| One of the big developments this afternoon, they came up with what's called, Boris, what's called the framework. | ||
| The framework of how to pay for things. | ||
| They've been getting so hammered. | ||

| Now all of a sudden, out of nowhere, they've come up with an idea how to pay for it. | ||

| Even MSNBC was laughing at it. | ||
| There's no details, but they've come up with a framework of how to pay for the $3.5 trillion. | ||
| This is all three-card money, right? | ||
| The infrastructure bill is completely phony, although the Chamber of Commerce is whipping for that, to get that to pass. | ||

| Our position is very simple, and this is for the American people, because we're the Debtor in Possession Committee, the DIP lender. | ||
| They have to show how they're going to finance the regular federal budget of the federal government every year, right now. | ||
| There's a structural $1 trillion, at least $1 trillion, maybe a trillion and a half dollar deficit that's not covered by tax revenues, that's not covered by selling bonds to the international community, that has to be financed somehow. | ||

| By midnight on the 30th, They have to come up with what's the plan for next year? | ||

| And again, from the checks that I know, from the information I have directly from the folks who conducted these spot checks, that sure system that is, by the way, SureSystem was also subpoenaed last Wednesday by the State Senate. | ||
| That was part of the 17th subpoenas. | ||
| That SureSystem threw off a discrepancy of, and I'm going to say this, I'm going to say this, okay? | ||

| So in Pennsylvania the SURE system tracks registrations, it tracks voting, it tracks the whole process. There were spot checks done of the SURE system back in late November and December by people who were part of the apparatus of conducting the election, okay? Not Baccarat, but people, good people, good Americans. | ||

| Not yet, not the former secretary of state, not the acting secretary of state who looks like she's gonna be voted down, but people who are working in the process, honest Americans, did spot checks. | ||
| Based on those spot checks, from what I heard out of that, at the time this is real time and in court that's real-time information, that the SURE system discrepancy between the vote that was certified and the votes that actually took place was up to a million votes. | ||
