| Before you became President Trump's Chief of Staff, I mean, you were central to the 16th campaign, North Carolina, and you were the guy who told me, hey, you don't need to come back here, we got it. | ||
| I'm nervous you said we got this. | ||
| You got some of the best political instincts out there. | ||
| Here's what I don't get, Mark. | ||
| The Freedom Caucus, you're out there last night with Jim Jordan in Ohio doing a speech with Jim Jordan. | ||
| The House Freedom Caucus, why don't we have something like that in the United States Senate on the Republican side? | ||
| You guys would never back down. | ||
| You guys were relentless. | ||
| You would never back down. | ||
| And that's why we were able to save so much stuff during the Obama administration and really was one of the foundational elements for the rise of Donald Trump was the House Freedom Caucus. | ||
| Sir, what is going on in the United States Senate with Mitch McConnell? | ||
| Yeah, listen, when we saw the fold last night, I mean, basically before the ink was even dry on the demand, they're folding in order to, quote, save the filibuster. | ||
| I think most of the people that are tuned in, while they may enjoy the filibuster right now, they believe that ultimately having that filibuster is not a winning combination. | ||
| I know when I was in with President Trump, It was always the filibuster that was the reason why Republicans couldn't get things done, and yet Mitch McConnell and his team folded last night on the debt ceiling. | ||
| You know, there's two kinds of people that love to spend money in Washington, D.C., Steve. | ||
| Republicans and Democrats. | ||
| And we have just got to make sure that we are good stewards of the hard-working American taxpayer dollars, and quite frankly, raising the debt ceiling is not it. | ||
| And why didn't we force the Democrats to go there alone? | ||
| That's what McConnell originally said he was going to do, and yet it looks like we're going to be helping them out in a bipartisan way over the next couple of days. | ||
| Okay, I got it. | ||
| This is because of the hedge fund and the carried interest. | ||
| This is about the bonuses for the hedge funds. | ||
| They don't want market turmoil. | ||
| Also, the infrastructure bill, with all his 19 collaborations, that's why they did this. | ||
| One thing, and listen, sometimes we're big picture, and sometimes we're the sublime, and sometimes we're down into the nitty-gritty of the mechanics, but you often have to understand the mechanics. | ||
| Here's the great thing about Meadows. | ||
| He's a deal guy, like Trump. | ||
| They understand leverage. | ||
| There would never have been a kick-the-can-down-the-road continuing resolution if Meadows had been around. | ||
| We had him jammed up, Mark, at the end of September. | ||
| They didn't have the appropriations bill sent, they needed a continuing resolution, and you had the death ceiling. | ||
| We had a vice, you had him gripped, you had him crushed, and you're a practical politician. | ||
| Biden's numbers, have you ever seen a collapse at any level of politics, Mark, since you've been in it, of Joe Biden's numbers? | ||
| No, the numbers just continue to plummet, and primarily because he fails to deliver. | ||
| I mean, I talked to President Trump a couple of days ago, and he said, Mark, can you believe that it's gotten this bad this quickly? | ||
| And I think even those of us that were certainly very pessimistic about Joe Biden being able to lead, We are astonished at how quickly it's going, and it's showing up in the polls. | ||
| I mean, everybody is starting to say, boy, they wish that they had Donald Trump back in the White House, especially those independents. | ||
| When you look at some of the polls that you and I have looked at, Steve, what we're seeing is independents are very quickly saying, when it comes to security, when it comes to securing our border, when it comes to actually prosperity, it's all about Donald Trump, and that's where the attack is. | ||
| Mitch McConnell and them seemed to go along with this laissez-faire kind of way of getting it. | ||
| You're right. | ||
| We had a perfect storm. | ||
| We had a storm where everything is coming together. | ||
| We were going to force the Democrats to have to vote. | ||
| Instead of taking a tough vote, we gave them a hall pass to get out of the classroom. | ||
| And now what we're going to do is we're going to have another cliff at Christmas. | ||
| And I'm telling you today, what they will say is, oh, well, we can't have a government shutdown. | ||
| We can't have any of this happening around Christmas. | ||
| We've got to pass another kick the can down the road. | ||
| That's why people like me and Jim Jordan and those Patriots in the Freedom Caucus. | ||
| We understand leverage. | ||
| We understand how to use a deal. | ||
| But we also know that you get a better deal at $12.01, not $11.59. | ||
| How do you, for this posse right now, to put their shoulders to the wheel on all this, what would you recommend for people to do right now? | ||
| I mean, you were the master of, and remember, Meadows never had control. | ||
| Meadows never had a majority. | ||
| This is the command by negation. | ||
| The Freedom Caucus, at first it was a handful of you. | ||
| And you took down John Boehner. | ||
| You came to me back in, I think it was August of, I forget what year, when you threw the thing in. | ||
| We did the town halls. | ||
| And everybody in town said, Mark Meadows is crazy. | ||
| It'll never happen. | ||
| Next thing you know, the Speaker of the House is gone. | ||
| And he did it with a handful of people. | ||
| What would you recommend this posse do right now? | ||
| What do they have to be focused on in order to make sure there's a firestorm over the next 60 days that this can't happen again? | ||
| They can't slip away with another CR and there's not one penny given on the debt ceiling. | ||
| Yeah, so all of those that are the posse that's listening in right now, they need to do two things. | ||
| One is buck up those conservative members both in the House and the Senate. | ||
| You've got some senators that quite frankly are willing to fight the fight. | ||
| We were actually working on strategy a week or so ago here at the Conservative Partnership where we were talking about exactly what you're talking about. | ||
| How do you take a small group and leverage it? | ||
| So they need to buck up those conservatives and let them know that the American people are with them. | ||
| But then they also need to show the displeasure of being able to fold on it. | ||
| Listen, nobody wants to default on the debt, but what we're doing is we're allowing an open door for a 3.5 trillion, which will ultimately end up at 2.2 to 2.4 trillion dollar reconciliation package and another 1.2 on transportation that when we start to look at it, we'll be at four or five trillion dollars. | ||
| And so we need to really put the pressure on some of those senators, especially those that are coming up for a vote. | ||
| It's amazing how senators start to pay attention every six years. | ||
| You know, some of them are only good every six years, but we need to put some pressure on them. | ||
| So real quickly, tell us about CPI, your new organization, what you're doing there. | ||
| I want to talk about the book before you slip away here. | ||
| Tell us about this new platform and how do people get more information about it? | ||

| This is not a time to retreat. | ||

| If you're a conservative, there's no fringe benefit to being a conservative in Washington D.C. and we're trying to do that. | ||
| And so we're staying in the game. | ||
| This is not a time to retreat. | ||
| It's a time to reengage. | ||
| And we're glad to do that. | ||

| It was Dr. Peter Navarro that said back in January, That if President Trump's policies, particularly Remain in Mexico, and the enforcement, the interior enforcement, the support he's given to the customs and border, the three nations deal, the frontline nations down in Central America, the deal he'd done with them, if all of that was ripped off and done away with, you would have an invasion. | ||
| And Peter Navarro said you're going to have two million illegal aliens here in the United States by December. | ||
| He's now upping that. | ||
| NBC News says 400,000 400,000 are coming across in the month of October. | ||
| I want to put this in perspective. | ||
| General Patton's Third Army, the famous Third Army. | ||
| That really broke out of the Normandy beachhead, swept across southern France, and really did so much to defeat the Nazis in Europe in World War II. | ||

| Tapachula is the border that connects to Guatemala, and they're threatening again with another caravan in the next couple of weeks. | ||
| They have been putting claims to a federal judge in Mexico So they can let them pass with a visa of transit. | ||
| The problem right there, the encapsulation of the migrants, thousand that you're waiting, according to the commission of refugees in the South border that connects to Guatemala, it is the visa of transit. | ||
| That is the only document the federal government of Mexico has stopped them because there's a lot of corruption between these two organizations. | ||
| That is the Kumar, that is the commission of refugees, and ultimately also the Institute National of Immigration. | ||
| And they have been putting these claims to the federal judge in Mexico. | ||
| And right now, According to what is speculating is that in the next couple of weeks, there's going to be another humongous caravan. | ||
| Also, there is a threat that right now there's more than 25,000 that are moving on a fast pace between the Darien Gap of Panama going to Costa Rica. | ||
| Already, already the Guatemala government has talked to the Mexican government and both of them, they are strategically trying to know how they're going to stop this. | ||
| And, you know, irresponsibly, the Mexican president Has the borders opened? | ||
| This is the number one problem, Steve, that the Mexican president has not assured our southern border. | ||
| You have two bridges that connect to the Guatemala border, and you're asking for COVID certificates on the top, but on the bottom, you deport the people back to Guatemala, and you're allowing them to cross to the River Suchate back in the water raft to Mexico. | ||
| It is completely illogical. | ||
| So you got this massive influx of people from Haiti that they are completely erupting the city of Tapachula and they cannot handle anymore to stay there because there's no jobs, there's no water, there's no food, there's nothing for them. | ||
| So you're creating a blast of immigrants in that particular part of the city. | ||
| Let me ask you is this is it tied to the because it doesn't make sense of when you think about logically is it because the cartels are involved and they've they've they're being paid to do this so they're in with Mexican officials I mean what's the internal logic here because somehow we understand Biden's got an open border and basically saying if you get here you can stay here and that's not for everybody but their odds are pretty good. | ||
| And everybody in this audience, if we were in the same situation, we would do the same thing, right? | ||
| Let's make a break for it. | ||
| Let's make a run for the American border. | ||
| Because if we get across, we got pretty good odds that Biden will stay. | ||
| And we know that these Republicans and Trump and these guys that come, they're going to shut it down again. | ||
| So I got I got to get there and I got to get there now. | ||
| But in the process of getting it up, how integral are the cartels and their money making operation, which is the human trafficking part of it, involved with these governments? | ||
| They're completely involved. | ||
| Right now, you know, we are estimating that every migrant that is crossing to the United States of America, the price is between $4,000 to $10,000. | ||
| Now, according to what is the operation that is happening right now in the northern border that is connected to the United States, there's a ladder cartel that is called. | ||
| This operandi, they have built a ladder that they can easily cross to the United States of America. | ||
| The latter cartel, and ultimately the organized crime that they're the ones that put the tax on these organized people. | ||
| They're the ones that they are creating this completely, you know, connection from the South all the way to the North. | ||
| And also, their NGOs, Steve, that they are completely involved. | ||
| We talked to an intelligence analyst from Chile, and he said that the Jesuit Migrant Organization are the ones that they're working directly with the United Nations, and are the ones that they're pushing this mass migration from Chile up to Peru, from Peru, up to Colombia, from Colombia, and so and so on to Panama. | ||
| Right now, the organized crime is the one that is controlling enormously in the south border. | ||
| And it is just, you know, insecure for not only for the Institute of National Immigration Officers, but also for the National Guard, that they only are the obligation. | ||
| It is exactly what the Border Patrol is doing right now. | ||
| That is processing. | ||
| They cannot stop this because our government is being completely incompetent to resolve the situation. | ||
| And it's only bringing more insecurity for every border town that is located, not only in the northern part, but also from the states of Tabasco, that they're entering from the Gulf of Mexico, that there's a huge trafficking line between entering by boats, also Yucatan, also Cancun, Also Oaxaca, all of these states that they're connected from the Gulf of Mexico that they're entering through our country, they are ultimately now on the trafficking ring and they're ultimately connected all the way to the north. | ||
| Okay, I want to ask you, because I want to make sure people understand about scale. | ||
| We've had a crisis at the border, an emergency at the border for years. | ||
| Doran Bush and all the, you know, bomb a disaster. | ||
| Trump stopped this with hard policies, right? | ||
| Tough policies, but fair policies, right? | ||
| Really thinking of the citizens of the United States, the working class, Hispanics, but also To try to cut the, try to take the cartels out of business, right? | ||
| So they couldn't traffic. | ||
| Just tell our audience, you've been at this professionally for a while. | ||
| Just tell people the scale of this and what's happening now, because it sounds like this is the first, now we've got Latin America, Central America, and North America. | ||
| I mean, this is something that is of a scale that's unprecedented in really the history of this country, in the history of the Western Hemisphere. | ||
| Give us your perspective. | ||
| Sir, you have said this before, the globalists do not care about the working class and do not care about every country. | ||
| And it's not only that they're destroying the border of Mexico, they're destroying the border of Central America and South America. | ||
| This is massive. | ||
| In the last caravan that I was broadcasting, I walked for more than 32 kilometers with more than 2,000 people. | ||
| You have people from All parts of the world. | ||
| I interviewed people from Pakistan that they were well-dressed, they were well-attired, and these are people that they're infiltrating in the caravans to automatically get to the United States of America. | ||
| For every United States citizen, they need to understand that these globalists and these elite people, their number one goal is to destroy the borders of the United States of America and to collapse the borders of the United States of America. | ||
| Right now, in our borders of Mexico, the older men, the third age men, that they are Mexican Mexican people and also the business people they feel afraid that they are going to be replaced and they This effect it is coming strongly to every border of the United States of America Every US citizen now is feeling this kind of effect So this effect is not only happening in the northern part of the United States is happening on the whole continent but the number one purpose for these evil and demonic | ||
| people is to destroy the border sovereignty of the United States of America and And it is actually, sadly, it is happening. | ||
| Now you see the border agents, that they're overwhelmed in the United States. | ||
| Ultimately, also the Mexican border agents, they're overwhelmed because of these open border policies. | ||
| And the border agents of Mexico, they say, why Joe Biden hasn't sent a deep and strong message to this mass migration? | ||
| Another thing, Steve, that is happening is that I have interviewed migrants Walking on the caravan, and I have told him, Joe Biden said already, do not come. | ||
| Kamala Harris said, do not come. | ||
| And they say, he already invited us. | ||
| We do not care. | ||
| We're coming. | ||
| You're not going to stop this mass migration. | ||
| So this is a complete direct threat to the national security sovereignty of the United States. | ||

| Two figures that you would always want to keep in your mind on this is Max Moore, who is quite seminal to this, but also Google's Ray Kurzweil, the one who has come up with the theory of the singularity, the idea that by 2029, artificial general intelligence will have caught up to human beings. | ||
| And by 2049, the smartest computer will be about a billion times smarter There are five pillars to transhumanism, and you'll recognize it increasing in your day-to-day consciousness as the years go on. | ||
| The first is genetic engineering, in particular things like CRISPR, in which they can directly edit the genetic code, basically transform the human germline to advance and And increase human evolution towards desired goals. | ||
| The second is bionic enhancement, more kind of cyborg structures, people literally having their robotic arms that can be controlled by brain implants and other methods. | ||
| And the transhumanists actually dream of taking this on as a desired goal, not just something that a poor person who's been injured has to endure. | ||
| The third is neuro enhancement. | ||
| This can be done through drugs and chemicals, but the goal, ultimately, as with Elon Musk, is to have brain implants which augment our intelligence and allow us to communicate with each other and also to the hyper-advanced machines. | ||
| The fourth is robotics. | ||
| Robots will, in the future, be our servants. | ||
| They will be our companions, and they will basically occupy every element of our infrastructure on some level or another. | ||
| And then the fifth, is artificial intelligence, in particular artificial general intelligence, meaning that instead of having an AI program do a specific task, like a repetitive factory job or playing chess or go, the desire is to create an intelligence that is equal to and eventually surpassing human intelligence, both in intellect and also in creativity. | ||
| The end result, as I just mentioned, is the singularity. | ||
| When artificial intelligence is so far beyond human intelligence, we not only are not able to comprehend what's going on inside the machine, we have absolutely no idea why it's making the decisions that it's making. | ||
