just eight years old.
They put her on a train to California where she was mistreated by her grandparents.
and ended up out on her own working as a housemaid.
Yet she still found a way to offer me the boundless love and support she never received herself.
She taught me the words of our Methodist faith, do all the good you can for all the people you can in all the ways you can as long as ever you can.
I think about my mother every day. Sometimes I think about her on that train.
unidentified
I wish I could walk down the aisle.
hillary clinton
I wish I could walk down the aisle and find the little wooden seats where she sat, holding tight to her even younger sister, alone, terrified.
She doesn't yet know how much she will suffer.
She doesn't yet know she will find the strength to escape that suffering that is still a long way off.
The whole future is still unknown and she stares out at the vast country moving past her.
I dream of going up to her and sitting down next to her.
Taking her in my arms and saying, look at me, listen to me.
unidentified
You will survive.
hillary clinton
You will have a good family of your own and three children.
And as hard as it might be to imagine, your daughter will grow up and become the President of the United States.
I am as sure of this as anything I have ever known.
America is the greatest country in the world.
And from tonight going forward, together, we will make America even greater than it has ever been for each and every one of us.
Thank you.
God bless you.
And may God bless America.
steve bannon
OK, I want to bring in Jason Miller now.
Jason, we had a small, I think, but important part in making sure that that didn't happen.
President Trump was, I think, the greatest candidate we ever had.
And I want to be very careful about how we do this, because I understand our audiences, what they think of Hillary.
But Jason, this thing was, I think, so important.
Because she's still a major figure of, and obviously that is a very cathartic story, right?
The story of her mother and her mother's story, if you followed it over the years, is by the way very powerful and happened to a lot of people back in the, or some people back in that time in the Great Depression and when things were happening in the economic turmoil in the country and other things that were going on.
It's very cathartic.
The reason I wanted to play it and ask you to come on, I can't because you're a communications specialist.
You were the head of strategic communications and everything on the 16 campaign.
I'm actually stunned that she took a venue of whatever this masterclass is on NBC or whatever to talk about a speech and you know with the candidate we had, Jason.
We didn't jinx ourselves.
There was no speech, there was no concession, and no victory speech ever written until after the fact, until we knew we won, right?
So I want your thoughts first on this communication, right?
Why would she, why would she, years after the fact, come up and want to do it?
And it's something obviously so personal, and put that in there as what would have been the victory speech if she had won.
What are your thoughts on that?
jason miller
Well, Steve, not to be too much of a Grinch during the holiday season here, but we have known Hillary Clinton for decades now.
There is nothing that is truly genuine or truly sincere with Hillary Clinton.
Everything is calculated, is built towards self-promotion or self-dealing, as we saw with the things that we brought to light.
steve bannon
You don't believe that's general emotion there?
I mean my point is, let me say for the purposes of discussion, I believe it's general emotion.
Why would someone that's such a robot choose this venue years after the fact?
To put that incredibly movie story of her mom and break down and giving it and say this was the speech I was going to give on Victory Night.
Why would a robot, why would a cold-blooded automaton, which she is, why would they choose to do that?
jason miller
Because Hillary's trying to humanize herself and inject herself into the 2024 presidential discussion.
That's all it is.
Let's just be brutally crass and direct about it.
The fact of the matter is, is that Crooked is circling around Joe Biden, almost like a buzzer, looking at the carcass at the ground, saying it's not going to be Joe Biden.
It's not going to be Kamala Harris.
How can I go and insert myself into this national discussion and remind people that I'm still here, that I would be doing better than Joe Biden is.
Kamala Harris is not a long-term option.
This is all about gaming 2024.
steve bannon
So, and by the way, there's nothing that Brother Miller and Banner would love than a rematch in 2024, the Battle of the Titans, right?
Alien vs. Predator.
That would be the Battle of the Classics.
But you honestly believe that?
You think that she's so cold-blooded and so calculating that she puts this personal story in there?
The run-up to it was Kumbaya, right?
We're going to go together as a country, given how brutal that 2016 campaign was, and now looking at her dishonesty with the Russian dossier and everything that they did.
So you think it's, hey, she's a player, she doesn't believe that the governor of California or Newsom or Whitmer are going to be real challenges here.
Biden can't do it.
Kamala's a disaster.
They're going to have to go to the bullpen and pull up the right-hander Hillary.
jason miller
Exactly.
And Steve, I think that Hillary's been delivering that speech into the mirror since she was 15, accepting her nomination as President of the United States.
This is something that she has wanted her entire life.
Keep in mind, even in 2019, after that election, she was calling President Trump an illegitimate president.
And President Trump has gotten all sorts of criticism for calling out the fraud and irregularities and the unconstitutional changes to our voting rules that happened in the run-up to the 2020 election. But we actually had, and not just Hillary, had Nancy Pelosi, had a number of folks that were out there saying President Trump was an illegitimate president. Hillary has never given up on the dream. This is a cold, calculated attempt to go and position herself back into the discussion for 2024, and it shouldn't be viewed as anything
steve bannon
else. Okay, I got some important stuff to go through with Getty, but real quickly for our audience, because you're one of the best political strategists out there, what should they be looking for if If your theory of the case is correct, what moves of Hillary Clinton should they be looking for if she positions herself for 2024?
jason miller
Exactly.
So from the Hillary perspective, I think the midterms are going to be big.
What you're going to start to see is Hillary pop up doing events for different candidates.
And especially with that juxtaposed to Joe Biden not being invited out on the campaign trail, Kamala Harris not being invited out, you're going to see Hillary pop up in some pretty high profile places and high profile races to go and remind people that yes, Joe Biden might be living at 1600, but in Hillary's mind, she still lives there too.
steve bannon
I want to pivot now to, I want to pivot now, so we should watch, particularly if the abortion thing becomes big after the Supreme Court, all that.
Do we want to, tell me about Getter, you've got a lot of big things going on, and I've got to tell you, this platform for the engagement and what it's providing on a global basis for the populist movement, for nationalists, and here in the United States for the Trump movement, it's been extraordinary.
You've got some very special stuff for the holidays?
jason miller
We have some really cool things going on.
First, we're up over 3 million users, which is really fantastic.
We thank everybody with War Room Nation, folks like yourself, Steve, even Naomi Wolf, who was your previous guest for being on Getter, helping us to grow and get where we are.
Really cool thing, the U.S.
is only about 37% of our global user base, so this is truly a global platform.
I will be in France starting on Sunday for the next couple of days.
And where I'll see Eric Zemmer, a number of other French conservatives who are there.
Eric Zemmer, of course, is on Getter as well.
But the one fun thing that we have going on, we have currently our Home for the Holidays contest.
Listen to this, Steve.
We're going to pay someone's rent or mortgage for all of 2022.
You can go to getter.com to sign up for your chance to win.
And just as we've given away a Ford F-150 with our Get Truckin' Contest, gave away to our girl Jeannie Lyle down in the Villages a nice Harley-Davidson Road Glide 2021 with our Get Revin' Contest.
Home for the Holidays is going to go and help somebody who's definitely in need.
And again, we'll pay their entire rent or mortgage for all of 2022.
That contest runs through Sunday, so go to getter.com and make sure to sign up for your chance to win.
We're going to really help someone because we know that a lot of people are hurting because of COVID.
A lot of businesses have never come back.
Restaurants, bars, people who actually show up and work for a living.
A lot of folks have not been able to recover, even though we might see the markets doing great things for certain people.
steve bannon
One more time, because this is important.
You pay somebody's rent or their mortgage for the entire year of 2022.
How do people, like give it to us one more time.
I want everyone in the audience to focus on this.
How do people, and this is all free.
You just got to go and sign up.
jason miller
Absolutely.
So you just have to go and sign up.
Make sure that you've created a Getter account.
Go to getter.com.
G-E-T-T-R.com.
You'll see the emblem right there to sign up for Home for the Holidays.
You have until Sunday to go and sign up.
So it's quick.
Take you about 15-20 seconds to go and do it.
And again, just in the same way that I showed up with an F-150 and a Harley-Davidson Road Glide in our previous contest, we're going to show up and have a check for somebody to cover their rent or mortgage for all of next year.
steve bannon
We got 30 seconds here.
I just got to ask you about the debt ceiling thing today.
Lindsey Graham's warning people over at the lunch with the senators that, hey, Trump is going to is going to go crazy if you support this to bail out Joe Biden.
What are your thoughts?
jason miller
I think Senator Graham is exactly right.
And the fact of the matter is this build back worse as President Trump, who's also a marketing specialist, pretty good with the branding, has labeled this.
Only 11 percent of what Biden's trying to do even goes to infrastructure.
This will really set us back.
Don't have enough time to go into all the details, but Republicans need to hold firm.
Otherwise, they're going to have to answer to the voters, and it won't be pretty.
steve bannon
Jason Miller, CEO of Getter.
Thank you very much.
Incredible, incredible offer.
Let's make sure that everybody, let's make sure everybody gets on top of this, gets on top of this offer.
Go to getter.com and join up.
Sign up for the, pay your rent or your mortgage for 2022.
Home for the holidays.
Short commercial break.
Back with Ben Burkwam in Mexico next.

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannum.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Banham.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
MyPillow.com Promo Code War Room.
Make sure you get some Christmas shopping done on your range of alternatives.
Make sure you check it out.
You've got to go to MyPillow.com Promo Code War Room.
600 items for sale.
And here's the beauty.
The Secretary of Transportation.
Pete Buttigieg will not be in your life.
If you order from Mike Lindell, you get it from Mike Lindell.
No logistics problems whatsoever.
Okay, we're going to go to Mexico in Ben Burquam in one minute, but Amanda Milius decided to grace us with...
I thought as a director, when you have the daily call sheet, right?
unidentified
You have the daily call sheet.
steve bannon
Do you know what my dad used to do?
You have the daily call sheet.
unidentified
Send him home.
steve bannon
No, no.
He'd shoot it without it, film it without it.
unidentified
No, he'd arrive at like 2 p.m., have a bowl of soup or whatever was at the craft services, wander over to see how the scene was going, and then like, go get something else to eat.
I mean, that's, like, how we do things.
steve bannon
Like daughter, like father, like daughter.
unidentified
No, I haven't had, I didn't, I wasn't eating.
steve bannon
Amanda Milius joins us.
Okay, we're gonna go to Mexico.
We got Ben Berquam down with Chief Gonzales and Sergeant Casas.
Ben, you're in La Jolla, Mexico.
Walk us through what's going on down there.
The intrepid investigative reporter for Real America's Voice, Ben Berquam.
ben bergquam
Hey Steve, it's at La Jolla, Texas.
We're very close to Mexico and sometimes it feels like Mexico.
I'm here with Chief Gonzales and Sergeant Casas.
I've had the honor of being able to ride with these guys for the last two days and what I've seen, it's just incredible.
Well, we're seeing, and actually this morning, just to give you an idea of what these guys have to deal with, this morning we went out to a scene just down the street.
There were several hundred illegals that had come across.
They were being loaded up into vans.
There were four vans, or excuse me, buses that came out.
And while that was happening, these guys came out with me and they said, hey, we got to be careful because while this is happening, that's when the cartel pushes their drugs and everything else.
And immediately after that, that's what happened.
Talk to us guys about what you guys experienced down here.
And that other law enforcement agencies that aren't on the border have to deal with?
unidentified
That's correct.
We were out there maybe about a minute with you and we got a phone call that there was a vehicle that was possibly loading up.
We were able to intercept it and in that we had him pull it over.
He gave us a run around.
We continued following it at a distance.
Spooked him.
He parked somewhere and he just bailed out.
We were able to surround him and we apprehended him.
So we're just waiting right now to go interview him right now.
It's an ongoing thing.
It's an ongoing thing.
ben bergquam
And that's the thing, Steve, when we're down here, you know, it's one thing to think about it, to see it on TV, but to actually be there with the guys.
I was with you guys for two days and we got, I was involved and we were in that one, the high speed pursuit, but you're, you're telling me that there's, 10 or more of these things that are going on every single day.
We just don't know.
And you're catching just a few of them because of, I mean, it's just a matter of numbers.
Is that right, Sergeant?
unidentified
That's correct.
Because you never know when they're going to do it.
And they usually mess up.
Something's going to be wrong with the vehicle.
And they're going to get pulled over.
And they run.
And that's a perfect example.
This morning, early this morning, there was a high-speed pursuit also that ended up probably like 15 miles from here.
And it's the same thing.
While we were talking to you a little while ago, it happened.
So it's probably going to happen right now while we're filming.
Don't be surprised if we have to take off all of a sudden.
It's a regular thing.
ben bergquam
And the salt in the wound in all of this, Steve, these guys are doing this on their own budgets.
They're down here using their own equipment.
They're not getting any help.
As Joe Biden, the policies of open borders Continue to allow this invasion to occur.
They're leaving guys Units like this stations like this high and dry having to use their own units.
We've got three units in the background that are Immobile right now because of the high-speed pursuits chasing these guys and it's just it's unconscionable to see what's going on in this country and to see law enforcement putting their lives on the line every single day and just be left out having to deal with it themselves and
steve bannon
Ben, if you could ask the Chief and the Sergeant, a high-speed pursuit obviously puts people in jeopardy, puts the officers in jeopardy, it puts honest citizens, hard-working Hispanic Americans down there that are using the roads or taking kids to school that puts them in jeopardy.
I understand Biden's got an invasion policy that he wants, he's in partnership with the cartels, he doesn't mind the invasion, but what is the state of Texas?
How does the state of Texas have their back?
I thought we were going to have Department of Public Safety, Texas Rangers, Texas National Guards.
I keep hearing Abbott.
He's going to build a wall.
He's going to shut the border.
He's going to, you know, he's going to have law enforcement.
Is Chief Gonzalez and Sergeant Casas, are they getting any backup by state officials?
unidentified
Yes, we are.
DPS is stationary, National Guard is also stationary, but these immigrants are just bypassing them.
Somehow, the minute they move out of their location, they happen to move past them, and they cross and infiltrate the community, and they make it up to their pickup locations.
DPS has been supported.
We're on them.
We have a regional broadcast where we are able to communicate with them in case they need backup or vice versa if we need backup.
So we get the assistance from them.
ben bergquam
And if I can just speak to that real quick.
I don't know if we have that clip queued up, Steve, of the pursuit we were involved in.
If we do, it's a short one.
I don't know if we have time to play that.
steve bannon
We'll play b-roll.
We got a b-roll right now.
Keep talking.
It's playing.
ben bergquam
So just to show you when we're talking about that, even though there are resources down here, the amount of resources taken, it's completely overwhelmed.
I mean, these guys, you're talking about seven, eight vehicles down here involved in each one of these high-speed pursuits.
You're talking multiple high-speed pursuits.
They just don't have it.
But to your point, Steve, it's interesting you bring that up.
There was an officer in the high-speed pursuit we were involved in.
If we have that b-roll running at the beginning of that chase, you can see the truck almost hit a school bus as it crosses over and runs through traffic.
That school bus was carrying one of the officer's kids.
We found out later.
We didn't know that during the time, but that's how close to home this is.
They're putting everyone's life in danger.
These guys not only work here, they live here and have to deal with this.
Every single community.
And the worst part is a lot of times they will do these bailouts.
They'll go into actual school zones and then you have to lock down the schools.
I don't know if you could speak to that, Sergeant Casas.
unidentified
Yeah, the reason they have to lock down is because there's so many people running.
We don't know what they're going to do.
We don't know if they're armed.
Some of them are armed.
And those schools need to be locked.
And that's a safety precaution.
Because if they get in there, now we have, it goes worse.
We could have somebody taken hostage and now we have to call in SWAT teams.
It's just going to be a big mess.
And that's what we're trying to prevent.
steve bannon
Let me say something.
This is why the Wall Street Journal polling yesterday about the Hispanic community now supporting the Trump movement is because look at their lives.
Their kids are put in jeopardy.
Their communities are put in jeopardy.
They're the front line.
They're bearing the brunt of this unfairly by these globalists and these elitists in Washington, D.C.
Just before we go, I got to ask Ben, Chief Gonzales and Sergeant Casas, if they were able to sit in the Oval Office today and talk to Joe Biden, what would they tell him needs to be done immediately to stop this crisis?
unidentified
Sir, I mean, sir, come on down here.
See firsthand.
See firsthand what we're going through.
See firsthand.
Don't Don't send anybody down here.
You need to come down here and see yourself.
ben bergquam
Come on the ride along that I went on.
Sergeant, what would you say to Joe Biden if you could give a message?
unidentified
Well, if he's just looking at it on TV, you're not going to get what you're going to feel just by seeing what we're seeing.
It's just one thing to see these immigrants coming in by the hundreds and thousands.
Another thing is to chase these smugglers who are criminals.
Yesterday, we got one yesterday.
He had drugs on him.
He's also from Honduras himself.
And he was very aggressive.
And we found out that he's possibly in a gang.
So this is the type of people we're dealing with.
And unless you're down here, you're not ever going to know what it feels like.
ben bergquam
And Steve, I have a quick message.
Shame on you.
Shame on Mayorkas.
You guys are leaving these communities high and dry.
You're destroying these communities because of your policies.
The blood is on your hands.
And if I could make one request, Steve, to the American people.
These guys need help.
These law enforcement officers down here.
They need help.
They're not getting the resources they need.
They have vehicles that aren't running now because they've been chasing illegals.
They've broken axles and all kinds of other problems.
You can give, and I don't do this often for government agencies, but these guys absolutely need your help.
You can support them directly.
You can go to La Jolla PD, La Jolla Police Department.
You can mail checks.
They can get donations from the community.
If you are a law-abiding citizen that loves this country, do me a Ben, hang on.
steve bannon
The deplorables are under enough economic pressure.
That's my point about the state of Texas.
unidentified
Where is Governor Abbott?
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to make a big deal about this state of Texas.
If the La Jolla Police Department is hurting enough, and I want to find out from them later after the show what exactly they need, we'll go to Texas and start banging on folks there.
This is it.
If the federal government's not going to give money, the state of Texas... Abbott's got to stop the happy talk.
I'm going to build a wall.
I'm going to do this.
I'm going to do this.
He's not doing anything.
He's backed by all the corporate interests.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
The state of Texas has got to step up.
The deplorables got enough burden on their shoulder.
And by the way, if it hasn't come to the deplorables doing it, we'll make a huge deal about it because this is absurd.
These guys are putting their lives on the line.
unidentified
The kids are... The governor is falling down here.
Would you think Allen West would let this happen?
steve bannon
I don't think so.
unidentified
I don't think so either.
steve bannon
Was it Hugh Huffines or Wes?
Either one of them.
unidentified
Allen West.
steve bannon
Colonel Allen West.
You're hardcore.
I love me some Colonel West.
Okay, Ben, how do they find out about the La Jolla Police Department?
Where do they go to find out more about it and what your social media handles?
unidentified
Social media, we are on the platform of Facebook and of course our address is at 701 East Expressway 83, La Jolla, Texas, 78560.
And of course our PD number is going to be 956-585-4855.
ben bergquam
And you can find all their information, just look up La Jolla Police Department.
steve bannon
Chief Gonzales, Sergeant Casas, you guys are heroes.
It's incredible.
Ben, real quickly, what's your social media?
People can follow you and get all the footage down there.
Because for our podcast and radio audience, the high-speed chase and then the cars out there today, you've got to see this.
So we're going to make sure you go to Worm.org, you get our show notes, you can see it.
But I want to make sure you go to Ben's site.
Ben, what's your site?
ben bergquam
Uh, obviously, Real America's Voice News, americasvoice.news, everything's there, frontlineamerica.com, and then my social media, Getter, CloudHub, all the rest of it is at benberc1.
steve bannon
Chief Gonzales, Sergeant Casas, thank you very much, Ben.
Fantastic work, brother.
Thank you so much.
ben bergquam
Thank you, sir.
steve bannon
Incredible.
The school bus, they have the high-speed chase.
A school bus is almost hit by an officer.
It turns out his kid's on there and he's chasing bad guys.
And then they gotta have lockdowns because the cartel guys coming up are all armed.
unidentified
Look, there's a reason this is happening in Texas.
steve bannon
Let's take a short break.
unidentified
break we'll be back in a moment.
Let's take down the CCP. War Room Pandemic with Stephen K Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Banham.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to the War Room.
We got, you can hear her, we got Amanda Millis.
Now, you've got coffee, you've got, you don't need to put, we had hair and makeup, you don't need to put doing hair and makeup on your hair.
unidentified
But what if we need more, is the question.
steve bannon
You're fine.
unidentified
What if you need some?
steve bannon
So what do you, we'll do the Hillary Clinton thing later, we had it with Jason, we'll do it later.
Okay, that sounds good.
You gotta have the call sheet and hit your marks.
Actually, tell me when Poso is ready, because we're going to go on to Dr. Oz.
unidentified
Poso has the receipts.
steve bannon
He has the receipts.
First of all, in Texas, go back to Texas, you're a Colonel West... Fan.
Devotee.
unidentified
Stan.
steve bannon
Why?
unidentified
Because he's awesome, because he says the right thing, because I don't care... Is he going to take action down there?
I think he is.
I think he is.
I think there's a reason that the bad guys are afraid of him.
steve bannon
Are you an Abbott guy?
unidentified
No, not at all.
How can you look at the state of Texas right now and be an Abbott guy?
steve bannon
Why does Chief Gonzalez and Sergeant Casas not have the equipment?
unidentified
I don't know.
That's a great question for Abbott, isn't it?
And Abbott, by the way, I worked in immigration in the White House, for the Trump White House, and I can tell you that there's a reason that Texas has the most open borders than any other state.
The funniest thing is, Texas is the right-wing state, right?
You look at the map of where the wall is, most of the other states are actually completely covered, actually.
Nevada, I mean, New Mexico, California, most of these states that you'd think are very... Except for the...
steve bannon
Well, the Indian Nations parts of New Mexico and Arizona.
unidentified
Which is very minor, though.
But with Texas, you have wide open... I would argue the minor, but keep going.
I see where you're going on this.
Texas is majority open.
steve bannon
Okay, why is it not a wall down?
unidentified
Because the people that own that land, they don't live there.
steve bannon
It's not the people that live on the border, it's the people that own that... 19 Republicans just voted for an infrastructure bill in the Senate that got it passed, and 13 in the House.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
Not one penny for the wall.
unidentified
Exactly.
Because they don't want that.
The guys that own the land on the border, not the ones that live there and have to fight it out, the ones that own the land, they don't live there, they're in cahoots with the cartels.
They are getting a great deal of money from the cartels to keep that land open.
steve bannon
And so what do you have to say?
So in that race, you have Huffines, you have West... I got West.
Aren't Huffines and West... My dad is obsessed with West.
Aren't they just going to split the vote and allow Abbott to win the primary?
unidentified
You know, we've got to stop being... I mean, fine, maybe for a year or whatever, but we've got to stop having these bad Republicans just because we're worried about that stuff.
steve bannon
How do you consolidate the vote to beat them?
unidentified
I think that West is more convincing than anybody else.
steve bannon
People forget you have a... Look, you're a serious filmmaker.
You made the Lee Smith... Am I?
Well, the Lee Smith book.
You kind of drifted for a while, but the Lee Smith book... Maybe all your life... I was coming to tell you what I was... No, but people forget you actually worked... Drifting over to Steve Bannon's house being like, here's what's going on... That shows you're not serious.
But you worked at the State Department.
You worked in the White House.
unidentified
I did.
steve bannon
There's a serious side of you that people don't realize.
Inside, you're like many of the hammers that President Trump needed late in the administration.
unidentified
Yeah, I put on this Elle Woods front, this sort of legally blonde goes to politics, like this very LA goes to politics, like what do we do at the state, I don't know, let me get my makeup.
And then like actually behind the scenes doing things, which has been my sort of routine for many years.
But yeah, I mean, look, I was really disappointed I worked for six months in the White House specifically on comms for an immigration bill that was phenomenal.
It was a beautiful bill.
It was done by the smartest people I've ever met, and it was shelved for Term 2.
steve bannon
What would have been the key elements of that?
Why would the MAGA agenda have been implemented in this bill?
unidentified
It was based on a points-based system, okay?
So it changed legal immigration and it changed illegal immigration.
It locked up all of the holes to illegal immigration, all of the infrastructure holes.
Also, by the way, something we never talk about, which is what goes on at the ports with the very, very, very low amount of inspection that is done on people and packages that are brought into the United States.
If Americans knew what percentage was actually being inspected, that number is classified because it's so low.
Because if you knew the actual number, the entire United States would freak out.
That's how low it is.
So so there's that issue.
And then you've also got, you know, the legal immigration situation where the United States is not picking the best people for the future society that it wants.
Look at Australia.
Look at New Zealand.
This is this is these are the people that are our folks who are doing this bill we're talking to.
And we had the best minds.
We had the Stephen Miller's Stephen Miller working on this.
We had people like Theo Wald, And you were the comms strategist?
I was just the comms girl.
I was just the comms girl sitting with the lawyers, figuring out how to explain it to the American people.
steve bannon
You have a serious side.
We're going to get to your films in a second, but I want to bring Jack Posobiec.
unidentified
Pozo!
steve bannon
Pozo, the senior editor over at Human Events, has made Human Events relevant again.
He's got the great podcast.
You're quite disturbed, Jack Posobiec, about Dr. Oz.
In Manhattan last night at the Newsmax Christmas.
unidentified
Pozo has the receipt.
steve bannon
At the Christmas party.
This is a Christmas party, correct me if I'm wrong, that you had to show vaccine passport to get in.
Pozo, is that a receipt you're going to show me?
jack posobiec
I was actually told that they were taking, if you had a picture of a vaccine passport that you could get in.
So I was actually told that whoever was, however the security was being run, it wasn't actually super tight the way that a lot of people were trying to make it out.
steve bannon
But the request was, hang on, the request was, the request was, the request was, were you there last night?
unidentified
No, I was with, I was at the New York Young Republicans thing in New York.
steve bannon
Oh, I heard that.
My, my, my, my, my daughter was there too.
jack posobiec
I heard that.
steve bannon
I heard that.
I heard that guy.
jack posobiec
In the war room, but Poso is regulated to Skype.
Is that how it works now?
unidentified
No, I actually just crashed.
steve bannon
Hold it.
This is a total crash.
She's totally crashed.
unidentified
No, I was supposed to be here.
Then I was like 20 minutes late.
Got relegated to Skype.
steve bannon
Refused to accept my fate.
As you know, when she's at the door, you can't bar the door.
No, you can't.
She overpowered security and my staff.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
She's John Milius' daughter, man.
This is Big Wednesday.
This is Big Thursday.
jack posobiec
She's not the Big Bad Wolf.
She's coming in.
steve bannon
So hold it, she's the big bad wolf.
Okay, Dr. Oz.
Milius is more lit up than you are.
She goes, no, I got away from Pozo.
He's got the receipts.
unidentified
Pozo's got the receipts.
Pozo always has the receipts.
steve bannon
Okay, gimme Dr. Oz.
jack posobiec
I tweeted this out last night and I sent it to Steve and I said, I have multiple sources telling me that Dr. Oz has shown up at Newsmax.
And I've talked about Dr. Oz before.
And I said, this guy is a, talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing.
He's running around telling people he's a conservative.
He's going to the Newsmax party in New York, by the way, definitely not in Pennsylvania.
He's not from Pennsylvania.
This guy's a liberal.
He holds all the same woke ideals as everyone else in the liberal elite.
He is pantomiming.
He is aping the words of Republican politicians, but more like a 1980s kind of Republican politician.
Saying, oh, we need to get government out, we need to get regulations out, we need to let these companies do whatever they want, et cetera, et cetera.
And then, so I tweet that out and people say, is this real, Jack?
Are you sure?
And look, I had three people text me at the same time.
They say, hey, Poso, we're here.
Dr. Oz just walked in.
We think you'd want to know that.
I heard that he dipped, by the way, after only a couple of minutes because I asked him, I said, hey, give me a photo, give me a photo.
Nobody does it.
So I go to Instagram today and then I look, I search in the mentions column and Millie, as you know about Instagram, I search in the mentions column and then boom.
Somebody took a selfie with Dr. Oz, posted it to Instagram, and I said, now I got my receipts.
There he is, Dr. Oz.
steve bannon
Hold it, hold it.
You're all over Oz for the typical Republican playbook, deregulation and tax cuts for the wealthy.
But Chris Ruddy and our good friend and brother, Sean Hannity, Sean Hannity's pimping him out on Fox, and Ruddy's pimping him out.
unidentified
Sean Hannity doesn't know what time it is.
Dude, when's the last time Sean Hannity wrote a story that we haven't heard in like eight years?
Like Sean Hannity literally will sit there and he'll be like, it's not the rank and file.
It's not the rank and file.
The FBI is a really good place.
It's just the bad guys.
jack posobiec
I will send you all the information you want to know on this guy.
We got his review.
So I've got his episode archived.
I haven't even dropped this yet because I haven't needed it.
I have the entire Dr. Oz episode, trans kids and you, archived, right?
So he brings the trans kids and their family on.
Then we've got his episode on red flag laws and why we need red flag laws in this country.
I don't, you know, I don't know if any Republicans in the state of Pennsylvania, my glorious Commonwealth, care about the little thing called the Second Amendment, a little thing called self-defense.
Well, Dr. Oz actually says on this episode, This wasn't one of those things where, oh, I just had the people on to discuss the issue.
No, no, no, Oz.
No, no, I got your number on this one.
You said, I wish the police would be surveilling people's social media because they could take down those posts and then take your guns away based on something Sure, I can't imagine that would be abused by big governments.
The guy is going on Hannity saying that he supports small government, then he goes on his show to his millions of people that are watching on daytime TV and he's saying a completely separate thing.
Next, we've got him on on Dreckless Club with Charlamagne Tha God.
And it was really interesting to me that on Dr. Oz's show, what do you think the very first word That when I pulled all the transcripts of the 1700 episodes of Dr. Oz, what was the first word I searched for?
Was abortion.
I could not find that word, or if I could, it was a fleeting mention or something.
There were no specific episodes on this.
So I said, that's interesting.
Why wouldn't a guy who does a health show have any episodes about abortion?
We go to Charlemagne the God and the Breakfast Club morning show.
Two years ago, 2019, and here's Dr. Oz.
He's bashing the pro-life movement.
He's attacking heartbeat bills.
He says, that's not a heartbeat at six weeks.
That's just a couple of electrical impulses.
I should have got you the clip before I came on.
There's just a couple of electrical impulses.
That doesn't matter.
These guys, they're being ideologues.
He's attacking the entire pro-life movement.
He's attacking the heartbeat bills.
But now he'll come up today when Roe v. Wade, finally, after 50 years, is on the chopping block.
And we've got a situation.
If those conservative justices, if Brett Kavanaugh does his job, sir, we put you there for a reason.
We fought hard for you, and there was a very specific reason you were given a mandate.
Sir, Brett Kavanaugh, do your job.
Undo this grave injustice, the 1973 decision of Roe v. Wade.
It is nowhere to be found in the Constitution.
This should not have ever been decided by the Supreme Court.
It should go back state by state.
But now you've got Dr. Oz out there who's attacking the heartbeat bills.
This is exactly why he will not talk about Roe v. Wade right now.
He won't talk about the Mississippi case.
So every time I see him post something up on Twitter, I say, will you comment on Roe v. Wade?
Will you comment on the Mississippi heartbeat bill?
When I know I've already got the receipts in my back pocket that he is against heartbeat bills.
unidentified
Wait, so Jack, Jack, who's putting him up to this?
Who's behind this?
Why?
Why is he doing this?
jack posobiec
Oh, this is this is just it's fame.
It's it's greed.
You know, I think I think I think Dr. Oz saw that when Sean Parnell dipped out of the race, And we all saw what happened there, the insanity that went on.
He took his kids away.
That Dr. Oz saw a political vacuum.
He said, look, I don't think there's any announced candidates that have that Trump endorsement yet.
So I'm going to get in.
And because he has, you know, he's had Trump on in the past.
So he says, look, even though I'm I'm a New York City liberal, I've been living in North Jersey for 25 years.
He's from Delaware originally.
But he says, look, I know this is going to be a good cycle for Republicans.
I can steal the Trump playbook and use all the goodwill that I've gained over the years and then walk right into a Senate seat.
But here's the problem.
If your name isn't Donald J. Trump, you don't get to use the exact same playbook as Donald J. Trump.
Because guess what?
We have the receipts on you.
Trump had a record for all those years.
He had all of his TV shows.
He had all of his business deals.
steve bannon
Trump is also the personification of MAGA.
This guy's the anti-MAGA candidate.
There's a difference.
Trump was MAGA.
He's the manifestation.
He puts fear of God in the globalists.
jack posobiec
Look, I was there when Trump spoke at CPAC in 2011.
I remembered 10 years ago when he was up there talking about this stuff.
He wasn't running for anything back then, but he came up.
steve bannon
Yes.
jack posobiec
Right, he went after that.
steve bannon
You can go back to the 1990s.
jack posobiec
I don't know if you guys saw it, but I think it was the 30 year anniversary of the signing of NAFTA.
And you can go back and see, in the article it says, A businessman from New York, Donald Trump, stood up and said that we cannot do this because it will sell out our country and the working people.
steve bannon
He's been saying this for 30 years.
Go back to the opening.
Jack, hang on for one second.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to come back with Jack Posobiec in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Oz.
It's Erdogan's buddy, right?
Deep state in Turkey.
They got a deep state.

We're going to go to... Do you understand on a set when the mics go open?
unidentified
I don't care.
steve bannon
You and I are different types of directors.
You're freewheeling.
unidentified
I'm like a... Zen anarchy.
I have been raised in zen anarchy.
Be comfortable in the chaos, Steve.
steve bannon
Her father is not just the greatest screenwriter.
To me, he's the direct descendant of John Ford.
I love John Milius.
unidentified
Big Wednesday is the searchers of a surfer movie.
said that back you know what i should wednesday big wednesday is the searchers of a certain movie you get it it is that big wednesday is that john ford of serving member when i went after what's his face about coming after me for the searchers Did you see that?
It is.
And I called him an elderly queer, and it was like the best thing that ever happened.
What's that?
You missed that?
steve bannon
I missed that.
unidentified
Holy cow, dude!
It was like the best thing I've ever done in my whole career.
The searchers.
steve bannon
We'll have you on Monday when we break down the searchers.
Okay, let's go to Rome and Ben Burquandt.
I mean, Ben Harnwell.
I got my Bens confused.
Ben!
Of course, I had Ben in Mexico.
He's in Texas.
Ben Harnwell.
The Guardian's reporting today huge news out of the United Kingdom on a genocide report about the Chinese Communist Party.
Can you get us up to speed on what's going on?
ben harnwell
Yeah, that's right, Steve.
It was written and prepared.
The tribunal was chaired by a British barrister, Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, a very senior London barrister who actually headed the UN's war crime prosecution against Slobodan Milosevic.
This report's been a year in the making.
They've spoken to hundreds of Chinese people, Uyghurs, policemen, people on the ground.
And they've basically said, they've accused, they've said that it's now clear that China is guilty of genocide and lists the following crimes against humanity that the CCP regime has inflicted on its own people.
These crimes include deportation, imprisonment, torture, so graphic I cannot read it out.
It is simply something, it's absolutely horrific, but it is in the report to do with sticking Implements and instruments in the genitalia, both of men and women, rape, enforced sterilizations and the genocide itself.
The genocide is listed here as forced sterilization, forced abortions of the Uyghur people.
And that's the fourth point of the UN's definition of genocide.
Now, this isn't an official government report.
It's conducted by, as I say, Sir Geoffrey Nice.
But it is now definitely in the hands of the British Parliament and the government to do with, as they will.
steve bannon
At the conclusion of the report of this... Let me ask you, how does the UK send a diplomatic representation to the Beijing Games when they now had a report that accuses Beijing of crimes against humanity and genocide?
How does that work?
ben harnwell
I think it will be untenable now.
steve bannon
Untenable.
OK, we're going to get you.
I've got Posobiec here now, so we've got to jump, but I'm going to come back to you tonight on tonight's program.
This is a report that goes through the genocide of the Chinese Communist Party against the Uyghurs.
Right now, what Biden should do is pull the entire Olympic team.
You cannot support this regime in Beijing.
Ben Harnwell, thank you very much for your report from Rome.
unidentified
Okay, how did you, how did, how did Posobiec, how did- The triumphant return in studio of Agent Poso to the War Room.
jack posobiec
With all the receipts, I used my receipts to get in.
steve bannon
I want to get to you later about this report coming out of the UK because this thing is serious about this.
This is insane.
How can Boris Johnson send a delegation?
How can we send any delegation?
I know you guys have been the cutting edge of this.
jack posobiec
We talk about the 1938 Berlin Olympics, and everybody says, why did they allow Hitler to hold those Olympics?
Why did they allow it?
Was it 1938 or 1936?
I think it was 1936.
Why did they allow it?
Why did every country go?
They should have stepped down.
That's the situation.
steve bannon
They said, oh, they're going to do protests there.
They're going to do protests there against the regime.
jack posobiec
Do not give them the legitimacy.
The dictator, Xi Jinping.
Should NBC pull out of the games right now?
1.5 billion members of the law by Jane and the Uyghurs in the slave camps and the concentration camps Send a message to them send a message to the dissidents and the Uyghurs behind bars that the United States Stands with you and against this crooked corrupt regime should NBC should NBC pull out of the games right now They spent two billion dollars This must be for free MSNBC joy and read Rachel Maddow should they say it's as they demanded NBC They're shills for China.
unidentified
They've always been shills for China.
The entire Hollywood industry, the entire news media, all of it, they're shills for China.
And honestly, NBC is worse.
steve bannon
Is Ukraine a misdirection player?
jack posobiec
NBC is even worse than Disney.
Remember what NBC did to Epoch Times and the following along, and they spread direct China, CCP disinformation against them.
These are people who are religious persecution victims, right?
They're in China underneath the Great Firewall, underneath the Great Wall of China.
And NBC attacked him.
unidentified
You couldn't have a more perfect analogy.
Remember the last four years, we've heard everything is Hitler.
Everything I don't like is Hitler.
This is actually pretty close.
steve bannon
The report says they are Hitler.
unidentified
Literally Hitler.
jack posobiec
Sorry, but religious persecution, actual... Steve, one day we'll see Xi Jinping On the stand, and he'll be saying, I didn't sign that order.
I didn't, that wasn't my name.
You can't prove that's my name on those documents.
unidentified
In 20 years, they're going to be comparing Republican candidates to Xi Jinping.
steve bannon
Is Ukraine, real quick, is Ukraine a misdirection plane?
unidentified
Total misdirection.
steve bannon
They're not going to do anything.
unidentified
Look at the regime that we have right now.
They are spinning up the news cycle to cover for the fact that, look, first of all, I don't actually personally believe that there's any business of ours in the American interest in all that.
So, like, I do actually have the Tucker standpoint on that.
However, everybody's falling for it.
They're not doing shit on Ukraine.
It's not happening.
It's rolling over.
jack posobiec
It's a sideshow to a sideshow in Ukraine.
Sideshow to a sideshow.
steve bannon
But you've got a senior Republican Senator Armed Services Committee that's threatening first-strike tactical nuclear weapons.
unidentified
Okay, this guy and me and my personal life have better sources than anybody else.
We're not doing shit on Ukraine.
steve bannon
It was a lovely wedding.
