| Dr. Malone, on Monday, the FDA, some of the you've worked in and out with for years and years and years, is going to approve. | ||
| New York Times is saying they're going to approve The Pfizer vaccine. | ||

| What does that mean? | ||
| You've been at this for a long time. | ||
| What is that going to mean for the other, in your professional opinion, what is that going to mean for the messenger RNA vaccines? | ||
| Well, the one that they're going to approve is also an mRNA vaccine. | ||
| It's the Pfizer one. | ||
| And by the way, it's the vaccine that has the lowest durability of the two mRNA vaccines. | ||
| So, We're going to talk about that a little bit later with Kevin Homer and his own experience. | ||
| But what it means, I think, it's hard for me to see how you can continue deploying vaccinating people. | ||
| with the Moderna and the J&J product here in the United States when they're not licensed and the Pfizer one is. | ||
| Is technically the emergency use authorization goes away for the other two when the other one's approved? | ||
| The way it's written ambiguously it says that if there's an alternative at the time the EUA is granted Then the eat went evaluated, then it can't be granted. | ||
| So there is a backdoor in there. | ||
| And what we've seen is they kind of don't care about intent anymore. | ||
| They do whatever they want to do. | ||
| And so I won't be surprised if we continue to see these other two deployed. | ||
| If they're fast-tracking the Pfizer for approval, did they not, did the numbers just, they must have been doing the same process for Moderna and J&J. | ||
| Is your belief they just didn't have the evidence, or the data, or how do you, and it's such a bad look. | ||
| If I'd sat and gotten the Moderna, I'd go, hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, what happened here, right? | ||
| I'd get, they'd do a bait-and-switch on me. | ||
| Wouldn't they have brought them along both at the same time? | ||
| So the data, I can't speak to the data on J&J, I haven't dove deep into that, but Moderna is three times the dose of mRNA of the Pfizer one and the Moderna adverse events are more frequent and broader in scope. | ||
| And we also have adverse events with the adenoviral vectored vaccines that are more prominent than are seen with the mRNA ones. | ||
| So it could well be that Moderna and J&J are having more trouble getting their packages through. | ||

| And how that's being blocked right now a lot of people aren't very familiar with that in terms of you know what what are the alternatives if you do or don't take vaccine because remember we're still having like in LA this reports are just out that over 30% of the cases in the hospital are people that are previously vaccinated. | ||
| So, what are the options in terms of treating people that could keep them out of the hospital? | ||
| Can you speak to that and can you speak to the reality of being a practicing physician trying to practice your craft in this environment? | ||

| We've treated now, between me and Dr. Freed, over 6,200 positive COVID patients. | ||
| And some of the big challenges, number one, is getting them the medications. | ||
| Using FDA-approved medications and using multi-drug therapy, you would think, would be an easy solution. | ||
| We use repurposed drugs for many other disease processes, but when The term, you know, and when hydroxychloroquine first broke, and using that triple therapy from Dr. Zelenko, it seemed to almost kind of shut down the ability to use that drug. | ||
| Later on, you see what Dr. Corey broke, and the ivermectin, and now they're being suppressive of that. | ||
| You look at the studies from using NAC, N-Acetyl Cysteine, or NAC, And now they're trying to pull that off the shelves and make that prescription only. | ||
| So it's very interesting that the medications that seem to be working, we're not able to use or able to get, or we're having to fight with pharmacies to get them to fill it. | ||

| It's just the pharmacies practicing medicine without a license instead of the physician being able to practice medicine. | ||

| So, Dr. Vliet, over a year ago, you published an article in the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons titled, In War on COVID-19, Doctors Need Freedom to Use Weapons at Hand. | ||
| And that gets right to the core of the issue. | ||
| And yet here we are a year later and physicians are still not able to practice medicine because of central edicts coming down from the CDC and the NIAID in terms of how thou shalt treat this disease. | ||
| Can you walk us through where that stands right now and the logic of states having the right to regulate medicine, not the federal government? | ||

| In fact, I have spoken with pharmacies directly myself. | ||
| CVS has a corporate policy to direct their pharmacists not to dispense with a physician's legitimate prescription. | ||
| It's uncomfortable, it's an interference, and it cannot continue. | ||
| There are lawsuits underway to stop it. | ||
| Number one. | ||
| Number two, we also know that state governors are still interfering with the practice of medicine. | ||
| Politicians, not politicians. | ||
| And so we have to be careful. | ||
| Yes, states have always regulated the practice of medicine, but the Federation of State Medical Board, the central organization, is the one taking their marching order from the CDC and NIH to prevent doctors from practicing medicine. | ||
| They are issuing directions to the state medical board to our doctors. | ||
| We have many in our organization. | ||
| We have many writing into us at Truth for Health Foundation, a public charity advocating for the public good that President of and leading the state on medical freedom and prevention of censorship. | ||
| And one of the things that is happening is that this coordination of efforts, we have to remember, yes, under the 10th Amendment, it is states' rights to regulate the practice of medicine, but that is being regulated at the state level by politicians now, not by a physician, and by a coordinated effort to suppress medical freedom. | ||
| So, we need to attack the central issue of medical censorship of early treatment works. | ||
| Vaccines are not the sole answer. | ||
| Vaccines carry massive risk. | ||
| We just did an international press conference through the World Health Foundation on the vaccine threats to fertility, male and female, and pregnancy, that have been covered up since 2012, and we presented the scientific evidence. | ||

| In May, I measured our spike protein antibodies. | ||
| Now, I know the CDC says don't measure spike protein antibodies, but I'm a pathologist and I'm incorrigible, so I measured spike protein antibodies. | ||
| And sure enough, we both had spike protein antibodies. | ||
| This is the antibody that you ought to have after having taken a vaccine. | ||

| But I didn't stop there. | ||
| I decided to measure again a few months later. | ||
| So just a couple of weeks ago, I measured spike protein levels again. | ||

| I've got a vaccine card. | ||
| I can go eat in one of those restaurants in New York City that folks who don't have a vaccine card can. | ||

| That was the whole logic of the strategy with the spike protein was to have inactivating or neutralizing antibodies against the receptor-binding domain. | ||

| We also earlier had a presentation, I think it was in the Forbes magazine, that the efficacy for blocking transmissibility is about 39%. | ||

| These, not only are the vaccine cards non-predictive, For whether or not you're going to be potentially infected and shedding virus, but we know the basic protection rate from infection replication and shedding is less than 40%. | ||
| We know that the titers, the level of virus in infected people that have been previously vaccinated is at least as high if not higher than the people that were unvaccinated. | ||
| Basically, Dr. Homer, What does this mean about the ability of the vaccine and the vaccination to predict whether or not you're going to be at risk for spreading virus to other people if you go into public places? | ||
