| So let's take a trip back through those numbers. | ||
| We just learned in the last hour that amongst independents, he faces a 52%. | ||
| Joe Biden faces a 52%. | ||
| Disapproval with just a 38% approval rating of his work. | ||
| He has a 51% unfavorability amongst independents. | ||
| But this is what really intrigued me about this as well. | ||
| They asked corollary questions About how comfortable people were with Joe Biden's ability to handle international crises. | ||
| Only 38% of people said that they were comfortable that Joe Biden was able to handle international crises. | ||
| They also asked if people believe that he is sincere, authentic, if he means what he says. | ||
| Most people said that they don't think he means what he says. | ||
| They just think he says things that he thinks they want to hear. | ||
| They also said that they don't think he's able to unite the country, and as I said at the very beginning of all of this, they also said that they are pessimistic about the future under Joe Biden. | ||
| Now Steve, here's the big crescendo of all of this. | ||
| Only 61% of people in the YouGov Economist poll Oh my god. | ||

| Biden legitimately won the election. | ||
| That's an incredibly... | ||

| It's an extraordinary number when you consider that this is an economist YouGov poll. | ||
| They typically reach people that they want to reach. | ||
| They typically wait their polls in the way political establishment wants their polls weighted. | ||
| And even they are saying that it's coming to it's coming close to half and half in this country now. | ||
| Isn't it, by the way, isn't the weighting here plus 14 for Democrats? | ||
| I read it, but I want to make sure I got it. | ||
| It's weighted towards Democrats, correct? | ||

| It's obviously a weighted poll. | ||
| This is The Economist, best magazine in the world. | ||
| It is the official voice, the official tip sheet for the party of Davos. | ||

| And, you know, I just thought to myself, you know, you walk around, I walk around a lot of towns, a lot of cities across the United States, and I have yet to meet anybody, anybody, because I'll just, I'll talk to everyone. | ||

| Who will forcefully explain to me that Joe Biden won and that Joe Biden won with a historical number of votes. | ||
| You don't get those people. | ||
| You don't get anybody out there arguing those things. | ||
| But you do get plenty of people out there, whether it's at the blackjack tables or at the pool sides or at the bars and the restaurants all over this country, who have told me they simply don't believe it. | ||
| So in addition to all of the data and all of that, I can tell you anecdotally, there's no support for this guy out there. | ||

| First up, before we get to what's happening in Arizona, I've got to talk to you about this DOJ thing. | ||

| Is DOJ, is this threat, and it ain't so subtle, to Arizona? | ||
| Is this going to back off patriots in the great state of Arizona, sir, on getting the full forensic audit completed and people held accountable for what happened on 3 November? | ||

| This is not going to get anybody to back off for anything. | ||
| First of all, the DOJ doesn't care about charging people. | ||
| They just want to put people in custody. | ||
| Think about the people in D.C. | ||
| that have been in solitary confinement for months. | ||
| They're not going to charge them. | ||
| They just want to hold them in custody to act as a threat against the people Who want to make sure that their election was fraud-free. | ||
| And I got news for Merrick Garland. | ||
| There's this little thing called the Constitution. | ||
| You might want to pull it out and read it. | ||
| In fact, I'd even be happy to send you a copy. | ||
| Article 1, Section 4. | ||
| Let me read it to you, Merrick. | ||
| The times, places, and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives. | ||
| Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2. | ||
| It is the legislature that has responsibility for Nominating and naming the electors for president. | ||
| So I would advise Merrick Garland and his team of thugs that now occupy the Department of Justice tread very lightly. | ||
| Our Attorney General, I spoke with their representative this morning. | ||
| I'm not going to put him on the hook for anything, but you're going to walk into a very surprising reception if you try to do anything in this state that interferes with legislative authority for handling our elections. | ||

| So I can take it that the patriots out there and elected officials like yourself, Wendy Rogers, the great president of the Senate, Karen Fann, Sonny Borelli, others, and even, I assume, Brnovich, who's not been with us, but I think is getting old time religion because he's facing, you know, he wants to be a U.S. | ||
| Senator. | ||
| People are out there saying, don't mess with Arizona. | ||
| We'll take care of our own business. | ||
| Is that what I'm hearing? | ||
| That's exactly what you're hearing, Steve. | ||
| And, you know, there's a lot of people talking about grand jury. | ||
| Here's the problem with Grand Jury, as much as I would love to see it go into the Grand Jury, that is, since this show seems to be about gambling, that's a huge gamble. | ||
| Because the minute it goes into a Grand Jury, there is no more discussion about it. | ||
| It goes into a secrecy skiff. | ||
| And we don't know what the outcome of that could be. | ||
| Now, there's a number of things that we are following up on. | ||
| Part of it will end up being a canvas. | ||
| Some of it is going to be new information. | ||
| I'm getting information. | ||
| To this day, I am still getting more information from people who saw something but didn't know what to make of it until the last few days. | ||
| That is the power of what you and the team at War Roamers doing. | ||
| Because you're getting the message out, people are beginning to question, hey, wait a minute. | ||
| You know, what I saw, that actually might be relevant. | ||
| I need to get that to somebody. | ||

| They want people to sit down, shut up, and just let us rule the country. | ||

| I've got a 60% approval rating in the job that I'm doing. | ||
| That is quite a platform to start a Secretary of State run on. | ||
| Yeah, that's also got to be inverse of what Biden and the DOJ are doing too. | ||

| I'd like to stay over Jim Hoff. | ||
| We're backed up, but we got to get this. | ||
| We saw these letters going back and forth and more subpoenas are talking about they want more information. | ||
| What's the latest from your perspective? | ||
| Understanding you're not on the inside, but you're very close to what's happening on when we can start to see some results and some firing missives going back to Maricopa County about what they have not done yet. | ||
| Yeah, so the secondary subpoenas are a reiteration of, we want the routers and we want the Splunk logs. | ||
| You're not going to get away with not providing those. | ||
| And if ultimately this ends up being a grand jury thing that gets referred by the report that comes out for the audit, alright, so be it. | ||
| At some point that's going to happen. | ||
| The other part of the subpoena is documentation. | ||
| It kind of goes along with our effort right now. | ||
| You see that there's no inconsistencies, no discrepancies, no fraud. | ||
| Okay, the burden of proof is now shifted off of the Senate and on to Maricopa County. | ||
| You're going to have to start proving some of the claims that you've made. | ||
| So for example, the 72,000, 74,000 ballots that are mail-in ballots with no record of being mailed out, but a record of being received. | ||
| Well, they were used for another purpose. | ||

| Well, Steve, I think, first of all, it's going to be the responsiveness of Maricopa County to the documentation that supports their claim about the 70,000 plus ballots. | ||

| They're just going to sit there and go, we're not slow walking. | ||
| We're saying no. | ||

| Well, if they choose not to respond and to not comply with the subpoena, The Senate will run with the report that it has, and then it will really be on their onus to have the burden of proof to prove that the Senate is wrong. | ||
| At some point, they're going to have to do that. | ||
| So, you know, the ballots are going back to, actually they're going to Maricopa County to the Treasurer's Office. | ||
| When does the Senate, understand the ballots are not going back to the Supervisors, they're going to go someplace where they're locked under seal. | ||
| When does the Senate, as you see it now, what's the trip wire? | ||
| They say, hey, if you're going to do this, if you're going to hunker down, And we got to get more subpoenas and more court and more grand jury. | ||
| When do you think the Senate of Arizona says, we've had a belly full of this, we're going to decertify these. | ||
| How about this? | ||
| Suck on this. | ||
| We'll never get to the bottom of it, but we do know that we don't have enough information to actually say that electors should have been certified. | ||
| So we're just going to decertify. | ||
| When do you think that date is going to happen? | ||
| Because trust me, ladies and gentlemen, write this down on the 29th of July. | ||
| That is where we're heading. | ||
| Don't think they're going to cough up any of this information. | ||
| They ain't never going to give you the routers. | ||
| I don't care if you start hauling them in, they're not going to give you the routers, because the routers are going to expose the scams, so they're not going to do it. | ||
| So somebody's going to have to step up at some point in time, and Bronovich can do everything. | ||
| Somebody's going to step up at some point in time and say, hey, you know what? | ||
| If you're going to play hardball like this, we don't have the information. | ||
| We've got to go back, look at the certification, and we've got to decertify this. | ||
| So when's that going to happen? | ||

| What I can say, though, is the logical endpoint of the report from the Senate, We'll likely contain three things. | ||
| One is incompetence. | ||
| One is faithful competence to a flawed process. | ||
| And the third is criminality of some kind. | ||
| Once that report is done, I think it's logical to assume that it will be referred to the Arizona Attorney General for them to determine whether or not there are civil or criminal charges that have to be brought. | ||
| At that point, They'll have the opportunity to lay down the smackdown, as you say, and seize that equipment under right of law, under responsibility of law. | ||
| Do I think that's going to happen within the next 30 days? | ||
| Yeah. | ||
