| We had a number of congressmen have the courage today to go down Personally to the DC Jail and investigate these conditions as you can see in this clip that they were rebuffed But I'm pleased to welcome to the war room Matt Gates and MTG Start with you MTG. | ||
| What was the purpose of going down to the jail today? | ||
| And what do you know about the condition of the folks as they are being treated? | ||
| We decided to go to the jail today because we've sent letters, we've asked many questions, what's happening to these detainees. | ||
| We've heard all the stories and the stories are horrifying. | ||
| We're hearing the abuse that these people have been through. | ||
| We're hearing that they don't get to meet with their attorneys, talk to their family members. | ||
| We've heard about solitary confinement. | ||
| We've heard about beatings. | ||
| We've heard so many bad things. | ||
| And as members of Congress, we have oversight over these type of institutions like federal prisons. | ||
| We go to detention centers at the border. | ||
| We walk through and see everything there. | ||
| We vote to fund these places. | ||
| And we went there to ask questions and see what's happening there in the prison here in Washington, D.C. | ||
| We were told we were trespassing, which was unbelievable. | ||
| They told members of Congress that we were trespassing. | ||
| Their attitudes were defiant, completely defiant, and then as you just saw in the clip, Where you saw Matt locked out when he walked up to the door, even with his mask on. | ||
| They asked him to wear the mask. | ||
| Locked out and he was, you know, asking nicely, may we come in? | ||
| We were waiting to talk to the supervisor and they didn't want to talk to us. | ||
| Let me ask, let me ask Matt this. | ||

| What do we know about any, is there been any charging documents of these folks? | ||
| I mean, look, there was, there was significant violence on Capitol Hill. | ||

| But at the same time, as I understand it, nobody In jail has been charged with insurrection. | ||
| Nobody's been really charged with an offense that would be warranting essentially a no bail Guantanamo Bay type situation. | ||
| Matt, what do you know as a congressman, as a lawyer about the status of these detainees? | ||
| Not nearly enough. | ||
| We sent a letter to the Attorney General asking for the array of charges and the basis for the deprivations and liberty for these particular people. | ||
| And we are not here to prejudge any particular case or advocate for any particular detainee. | ||
| Our concern is for the American system of justice. | ||
| Because what we know is the world is watching. | ||
| And if the Biden administration just utilizes power to keep people locked up, maybe with Incomplete charges, maybe with misdemeanor charges, well then that justifies some of the worst actions of some of the worst despots in the world. | ||
| We were hopeful to get answers, to review them, and to engage in a thoughtful process. | ||
| The Attorney General of the United States would not allow us into the lobby at the Department of Justice. | ||
| Do the numbers for me. | ||

Do we know how many people are actually... Over 500 people have been arrested. | |
| And it's unclear as to the status of how many are at this particular facility or elsewhere. | ||
| And how many of them were arrested in the possession of guns or other... We're unaware of any weapons charges. | ||
| And of those people in there, what percentage of them do we know anything about were the most, let's say the most violent, the ones that might have broken windows or acted aggressively? | ||
| Because if you look at the videos of this, there were a lot of people | ||
| Inside the perimeter who appear to be just well, that's the point Peter You see the point is if we segregate out the violent individuals and deal with those cases fairly in our criminal justice system Then we can move on from this and work on important issues like confronting China, but you see they don't want to do that What they want to do is use January 6th as a blood libel against the entire MAGA America first How can they keep this information from the American people? | ||

| How many of these people have lawyers of their own as opposed to public offenders? | ||
| And of those, are you able to talk to the lawyers? | ||
| Would you be able to schedule visits? | ||
| Are they under such Such fascist rule right now that they're literally you can't touch or reach them? | ||
| Those basic questions that you're asking constitute the questions that we have asked for months with no response. | ||
| And so it's frustrating to not be able to answer these questions for you. | ||
| I'm on the damn Judiciary Committee and I can't answer these questions for you. | ||
| These are basic questions. | ||
| Let's be clear to the American people. | ||
| These are the most basic questions. | ||

| But I think there's another explanation here for why they are deviating so greatly from normal standards. | ||
| Because if you treat these people like anyone else that might have committed a federal misdemeanor, then you can't say that this is an ongoing national security threat. | ||
| So I believe that there are people who under almost any other circumstance would be out on the road in recognizance, but to make a political point are behind bars right now because the Biden administration, the intelligence community, they want to turn these exquisite authorities in the national security apparatus inward to the American people to hunt our people. I wonder what do we know about the people who aren't in jail right now who should be that might have been part of what looks to be some kind of entrapment or instigation? | ||

| I talked to a couple of people when we were in California. | ||
| I went and visited the church that Tim Thompson has, that he was arrested, one of the pastors arrested in California during the shutdowns. | ||
| And I met several people there, and they were telling me terrible stories. | ||
| But they were just here in Washington, D.C., the two men. | ||
| They were on Capitol grounds, but they did not go into the Capitol at all. | ||
| The FBI raided their homes in the middle of the night. | ||
| They took pictures of their daughters, one man's daughter's drawing of her holding an American flag that said, I'm a patriotic American. | ||
| They drug the other man's wife out of the bed, handcuffed her. | ||
| She was in her nightclothes. | ||
| They took her outside and the newspaper happened to be there and took pictures of her and that ended up on the front page newspaper and she wasn't even in Washington D.C. | ||
| She was in California on January 6th. | ||
| That would ruin her life. | ||
| What Peter wants to know though is are there animating elements of the criminal conduct Within our government, or manipulated by our government, or directed by our government. | ||
| And let me just refer you to this issue of Michigan, where we discovered that of the 18 people involved in the attempted kidnapping of Governor Whitmer there, 12 of them, 12 of them, Twelve of them were FBI including the main architects, okay, so I mean that that is to me. That's the clearest case of Hoover ask entrapment I've ever seen now if I was a local prosecutor in Michigan | ||
| Yes, I would indict the FBI under a Rico theory so the question is Did that happen here Well, the very person who was running the field office in Michigan that oversaw that operation got a big promotion and ended up in Washington D.C. | ||

| And so it wouldn't be unreasonable to say, gosh, the thing that got me the promotion, animating criminal conduct within an organization, to be able to To bring the full weight of the law against that organization, to see that replicated in some other way. | ||
| Are you two able to do anything formally with any kind of significant powers to conduct an alternative investigation, what happened in January 6th, to get to the bottom of this entrapment issue, to get to the bottom of why these people, many of them are in jail without bail, that likely should at least be released or charged. | ||
| We are not going to be able to utilize the powers of the House of Representatives to do that, but Marjorie Taylor Greene is suing Nancy Pelosi. | ||
| She is not just in the chamber, and so I think we may have to use the legal process. | ||
| We may have to seek subpoena power in some way. | ||
| We may have to even rely on some of our partners in the Senate. | ||

| So why haven't we done that? | ||

| Did we know, did the DC Police, the Capitol Police, did we know that something was going to happen and just didn't do it? | ||

| Well, we have been told that the intelligence was there, that there was going to be violence on January 6th. | ||
| Everyone knows about the pipe bombs on January 5th. | ||
| We also know that the National Guard was requested to be at the Capitol, and I was told personally by a Capitol Police officer that there were 500 officers ready to come from the National Guard. | ||
| They were ready to go. | ||
| They were never given the order to go to the Capitol, and that responsibility falls squarely on the Speaker of the House, and that's Nancy Pelosi. | ||

| But most of these people are not being held in custody. | ||
| They are so overrun. | ||
| Border Patrol is so overrun. | ||
| Over a million apprehensions this year. | ||
| This is, like you said, uncharted territory, and it continues to happen. | ||
| I've been standing here going back and forth in Acuna all day, And it's been non-stop. | ||
| People from Haiti, people from Venezuela, we had people from Cameroon coming across. | ||

| And as the lockdowns continue, as you're being told to put the face diaper back on your face, and that you have to get a vaccine, we are being overrun at our southern border. | ||
| And I believe it goes back to the reason why we're having these sham investigations about January 6th, and why we're holding these political prisoners, why we don't have equal justice under the law, why we're not doing the things to secure our elections for 2022. | ||

| Yes, what I'm hearing from Border Patrol, we've already got over a million. | ||
| We're just over halfway through the year. | ||
| And what I'm being told is they still estimate that they're only catching a third to a half of what's actually coming across. | ||
| They've had 200,000 getaways, so they've had a million apprehensions, plus a million was a month ago. | ||
| You add to what they've had this month, and what I've seen today, it's the worst I've ever seen it. | ||
| You had 200,000 getaways, and you add the potential, you know, three times to five times what they're actually apprehending compared to what's actually getting in. | ||
| And then you look at the map of where COVID's spreading, And you ask yourself, I just want one real reporter in that White House to ask the question, how many of these people coming across have the Delta variant and where are you sending them? | ||
| Are you sending them to the red states that we see this supposed uptick in COVID? | ||
| Not a single supposed journalist has asked that question. | ||
| I want to hear somebody ask it. | ||
| And Ben, to be clear here, this is pure catch-and-release policy, right? | ||
| Even though they're being, quote, apprehended, it's basically that they give a court date for some future date that they will never basically adhere to. | ||

| Are we seeing a number of these illegal aliens just surrender themselves, or do we see a substantial number attempting to get away? | ||
| You know, when I spoke with Border Patrol, they were surprised at the number who just walk up and say, I'm here to surrender, because they know that a surrender will not result in a detainment. | ||
| It will result in them getting a taxpayer-funded plane ticket anywhere in the country where they can claim that they have a connection. | ||
| Both are happening and what we've seen going on and you can see the video that was from earlier today from this location. | ||
| We've had about 10 different groups come just through here. | ||
| And by the way, thank you Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz. | ||

| We need more representatives like you that are actually out there fighting. | ||

| These are the people that have been trained by leftist activists in Central America and Mexico and South America being told all you have to do is turn yourself in you get a free plane ticket around the country. Those people end up being the distraction that the cartel uses to push their drugs in all the around the rest of the country and so as as we've got these large groups and in some cases up to a thousand crossing at once in one location then you've got just up river you've got the drug smugglers and the sex offenders. | ||

| and in order to uh... not show the american people how bad it was they've actually started chartering private planes and putting them filling planes and sending them around we've also got word that they're using air force bases here in texas to use the uh... | ||

| It's like you're throwing open the border to the largest influx of illegal immigrants we've ever had in the middle of a pandemic, when a Delta variant, which is highly infectious, is coming in, and then these people are being put on planes to God knows where? | ||

| The United States government has become the largest human trafficker in the world because we take these people at the border and then we often are sending them to other cartel handlers who then have these people in indentured servitude and who continue to exploit them. | ||

| America is the number two country in the world for human trafficking. | ||
| That's modern-day slavery only followed by Russia. | ||

| And this is what we're trying to evaluate, is that the CDC made this guidance based off a study in India that has not been peer reviewed, that had a hundred people, healthcare workers, that were not vaccinated with the shots that were approved in America. | ||
| So where is this guidance coming from? | ||
| And we've been questioning this every step of the way. | ||
| When it came to hydro, oh my goodness, I always have a hard time saying this, hydroxychloroquine. | ||

And all of the other therapies that many doctors around the world rallied for, saying, yeah, if we treat these patients early on that have COVID-19, we've seen results. | |

| But all of what we have been saying since the very beginning has been proven to be true. You just have to question. You've got to question the science, you've got to question the experts, and you've got to look into things. | ||
| To that point, your page was one of the very first places to basically say that the virus likely came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is, by the way, a P4 bioweapons lab that the People's Liberation Army of China operates. Weren't you the first one to say that, Peter? | ||

| So in January 24th, 2020, so this is very early on. | ||
| This is before anyone was even focused on the coronavirus. | ||
| Bill Gertz, one of our columnists, wrote an article and it was entitled, Coronavirus May Have Originated in a Lab Linked to China's Bio-Warfare Program. | ||
| He cited an Israeli operative who went on the record and said that the Wuhan lab is linked to the Chinese military and they're developing bioweapons. | ||
| He went on the record to say this. | ||
| And so we produced a column. | ||
| That said, quoting from this respected Israeli intelligence officer, that this could be a possibility. | ||
| Immediately, as soon as the article was released, Bill and I and everyone was looking like, how do we find this online? | ||
| We couldn't find it online. | ||
| It was basically vanquished. | ||
| From social media. | ||
| And so then we go to Facebook, and then we go to Twitter, and then we go to Google. | ||
| We published this article, the article's up. | ||
| And they're just like, yeah, we're not sure if this is correct. | ||
| And so that's when they employed their fact checkers in the mainstream media. | ||
| Stop there just for a second, because I want to make a point. | ||
| It's like, it's like it wasn't just one place. | ||
| It was all of them, which suggests oligopolistic collusion here amongst these social media oligarchs. | ||

Yes, and what I'm also explicitly telling you is that these guys took it down and then were trying to justify the reason for taking it down, right? | |
| Because we were asking them. | ||
| And then all of a sudden we saw fact-checking pop up from USA Today, from Politifact, saying that there is no evidence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology has any links to the Chinese military. | ||
| Because at that time, China was saying, that's absolutely untrue. | ||
| Like, we don't know where this... So they were taking CCP talking points to disprove Bill's article. | ||
| And then once they had those fact checks in hand, they came to us and they were like, you've got to retract this article, and you've got to take it down from your site. | ||
| We're not going to promote it, but you've got to retract it. | ||
| Kelly, you've talked about the influence of the Chinese Communist Party on major influences within the United States. | ||
| Let me ask you about another powerful influence. | ||
| To what extent do you think your colleagues in the media are motivated by the massive advertising buys from Big Pharma in their coverage of these vaccines? | ||

I think that you can't discount that theory in the fact that you can't discount how the NIH And the CDC are influenced by the massive donations they get from the pharmaceutical industry every single day to fund their grant research, right? | |
| And then these journalists are abundantly lazy. | ||

| They like to get their talking points and they like to regurgitate. | ||
| And they are ideologically aligned with the left. | ||
| And so they'll take whatever they get from them and regurgitate them. | ||
| And so when their sources are against Trump, When they're against, you know, uncovering the truth, or they want to hide something, the mainstream media will happily run with that narrative. | ||
| In terms of the Washington Post, we know there's an insert every week that is sponsored by China. | ||
| And how much they want to rock that apple car, I don't know. | ||
| I'm not at the Washington Post, would never want to be at the Washington Post. | ||
| So I don't know the editorial control that they have over there. | ||
| But you've got to believe that it goes into their bottom line. | ||
| I want to talk a little bit about the whole forced vaccine policy. | ||
| How have you guys covered that and what kind of pushback have you gotten? | ||
| Have you looked at the issue of the forced vaccinations of the children and others? | ||

| And Peter, we published one of your articles that looked at this and looked at just the science and what that has told us. | ||
| And that tells us that children are basically, they're not immune, but even if they contract coronavirus, they will survive from it. | ||
| It is no worse for them than the flu. | ||
| Actually, the flu is worse for them to contract it and die from than coronavirus. | ||
| And so with these vaccines that are not FDA approved, Um, there's a lot of risks that go into this unknown science and why vaccinate if the flu is not vaccinated is not mandatory in in Virginia public school system. | ||
| The flu shot is not mandatory to send your Children to public education. | ||
| Why in the world parents want to vaccinate their Children with an unknown, you know, vaccination? | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| Right now, Kelly, have you been able to report about, there's so many women talking about having problems with their menstrual cycles and having miscarriages, and then these stories that we hear about young adults and even older teenagers having problems with their heart, where there's swelling in their heart, and there's all these stories of side effects from these vaccines that, like you said, are not FDA approved. | ||

Have you been able to report about those stories and what happens when you do Yes, and Cheryl has actually reported, Cheryl Clumley, one of our columnists, has reported on, you know, the side effects for young children, and why doesn't Dr. Fauci address these issues? | |

| And within the context of that, we're going to talk a lot about the wisdom or perhaps lack thereof of a kind of a shotgun approach to a forced vaccination policy. | ||
| So, to set that up a little bit, I want to play a clip from one of the most amazing interviews Stephen K. Bannon did last week on the special he did. | ||
| So, Denver, if you can load that up for me, we're going to hit clip number two, Dr. Malone. | ||
| They have chosen to promote is that the only way that we can get back economically is to reach herd immunity. | ||
| Number two, that the only way to reach herd immunity is through vaccines. | ||
| And number three, that vaccines are perfectly safe. | ||
| And all three of those are demonstrably false. | ||
| But they got wrapped around the axle with this lie, and they can't back off. | ||
| They're too deep now. | ||
| Yeah, let's unpack that. | ||
| Malone is an amazing individual, and he's a credible Individual. | ||
| On any given day, if Malone's sitting at my left and Fauci's sitting on my right, a hundred out of a hundred times I'm going to trust Dr. Malone. | ||
| With respect to the vaccine, here's the thing. | ||
| It's like I had a hand in this with President Trump dating back to February of 2020 when I wrote a memo to the White House Coronavirus Task Force, February 9th to be exact. | ||
| It was about 10 days after President Trump courageously did the travel ban on China. | ||
| And what I said in that memo is that, hey, if we get off the dime now, we can have a vaccine mass produced 150 million doses as early as October or November. | ||
| And by the way, we would have gotten it by October if Pfizer, Big Pharma, and Albert Bourla, the CEO, hadn't collaborated and conspired with the FDA to stop that for political reasons, killed people. | ||
| That's another story we can talk about. | ||
| But the point is that Malone is the guy who invented, literally invented, the mRNA platform, which is responsible for two out of the three vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. | ||
| And Doc Hatfield, Stephen Hatfield, he's a great friend of the War Room. | ||
| He's been on the War Room many, many, many times. | ||
| Back then, Stephen and I, on that February 9th day, we were sitting there working on this memo and talking about the vaccine. | ||
| And we were very clear-eyed about the fact that all vaccines have side effects. | ||
| They're going to have side effects, and if you're lucky, they're not serious, but if you're not, they can be serious. | ||
| And so, what Malone said in that, basically, is that we've embarked on this strategy, the Fauci strategy, the Biden strategy, where you make the first presumption that the only way out of the box we're in is basically to vaccinate everybody, to get rid of the virus entirely. | ||
| And the other assumption is that the vaccine is safe. | ||
| And the problem is, as we are learning, and as Doc Hatfield and I knew back when we were working to help President Trump get this thing going, is that this wasn't gonna be like a polio smallpox scenario where you get a vaccine and totally eradicate the thing and then you just move on, right? | ||
| This was likely, more likely, going to be a case where you'd have a flu-like virus that every year you'd have mutations of it and you'd constantly be getting a vaccine like you do for the flu. | ||
| And so we're moving along this one paradigm here that is forced vaccinations of everybody when there's serious, serious and significant risks that we haven't properly Accounted for, taken into the calculus. | ||
| And we should be going in another direction. | ||
| So I'll be talking. | ||
