The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't and the worst happens, Okay, welcome to The War Room.
steve bannon
It is Saturday, the 21st of August, the year of our Lord, 2021.
We've got a packed show today.
We're going to get, we have a couple of cold opens.
We're going to put them in during the, during the show.
You're live in The War Room now with almost 80 million downloads, of course, live everywhere.
Let's go to, we've got Rudy Giuliani.
Do we have any, do we have the cut of Rudy's press conference?
Rudy, thank you very much for joining us.
We've got Dr. Robert Malone in studio, Mo Bannon, Captain Bannon is our co-host for the next couple of hours.
Rudy, amazing press conference.
Do we have the cut from Rudy's press conference?
Put a photo up of the press conference.
Rudy, you're the only guy that can call for a press conference.
In New York City, outside your apartment, and more people show up than when de Blasio or Cuomo... Okay, that's the cold open we want, but no need to play it once the show starts.
Rudy, what was the big press conference about yesterday?
rudy giuliani
It was to say that he should basically cut the shit and send over whatever is necessary.
To extricate them.
We got the best people for extrication in the world.
They train for it.
You know, they train for 24 hours a day.
They have an 80% chance of recovering you in much worse circumstances.
So, whatever number you need, send them there.
Take our people.
Tell the Taliban to get the hell out of the way.
And if they don't get out of the way, shoot them.
steve bannon
Okay, hold on.
Hang on, Rudy.
Rudy, hang on for a second.
Let's cut to the chase.
You were once one of the biggest neocons in the world, correct?
I just want to make sure we... I know you're America first.
You're the first guy to come to back Trump.
rudy giuliani
I know because of 9-11, but I want to walk through... You think I will sit there as president and let people hold Americans and not send my military there?
I expect, as an American, that if I am held in a foreign country with terrorists, they're going to come and get me.
I'm not going to be told to call Uber.
Or, hey, maybe I should have the Taliban take me.
Now they're telling people not to go to the airport.
What does that mean?
Shelter in place?
Shelter in place?
Under the Taliban?
steve bannon
Hold on.
Hang on for a second.
Slow down.
Do you believe... Look, you're the American's mayor that got us through 9-11.
Do you believe, and they're trying to pivot it now, they're trying to pivot that, oh his overall policy is right about getting the troops out, but this is just a few small logistics issues.
I want to make sure, you don't want to put troops back in, you're just saying that the 15,000 Americans are hostages to the Taliban, is that correct?
rudy giuliani
Yeah, send in the special forces, they come out.
They come out with the people.
Right, they go in, they identify, they do exactly what the French... Okay, hold it.
steve bannon
I'm asking you a question.
Answer the question, please.
Are those American citizens in Kabul and the rest of Afghanistan, do you believe they're hostages right now to the Taliban?
Are they free to move around and free to have free movement and do what they want?
rudy giuliani
I think this morning the State Department clarified it.
They told them not to leave their houses.
Up until now, they were telling them they could count on the Taliban to get to the airport.
And then the president lied yesterday and said no one was stopped, no one was hurt.
And then everybody in his administration had to correct it.
Oh, yeah, there were some people beaten.
There were some people shot.
We don't even know how many.
So today they give an order.
Don't go to the airport.
Stay there.
Nothing further.
Wait.
So what does that mean?
You're locked in your house.
You're a hostage if you're locked in your house.
If I can't go from here to LaGuardia Airport by order of my government, I'm a hostage.
And I know the reason why I can't do it, because there are a bunch of terrorists out there ready to kill me.
So yeah, they're right now technically hostages.
steve bannon
They have no freedom of movement.
Fine, and this is the point I want to get to.
In Tehran, we had what, 55, 52, something like 59, and we had hostages, we had hostages, and you know, we sent battle groups over there, had a raid, everything like that.
Here we have, I don't know, 15,000.
The U.S.
government can't even tell us how many.
So given that they are hostages, And we're totally dependent.
And we know the Biden administration is cutting deals with the Taliban all day long, on their knees, pleading with the Taliban to be nice.
What is your specific recommendation?
We've already got, what, almost 5,000 troops, getting up to 6,500 of the deplorable sons and daughters going back in there.
Rudy Giuliani, what would you advise Biden to do?
rudy giuliani
I'd advise using my experts.
I have no idea the capabilities of those 5,000 troops.
I know I have seven different special Forces commands.
I have two that are expert at extrication.
Under war conditions, they're about 85% successful.
I send them there, right now.
I send the SEALs or the Rangers or a combination of both, whatever number is necessary.
I have them identify every American, every Afghan that helped us.
And we promised, we gave our word as a country, we would save them.
I therefore vindicate the honor of the United States and I bring them all home.
And I bring the troops up.
steve bannon
Would you take, in doing that, would you take Bagram?
Would you retake Bagram Air Base and use that as your logistical lift?
rudy giuliani
We need Bagram to defend ourselves against China and Iran.
Bagram is 400 miles from China.
Bagram is 500 miles from Iran.
If we don't have a Bagram, we've got to go find one now.
I mean, we've just lost a major strategic, one of our best Air Force bases, Maybe the closest to China.
I'm trying to check.
It's only 400 miles from China.
You don't get to put an air force base 400 miles from the nation that's going to be your enemy for the next three decades.
Forget Iran.
Forget nation building.
Forget everything else.
This is like Germany.
This is like Italy.
This is like Japan.
This is like South Korea.
We know we're going to be in hostilities with China for the next three decades.
We have a gift.
We've got an air base and a really good one.
400 miles from China.
They don't have one 400 miles from us, and they ain't gonna get one.
That used to always be one of our great advantages with Russia.
steve bannon
Rudy, in your theory of the case, you're flooding the zone with commandos, Navy SEALs, special forces, Green Berets, special operators, paramilitary, all that, okay?
To get 15,000 Americans out.
How many do you think, just... They're talking about 6,500.
Would you put more in?
rudy giuliani
Would you put 8,000?
unidentified
10,000?
steve bannon
Whatever it took to get these people out?
rudy giuliani
Well, I'll tell you the rule of thumb that I followed as a cop.
And if Bush had followed it in Iran, he would have succeeded.
I always gave them twice as many as they wanted because they were always half from the actual number.
They tend to be optimistic and they tend to be...
They tend to listen to the most optimistic intelligence.
So, if there are 30,000 people, they'll come out with about 15 deaths, as a number.
I always felt it was better to have more policemen than less.
So, if I was going to have a demonstration with 1,000 people, I had 3,000 cops.
I always liked to outnumber them.
unidentified
So, I would have a military... Did you mean... Hang on.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Do you mean Carter with Iran or Bush with Iraq?
Because you said Bush with Iran.
You say Carter with Iran?
rudy giuliani
I meant Bush with Iraq, who never calculated the dimension of the putting together of the country, which we did successfully for Germany, Italy, and Japan, and screwed up Iraq, because he never faced up to the fact he needed a hell of a lot more people.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on for a second.
Are you saying, if there are 15,000 American hostages, are you saying putting in 30,000 troops to get the 15,000 out?
rudy giuliani
You know, I don't know.
No, I don't think so.
You don't need as many.
If we put our special forces in, who extricate, they don't have to outnumber the enemy.
I mean, they're geniuses at doing this.
I don't know what the right number is.
I'd like to hear it, analyze it myself.
I'd more than likely give the military a little more than they wanted, because they tend to short themselves.
And then I'd bring them back as soon as possible.
I don't want those guys to stay there.
We don't need to occupy.
steve bannon
But if they're hostages, and you start putting in special operators, the 6,500 and above, and you start doing incursions into Kabul, let's say, how many casualties are you prepared to take?
Because the Taliban's just not going to sit there and go, oh, this is terrific, they're coming to Vietnam on world TV.
rudy giuliani
I won't count on it, but they sat there with 2,500 troops who are not the special forces.
unidentified
Yes, sir.
rudy giuliani
special forces come in there. Are we on live television right now? Yes, sir. Yeah. Oh, because I want to use an expression. I won't use the expression, but I'll tell you, you can make a calculated.
steve bannon
No, we're just doing a practice run, Rudy.
We're just doing a practice run, Rudy.
Rudy, get Rudy another cup of coffee.
Let's get another cup of coffee.
We're going to read about it.
This is War Room Pandemic.
I want to introduce our first guest, America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani.
Yeah, we're live, Rudy.
Okay, Rudy.
No, don't use those expressions.
You've got me blown up.
I've been banned everywhere because of my Rudy.
rudy giuliani
I just avoided it.
I just, I'll do it on my podcast.
I just avoided it.
steve bannon
No, no, but hold it, hang on, hang on.
But the key is, this is my point about being hostages and Biden getting us in this mess.
How do you extricate yourself in a simple way?
Now, Rachel Maddow, all MSNBC, they all want to go John Wayne now.
Everybody wants to be John Wayne.
So how do you do that when you're going to have these hostages and the Taliban's just going to, do you believe the Taliban's just going to step aside and say, oh, Army Rangers are here?
rudy giuliani
You have to assume that.
No, you have to assume the worst.
You have to assume they're not.
I think there's a chance they will.
And I know we can defeat them quickly, particularly if we use the special forces, the Rangers, people who spend their lives figuring out how to do extractions with the least possible casualties.
I mean, they've never seen anything like this at that dimension.
The Taliban are good warriors, but they're basic warriors.
They're not They're not genius.
I mean, this is not the greatest army in the history of the world.
We're getting a little ridiculous now.
This is an army that didn't want to take on 2,500 troops.
So yeah, I think they could have great success, but you always have to assume the worst.
But I would have great faith in the SEALs, the Rangers, and some of the other groups, the Marines, in getting them out.
Very, very quickly and with very, very few if any casualties.
Just get him the hell out.
steve bannon
I just saw that if the French can do it, the French can do it, we can do it.
Hold on, hold on, hang on.
Hat tip to the Taliban, they took 20 years of a beating, right?
We beat them in October of 2001, right?
Right?
We came in with the paramilitary and special forces.
They took our best for 20 years, and last time I looked, they took Afghanistan in about 8 days.
So, hey, as Bill Parcells says, you are what your record says you are.
Okay?
Taliban's in charge, and we're now on bended knee to make sure the Taliban works so we get our people out.
Talk to me about Joe Biden's leadership.
And just to be objective, you've seen presidents...
rudy giuliani
He should be impeached for putting us on bended knee.
He certainly should be removed on the 25th Amendment.
We don't have a functioning president.
It's quite clear.
And America should never be in a position of weakness.
Our president should always put us in a position of strength.
And the only way to put us in a position of strength is to use one of the assets he has that he's too demented or cowardly to use.
And that's his military.
It's the greatest in the world.
We pay them to fight.
And we pay them at times to kill our enemies so that we can protect innocent people.
This is one of those times they may have to do that.
And I think every one of them would go.
I don't even think I'd have to pick them.
I just have to say you want to volunteer.
I heard them on television this morning.
Guys want to come back and volunteer.
We don't.
I don't think you get the point, Steve.
We don't have a choice.
We don't negotiate to get our Americans back unless we absolutely have to.
We go get our Americans back.
My God, if Macron can do that, we can't do that.
The French extricated their own people.
They told the Taliban, go to hell.
We're sending our troops that we don't trust.
The French and the British extricated their troops a week ago.
steve bannon
Yeah, Rudy, I get the point.
I was in the North Arabian Sea during the Tehran debacle, right?
And last time I looked, I don't think we went in and got him out.
I think Ronald Reagan got him out by just having steely resolve.
The day he was inaugurated, they came home.
That's the point!
But we don't have Ronald Reagan.
rudy giuliani
We don't have Donald Trump.
We got Mickey Mouse.
They don't trust Mickey Mouse.
Are you going to be afraid?
steve bannon
Let me ask you.
You're actually arguing my point.
You're actually arguing my point.
rudy giuliani
Okay, short commercial break.
steve bannon
Rudy, now that you know we're live, okay, now that you know we're live, we're gonna hold you over for the beginning of the next segment.
Rudy Giuliani, America's Mayor, gave an amazing press conference yesterday.
We're into it with him.
Is he gonna send troops in to get him out?
Or a show of force and strength to demand that they be released immediately?
All next in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
rachel maddow
There were cabinet meetings about this during the Trump administration, where Stephen Miller would peddle his racist hysteria about Iraq and Afghanistan.
He and his enablers across government would undermine anyone who worked on solving the SIV issue, the Special Immigrant Visa issue, by devastating the system at Homeland Security and State, while putting this plan in place to evacuate these Afghan allies, who were the lifelines for many of us who spent time in Afghanistan.
They'd been waiting a long time.
The process slowed to a trickle for reviews, other priorities.
Then it came to a halt.
She called it devastating the system.
At Homeland Security and the State Department.
steve bannon
OK, I've heard I've heard it.
I've heard enough already.
Rachel Maddow going on last night.
She was all on this about the refugees and people fighting.
But more importantly, she was there about the helicopters.
She was high hosannas about the helicopter incursions and all this.
They all want to go John Wayne now.
I want to bring in Rudy Giuliani again.
So, Rudy, because you're going to have attention in the next couple of days.
You clearly don't have an administration that's on top of things.
They're lying to the American people, either through acts of commission or omission.
The administration is saying all kinds of different things.
But in order to intimidate people, to make sure you can force your will on them, because right now the Taliban, like in football, they've enforced their will onto the Americans, right?
Through Joe Biden.
rudy giuliani
Absolutely right.
steve bannon
Tell me what you have to do, sir, so we don't have a bloodbath.
rudy giuliani
You've got to prepare to do it yourself, like France and like Germany and like England is.
They sent their own troops in it, albeit a smaller group, but we just have to scale it up.
They told the Taliban, we don't need your help.
We're going to go get our own people.
Well, they also have to know where their people are.
I don't know if this idiot knows where our people are, which is another big problem.
I mean, it was devastating yesterday when he lied about that.
He said, I'll come in and get No hostilities, we're just taking our people out.
said no. How do you get them if you don't know where they are?
But I think I think special forces and can can solve that and they come in. We say no hostilities. We're just taking our people out. Just don't get in our way and we take them out that may that may have them become more cooperative.
I don't think they want to see whatever number, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000 American forces.
steve bannon
And it may not, and it may not.
But you brought up the word impeachment.
What are the grounds for impeachment here?
You argued the case for President Trump against the bogus impeachment for the first time about the Interagency process and Vindman and all these pencil necks, right?
These little worms, you know, in the NSC and these other places and the administrative state.
They're all upset because he didn't follow off one phone call.
He wasn't following the interagency process.
As commander in chief, he's doing what he thought was right.
What are the grounds to impeach Biden right now?
rudy giuliani
The grounds for impeachment are one of the most basic that Hamilton lays out in the Federalist Papers.
And that is when he's when he is acting in violation of his constitutional Responsibilities, in this case, to protect us and make certain that we have peace and prosperity.
He's acting in violation of his duties to save American citizens.
And finally, it really, I think, is a better case the 25th Amendment.
But I would pursue an investigation of both.
I'd begin an investigation of whether there's grounds for impeachment.
Remember, you got to do that first.
steve bannon
And second, I'd begin an investigation of whether there's grounds to remove him for unsuitable for office which is but his twenty-two outside at outset so i was going to the has to be his own cabinet is i think twenty-fifth minutes to be initiated by the karen karen academy firework apart democrat in congress i'd be demanding I mean, look, this is what... And you believe, and you believe, and you believe that all the media is turning on him right now.
We got the cover for The Economist today, is Biden's, you know, Biden's collapse.
Do you believe those people look around and they think that Kamala, you look at the chain of succession, Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi are going to be that much better, sir?
rudy giuliani
No, no, I don't think they are.
Give me a chance to explain it.
I think it has to develop at the grassroots.
I think there are Democrats, including in Congress, who still love this country more than, you know, their greed for power and money.
And they have to see what we see.
And they have to see a large number of Americans, we don't even know how many, that may die as a result of this, and that are sitting there in Georgia right now.
steve bannon
Can you name one Democrat?
By the way, Chuck Schumer has to be a part of this.
unidentified
No, I can't.
rudy giuliani
I don't know their souls.
I don't know their souls.
I just know a human soul.
And there has to be some that are saying to themselves, This is beyond what we kicked in for.
We didn't kick in for a demented president who is going to leave unknown numbers of Americans there, possibly be killed by the Taliban.
Never to return.
And I'm not that much of a Democrat to sell out my country.
If they start to make a move, that will ignite a tremendous movement.
It's already happened with Republicans.
It's already happened with independents and some regular Democrats.
His numbers have flipped on him completely.
And Americans, by nature, feel that we should go rescue other Americans.
steve bannon
You don't need to count on somebody to do that.
Okay, Rudy.
Elections have consequences, as you know.
You've been a politician for many decades.
Elections have consequences.
Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences, and that's what we're looking at in Pennsylvania. 100%.
Doug Mastriana brought you up there.
The kickoff, the whole process of why we've got Arizona, why we have Georgia on fire right now.
Again, we're going to get a report, I understand, now on Wednesday from the Senate Committee out there.
You started it all with Doug Mastriana in Gettysburg at the first hearing.
Now we've got Mastriana has been removed, it looks like.
They got a new guy doing it.
Corman said he, on this show yesterday live, says he backs it.
He will back the subpoenas.
He'll go up against Shapiro.
They'll argue the Supreme Court of How important is Pennsylvania for us to get rolling?
rudy giuliani
What you just told me, you know, that's that's Cormann's third different position on it.
I spent two months and I finally got Cormann to write that critical letter asking that the vote be returned to Pennsylvania.
And that's when Pence double-crossed us.
And the reality is Cormann is the key to this.
He's the most powerful guy there and I'm glad to see that he sees the merit of doing this.
The reality is Last weekend, I spent the entire weekend going through all my Pennsylvania documents to turn over to one of the bar associations with my lawyers.
I thought we had 100 affidavits.
No, we have 300.
And from individual human beings, not me, not even all Republicans, who will testify to fraud that amounts to about 800,000 votes in Pennsylvania.
We can prove that.
We can prove it with witnesses.
We can prove it with photographs.
We can prove it with videos.
We can prove it with expert witnesses who tell you it was impossible in that amount of time to make up 750,000.
They can go look at the votes as they were counted and say it's impossible to have put in 150,000 votes in this period of time.
This must have been a jamming to the system.
steve bannon
I know you have the evidence.
I know you have the evidence.
It's about do we have a process like in Arizona started with fighting those subpoenas in Georgia.
It's always subpoenas because the Democrats are always going to hide.
Shapiro and these guys are always going to hide behind something.
Do you believe that Cormann... Is Cormann giving us the okey-doke?
Or do you believe this is real?
He's actually going to back this new guy, I think his name's Rush, or Dash, to actually issue subpoenas and get on with it.
rudy giuliani
Yeah, that's a good point.
I mean, the proof is in the pudding, and I'll take it at its face until I see a double-cross.
Plenty of quizzling Republicans have double-crossed us.
I think some of them, like in Michigan, are really Democrats, so they're making money with Democrats.
The Democrat Party right now at the very top is as corrupt as it's ever been in its history.
Some of that rubs off on us.
We shouldn't be like Collier than now.
We've got some pretty damn corrupt people in our party, too.
steve bannon
Rudy, how do people get to your podcast?
How do you get to the radio show?
rudy giuliani
How do you get there?
Right now, General Jack Keane is on explaining what should be done in Afghanistan from the point of view of someone Who, I think, is one of the fine military experts in the world.
And we're also talking with Mark about American Marxism.
steve bannon
Perfect.
By the way, it shows you the power and your gravitas, sir.
When you call for a press conference outside your house, I think 20 or 30 reporters showed up, live TV.
It was amazing.
And the nation always turns to guys like you in times of trouble, sir.
So, Rudy Giuliani, American patriot, American hero.
Thank you very much, sir.
rudy giuliani
We're not going to step down.
You know that, Steve.
steve bannon
I use that mechanism to remind myself.
I don't want to get you kicked off again.
You're too important right now.
And by the way, Rudy, thanks for on live TV.
Thanks for not saying the thing you told me off air, because that would definitely get I used that mechanism to remind myself I don't want to get I don't want to get you kicked off. You're too important right now.
Kicked off again later on.
rudy giuliani
But right now you're too important.
steve bannon
Thank you.
unidentified
Media matters.
steve bannon
Rudy Giuliani.
I want to bring in now Tim Murtaugh.
Everybody remembers Tim from the 2020 campaign, one of the top spokesmen for President Trump.
Now one of the guys over at Getter.
What's this rally in Alabama, Tim?
Yeah, it's going to be a fantastic rally.
I think there's been a lot of hunger and people waiting to hear from President Trump again.
I think they're leaking a little bit of what he's going to say.
He says there's no leadership in the White House.
You need leadership in the White House immediately.
Talk to us about what Getter...
I know you guys at Getter got all types of things planned today.
Tell us what's going on and how people get involved.
unidentified
Yeah, it's going to be a fantastic rally.
I think there's been a lot of hunger and people waiting to hear from President Trump again.
You know, they see... of course, they can't see him on social media just yet, but they see him put out the statements.
But to hear from him live and in person is something that I think we're expecting to see.
to see a gigantic crowd in Alabama because people have been waiting a long time.
And Getter is going to take a big advantage of this, of course.
There's going to be a lot of promotional efforts there.
We're going to have cell phone charging stations in and around the arena area.
And during the president's speech, there's going to be a lot of top conservatives on Getter sharing as live content from the speech, people like Dinesh D'Souza, Jack Posobiec and our mutual friend Boris Epstein.
So if you're watching the speech on TV, got your cell phone there, make sure you have a Getter account to be following along during the speech of what's going on on Getter.
And then I think taking a page from what we used to do a lot on the Trump campaign, we're going to have a plane flying overhead at the rally site for about four hours before the rally.
I'm not at liberty to preview what the message is on the banner that the plane is going to be carrying.
It's a little bit salty, I would say.
Jason Miller, the Getter CEO, he wrote it.
And I don't think that Jack Dorsey would like it too much.
Let me just put it that way.
steve bannon
Tim, how do people get to you on Getter?
By the way, War Room is going to be tweeting, it's going to be put up on Getter.
We're going to be doing it live on my account and on the War Room account.
How do people get to you on Getter?
unidentified
Get to me on Getter, it's at Tim Murtaugh, T-I-M-M-U-R-T-A-U-G-H, at Tim Murtaugh, and we're gonna be expecting to see President Trump come in pretty hot tonight, and you're right, he's been previewing this speech, or his team has, talking about it's time for real leadership in the White House, and what Joe Biden has done over the last week or so has just been egregious.
steve bannon
Okay, Tim, thank you very much.
Short commercial break, back with Dr. Malone in The War Room in a second.

Okay, welcome back in the War Room.
Okay, here's the thing is, and I need everybody to be a force multiplier.
Real America's Voice is going to be streaming this live tonight, as other people are too.
I'm sure when America, probably Newsmax will be there.
Real America's Voice, I think Ben Berquam is going to be down there to try and get to Ben.
But this speech has metastasized into something much bigger than a rally to support Mo Brooks.
In his run for the Senate in really the heart of Trump country down in Alabama, it is now because of the crises, multiple crises hitting the Biden administration, it becomes something much, much, much more.
President Trump started the week, Monday morning, first thing out of the box, calling for Joe Biden to resign and step down.
That's never happened before in American history.
Remember, we take President Trump's words very seriously on this show, because he's not only the leader of the MAGA movement and America First, he is the most important president we've had since Reagan, and I argue one of the three or four or five most important presidents in history, you know, in the line of Andrew Jackson, and Abraham Lincoln, and FDR, and Ronald Reagan, and obviously George Washington.
And his return to the White House can't come a minute too soon.
And you see as these multiple crises in this illegitimate regime starts to spin out of control, okay?
And now you have all the major media trying to cover for him.
So, Getter, the important thing at Getter, without a social media platform that reaches a tremendous amount of people and is technically proficient, the other ones, I love the other attempts, but they just can't, they don't appear like they can scale This can scale, and so that's why tonight you have so many prominent conservatives on this.
Everybody should get on Getter and follow this, because they're going to be live streaming the speech and analysis of the speech of some of the top thinkers around.
And you're not going to have all the hate in the bots you've got over at Twitter.
And this is why the left is going crazy right now.
Stanford just put out a report trying to hit Uh, getter, uh, and they're trying to, they're trying to, they're trying to blow it up.
But it's, uh, it's very, very important.
I also think that we're in a stage of this.
People talking impeachment of Biden and everything like that.
I'm a big supporter of the president coming in and being the Speaker of the House for at least 100 days, uh, in, uh, after we have this sweeping victory in 2022 to start a formal impeachment process on Biden with real facts and real receipts.
unidentified
Because it's not going to start until that time.
steve bannon
But I think something more importantly, or as importantly, has to be done right now.
You've heard about these meetings President Trump's had with some of his former cabinet members up in Bedminster, but you've got Peter Navarro around, you've got Steve Cortez around, you have other people.
I think right now President Trump's got to be putting together more of a formal body Right?
To work with him almost on a daily basis to start looking at and countering.
We've got to stop this illegitimate regime from destroying the country as they spin out of control and quite frankly spin off the stage because that's what's going to happen.
They're spinning off the stage on multiple deep crises.
Invasion of the southern border, this economic plan, this embrace of modern monetary theory where they're trying to add six trillion dollars of debt and remember the debt ceiling is going to be a firestorm Back in September when they come back, just like right now, the vaccines at the schools, we told you on August 15th there's going to be a firestorm.
It's the reason we've got Dr. Malone in here today.
So multiple things, but I do think we need, you know, the British call this a shadow government, right?
That a government kind of, that you have a government in the parliamentary system, you have a government state, you also have, and we're not a parliamentary system, but you have a government that's sitting there ready to jump in in case elections called in 30 days.
I think a more formal, and I think you're going to see this tonight, I think President Trump, they're already leaking in Daily Mail, he's sitting there going, you need leadership in the White House today.
You need leadership.
We've said for a long time, this is like the 1930s, and we are inexorably being drawn into a kinetic war.
Okay?
The Chinese Communist Party is already at information and cyber war with us, they're at economic war with us, and now as you see, they've tightened their grip on the Eurasian landmass with their other criminal partners, the mullahs in Iran, now the Taliban, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan.
You see them trying to control the Eurasian landmass.
Right?
And now they've got their eyes, the transnational criminal organization has their eyes on Taiwan, which is Silicon Valley West.
If you like your F-100s, if you like your refrigerators, if you like living in a modern, industrial, post-industrial society, you've got to understand something.
Taiwan is the key to it.
Forget the moral things we have about democracy and freedom and having it.
And Biden actually said the other day, slipped and said, hey, they're an ally, right?
We're going to defend Taiwan.
You have to defend Taiwan because of the advanced chip design.
You don't have a choice.
You lose Taiwan.
We don't have a modern economy.
The Chinese Communist Party knows that.
The criminal elements looking in Tehran.
I mean, they're looking in Kabul right now, the disaster of the Biden administration.
I want to bring in now Patrick Wood.
Patrick's a great thinker.
He's got the technocracy and the hard road to world order.
He really goes back to the 1930s, but really talks about Dr. Brzezinski, who will be in history, I think, known as a much more serious thinker than Henry Kissinger.
He was Brzezinski's Mika's father.
He was National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter, but understood the development of the world to a technocracy and kind of warned people about it.
I'm not saying he was a proponent of it, but he certainly warned people about it in the early 1970s, although he put many of the elements together to lead to the technocracy.
Patrick Wood's done an amazing job, but for today, because here's what's going to happen, ladies and gentlemen, let's just get you over to the other side of the hill.
On Monday, And a lot of it's because of my in-studio co-host, Dr. Malone.
He was on the show three weeks ago.
After Dr. Malone threw down on them about these vaccines, they expedited getting the FDA approval.
On Monday morning, they're going to come up and say, FDA approval on these vaccines.
And then they're going to jam the parents and say, hey, look, you don't have a choice anymore for buddy and sis.
This is not emergency use authorization.
This is approved by the FDA.
Roll the kids into the stadiums and let's start shooting it up.
So, Patrick, you went out to Europe, brought out some amazing analysis and statistics.
I want you to walk through your piece and then I'm gonna have Dr. Malone, Rudy, live on TV respond to it.
Okay, hold on, Patrick.
Hang on a second, we didn't catch the first part of that.
Can you start from the top?
unidentified
You bet.
I'm really glad you're covering this topic because it's so important.
There have been reports coming out of the United States, of course, from the VAERS database on, you know, what kind of injuries are happening in America as a result of these messenger RNA injections.
And that's disturbing enough, but there's a comparable agency, a reporting service in Europe It's called Vigilance and it reports injuries from the EU, not from all of Europe, which is bigger than the European Union, but the numbers coming out of that database are just absolutely shocking.
There has been officially reported at least just under 19,000 deaths as of six weeks ago.
There's been reported 1.8 million injuries of various kinds and they're serious injuries, not just, oh my arm hurts or you know I've got a red spot on my arm, but these are things like cardiac problems, blood problems, ear problems, immune system problems, I mean all over the board.
And of all of the four vaccines, the messenger RNA vaccines that are shots that are being given in Europe, they're all reporting these roughly the same kinds of injuries.
There's huge injuries, for instance, with the cardiovascular system, with blood clotting and things like that.
The nervous system, I was shocked to total up 357,000 nervous system disorders that have been reported and everybody knows and says that the actual reporting is much less than what's out there because a lot of people don't report for one Okay, hold on.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Hang on.
I want to sit there because we're trying to counter when they say that, you know, guys like you and guys like Dr. Malone in the war room and we're just a font of misinformation and Bobby Kennedy and all this.
I want to make sure we stick to the facts.
And about these reporting systems, because I think they actually argue the opposite on MSNBC and CNN.
They actually say that these are raw data things that everybody can throw it in.
Nothing has to be validated.
People can just call in and that.
So they argue the opposite.
That both in the United States, the valor systems, I think it is in the system in Europe, are just where people can send their stuff in.
So it's not validated.
And there's always they've never had a complaint before.
But now that you're citing it and Dr. Malone is citing it and others are saying it all sudden, it's totally inaccurate.
Right?
So answer that for a second.
What is the, and I'll bring Dr. Maloney, the level of scrutiny, because Robert, they're arguing, they're actually arguing the opposite, that these things are just raw data, and that you're taking raw data and using it, weaponizing it to scare people.
unidentified
I would not say that this data is complete in the sense that we know everything that's out there, everything that's happening, and that's not the point of this.
In Europe, the reporting requirements are much stricter, as I understand it, than they are in the United States.
But even in the United States, I've talked to doctors who have been called up by the CDC, people who have reported an injury to VAERS, who have been contacted by a researcher just verifying and validating that, yep, doc, I'm the real guy, I did it, and this was what I had, and you know, okay, check it off.
So this is not just a raw, free-for-all Twitter sphere of reporting in America even.
Now, sure, you can say, well, maybe it's not as accurate as it should be, and it probably isn't.
I've heard that Bayer's is way backlogged right now on getting stuff in, so it's really not great.
steve bannon
Hang on a second.
Dr. Robert Malone, this analysis he put up on Technocracy in Europe, is it accurate?
And if it's accurate, for purposes of discussion, let's say it is, what does it tell you?
dr robert malone
Well, it's actually out of date.
Through July 31st, the total number of UJER vigilance... Do we have this, the other site, to put up?
...adverse drug reactions includes 20,525 dead in the EU states and 1,960,000 injuries.
There's been independent assessment.
in the EU states and 1,960,000 injuries.
There's been independent assessment.
So you may recall I went on Tucker a little while ago and I kind of got people upset because I said that VAERS was a really bad system because it's self-reporting.
And there's no doubt that's true.
Unfortunately it's the best we have because the FDA fell down on the job and didn't set up a more rigorous tracking system.
So it's what we've got.
The estimates are that it may underestimate adverse events in the range of between ten and a hundred fold.
The independent analysis, I've just pulled up a credible independent analysis that's Comparing overall death rates pre and post vaccination and estimating vaccine-associated deaths in the United States, they're estimating between 72,000 and 180,000 vaccine-induced deaths in the United States.
80,000 vaccine-induced deaths in the United States.
unidentified
What's the site?
dr robert malone
I've sent this to you.
Cameron has the link to it.
steve bannon
Yeah, I got that, but what does it say?
dr robert malone
groundingtheearthsubstack.com estimating vaccine-induced mortality.
steve bannon
Yeah, but how do you pull something from a substack?
Okay, let's take a short commercial break.
We'll be back in a second.

War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got a jammed show here, and we're going to get to the bottom of what...
Our out music is so good, we decided to play it twice today.
I love this.
We can't get the cold opens up.
We can't get the graphs up, but we can play the out music multiple times.
Not that we don't feel the starting team on Saturdays.
Okay.
Let's take a deep breath.
This is very important.
Here's why.
Dr. Malone came on here a couple of weeks ago, right?
Had explosive observations backed up by analysis that the vaccine actually exacerbated In many cases, the problem, the virus, okay?
The ever since then has been a mad rush and we kept saying and we know they focus on the show that on August 15th, when school goes back, that's when the firestorm is really going to start because even many parents who have been vaccinated will not allow given the informations out there and particularly the fact that it's just under emergency use authorization, they want to see a regular FDA process.
So, on Monday, We're hearing, and the New York Times is leaking, on Monday, the FDA is going to come out and they're going to give authorization, I think, for the... Just Pfizer.
Just Pfizer.
But, we've had now reporting from all over the world, and Patrick of Wood at the Technocracy website, one of the smartest guys out there, has been all over this.
I know Frank Gaffney has alerted me, all the people that alert me to what's the The hottest thing out there.
Patrick's been all over this.
You've got a European site.
Now there's some updated numbers of that.
There's been a U.S.
site.
Dr. Malone's been on Tucker to say, hey, nobody had a problem with these numbers before, although they are wrong numbers.
They never had a problem before, but now they're showing stuff that they don't want to talk about.
They're all wrong.
I want to ask you, Dr. Malone, and Patrick Wood's still with us, but I got to ask you, why is this a normal FDA?
I thought the FDA processed authorized vaccines.
And here's my thing.
I'm not an anti-vaxxer.
I'm very vaccine hesitant because I was taught in this thing when we start war in pandemic the herd immunity came from really having the virus and building up antibodies and that was what was going to get us through it.
Now all of a sudden they don't talk about herd immunity and in fact in New York City if you've had the virus that doesn't get you off the vaccine passports.
Is this process with the FDA?
Have they run a process that is not going to just crush the institution and have people question all vaccines?
dr robert malone
So I'm not privileged to what they've been evaluating the Pfizer package.
I spoke to them about this a couple months ago.
They have a whole new package than the one that got leaked from Japan.
But it does seem there's the appearance that there's political pressure to get the Pfizer approved ASAP for various strategic and tactical objectives.
steve bannon
Well, the strategic objective would be to take the women are thinking of going on strike on a nationwide strike on 13 September.
We just had the two of the women on here organizing that to basically cut funding to the schools.
The reason they want to do this is about the adolescents and then the children.
It's about the vaccines for those, correct?
dr robert malone
Yeah, and also giving cover to the universities and to the various businesses and to the hospitals to enforce vaccination.
You've also got a lot of revolts going on with nurses right now and health care personnel that are not happy about being forced to take a vaccine that only provides about 39% protection.
The fold efficacy for protection against infection is about 39% with Pfizer.
steve bannon
39%, that's in the Forbes article, correct?
dr robert malone
Correct.
steve bannon
Can we pull that Forbes article up?
Let's pull the headline.
I want to make sure everything that Dr. Malone is talking about here is backed up by either research or a news story that cites a fact.
How do you get FDA approval?
Look, I'm a simple guy.
I don't understand.
How do you get FDA approval on something that's only got 39% efficacy?
dr robert malone
I don't understand the logic.
This is not a particularly effective vaccine.
I think they're going to cover by saying, well, it's protecting against death and disease, even though it's not protecting against infection and spread.
steve bannon
Walk us through that again.
dr robert malone
So there's, this disease has two parts to it.
There's the virus infection, replication, and transmission.
That's separate.
The disease is your body's hyper-inflammatory response to that.
And so this vaccine is, and remember, unless you're really elderly, your probability of getting disease or death is in In the range of .001%, okay?
It's extremely low, your event rate, particularly if you're under 50.
If you don't have some comorbidity like diabetes or bad heart or morbid obesity or something like that.
So they've got a problem.
What they do is they aggregate the deaths and disease across the whole population when the truth is it's all clustered in the elderly and those with high risk.
So these vaccines are not protecting against the infection very well at all.
It's still spreading.
That's the importance of that CDC slide deck that was leaked to the Washington Post, which is that they show clearly, and that was assuming an even better efficacy for infection than that is now being shown.
They showed clearly, even with the best practices of masking and 100% vaccine uptake, they cannot stop the spread of Delta.
It will infect.
It will spread, no matter what they do.
Now, what they haven't done is enable therapies for people that can be applied in outpatient environment, and that's what we really ought to be doing.
But we'll talk about that later.
steve bannon
We're in trouble.
Those are the solutions.
One question I want to ask Patrick Wood to stay over.
We're going to get everything jammed into the second hour.
If they come up with FDA approval on Monday for Pfizer, what does that mean for Moderna and the others?
Is that where they're going to stop trying to push that?
dr robert malone
That is an excellent question.
steve bannon
I mean, how do we do this when one is approved and then the most controversial is always the one that you're the lead scientist that invented it, the messenger RNA.
What happens?
dr robert malone
That is exactly what's been on my mind, is what happens if they approve Pfizer and they haven't approved the others.
In theory, that should make it so the others can't be used.
steve bannon
This is my point.
Look, this is not my line of country, but correct me if I'm wrong, if FDA approves a vaccine, doesn't that make all the other experimental ones, although on emergency use, should be full stop, full engines all stop, and you just push the Pfizer?
dr robert malone
That's the way I read the emergency use authorization guidance, and furthermore, that EUA guidance says the efficacy has to be 50% or greater for EUA, which we're not meeting right now.
steve bannon
Well, how can you get, by the way, the 39% is off which one?
Is that off the advisor?
How can you get, if 50% is for emergency use, how can he have something that's 39% that gets full approval?
dr robert malone
It sure seems like the rules just don't matter anymore.
steve bannon
I mean, you're a vaccinologist.
You dedicate your life to this.
Have you ever seen anything like this in your life?
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
Have your colleagues seen anything like this in their lives?
dr robert malone
The ones that I speak to are perplexed.
It just doesn't make sense.
There's a whole lot of things here that just don't make sense.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
