CDC about to reverse on indoor masking for the vaccinated, quote-unquote.
This is some serious nanny state stuff that will only breed resentment.
No kidding.
Consider resentment being magnified right here on the floor of the House of Representatives.
We are absolutely sick and tired of it, and so are the American people.
This sham of an institution is doing nothing for the American people.
Nothing for the betterment of the people that send their representatives here.
I just met this morning with an organization that tries to take care of people from human trafficking.
Met with an elected official from Mexico, while cartels are raping and pillaging and killing.
And we have people infected with COVID coming around to our southern border into Texas, and you all put masks Masks up front here?
Here on the people's house?
We got to go around and see.
Okay, we can't come to the floor.
I can't execute my constitutional duty unless I wear a mask.
Which is it?
Vaccines or masks?
Do the vaccines work or they don't work?
Do the masks work or they don't work?
I'd like to know which it is.
I'd like Dr. Fauci to come down and answer a single question about natural immunity.

Or are they just going to go around poking people, saying you must take a vaccine?

Now, I'll tell you, I did have a couple of conversations with people who got here early.
Doors don't open for a couple of hours, but there is somewhat of a line forming, and people are not really concerned.
I mean, this is pretty self-selecting, because these are people who are still coming, but they're not concerned about the pandemic.
But they did say, generally, that they don't mind having to wear a mask if they're not vaccinated, and that they didn't... The concerns about the Delta variant largely didn't stop them from attending and coming out to support their favorite artists.

Dr. Besser, Netflix, Google, and Facebook all announced they will require employees who are going back to the office to get vaccinated.
And I want to share what Shake Shack's Danny Meyer just said on CNBC.
We're going to do this ourselves in our restaurants in New York City and in Washington, D.C., our full-service restaurants, to require that all staff members be vaccinated and also to require that guests who want to dine indoors in our restaurants show proof that they've been vaccinated.

We've had over a million people cross this year.
They've been captured this year alone.
Border Patrol tells us they've captured a million people and they estimate that they're only getting one-third to one-fifth.
You can see behind me, we've actually got some locals that are trying to clean up down here.
This is an area that has just been completely overrun by garbage and trash.
This is where I, the other side of the river, I'm just outside of Acuna.
We've got a family unit, it appears, behind me that's about to cross.
They're about to go into the United States.
They're getting ready.
They said they're from Haiti.
This is a crisis.
It is out of control.
And the insanity of this, and Chip Roy is exactly right.
We're in America.
The Democrats have destroyed America's economy.
China has destroyed the world's economy.
And right now on our southern border, it's open.

Last night on the other side of the river where I'm standing right now.
Over a hundred people.
I only counted seven women and five children.
All the rest were fighting age men.
This is happening.
This is one point that you're looking at right here.
One point along our southern border of 2,000 miles and yet they're telling you to put a mask on your face.
They're telling you to get the vaccine because the Delta variant is so dangerous.
Well if that's the case, Then why are we allowing this to happen on our border?
If it's so dangerous, why, Joe Biden, and why, Kamala Harris, have you not even been to the border?
Kamala Harris went to El Paso for a photo op.
She has still not been to the border.
Right behind me, people are about to cross.
This morning, I've had four groups already cross, and I want to show you something here, Steve.
These are the documents that people are leaving, the people that are standing behind me as they're undressing to go across the river.
They're dropping their documents, their ID cards, Their passports, they've got Brazil, we've got everything here.
They're dropping them and we asked them why.
They said because it's easier to get into America if they don't know who you are.
This is the insanity that we are allowing into this country.
We have people that have sworn an oath to the Constitution and they are breaking that oath.
They're putting every single American citizen in danger and not only that, they're destroying our economy.
For what?
For what?
That's the question.
And the question I want to ask Joe Biden, I haven't seen a single reporter.
I haven't seen CNN, MSNBC, or any of the rest.
I haven't heard any of them ask this.
This is what needs to be asked of Joe Biden and the Democrats.
How many of the people that are crossing this river have the so-called Delta variant?
And where are you sending them into our country?

You did a reporting on the other side of the Rio Grande Valley and what was happening in these hotels, how it was happening.

There's no checks by Mexican officials, no temperature checks, no PCR test, no asking for IDs that they got vaccinated.
And I know these questions may sound redonkulous, but I just want to make sure we ask them.
You don't see any of that from Mexican officials, people just coming across in broad daylight.
On the other side, your reporting tells us Are government officials, when they're putting them in these buses, are they getting tested, to your knowledge, and are they being quarantined?
What exactly is going on from your eyewitness reports?

No, almost zero.
When I spoke to Border Patrol, I spoke to Brandon Judd, and he said the only ones that are tested are ones that are staying in Border Patrol custody.
Border Patrol is completely overwhelmed, so when they're sending them basically what they're doing, is giving them a ticket and saying we're going to let you know when your court date is and they're sending them into America.
They're putting them on trains and buses and airplanes and flying them and busing them around the country.
They cannot handle it here in Del Rio.
They're completely overwhelmed.
You try to get a hotel room down here in Del Rio, Texas and La Quinta is over $200 a night because they're completely sold out.
It is it's out of control.
I want to actually bring in a local here Alden Cabello.
He's a local from Texas.
He's actually living down here in Acuna.
Can you answer that?
What's going on down here?
Are they testing?
As this is happening, what's actually happening here on the ground?

So, I live here in Acuna and I haven't seen any local, state, federal law enforcement.
I mean, it's wide open right here at the river.
I mean, you don't see them.
As far as testing, I haven't seen any.
As we saw earlier, Migrants are arriving at the bus station by bus.
They get a taxi.
Taxi drops them off here two blocks from the river.
They walk down and they get a free passage to the U.S.

And you know what's crazy, Steve, about this, too?
It's not just America this is affecting.
This is affecting local Mexican residents.
There's a lot of people that had passports to be able to go in, visas to be able to work in America.
And now they're starting an uprising over here because they're watching this happen, are they not?

They don't understand why if they can cross legally, they have a passport.
Right now, the bridge is closed.
They can't cross.
But yet, you have all these migrants getting a free pass into the U.S.

For those people in Mexico, the hardworking folks and the play by the rules, And work with the United States to play by the rules.

What is their frustration right now?

Their frustration, Mr. Bannon, is that families here also have families in Del Rio, so they cross back and forth.
Business owners, there's a lot of, their business is pretty much shut down.
There's a lot of businesses here in Acuña that have closed because they go back and forth.
The commerce has been affected.
I mean, they can't cross into Del Rio and get that merchandise which they, you know, sell here in Acuña and different parts of Mexico.
So, they're suffering.
Their businesses have been closed, shut down, and they're frustrated.

Yeah, look, Steve, Ben, Auden, I've been going through some of the latest polling, YouGov and The Economist.
And one of the things that really stuck out to me, you know, I've always been an immigration guy.
It's a topic that's very close to my heart.
I've written two books on the subject.
And so for me, it's very worrisome when these big polls show that immigration isn't in the top one, two or even third priorities.

If the poll is to be believed, and I know there are always questions about whether these polls are to be believed, but if the poll is to be believed, Ben, why do you think that is? Well, I had that exact call just a week ago. I got a call from a sheriff, my friend down in Yuma County, and he called me and said, guys, this has to be exposed.

What's happening down here? I've got border patrol agents calling me and begging that we come down here and report this. You can see a family unit that's crossing right behind me. There are thousands of people that cross in this location. And the reason it's not being covered is primarily because of media malpractice.
The fake news propaganda media does not want to talk about this because it exposes them for the frauds that they are.
That is the reality of this.
And the reason why Americans don't see it is because they're being pushed into this fear pandemic that we have continuing this pandemic.
And the craziest part of all of this is this is happening.
Right behind me as we speak.
So we're we're driving people into fear of COVID while our country is being invaded with thousands of people that have COVID.
It is out of control but the main reason It's because of media malpractice.
We have a complicit media in this country who does not want America to see this.
And this is what I've been asked by sheriffs and border patrol agents.
They said, Ben, come down here, show this.
The only way this is going to change is if we have an uprising across this country, an outroar from the American people saying, stop!
Joe Biden, stop!
I don't want to hear another word about COVID.
I don't want to hear another word about masks.
I don't want to hear another word about mandatory vaccines until you secure the border!
But it has to come from every American.

First thing would be be consistent, be consistent in his laws, what he's implementing.
So, like I said, Mexican nationals that can pass, I mean, they're frustrated because legally they can't cross, but illegally it's wide open, as you can see.
So that would be the first thing.
Be consistent.
And the other thing is, like I said, Mexican nationals, they're being affected, their livelihood.
So they want the opportunity to go into the U.S.
and better themselves, legally.

Brandon Judd, the Border Patrol agents, the Border Patrol Union, the sheriffs, ICE, professionals in law enforcement, and Border Patrol, overwhelmingly Hispanic, of Hispanic descent.
I think 85%, the most Hispanic of most Hispanic descent of any agency in the federal government.
The sheriffs, By and large, of Hispanic descent.
Right?
ICE agents.
We're going to have an ICE agent on later.
Of Hispanic descent.
They are unified in that this can be done.
It could be done quite simply.
It's not just that we don't have the political will.
This is an act of commission.
So when you hear all this phoniness and you can cut the tension in this town with a knife, and there's going to be more throw downs over in Capitol Hill today about forced vaccinations.
And you've got reports.
We can't play Ben Sherman's report saying, hey, really?
Establishment Republicans have had enough of the deplorables.
They've had enough of the vaccine hesitant.
They've had enough of the Chip Royce of the world.
They've had enough of the Trump movement that are questioning this.

But you don't see those guys.
You don't see any of those guys down at the border.
You don't see them say, hey, we're not going to hold in the house.
We're going to go down to McAllen.
We're going to go down to Del Rio.
Where we should reconvene the House, Chip Roy, is in Del Rio City in the Rio Grande Valley, right?
And invite hard-working Hispanic Americans from the hardscrabble counties in the Rio Grande Valley that eke out a living for their families day in and day out with hard work.

It doesn't work the way you want it to work, I understand that, but it's not a conspiracy.
You read those papers every day, it's up in your face.
So it's no conspiracy, it's in your grill.
Rahim, you, Gov, and The Economist has done a poll, and The Wall Street Journal has come out today, the collapse of Joe Biden.
Right?
And by the way, it ain't even figuring out what's happened over the last 48 hours, because you're seeing this whole thing come unwound, as we said.
Right?
And we said, all you gotta do is put pressure on these guys day in and day out, put pressure on them day in and day out, his approval rating's gonna collapse, and once it collapses, he's not gonna be able to get anything done.
And let me just note a data point before I toss it to the esteemed Raheem Kassam.
Kristen Sinema, or sometimes we refer to her President Sinema, came out this morning and said, guess what?
I'm not voting for the $3.5 trillion human infrastructure plan because it's too costly.
It's too expensive.
And implying, I believe in the debt ceiling, right?
Kristen Sinema, a Democratic, liberal senator from Arizona.
It's too expensive, and I'm not going to vote for it.
Because she sees that Joe Biden has, guess what?
No political capital.
Raheem Kassam, walk us through your analysis, sir.

Well it's a big poll, it's about 227 pages in all and I've been through every single one of them with a fine tooth comb.
I want to start with the economy.
Let's build up to Biden here, because all of this sort of undergirds just exactly why he is in the situation he is in, in terms of approval ratings and favorability.
But let's start with the economy for a second.
I've got my notes in front of me, so don't mind me if I read from them right here.
Most say that the economy is now on the wrong track, and it's not by a little margin.
It's 51% versus 33%.
That applies to almost all groups.
Hispanics and blacks appear to be a little bit more optimistic than the rest on the economy.
And Biden Democrat voters, they say that the country is on the right track, but they're wildly out of step with just about everybody else and every other group that's represented, be it 18 to 35 year olds, be it, you know, high earners, low earners, everybody else believes, you know, wrong, wrong track for the country.
In general, they feel generally pessimistic about the way the economy is going and the way the country is going.
Two thirds think the economy is doing fairly or poorly.
With only one in five calling it good and almost none, only three percent, calling those numbers excellent.
I think this morning's growth numbers that we saw released just a few hours ago as well would do nothing to aid Biden in that regard.
The American economy growing at a slower pace than even some of the most conservative projections out there.

Rahim, this is very important.
The GDP number today is 30 percent lower than they thought.
This is jacked up On, you know, as we said, we juice the economy here to get through that chasm caused by the CCP virus.
I think this growth is supposed to be 8.9.
I mean, double digit growth was given given the drop.
That was easy.
And you've had these slow employment numbers and employment, you know, the capacity of employing a fully engaged employment.

Instead of growing close to 10%, I think 18, 8.9, it was at like 6.5.

Well, I think the biggest thing on the top of people's minds is inflation.
I mean, anybody that's trying this summer to put a deck on their house and they're going to Lowe's or they're trying to go to Home Depot, the prices are soaring.
I think people are concerned about the price of gas.
People are really concerned about the direction of this country.
You know, I've talked to small business owners from one side of the district to the other.
I'm going to be in five counties today.
People are concerned because they can't get people back to work because people are still living on this free government money.
And it's got to stop.
And I can tell you that the people of the 15th want change.
You know, I knew the former congressman.
We served in the National Guard together.
But look, I'm going to D.C.
to be a fighter like Jim Jordan.
I think we can have a conservative in the 15th District.
I am that conservative.
And President Trump, I've worked with President Trump, as you know, since 2016.
I've been a big fan of his.
Everything that he accomplished in his time, he was a fighter.
And the people in the 15th District want a fighter just like President Trump.
And I'm honored to have his endorsement.

Well, let's start with the first.
The first is we have got to get control of this out-of-control spending.
Number one.
We've got to get people back to work.
We've got to bring this whole idea that it's OK to not like America and critical race theory being pushed in our schools.
I can tell you the people of the 15th District are sick and tired of hearing that.
So, you know, I'm going to push for those two things.
But I'll tell you, the other thing, I mean, as you probably know, I have a background in energy.
And this administration, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, want to completely eliminate fossil energy by 2035.
Look, even California... Is that practical?
No.
No, it's not practical.
And anybody that's listening to your show that lived in Texas and had to deal with what happened in Ericott just a couple of months ago will tell you we've got to have reliable energy in this country.
And hey, Why not use domestic natural resources, oil and gas and coal, instead of relying on the Chinese for our lithium batteries, our rare earth materials, and our windmills and solar panels?
That's what I was impressed with President Trump.
I mean, he truly made us energy independent.
And this administration and these people in Congress, I mean, they're just trying to, you know, put us back into the dark ages.

We're going to go to Arizona here later in the show, in the second hour, talk to officials out there.
Justice Department's coming out and saying a warning, hey, you get involved in these audits, and we've always said the canvas is more important than the count.
You get involved in these canvases, you're going to be up for potential criminal charges, so tread lightly is the warning they're giving.
Understand President Trump in 16, out of nowhere, he came from behind, won it by, I think, 8 or 9 points.
9 points, again, put Ohio away early, which is kind of an indicator of how this thing was stolen throughout the rest of the country.
Understanding in 15, that's Trump country.
But what are people's mindset about the full forensic audit, particularly, not just in battleground states, as it's picking up through the country over on Telegram at America First audits, the America First audit chat with Dave Clements, Captain Seth Keschel, and others.
What do people there think about 3 November, and should we get to the bottom of it?

You know, look, I will tell you, Ohio's a little different than some of these states.
I mean, in Ohio, you have to request an absentee ballot.
You have to show an ID at your polling place.
But I'm all supportive of a forensic audit for all 50 states.
I'm fine with that.
But I'll tell you, if the other states had done what Ohio did, Which is make sure that you have an ID, make sure you request your absentee ballot.
I think we'd be in a good place, but these other states don't.

I think what Mike Kerry is saying is very important.
This is very practical.
It's not racist, it's not nativist, right?
You request an ID on election day or you get a request an absentee ballot.

Ohio, you know, Biden's flying out there in October.
He's giving speeches.
Ohio's in play.
Trump by nine.
If you run it like it's supposed to be run, and you run it fair, guess what?
Donald Trump blows out the doors.
And trust me, I ran 16, so goes Ohio, so goes Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
I can walk you through the math, ad infinitum.
You win those places like Youngstown, and after you win those places, you're gonna win Pennsylvania, you're gonna win Wisconsin, and you're gonna win Michigan.
Unless you've got Philadelphia, Detroit, and Milwaukee doing their own deal.
That's what the big fight this weekend is coming.
Trust me, the subpoenas are flying in Pennsylvania.
They're getting geared up just like Arizona, just like Georgia.
Because for guys that got 81 million votes and won such a massive landslide, they certainly don't want to turn over any information and have people go through and do a check.

Think about that.

And I've looked.
So when people talk about this party, you know, is this President Donald Trump's party?
It absolutely is President Donald Trump's party.
So I'm telling folks, listen, I'm somebody that, I've never held elected office.
I've been in the business world for the last 25 years fighting for American energy.
And I want to go to Washington and do like President Donald Trump did and fight on their behalf, push back on the swamp, push back on the establishment.
Listen, I've had over a million dollars spent against me in this race.
And it's not just spending against me.
It's groups that are against the President of the United States.
And even though they're against the President of the United States, in the ads, they're still talking about the President of the United States.
So, I will tell you, the message is clear.
You need to have somebody who's an outsider.
You need to have somebody who's a fighter, who's willing to mix it up.

Raheem, the President's got Republicans down in Ohio 15, got 88% approval, and Mike can't find the other 12.
Talk to us about where Joe Biden, on the flip side, is.
And particularly for him, I want to focus on independence or modus, whatever you want to call them, because it's so polarized.
And the math, when you look at these polls, you know, 92% of Democrats support him, right?
And you got, you know, the Republicans on the reverse side.
And so the tectonic place shifts are not going to take place there.
It's among independents.
Independence or modus, whatever you want to call them, are now, I think, the proxy, at least for the time being.
What is your assessment, say, of the Economist poll?

So, let me go with the general job approval, and then I want people to compare and contrast that to the job approval amongst independents.
The general job approval stands at 46 approved, 44 disapproved.
Now, consider he had an approval rating of plus 28 points back in January, he's given up all of that room, but you're right, the independents are the real numbers.

Hang on one second, one second, let's stay with this.
Would you say, Rahim, as a guy that's lived and died by polls, is that a free fall?

I mean, I think we even have a chart that we can put up from RealClearPolitics up on the screen, if Denver has that.
I mean, he's been steadily tracking down.
There's just no ability for him.
You can see that.
So you can see the top line, the black lines, just steadily tracking down, and the bottom line, the disapproval rate, steadily tracking up.
There's no real shift there apart from down for him.
And it's a trajectory that I don't see changing, considering what a lot of this polling is telling us about people's beliefs in him, not just on the issues, but as a person.
Now let's go to independence here.
Amongst independents he faces a 52% disapproval with just 38% approving of his work so far.
He also has a 51% unfavourability amongst independents.
That means that they just don't not think he's doing a good job.
They also just don't like him.

I'm actually stunned by these numbers, and the reason is that the media, as Ben Berkram told you, they're not really covering it.
The reason immigration is not as high as it is, they're not covering it.

And so, these are stunning numbers.

You got to see what the business press is doing to average citizens, working class people, middle class people.
They're investing in the stock market, putting their money in back of American companies.
The New Rift, it used to be you were racist, and you were a misogynist, and you were market manipulators, and they went through that, and none of it stuck.
Now it's your cult.
In fact, you're a dangerous cult.
They say Trump's got a cult of personality over here, and it's a dangerous cult, because you've got insurrectionists, and Christian dominionists, and white nationalists, and all this.
But now they've got another cult.

Returns for them and their family to provide a better future for them why that gets labeled as a cult All I can say is you know, like you said What we're doing, you know as individuals investing is it threatens them financially and with any other criminal enterprise anytime you want to cut them off the first thing you do is you go for the finances and so I think that they feel that threat and so I
Usual tactics, they just have to label us all as whatever they label us as to discredit us, but anybody paying attention knows that that's completely irrational.
Anybody paying attention can see what's going on here and who's the big guy and who's the little guy in this situation.
We're just getting clobbered through dark pools and everything else, but the main thing is that individuals are continuing to hold on to the stock and continuing to stand on their principles.
I think that's a huge threat to them.

Go into these Reddit chat rooms and find out, because what we're most fascinated about is that you're teaching.
You're teaching people financial literacy and economic literacy, which they don't get.
And part of it, I said for the years, the system does not want you to be literate in this.
They want you to be dumb.
So tell us, real quickly, walk us through, how do you teach people and what have you guys, what have you basically learned?

It's really just crowdsourcing information.
So you have people in all different walks of life and people with all different proficiencies.
There's people that are really good at research.
There's people that are really good at interpretation.
And it's just a collective effort of disseminating information, which there's not a whole lot available to us.
That's one of the things we're fighting for is market transparency.
We can't see what's going on in the stock market.
They want us to invest our money, and this is going on for generations.
They want us to put our money in this market, and they don't want to tell us what they're doing with it.
They don't want to tell us the vehicles that they're using to profit for themselves.
They don't want to tell us the channels that they're operating to manipulate the stock price.
All we want is transparency.
Nobody's asking for handouts here.
Clearly, we've come together in these groups just to teach each other, and nobody's telling anybody what to do, how to spend their money.
We're just trying to help everybody learn so that they can make the decision that's best for them.
And to stop listening to people like Jim Cramer and Gasparino and those people that are saying, buy this, sell this.
It's okay for them to attempt to manipulate the market and tell people what to do with their money, but then they accuse us of doing the same thing.
And that's not what we want.
We want to empower individuals to make the best decision for themselves and their families with their money.
And that's really all that it is.
