Okay, we are in the War Room.
It's 7 October, the year of our Lord 2021.
A lot of history is being made today, but it's also a very important day in history.
7 October 2001, it was the beginning of the war in Afghanistan.
This is the 20th year anniversary of our beginning of that war.
Of which is actually still going on.
Remember, the enemy gets a vote.
So although Joe Biden says it's over, that doesn't mean it's over.
You notice that there's not a lot of commemoration on that today in the mainstream media at the White House.
There's not a lot of commemoration because of the debacle that Joe Biden now has.
Has us in with the creation of the terrorist super state, the terrorist super state of in Afghanistan.
It's also the 450th anniversary of one of the most important in world history.
That's the Battle of Lepanto.
That was Spain and essentially Venice, what's called the Holy League, against the Ottoman Empire.
It's always been considered a great moral victory against the expansionist Ottoman Turks.
The Ottoman Empire was in expansionist mode.
One of the great naval battles in history, the Battle of Lepanto, thwarted that, crushed the Turkish Navy, and the West won.
And there's big lessons there.
Victory begets victory.
Lepanto really stopped the expansion of the Turkish Empire, the Ottoman Empire, into Europe and allowed Europe to remain Christian and part of the Judeo-Christian West.
One of the most important dates in history in 1571.
And of course you don't see the mainstream media celebrating or commemorating that.
But I want to go to what's happening currently.
Yesterday was just an unmitigated disaster.
Mitch McConnell out of nowhere comes up with this idea to basically kick the can down the road and exceed, basically give a victory to these radical Democrats on the spending, give a total victory to them, to essentially kick the can down the road Two December to tie it to the CR for the debt ceiling, for the increase in the debt ceiling.
And nobody can understand why he just came out of nowhere, went to this conference, and said this is what we're going to do.
Now, you got to think.
Why would you combine these things back in December?
We had this deal.
This is what we had last week.
We had these guys pinned up against the wall.
I'm going to give you three reasons Mitch McConnell did this.
Three reasons nobody's talked about.
Number one, the donors.
The donors, particularly the Wall Street, the titans of Wall Street.
The hedge fund guys are the money managers.
Remember, let's talk about their compensation, because that's all they care about.
They don't care that they're destroying the country.
They don't care that they're shipping jobs over to China.
They don't care that they're partners with the Chinese Communist Party.
They don't care.
All they care about is profits for themselves.
Remember, their compensation plan, which I would tax Dramatically, I would tax dramatically, is based upon they get huge management fees for managing your money, plus they get the upside if the stocks increase.
The hedge fund managers don't want to have this confrontation right now over the debt ceiling to force the Democrats to actually put forward a plan today.
They don't want to upset the markets.
They're paid on an annual basis, okay?
They want to push this as far into December as possible.
Number one, which nobody talks about, Is the fact that the hedge fund guys, the hedge fund guys and the big donors for Mitch McConnell have been all over him about, oh my gosh, you got the war room posse, you have the deplorables, they're burning up the phone lines, you know, they've already blown out the Chamber of Commerce.
Huge story in the Hill about how the Republican Party doesn't even take the Chamber of Commerce phone calls anymore.
Because the deplorables are lighting up the phone lines saying, we don't want more of the swamp.
We don't want any more of these lobbyists.
Right?
What we want is what's good for the country.
So number one, the hedge fund donors don't want turmoil in the markets.
Quite frankly, the debt ceiling confrontation is going to cause turmoil.
We've said that from day one.
It's necessary turmoil.
Creative destruction.
Because this madness has to end, and it has to end by using your leverage.
Number two, they've got to have cover.
I think it was Senator Duckworth yesterday said the quiet part out loud.
She says, hey, this is a huge victory for us.
By the way, every Democrat's laughing.
They're saying this is a huge victory.
Out of the blue.
Huge victory.
And Duckworth said the quiet part out loud.
She said this is a victory for us because now we're going to get debt relief.
Remember in this deal he's doing, they're going to give debt relief.
We're going to get the infrastructure bill done.
The infrastructure bill that's the creation of Mitch McConnell and the 19 collaborators in the Senate.
Okay, that's number two.
Number three, they have this bizarre notion.
That, oh my gosh, the Biden economy is falling.
They're going to own it.
Why should we step in?
We'll get blamed.
We will get blamed if we're guardians of the nation's balance sheet.
We'll get blamed, and Biden won't have to own the turmoil.
That is nonsense.
The three reasons Mitch McConnell did this that nobody wants to talk about.
Number one, He's bought and paid for by the donors and the hedge funds particularly and the money managers and they don't want any turmoil in the markets.
They want to get through this year.
They want to book their bonuses and then deal with it.
That's number one.
Instead of dealing with it right now when it should be dealt with when we have all the leverage.
That's number one.
Number two is that this is all part of his plan with the Heat.
Remember, we wouldn't be in this situation at all If Mitch McConnell had not done this kumbaya moment, reached across the aisle for the infrastructure bill, which is not an infrastructure bill, and not paid for.

Under a couple of hundred billion dollars of the $1.25 billion is really to traditional infrastructure, throwing broadband and some other stuff.
Most of it's half-baked Green New Deal, just other money giveaways.
The New York Times reported $400 billion of it at a minimum is not paid for.
That's the relief they need, the debt ceiling.
This is how they can move on to the infrastructure, which is his baby.
And now it's a tar baby because nobody wants it.
Not one vote in the House.
Why is it not one vote in the House so far?
Why is the Chamber of Commerce kicked out of the conference calls?
Because of this audience.

And Mitch's three reasons are one, his paymasters on Wall Street want to get their annual bonuses and they don't want it screwed up.
Like, and I'm the first to admit, you're going to have some turmoil.
This is necessary turmoil.
When I say this, that all the easy decisions for this country are behind us.
All the easy decisions are behind us.
The only thing that's in front of us are hard decisions.
So when you see these Democrats up there saying, we're gonna get free this and free that and free this other thing and all this stuff free.
That's all living in fantasy land.
There's nothing free in the world.
All they're selling, they said their polling shows that 75%, when you put the word free in it and call somebody on the phone, would you like something free?
Yeah, I think that'd be nice.
You're not explaining what that actually means.
You're not explaining what that actually costs.
You're not explaining what the impact of that.
And I'm not arguing that some of these programs are programs that should be looked at, analyzed, and maybe actually participate in it, but not the way they're doing it.
And that's what we're doing.
Lepanto shows you that victory is everything.

What did Bill Parcells said?
Bill Parcells said, you are what your record says you are.
And let me give you what Mitch McConnell is.
He is a stone-cold loser.
It's not about his confrontations with President Trump.
President Trump's a deal guy.
He understands everybody I talk to on Wall Street understands we've got these guys pinned up against the wall.
We let him go yesterday.
And they're saying, oh, Mitch is concerned about the filibuster in the process.
That's all crap.
Here's what he's concerned about.
His paymasters on Wall Street want to get their annual bonus.
Which, by the way, we absolutely got to go in and take care of the way they're paid.
It's outrageous.
It's ripping you off.
The way the hedge funds are paid is absurd and that ought to be done away with.
Number one, the hedge funds are going to pay.
Number two, Mitch can't get his bill on infrastructure, which is his debacle.
You don't think some of the 19 senators wouldn't like to take that vote back?
Remember, they were bait and switched.
That was all supposed to, they were going to carve that out.
That was going to be standalone.
And what happened?
As soon as they agreed to it, they said, no, it's linked.
And the progressives is linked.
Of course it's linked.
Biden says, Biden said, I never agreed to this.
It's going to be separate.
That whole debacle is Mitch McConnell.
He's trying to slide that through.
It's not good for the nation.
It's terrible for future generations because it'll make them debt slaves.
And it's politically stupid.
But this is where we are.
Trump says it all the time.

The four no's, when we were back in the four no's last week, we had them jammed up against the wall, and all they're doing is running around screaming.
They actually said today, one of the guys said, anonymous source, a Democratic, one of the guys in their conference, I think a staffer, said, we could have been in the situation of having the government shut down, trying to figure out how to get it open with making a president that could be convincing, and the death ceiling.
We had them jammed up perfectly.
And this audience had them jammed up.
And Mitch McConnell let them off.
This is why Eric Greitens is so courageous.
Eric Greitens said this weeks ago, he will not vote for Mitch McConnell to be leader once he's elected to the United States Senate.
And how many other guys in Republican primaries are saying that?
And with President Trump, some of these endorsements for Crapo and Boozman and these guys in these states, where do they stand on Mitch McConnell?
Mitch McConnell is now a problem.
A major problem.
He's actually working for this.
I said, oh no, it's statesman-like and you got guys tweeting out you don't see the big plan here.
No, I see the plan fully.
We created this plan months ago, okay?
We had the leverage.
We had the Democrats on their back feet.
We had Wall Street and the woke corporations.
They're all squealing it's going to be financial catastrophe.
First off, you just have to... Cash comes in.
You still pay the interest payments.
You still pay the bonds.
There's some things you're not going to pay.
They're not legal requirements.
You've got to make some hard decisions.
Every bankrupt company has to do it.
Every bankrupt family has to do it.
Every bankrupt individual has to do it.
And they think the holidays are going to take your eye off the ball.
Let me tell you that this is only going to reinforce the Department of Labor to say, hey, now we've got a seat at the table and Mitch McConnell's not going to push us out.
Contact your senators right now.
Put them on blast.
Let him know what you think, because you know why Mitch McConnell comes out of nowhere?
Because he understands you've got as much power in this situation as he does, and he doesn't like it.
He'd rather team up with the Democrats.

Chairman Warner and members of the committee, thank you for inviting me to speak with you today about the security of U.S.
elections.
I'm a professor of computer science and have spent the last 10 years studying the electronic voting systems that our nation relies on.
My conclusion from that work is that our highly computerized election infrastructure is vulnerable to sabotage and even to cyberattacks that could change votes.
These realities risk making our election results more difficult for the American people to trust.
I know America's voting machines are vulnerable because my colleagues and I have hacked them repeatedly as part of a decade of research studying the technology that operates elections and learning how to make it stronger.
We've created attacks that can spread from machine to machine like a computer virus and silently change election outcomes.
We've studied touchscreen and optical scan systems and in every single case, we've found ways for attackers to sabotage machines and to steal votes.
These capabilities are certainly within reach for America's enemies.
As you know, states choose their own voting technology.
And while some states are doing well with security, others are alarmingly vulnerable.
This puts the entire nation at risk.
In close elections, an attacker can probe the most important swing states or swing counties, find areas with the weakest protection, and strike there.
In a close election year, changing a few votes in key localities could be enough to tip national results.
The key lesson from 2016 is that these threats are real.

Now, the House Oversight Committee, Dr. Shiva, I think, this is about the Arizona audit.
It's kind of put together at the last minute.

But Dr. Shiva, the man with five brains and four MIT degrees, is going to testify.

But I want to go to Kurt Olson, who's Mike Lindell's lead attorney.

Who is this professor?
Why is this so important?
Why hasn't anybody talked about it until October of 2021, almost a year after the debacle, the big steal on 3 November?
And what else is going on?
I understand there's all kind of sealed reports that judges won't let go and there's all types of information in there that would actually, I think, according to you guys, prove Mike Lindell's case.

Well, it's great to be with you, Steve.
I just want to say Professor Haldeman is a renowned independent expert.
As you said, he is no fan of President Trump, but he's an independent expert who has been studying the security or the insecurity of these voting machines for well over a decade now.
And that clip that you just played, that was from 2017, back when Democrats were very concerned about the security of the machines.
You had Elizabeth Warren, you had tapes of Senator, then Senator Kamala Harris talking about how she's watched the machines be hacked and we've got to do things.
And then of course, after 2020, that went into a memory hole.
And you mentioned just one thing earlier that, just wait for 2022.
If we don't fix the security or the insecurity of these machines in our voting systems, then 2022 will not be secure either.
And so no matter how many people come out and vote, if their votes don't count, if they're switched as Professor Halderman has just said, can be done in these Dominion voting machines in 16 states.
And that's part of this 25,000 word report that he has filed that a judge in the Northern District of Georgia in federal court has put under seal.
And these are just explosive revelations.
And that case, where Professor Haldeman is an independent expert, Has been going on for four years and the plaintiffs there, there's one actually a liberal plaintiff in that case as well as a conservative, are challenging George's use of Dominion voting machines there because they're insecure.
The case has been going on for a number of years.
And the judge actually issued an opinion back in October of 2020, one month before the election, where she denied With Judge Totenberg, she denied the requested relief to stop Georgia from using them because she said, I'm bound by 11th Circuit precedent.
I can't do this.
But this isn't a question of if the machines will be hacked.
It's just a question of when.
It's 150 page opinion.
It was incredibly detailed.
But what has happened now is we just learned that on September 21st, Professor Halderman has a 25,000 word report that the judge has put under seal.
Meaning that nobody can see it.
And he has now gone to the judge and said, look, this is so important.
I need to get this to CISA so that they can take action.
And CISA is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
They're the government agency that's responsible for overseeing our critical infrastructure, including voting machines and voting elections in general.
And so he is begging the court.
He says this is basically he's saying that this is a matter of national security because these machines are so wide open to hacking.
And I'll give you just one statement.
This is one of his statements from from his declaration that's publicly filed because there are specific flaws in Dominion's ICX software.
And I am prepared to demonstrate proof of concept malware that can exploit them to steal votes.
And if you recall from his testimony in 2017 to the US Senate, he said that national elections can be switched.
And what is critical here is that the the the hacks and the malware that can be installed can be done in a way that's not not only not detectable, but the machines don't even need to be connected to the Internet to do it.
And if you would play the next clip, From a question that a senator posed to him on this issue, I think your audience would appreciate to hear this point.

If you were sitting in Russia right now and wanted to do the same thing that you had done, would that ability be dependent upon the machines or whatever system is used being connected to the Internet?
That ability would depend on whether pieces of election IT equipment, IT offices that are where the election programming is prepared are ever connected to the Internet.
The machines themselves don't have to be directly connected to the Internet for a remote attacker to target them.

That means that the machines themselves do not need to be connected to the Internet.
They can be connected through cellular modems.
The access to the machines can be gone through a local printer device.
If these machines are connected through a WAN network, it can get through there as well.
There are so many ways to plant malware and to hack into these machines along the election management system.
So it's not just at the point of vote.
It goes all the way up the chain as the vote tallies for Well, none of us have seen this 25,000 word report because it's under seal.

What's it going to do for getting to the bottom of 3 November today?

If that's released, what is that going to do to prove our case?

Well, none of us have seen this 25,000 word report because it's under seal.
All we can do is point to what the professor has said is generally within that.
And I'll give you one, like an important quote.
This is what he says about it.
He goes, informing responsible parties about the ICX's, that's Dominion's machine, vulnerabilities is becoming more urgent by the day.
Foreign or domestic adversaries who are intent on attacking elections certainly could have already discovered the same problems I did.
It is important to recognize the possibility that nefarious actors already have discovered the same problems I detail in my report and are preparing OK.
to exploit them in future elections.
So he's avoiding the 2020 election, of course.
He's looking at the future election.
But what's really critical is Secretary Rapsody, Georgia's secretary of state, hasn't even bothered to look at this report.
He has a fiduciary obligations to his citizens to find out what's wrong with the machines in his state.
And not only that, as Professor Altman said, this goes to 16 states.

The Kurt Olson situation, this situation with this professor and this analysis and this report, I think is pretty explosive.

So they're gradually coming in.

Yeah, so this new dump of IDs is not Haitians.
It's Ecuador.
Cubans crossed this morning.
This week we found IDs from Egypt, United Arab Emirates.
Yesterday, the new people that walked into the shelter, they were coming in from Africa.
So these are new countries.
Haitians have taken new routes.
The word is they're going through Yuma, Arizona, and down through the Rio Grande Valley.
But now, you know, on top of the Haitians, now we have other countries that are joining in and headed to the border.

Yes, that's their belief that they have a welcome from the Biden administration.
We spoke to the sheriff yesterday and that's what he's also confirming that he's hearing from the people that are being arrested or being processed in Del Rio is that their belief is that they have a welcome from the Biden administration.
So it's not stopping until the administration does take action.

So Mexican officials, they're not doing anything.
To my point, my estimation, you know, they're complicit in this.
At the shelter, the administrator there told us Mexican immigration was supposed to be there and assist with processing these Haitians and clear out the shelter.
It's already going on two weeks and immigration has not set foot there.
So these people are in limbo.
The immigration is not doing anything.
And Mexican immigration.
And that's what we're seeing down in Chiapas, Tapachula.
That's what Oscar Blue has been covering.
So there's nothing being done on the Mexican side.
Reaction is that once the international border was closed, That did impact them economically, and that's when they took some action.
I know we had Governor Abbott from Texas and other governors meet yesterday, and I didn't see that part of their action plan.
Closing these borders and hitting Mexico economically, that's an effective tool, very effective.

There's the push factor and the pull factor.
And the pull factor right now is very high from the United States.

But what we know is right now, for instance, the hop has been reduced.

And so, that has caused a lot of the Haitians to pull back into Mexico, and they're going to make a run, it looks like, at Yuma.

One Haitian family that we tracked since early 2021 this year from Colombia, they're now in New Jersey, and so they've made it all the way to New Jersey and crossed about 13 different borders and Okay, we're having a tough time.

We know that there's at least 60,000 plus Illegal immigrants in the state of Nebraska.
I'd say it's probably closer to 100,000 or 80,000.

We know at least it's 60.
We have 15 to 20,000 children as illegal immigrants in our state of Nebraska.
It affects Nebraska.
It's costing the taxpayers of Nebraska about $350 million a year.
I said yesterday in an interview that the university is actually The place where we're educating illegals and we're giving that education to them free, and that's happening in every state across the country.
I just want to say also this morning, our Border Patrol agents, we need to praise them.
They are so understaffed, so overworked, so underappreciated.
President Trump had it correct when he had the stay in Mexico policy.
It was working.
He had it correct when he said we must build a wall.
I used an analogy yesterday.
You come to your home.
You unlock the door.
You walk into the bathroom.

The water is running down the hall.
And so what do you do?

Well, I can assure you, as governor of Nebraska, I will push back from that the FBI to be involved in parents Who are concerned about the curriculum in the school systems today is just another move of Marxism and Communism and all the things that we see taking place in America.
Our parents need to be concerned.
They need to be involved with their curriculum in the school system.
There is no place for CRT.
I was the first one in Nebraska that came out against it, truly.
Everybody else, politically wise, came out after I did.
We have to get rid of that in our school systems.
Parents should have school choice, and the federal dollars today need to follow the student, not the educational unions.
