Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, if you thought the first hour was hot, you haven't seen anything, but the second hour is going to be hotter.
Make sure you go to MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM.
You've got the toppers.
You've got the two-for-one Giza sheets.
You have the pillows.
But most importantly, you've got the towels.
They're not going to last forever.
Six-pack of towels, normally $109.99.
Now $39.99.
First hour of the show was so hot, I couldn't even do a promo.
Okay, let's go there today.
Mike Lindell's going to be on here tomorrow.
Remember, tomorrow we're going to be very focused on what's happening in Arizona.
Also, the debt ceiling.
They're melting down over there right now.
They're now saying, hey, they can't put out an individual bill for a debt ceiling or pass it.
You got them.
I want everybody to jam them up right now.
Make sure you contact everybody on the Hill.
No on the continued resolution.
No on the debt ceiling.
Let the Biden administration figure it out.
Let Nancy Pelosi figure it out.
Let Chuck Schumer figure it out.
They're going to shut down the government.
They're going to shut down their government.
That's what they're going to do.
They're going to shut down their government.
Okay?
Because they don't have the votes to go forward.
Forget the orgy of spending of these other things.
There's other ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous spending that will just bury your children.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
I want to go now to Senior Chief Petty Officer Gallagher.
Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, is he getting deplatformed?
I thought he had Facebook and these other things that they're knocking him off, debanking him.
Tell us, you're working with Colonel Scheller now, this hero from the Marine Corps that wants people held accountable for what happened in Afghanistan.
Tell us what's going on, Senior Chief.
unidentified
Sure, Steve.
Thanks for having me on.
Yeah, so Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, he's a Marine Corps infantry officer that served 17 years faithfully, along his wife and kids also served with him during that time.
During the Afghan withdrawal or the botched Afghan withdrawal, he had the courage and moral fiber to make a video and ask for accountability from our senior leaders.
Because he put out that video, he was immediately punished.
They took away his retirement.
They took away any financial ability to support himself.
And just recently, they de-platformed him off of PayPal because they considered him an extremist.
Deplatforming him off of PayPal will make it difficult for him to receive funds to help support him.
The Marine Corps is also giving him a less than honorable discharge.
Threatening him with that right now, which is horrendous.
You know, Marines that are caught snorting coke or doing sexual assault or committing sexual assault usually get less than honorable.
This man has showed that he has the courage and moral fiber to stand up and say what everybody else was thinking.
And because of that, the Pipe Hitter Foundation is standing along beside him, ready to fight for him.
steve bannon
I want to go back to PayPal.
These pencil necks, these soy boys, these woke guys in Silicon Valley, what has PayPal done to Colonel Scheller and what was their rationale?
unidentified
Yesterday they sent a notice to him saying his account was taken away due to, and I forget the exact verbiage, but basically he could be considered an extremist or have extremist views.
But I will say this, that we called We called them out on it yesterday.
We posted it, and they returned him to his account this morning.
steve bannon
Amen.
That's fantastic.
By the way, calling a guy that stood up for his country, has defended his country, and calling for people to be held accountable is unbelievable.
And the pipe hitter, you're now working with Colonel Scheller to make sure Colonel Scheller has the resources and gets opportunities to talk to great lawyers so that he just can't be railroaded, correct?
unidentified
That's correct.
Like I stated before, they've taken away any chance of him supporting himself financially.
They've threatened to take away his retirement.
So yes, we are standing beside him.
We're raising funds for him and his family and then also providing legal assistance.
So hopefully he can win this fight.
steve bannon
By the way, there's a lot of other things that Colonel Shuller's thinking about too, so stand by for some heavy roles, as we say in the Surface Navy.
This guy's not going to go down without a fight, and it's a fight that needs to happen right now with these woke generals.
Senior Chief, hang on for one second.
We've got, you know about the wokeness of this.
I mean, it's unacceptable.
We've got Jack Posobiec here.
Jack Posobiec, the great Posobiec over at Human Avenge.
What's that t-shirt say?
jack posobiec
I've got a t-shirt on right now that says Fauci lied.
We have them up at bringamo.com with promo code POSO.
I've just been wiring as I walk around Capitol Hill today, getting all sorts of wonderful looks as you can imagine.
steve bannon
Stink eye from this crowd here.
Okay, you've got breaking news though from Daily Mail that you needed to inform.
jack posobiec
Well, this is a statement out of White House OMB, right?
So Mark Green got an amendment in the next NDAA.
That's the Pentagon's defense budget.
steve bannon
Mark Green, the former West Point grade Army officer.
unidentified
Right, right.
jack posobiec
I was in Tennessee.
He put an amendment in, and this actually passed through committee, that said anyone who refuses to take the vaccine will receive only an honorable discharge.
So to codify that in law, that if you are doing this, it has nothing to do with your military service, it has nothing to do with you failing to follow direct material order, but it's an honorable discharge, even if you are discharged for it, because he understands that they made it happen.
The White House opposed that and I'll read the Daily Mail headline.
White House says troops should be dishonorably discharged.
They're putting that back on the table.
Dishonorable discharge and of the non-honorable discharge if they disobey order to get COVID vaccine.
steve bannon
First off, we've got to start fighting if they've got natural immunity.
But, Senior Chief, we need to get the bipedal somehow.
When you get Senior Chief Gallagher on and Bernie Kerik and the other guys associated with him, stuff happens.
unidentified
These are tough hombres, as President Trump would say.
steve bannon
Senior Chief, what do you think about that?
What Pasovic's telling us the White House is saying about getting the vaccine for people that want informed consent and are maybe not anti-vaxxers but are vaccine hesitant?
unidentified
Oh, you know, I think it's disgusting, but it comes as no surprise.
I think this is their way of trying to push conservatives and also people that stand up for their beliefs out of the military.
You know, I got first-hand knowledge from my brothers on the East Coast teams that, you know, there's guys that are refusing to take the vaccine and they're taking those individuals and punishing them, putting them on cleaning cleanup detail while they await to be dishonorably discharged, I guess, as the White House has just put out.
steve bannon
Okay, we got to get involved in this with you, Senior Chief.
We'll figure this out.
Senior Chief, how do people get to the Pipefitter?
How do they get to your book?
By the way, we thought we were booking you and your lovely wife.
I'm not saying it's the only reason we booked you, but we know she's the one that gets things done.
So tell us about the book.
unidentified
How do people get to your site?
So yeah, first off, you can go to the Pipefitterfoundation.org.
Uh, contribute to Lieutenant Colonel Scheller and his family.
And I just want to say, I know people are outraged, uh, that are what's going on with him.
They want to do something.
And this is the best way you can fight back is standing behind beside Lieutenant Colonel Scheller and his family and supporting him as he goes through this, these trials, uh, for the book, the man in the arena, you can go on the Eddie Gallagher book.com and order it from there.
steve bannon
Folks in the Corps that think that people are just going to roll over here and let this happen to Colonel Scheller, you are sadly mistaken.
You're sadly mistaken.
That's correct.
So watch what you ask for.
Okay?
Watch what you ask for.
Because you're sadly mistaken.
This guy's a hero.
Proved himself in combat.
He's a hero.
And people are going to have his back.
As you were, Senior Chief.
Senior Chief, thank you so much for joining us today.
Appreciate it.
We'll be back.
This thing is going to get bigger.
I can tell you.
And we're going to be in the middle of it.
Thank you, sir.
unidentified
Appreciate that, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Tell me what you're hearing from the teams.
You're hearing stuff all over.
What's going on here?
jack posobiec
Look, Steve, you know, we talked about this in early January.
Keep in mind that when the Biden administration was installed here in Washington, the first thing that occurred was a military occupation.
But, when those soldiers were brought in, and I did Tim Pool last night and we talked about this, when those soldiers were brought in, what was the first thing that happened?
They were vetted.
Remember?
We were told they were vetted.
Oh, they're vetted.
That's good.
steve bannon
On social media.
jack posobiec
You know, where you think vetting is, oh, they got the training, they got the qualifications.
No, no, no.
This was a political vetting.
Your social media was vetted.
They were checking to see, did you like the NRA?
Did you have a Gadsden flag, a MAGA hat?
Did you like the Turning Point USA page, etc.?
They were looking to do political vetting.
So we saw the early stages of this.
And it's nothing more than an ideological, political purge of the U.S.
military.
This is something akin to what we've seen ...to regimes throughout history, when they see people within the military ranks that oppose them, they purge them out so that the only people who are left are the ones who either are the firm believers or the ones who will go along with it.
steve bannon
This happened in Soviet Russia with Stalin, and this happened in Red China with Mao Zedong.
This is exactly what they do.
jack posobiec
Do not ignore this.
steve bannon
This is big.
And by the way, we're not going to let this, we're going to be all over this, okay?
I want to bring in now Richard Barris.
Richard, the people's pundit, the people's pollster.
Richard, you got this Rasmussen poll, Jack, I don't know if you saw it, the new Rasmussen poll.
Rasmussen polls out that shows, what does it show?
Trump at, right now, Trump 52, right now.
This is from Rasmussen.
jack posobiec
They sent it to me this morning, actually.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Trump 51, Biden 42.
Yeah.
Trump 52, Harris 39.
Yeah.
What are your thoughts?
I get embarrassed on here.
What are your thoughts on that?
Because he's imploding everywhere.
jack posobiec
Here's the thing, right?
And I'll take my my MAGA hat off when I say this and just say from your purely political analysis.
The Trump negatives were largely media-driven, right?
They were driven by the news of the day.
There would be some comment, you know, the quote-unquote drinking bleach hoax is a great example, or the fine people hoax, right?
So these were driven by media in the day.
They were not driven by actual facts.
They were not driven by his actual record.
So when he's out of office, that goes away, the propaganda machine gets turned off, his residuals go up because his negatives disappear.
Biden, on the other hand, his negatives are all tangibles.
Afghanistan, the border, China, things that we weren't really thinking of.
You know, China's obviously separate, but things that were largely stable and static and positive under Trump are actually exploding under Biden at a rapid pace.
That's what's going on.
steve bannon
And there was no due diligence, right?
First off, it's stolen, obviously, but they didn't even have due diligence of what Chuck this guy was going to stand for.
Let's bring in Richard Barris.
Richard, walk us through.
You're our guy.
You've been right since election night.
Walk us through the math as you see it right now on the implosion of the Biden regime.
The American people sitting in judgment, not MAGA, the American people.
jack posobiec
Barris, set me right if your analysis is different.
richard baris
Yeah, you know, I was thinking, I was listening to what you were saying, Jack.
I think there's a lot of truth in that.
So what we hear when we poll, and before Rasmussen, they sent this to me this morning as well, because we sent them ours about a week and a half ago, which was a Trump plus four.
And I think what's important here is that neither one of us really had big national leads for Donald Trump going into November.
It's very difficult for a Republican to win the popular vote these days, guys.
It just is.
But because of representation in the Electoral College, It was always a close race.
He was in that thing.
So what's different now?
And I think what Jack's saying has some value.
People are now not hearing the daily nonsense and drumbeat against Donald Trump.
And what they're telling us is, you know, Joe Biden was supposed to be the even hand here.
He was supposed to come in, get a handle on the pandemic, and get everything on an even keel, put everything back to normal.
He was supposed to be the adult and the stabilizing force.
And everything is going to hell in a handbasket.
Why?
I'd rather have Donald Trump back and deal with mean tweets, if it means my wages go up and everything's stable.
Uh, so I think what people are starting to see, Jack, uh, is what Jack's talking about.
Now, a lot of that was manufactured, and now, uh, they're looking at results, and he's hurt.
Biden is hurting everywhere.
steve bannon
But you've, look, given that, you've seen, and by the way, this is a national poll, which doesn't really mean that much, it's just directional, but look at this thing like in Iowa.
You're seeing the proxies independence.
When you see the numbers of approval independence, these are historic lows in the rapidity of which they've dropped Shows you that he didn't get that vote in the first place.
jack posobiec
And a lot of that was COVID too.
A lot of that was driven by COVID.
People said, you know, Biden seemed, we don't like, we don't necessarily like Biden, but we think he can do COVID better.
That was wrong.
steve bannon
Well, that's an all-media narrative.
Ferris, we got about a minute.
What are your thoughts on the, on the, on the implosion among his support of independence?
richard baris
Yeah, that's going to be 28, 29% in Iowa.
I think that Jack just nailed it.
We have talked about this so much, Steve, it really does come down to independence.
Saying, you know what, he was supposed to do a better job on COVID.
The only issue he got high marks on was the pandemic.
And now that it was a fantasy and it's collapsing.
We're pulling Georgia now.
We're wrapping it up for CD Media.
It's going to go out today.
He is in the 30s with independence in Georgia.
Joe Biden is probably going to be at about 40, 41% in the state of Georgia.
And by the way, Brian Kemp is not going to be much better.
So we got to talk about that.
steve bannon
Well, hold it.
You're saying that when your polling is released today, that you were in the field in Georgia, that Biden's gonna be in the 30s among independents in Georgia?
jack posobiec
We gotta hold him over for that.
We gotta talk to him.
You're not leaving us on that one, are you?
richard baris
Yeah, I can hang out.
Yeah, I can hang out for that.
He'll be in the 30s.
unidentified
It's bad.
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
We're in turn with Richard Barris, the pollster.
We've got Vivek Ramaswamy on this amazing book, Woke, Inc., which is really about economics and power.
Returning to the War Room, Jack Kosovic, in a moment.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
jack posobiec
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
MyPillow.com.
Go to promo code WAROOM.
It's the towels.
Normally $109.99 for a six pack.
Best towels ever made.
Now $39.99.
As I told you back in the summer, this is not going to last forever.
Say action, action, action.
This entire show is about your agency.
And man, you are showing it.
You're putting your shoulder to the wheel on the CR and the debt ceiling.
They're freaked out up here on Capitol Hill.
Just make sure.
Pound it.
Go to the website.
Drop down.
You got the thing in the left-hand corner.
Hit your zip code and you're going to see what Congressman you've got to pound.
Put them on blast today and just don't send a call.
Just don't send a text.
Just don't call.
Send an email.
Think about it and send an email.
Everything we've talked about on here.
This is the hill to die on.
No on the CR.
No on the debt ceiling increase.
And of course, This ridiculous orgy of spinning up there is absurd, and the 19 collaborators in the Republican Party have got to be called out.
We're going to get Vivek Ramasamy on here in a second.
He's going to talk to you about what corporate America is doing to you, the reality.
OK, Barris, back to Georgia, and we know you've got to punch here in a second, but I know you're coming out tomorrow.
Just give us some headlines on It's in the mid-30s or high-30s, support among independents, which is the proxy right now for the American people since both sides are so polarized, Republicans and Democrats.
unidentified
So it's 30.
steve bannon
The VAX issue with African-Americans, where is this?
Presobics all over this topic.
What's the situation in Georgia as far as your polling shows?
richard baris
In Georgia, about 20% of African Americans disapprove of the job Joe Biden is doing now.
So that's a big number.
And just so everybody knows, it's a big number.
The black vote in Georgia can be about 30%.
So we do oversample them.
We spoke to almost 400 African American voters in Georgia.
So just that group alone, that subgroup alone is well represented in this poll.
And it's strongly approved as a little under 40% among black voters.
Somewhat approved is about 30%.
So they're not that undecided.
There's no doubt when we track them nationally as well, minority voters, Hispanics and black voters specifically have a problem with the vaccine.
When we checked adverse events, they seem to report more severe adverse events at a higher rate, Steve.
So that's probably has something to do with it.
But another really interesting finding on the break is the percentage that will support a full forensic audit.
So we asked people whether or not they think Georgia is a settled matter, or whether we need to have a full forensic audit of the vote there.
Almost 60- about 60% said they think that the state needs a full forensic audit, and about 50%- Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah Yes, not Republican, Steve.
60% of voters in the state of Georgia support a full forensic audit.
steve bannon
Holy mackerel!
richard baris
About 50% tell us they believe that officials counted votes that were mismatched signatures.
And when we asked about election reforms as well, people will definitely, there's a lot of headline in this poll.
steve bannon
Atlanta Journal-Constitution suck on that.
Thank God for John Frederickson.
Thank God for Michael Patrick.
unidentified
Do you remember when I first was telling you last year, I said, there's this guy Barris, he's great, but this guy, he's just got, he's got motor mouth, man.
He just goes and goes and goes, but everything he says is like a headline.
You gotta put, there's no brakes on this guy.
You gotta stop him every once in a while.
steve bannon
So hang on, I got 41% approval among it.
His approval among everybody in Georgia is 41%.
His approval among independents is in the 30s.
You're saying you've got 20% of African Americans that disapprove, you've got a two-handle in front of it, and 60% of Georgia wants a full forensic audit of the state?
Governor Kemp?
Is it 60% of everybody?
richard baris
And yes, 60% of everybody.
unidentified
Dude, I got Georgia on my mind.
I got Georgia on my mind.
richard baris
We asked about bans on ballot harvesting, drop boxes.
There's a lot in this poll.
And we did do primary questions for Republicans and also general election with Walker.
Again, I'll probably have to make you guys, you know, wait on that.
But I mean, I'd give away that Walker has a lead over Warnock.
I'll give that away.
But generally, The Republicans, they wasted an opportunity.
Democrats went out and got Jim Crow 2.0 domains for websites during that bill, Steve.
And the fact of the matter is, when you see this, the voters of Georgia, including big numbers of Democrats, do believe that something fishy went on.
And they wanted a lot more strict measures than what they got.
And the specifics that we asked, It's just amazing how much Republicans refuse to back their own voters.
steve bannon
And it's not just them.
This is why we're on the 3 November movement.
You can't go forward until you get to Obama.
The citizens know that.
Okay, Barris, when is this poll coming out?
Is it tomorrow morning or this afternoon?
When's it coming out?
richard baris
Some of it will come out.
Kemp's approval, Biden's approval will be out later today, and then the rest will be on CDMedia tomorrow.
CDM.res.
jack posobiec
It makes you wait for it.
steve bannon
Creative destruction.
Okay, Barris, how did it get to you?
What's your social media?
I love those guys.
How did it get to you on social media?
How did it get to the website?
richard baris
Follow me on Getter at People's Pundit, follow me on Twitter at People's underscore Pundit, and of course the Locals page, folks, peoplespundit.locals.com.
steve bannon
When you put this up, I want to get you back up tomorrow because this poll is... I'll send it all to you, Steve.
On the day that we're going to have Arizona.
Thank you very much, sir.
Appreciate it.
Richard Barris, the People's Pundit.
richard baris
All the best, guys.
steve bannon
From election night.
richard baris
All the best.
steve bannon
Dude, you were right on election night.
You've been right ever since.
unidentified
Okay.
jack posobiec
Until about 3 a.m.
steve bannon
I want to bring on one of the most powerful voices in the populist nationalist movement.
One of the most powerful voices, really, about intellectual leaders of this movement.
jack posobiec
I love this book.
steve bannon
Vivek Ramaswamy.
The book is Woke Inc.
And it's not... A lot of times this Woke thing is about owning the libs.
This is not about owning the libs.
This is a deep, Deep book about the reality of where we are as a nation economically, and we're as a nation about money and power.
jack posobiec
Isn't the cover great?
unidentified
Right?
jack posobiec
So it's capitalism plus the socialist fist, right?
Together.
steve bannon
But that's so vivid.
Walk through... Very powerful.
Everybody's got... Look, this is not an easy read.
He's made it as accessible as possible.
You need to spend time with this book.
You need to get the pen out.
You need to underline it.
Vivek Ramaswamy, thank you for joining us.
Walk us through your central theory of the case about the book, and what are you trying to show, particularly conservatives, of what's really going on in corporate America?
unidentified
Yeah, so my central thesis in the book is that the biggest threat to liberty and prosperity today is not just big government.
That might be half the equation.
It is this new marriage of big government and big business.
That is far more powerful than either one alone, because that new combination, what I call the woke industrial complex, can do what neither government nor business can do on its own.
So that's, I think, what conservatives need to wake up to, is that we have guarded the castle of capitalism from the front door, and we missed the fact that over the last 40 years, that castle was invaded by forces ranging from the Communist Party of China to the neo-Marxist woke progressive movement in this country.
And the kinds of solutions we're going to need in 2021 are going to be different than reciting slogans that we memorized Back in 1980.
I'm not writing as a journalist.
I've been in the elite business world.
I wasn't born into elite America, but I have lived it for the last 15 years.
Harvard, Yale, elite hedge funds, started a multi-billion dollar biotech company that I led for seven years as CEO.
I had to step down as CEO in order to write this book and speak with candor.
But the thing I'm revealing here is I think the defining scam of our time, where big business in this country pretends to care about something other than profit and power, precisely to gain more of each.
And the way they've done it, is entering this new arranged marriage with the woke progressive left that started after the 2008 financial crisis.
And so, Steve, I want to just lay out this history because I think it's really important.
After the 08 crisis, and I had a front row seat to this working in a hedge fund at the time, big business became the bad guys in the eyes of the old left in this country.
And what the Occupy Wall Street left wanted to do was to take money from those wealthy corporations and redistribute it to poor people to help poor people.
Agree or not, that's what the old left wanted to do.
But there was this new identity politics obsessed progressive so-called woke left at that time that said actually the real problem wasn't economic injustice or poverty, it was racial injustice and misogyny and bigotry.
And that presented the opportunity of a generation for big business in this country to go from being the bad guys to being the good guys if they just said the right things.
Wow.
Applaud diversity and inclusion, put token minorities on your boards, muse about the racially disparate impact of climate change after you fly in a private jet to Davos.
This was easy.
But it ended up being an arranged marriage that worked for Wall Street.
Silicon Valley got into the act, censored content online that the woke left doesn't want to see.
But they didn't do it for free.
They effectively expected that the new Democratic Party looked the other way when it came to leaving, for example, in Silicon Valley, their monopoly power intact.
And so that is the arranged marriage that defines our moment.
It's not a marriage of love.
It is more like mutual prostitution.
But the net result was the illegitimate birth of what I call the woke industrial complex.
And I think that is the defining leviathan of our time.
Far more powerful than what Thomas Hobbes envisioned 400 years ago.
Far more powerful than what even our own founding fathers envisioned 250 years ago.
And we need to wake up to it.
That's what the book's about.
jack posobiec
One thing I love about this book is, you know, I used to, I wrote a book about Antifa and I was tracking how 10 years ago Antifa was against the Woke Inc.
Now they're on board.
steve bannon
No.
This book is not about owning the lips.
This book is about giving you a deep understanding Conservatives need to read this.
Conservatives really need to read this.
the CR, all of it's so important. This is why the corporations are against the populists on this thing. You've got to understand, here's, I want to hold you over to break, I know you jammed conservative.
jack posobiec
Conservatives need to read this.
steve bannon
The conservatives need to read this. Everybody should read it, but conservatives must.
jack posobiec
Conservatives really need to read this.
steve bannon
We've got about a minute in this, about a minute and a half, Vivek. I just got to ask you a question. The Republican Party is still captured.
The elites in the Republican Party are captured still by the donor class in these corporations.
It's such a mismatch between the base of this party, and it's not just about Trump, it's about Trumpism, which is populism and nationalism, right?
Versus what these woke companies want.
How can we get this party realigned, in your mind, to actually get these companies to actually understand what the populists and the nationalists want?
unidentified
So I think it starts with our culture, which is upstream of the politics.
I mean, at the end of the day, actually, the woke corporate shift has actually been a boon, I think, for Republicans, as they're now stopping corporations or voluntarily stopping funding the Republican Party.
That might actually liberate the Republican Party to stand for what its base actually wants it to stand for.
But I think it starts with our culture, Steve.
We've got to go upstream to revive a nationalism around American ideas, the ideas that bind us together across our diversity.
We've spent a decade celebrating our different skin colors and our diversity and how different we look.
That's meaningless without something greater that binds us together across that diversity.
And the question I'm really seeking to answer by the end of the book is the answer to what does it even mean to be an American in the year 2021?
I don't think we have a good answer to that question.
I also don't think we have a good answer to the question of what it means to be a Republican in the year 2021.
I think we can answer both of those questions in one fell swoop if the right leaders step up with the right guts to actually do it, liberated from the shackles of corporate contributions.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
One of the leaders, one of the young leaders in this, Vivek Ramaswamy.
The book is Woke, Inc.
You've got to get it.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Vivek will be with us, and also Natalie Winters of This Rising Generation, next in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Woke Inc.
is the book.
Vivek Ramaswamy is the author.
He's one of the, I think, towering intellects in this movement, in this country today.
The book is amazing.
He's always been on the New York Times bestseller list.
Want to go back, tell us a little bit about, we're going to have you back on here, because this book's got a lot of economics, and we're about economics and power in this show.
The spiritual war, absolutely, we cover that and all the other elements of it, but when you talk about this city, it's about money and power, unfortunately, right?
And that's why the populace are standing up right now on the CR and debt ceiling, and we got them jammed up.
Remember, ladies and gentlemen, You're the dip lenders.
You're the debtor-in-possession board.
They've got to come to you to get sign-off on what they want to do, and the answer right now, like any dip lender says, is no.
The answer is no.
No on the CR.
No on the debt ceiling.
Vivek, tell people a little bit about yourself.
Tell us about your journey.
unidentified
Yeah, sure.
So my parents came to this country in the late 70s and early 80s.
Grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I was born and raised.
Went to public schools through 8th grade.
Went to a Catholic high school after, you know, I was in an anti-excellence environment, let's say, through 8th grade.
I went to Harvard for college.
Thought I was going to be a scientist.
steve bannon
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Not a Catholic high school.
You went to a Jesuit high school.
Let's make sure that we... There's a difference.
There's a difference.
unidentified
I went to a Jesuit high school.
There you go.
Which is a unique breed.
That's another story.
steve bannon
That's a topic for another day we'll go through.
unidentified
It's a good Saturday show, maybe.
steve bannon
Keep going.
unidentified
We can go deep on that.
Yeah, I went to Harvard for college.
Thought I was going to be a scientist.
I studied molecular biology.
I was kind of a nerdy science guy in the lab the whole time.
Ended up getting in the world of biotech investing afterwards.
Right before the 2008 financial crisis, I joined this hedge fund.
I started investing in biotech.
Three years in, I told my bosses I was going to leave.
I had never scratched this itch I had in law and political philosophy, so I said I was going to Yale for law school.
They said, keep your job.
So I managed a portfolio out of New Haven while I attended law school, met my wife, came back to New York a few years later.
I recognize I had a lot more time on my hands, so I tried my hand at a career in stand-up comedy.
Failed pretty miserably, but that taught me I needed to focus on something more substantial.
And so I left my job as an investor and I started a biotech company that, you know, no shortage of failures along the way.
steve bannon
When was your awakening?
Because this book is very powerful about economics.
When was your awakening?
unidentified
So the awakening was around 2019 because you're building a company, you're kind of knee deep, you're not really focused on the outside world.
But I kind of stuck my head up in 2019.
And all of a sudden, all of my peers, every CEO, every sophisticated investor, was now issuing the same carbon copy statement, the new dogma of how they were going to serve their stakeholders, not just their shareholders.
Sounds good, but on the face of it, if you dig deeper, why would all of them be saying the exact same thing about the exact same time in these nice little three-letter acronyms, be it DEI or ESG or CSR, whatever carbon copy they were making, all of these corporations were more or less inauthentically saying the same thing at the same time.
So that annoyed me, and I wanted to scratch a little deeper.
And to me, the case that I had against it was different than Milton Friedman's case.
See, Milton Friedman said that he thought that politics infecting business was going to make these businesses less efficient and less profitable for their shareholders.
OK, so much for that.
I actually worried about the opposite, where we were actually reverting back to an old world European model, where instead of American democracy and American citizenry at large determining the answers to social questions like racism, Or environmental change or whatever the issue of the day may be.
Now you have a small group of elites who are doing it behind closed doors.
And using their market power.
You talk about economics and power, Steve?
Using their economic power, their power in the marketplace of products, to flex their muscle in the marketplace of ideas.
Firing employees who defect from the new orthodoxy.
Using control of social media platforms to control the acceptable bounds of open debate in a democracy.
To me, that was actually the most flagrant violation of all.
It wasn't a monopoly of products.
It was a monopoly on ideas.
An ideological cartel that spanned Wall Street to Silicon Valley to every major industry in between.
And I was in the middle of it, right?
And so looking at this world from the inside, I had to defect.
And I say in the book, in some ways ended up becoming a traitor to my class.
But at the end of the day, I needed to step down as CEO in order to speak honestly about it without having repercussions to my business.
So that's what I did this January.
And, you know, I've really enjoyed the process of being candid and being unfiltered about the experiences I've had, the things I've seen.
And more importantly, what I think marks a better way forward for not just the conservative movement, but for the American movement.
steve bannon
You're an apostate.
That's why they hate you so much.
Okay, I want to get to the other topics later, because we've got to show the respect for this book and your thinking to spend more time.
How do people get to the book?
This is a reader's show.
How do people get to the book?
How do people get to you?
What's your social media handles?
What's your website?
unidentified
Yeah, so VivekRamaswamy.com.
You can buy the book there.
You can buy anywhere you buy books.
At Vivek G. Ramaswamy.
I joined Twitter reluctantly about a year ago, so that's me on social media.
And look, I think that this isn't a profit endeavor for me, really.
If I do net any profit from the book, I'm putting it back into the underlying agenda.
I care about starting a conversation in the open that fights our culture of fear by restoring a new culture of free speech.
That's what I'm starting to do with the book, and I'm glad we can continue the conversation, Steve.
You tell me when.
steve bannon
We will.
No, this audience is dying for this.
It's on fire right now.
Vivek, thank you so much.
unidentified
Cool.
Thanks.
steve bannon
This is why, not just we're winning, people say, besides all the crazy hair on fire, we're winning and I feel great.
You know why?
Because I've got Jack Posobiec, I've got Vivek Ramaswamy, you've got Natalie Winters, we've got a young, rising generation of not just smart, tough people, but fighters that are not going to back down.
This is what's going to change this country.
jack posobiec
Just real quick, if we're going to be mentioning the Jesuits, I do have to throw out that I would be very remiss if I didn't mention that today is the feast day of St.
Padre Pio.
steve bannon
Okay.
We're going to get a lot about the Jesuits later.
Stigmata.
Did you go to Jesuit High School or Christian Brothers?
jack posobiec
I was a Jesuit.
steve bannon
I went to Georgetown, but I was trained by the Benedictine, so we've always got a big problem with you Jesuits.
Fauci thinks like a Jesuit.
That's what I think.
jack posobiec
Yes, he does.
steve bannon
Okay, let's play the clip.
jack posobiec
Don't trust Jesuits.
steve bannon
We've got from the University of Chicago, we've got the great Natalie Winters.
Let's play the video, and then we're going to come to Natalie.
peter daszak
So if you want to find the next pandemic, you should do a lot of work in South America where there are lots of bat species harbouring lots of unknown viruses.
You should also do a lot of work in Southeast Asia.
So this becomes actually useful.
So working with The USAID EPT Predict Programme and funding through NIAID to work on coronaviruses in China, we were able to test out this idea of predicting what the next emergencies might be.
So we've all heard of SARS.
We know that SARS is carried by civets.
Well actually the host of SARS-like viruses, the viruses that the SARS coronavirus emerged from, are bats.
We discovered this a few years ago, published We found about five different viruses.
You can see these ones in green.
So we thought, OK, we've got an interesting set of viruses.
It seems to be the origin of SARS.
They're found in bats in China.
It's a nice paper.
We published it, I think, in Science.
And it was quite interesting.
But then PREDICT came along, the USAID program, to discover new viruses in wildlife.
And we worked in China to go out and do surveillance in other bat species and say, how many other SARS-like viruses are there?
Is there something even closer to SARS?
Sure enough, there was.
We've now found a very large diversity of SARS-like coronaviruses.
Some are almost identical to SARS.
In fact, there's one cave in Yunnan province that has every genetic element of the SARS coronavirus circulating in bats.
There are people out there who are hunting bats in that cave, eating them.
People live close by.
We're now doing surveillance of the people and we've found using NIAID funding that actually there is potential of spillover into those people.
We're starting to see some worrying signs in that part of the world.
So here's a way to take the predictive side, go out and actually find evidence of a SARS-like virus spilling over into Wow.
steve bannon
Natalie, I don't know if this is a smoking gun or a smoking bazooka, but tell me what we just saw there on this video that you dug up.
natalie winters
Sure.
I definitely think it's a smoking gun, and I think it lends credence to what I've always been saying, which is that the only reason that Peter Daszak and Anthony Fauci are considered experts on COVID-19 is because they had a very intimate relationship with the creation of it.
So what you just watched was Peter Doshak, who people may remember, not only did he serve as a World Health Organization COVID investigator, but he also used to serve on the Lancet COVID-19 Origins Committee before being recused because he had such extensive conflicts of interest with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and more broadly, the Chinese Communist Party, which at the National Pulse, I would argue, we were first to really report and kind of make mainstream.
But this clip is from 2017, a conference hosted by the Consortium of Universities for Global Health.
And what's really interesting, if you actually read about the conference, the first sentence that they used to describe it, they say, quote, we believe in a world without borders.
So that tells you a little bit about the mindset where this speech took place.
But when Peter Doshak is talking about the work that he's carrying out on bat coronaviruses in China, he says it's funded through NIAID.
And NIAID is the acronym for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases that is run by none other than Anthony Fauci.
And to make matters even worse for Peter Doshak, and frankly, Anthony Fauci, when he's giving that speech, speaking at that 2017 conference, do you know who his two co-panelists are?
Anthony Fauci and CDC principal deputy director, Ann Schuchat, she goes on later in the speech to actually praise the Chinese government's response to the original SARS pandemic.
But this clip really undercuts everything that Anthony Fauci has repeatedly said about his agency not funding the work of Peter Doshak, but more precisely the work of really discovering these new, previously unknown bat coronaviruses circulating in China.
jack posobiec
Natalie, I gotta get you one of the shirts.
You'll have to send me a P.O.
box or something.
Fauci, why?
BringAmmo.com.
steve bannon
We've got enough issues with Natalie's security that we don't need to be... The P.O.
unidentified
box.
jack posobiec
We'll do a security... I'll send you a courier.
You can get in people's grill.
steve bannon
She gets in the grill.
I just gotta step back and make sure our particular international audience understands this.
Their involvement in this is much earlier and much deeper Then, they've said today, I mean, quite frankly, they kind of knew what they were doing.
Am I taking it wrong in listening to this?
They actually knew they were doing it by powering this thing, powering these viruses up?
jack posobiec
Well, Natalie, I know you and I have been talking about this offline a little bit, but the documents that came out of DRASTIC and Brian Boswick's group earlier this week, where it was DASHAC.
Going to... So we were actually looking at the relationship a little bit differently.
It's Daschack and Sher Jung Lee and the Wuhan Institute of Virology trying to do an end-around after NIH opens up this P3 framework.
They go not to NIH.
They say, okay, we don't want to go through the framework.
Let's go to the U.S.
military.
Let's go to DARPA.
And that's where the new proposals that we're getting from come out.
It's a leaker probably on the DARPA side.
steve bannon
Natalie Winters.
natalie winters
Yes, and the USAID agency that he's talking about, which also funded some of EcoHealth Alliance's studies, I think it's also worth noting, especially in the context of the massive cover-up that we've seen with regard to the origins of the virus.
A lot of these studies were also funded also by Google.org, which is the philanthropic arm of, of course, the search engine Google, which I think is really interesting when you consider Google, who of course owns YouTube, and the algorithms that they've deployed to kind of suppress the lab leak theory, although I don't even know if you can call it a theory anymore.
But you are right, Steve, this collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Peter Doshak's been working over in Wuhan since actually the 2000s. The NIAID grant that went to Peter Doshak and later through a cutout to the Wuhan Institute of Virology originated in 2014.
And we also have unearthed separate videos at the National Pulse.
This was a few months ago.
But Peter Daszak also describes this collaboration with, quote, his Chinese colleagues.
And he notes that the viruses that they ultimately discovered really looked like, and I quote directly from Peter Daszak, killers, unquote.
So definitely the type of viruses that they were finding were not just, you know, friendly relations to SARS.
So it's very interesting in Peter Daszak's own words.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on.
We're gonna hold you through the break.
Here's one thing I gotta make mention.
How does Natalie Winters, with Rahim and the limited resources they have at National Pulse, and she's still a college student, how does she break this and do the analysis that's 60 minutes?
60 minutes doing the softball interview?
60 minutes?
You have shamed what's supposed to be one of the most significant news organizations, and you have shamed them, Natalie Winters.
It's revolting what they did on their interview with Dasik, given what they should have done.
Short commercial break.
Natalie Winters, Jack Masovic, rejoin us in the War Room.
unidentified
Hi, I'm Peter DeMauro, and this picture from January 15, 2020, shows President Trump on stage in the East Room at the White House.
He's with Chinese Vice Premier Liu He to co-sign what is being billed as an historic phase one trade deal.
So let me take you now inside that room as I read this brief excerpt from my new book, In Trump Time.
peter navarro
On this unseasonably warm day, I'm sitting in the East Room of the White House watching President Donald John Trump as he is surrounded on stage by a high-ranking delegation of Chinese Communist Party officials, several members of his own trade team, and a Brutus who will betray this American Caesar almost exactly a year later, Vice President Michael Richard Pence.
unidentified
In Trump Town, the definitive insider's account of the fall and rise of the White House of Trump.
Buy it now on Amazon.
steve bannon
Okay, this audience has got the most muscle in all media.
We need you to pile in.
This book is the answer to the Woodward-Bob Costa book.
You've got to get it.
It's got all of it.
It's got Fauci.
It's got the virus.
It's got everything on 6th January.
You've got to get this book.
jack posobiec
I love that music, those sound effects.
It's like, I don't know.
Steve, you probably weren't a big PlayStation guy, but Resident Evil 2 reminds me of that soundtrack a lot, if anyone.
It's like a horror film, you know?
steve bannon
But this gets back to the basics.
This is when we started the show.
It was basically around the same time, a couple days after that sunning in the East Room.
Natalie, we're pressed for time, but we're going to have you.
Obviously, you're a killer.
The article went up yesterday.
We're pushing that to everybody.
Real quickly, how did you find that video?
60 Minutes doesn't find it.
How does Natalie Winters, who's a full-time college student and got this gig over at the National Polls, how do you find time to find these amazing documentary evidence of Fauci's lies?
natalie winters
Just doing research the right way, and I think that means actually doing it, because I'm not compromised, nor have I ever taken a single cent from the Chinese government or EcoHealth Alliance or any of their big tech collaborators, so I am willing and able to report the truth.
steve bannon
I tell you, when the hearings about Tony Fauci start, one of the biggest document evidence is going to come from Natalie Winters and National Pulse.
Natalie, how do people find you on social media?
How do they follow your writings?
natalie winters
Natalie G. Winters on Getter and Twitter and Instagram, and then on Facebook, Natalie Winters, and you can go to TheNationalPulse.com to read all of our stories.
steve bannon
Natalie, thank you so much for joining us today.
By the way, I need you to go right now to Amazon, get In Trump Time.
This book is going to blow your head up.
You can't imagine.
It's 400 pages long.
There's a revelation on each page.
It's a page-turner.
In Trump Time, the book by Navarro.
You've already, your friends have been blown up about Vivek's time here.
jack posobiec
It is and and one of the one thing I got to mention from actually from a US official to remind me they said hey keep in mind that this this Wall Street stuff this infiltration of the GOP It's not just at the national level.
This stuff is starting to get now down into the state level, it's getting into the local level, and this is where folks, and Steve I know you're on this very heavily, this is where the precinct project comes in, this is where the school board comes in, because once they, once the Eye of Sauron realizes the influence and the power that they can have there, they're going to go for it, and people don't realize that it's already begun.
steve bannon
Okay, Jake Sherman, this amazing tweet, I want to try to get this up if we can get it in, I can't even text you guys, Jake Sherman, I just showed it to Posobic, He just tweeted out, Pelosi just called the death ceiling vote a tradition, quote unquote, and said there is some back and forth about whether they even need to do it.
Quote, there's some doubt as to whether that should be the case, end quote.
Jake Sherman ends his tweet with, whoa!
jack posobiec
You know what that means?
That means she doesn't have the votes.
That's what that means.
steve bannon
Ladies and gentlemen, you have broken Nancy Pelosi, okay?
The Trump regime, or the Biden regime, is cratering before your eyes.
Donald Trump's numbers are just on the rise.
jack posobiec
She wants to do it by fiat.
steve bannon
Yes, exactly.
We've killed this thing in the crib.
The American people have done it.
Put your shoulder to the wheel today.
Make sure you contact your congressman.
Make sure, particularly if you're in a swing district and you get a Democratic congressman, like in Virginia 7 or Virginia 2, let him hear from you.
Let him hear for you.
Nancy Pelosi.
Let me just repeat, Jake Sherman, who's no Trump guy.
Pelosi just called the debt ceiling vote a tradition and said there is some back and forth about whether they even need to do it.
Quote, there's some doubt as to whether that should be the case.
End quote.
Nancy Pelosi.
Jake Sherman ends the tweet with, Whoa!
Jack Bassovic.
unidentified
Nancy Pelosi doesn't... She's been in this game a long time.
jack posobiec
She was born into this game, really.
Born into a very political family.
Father is a mayor.
steve bannon
Mobbed up.
jack posobiec
Mobbed up.
Mobbed up mayor of Baltimore.
Brother, also a mayor of Baltimore.
And people will understand, when she says something, there's ten layers of meaning to it.
So what she's doing now is saying, admitting, admitting that War Room has won.
That the War Room posse can take a victory lap on this because They don't have the votes, but she's also saying it doesn't matter because now it's Sarah Graves.
We didn't need the votes anyway.
We're going to find a way to do it without you.
This is extrajudicial.
unidentified
It's extra legal.
jack posobiec
This is exactly what this administration has been doing, and you just wait because they're going to go.
I hope somebody asked that to Jen Psaki today.
steve bannon
Cortez is going to be here at 5 o'clock.
Boris is going to be here to preview tomorrow.
Cortez is going to be here.
We're going to talk about this.
You've got to be back at 5.
Real quickly, you and Cortez were right.
One of the things Cortez was talking about on this Afghan refugee situation.
Get people up to date.
I hate to say you called it Pesobic and Cortez.
unidentified
I mean, look, you know, we talked about this.
jack posobiec
We said there was no vetting.
They said again and again, these people are being vetted, these people are being vetted.
I said, no, that's just the people that are closest to the airport are rushing in.
You've got the real guys that are over there.
You've got the veterans who are still there, by the way, actually getting out the assets, the commandos.
Now you've got two that have been indicted, Fort McCoy up in Wisconsin, one for beating and strangling his wife, the other refugee, Indicted for sexual abuse of a minor.
steve bannon
Already.
By the way, your sources in the White House about the invasion, the Mogadishu on the border, how nervous are they inside the White House?
jack posobiec
They're terrified.
They're absolutely terrified.
They had no idea it would turn into this.
That's why they're putting up this stuff about, you know, maybe Guantanamo Bay and opening up operations there, which is actually what Guantanamo used to be.
Joe Biden remembers that prior to military detention of al-Qaeda terrorists there.
But they have no idea what they're doing.
It's completely feckless.
steve bannon
How did they get to the show?
How did they follow you?
unidentified
Yeah, follow me.
jack posobiec
If you want to go, we do the 6 p.m.
It's the evening briefing, the Cliff Notes of War Room, Human Events Daily, the new podcast, heating up the charts.
Go ahead and follow it there.
steve bannon
And by the way, social media, how do they get to you?
jack posobiec
And social media, it's Getter.
Getter all day long.
They're going to knock us off and everything else.
Go to Getter.
steve bannon
You agree with that.
They're coming for us.
unidentified
They're coming for us.
jack posobiec
The Bam Hammer is going to be swung down.
steve bannon
No doubt.
jack posobiec
It's going to be swung.
steve bannon
And you're the king of Twitter.
jack posobiec
Right.
unidentified
I am going to stay on Twitter.
steve bannon
Andrew would be very proud.
jack posobiec
Thank you.
steve bannon
He'd be very proud of you.
jack posobiec
I'm going to stay on Twitter until the day they knock me down.
I'll tell you what though, another thing before I leave today, the anniversary, HMS Serapis, John Paul Jones.
steve bannon
John Paul Jones.
I was going to play that song tonight.
jack posobiec
I have not yet begun to fight.
steve bannon
That's the war room motto.
Okay, we'll be back at 5.
We've got Cortez.
We're going to talk about the fiasco here in the Capitol.
We've jammed these people up, but listen, don't spike the football right now.
Also, Boris is going to give us a preview of tomorrow.
Barris tomorrow, we're going to get all this about Georgia.
That Georgia poll is amazing.
jack posobiec
Georgia on my mind.
unidentified
Call Vernon!
jack posobiec
Call Vernon right now!
steve bannon
Ladies and gentlemen, see you back here at 5.
Make an appointment, get back here at 5.
Back in the War Room.
