| Commander Greitens, this is what we're trying to get our arms around in the first part of this show, is this whole issue With the American Jewish community being under, essentially, assault here in the United States, our great ally and friend, Israel, being under assault in the Middle East, the media, the mainstream media, the Democratic Party, the progressive left, has now, I think, essentially targeted the American Jewish community, has targeted | ||

| I think he's done some analogy with mask in the treatment of the Jewish community in the 1930s in Germany. | ||
| And that's what the Republican establishment is spending their time on. | ||

| It used to be not long ago, Steve, just one generation ago, the Democratic Party had stalwart defenders of Israel in that party, but not today. | ||
| Today, you have Democratic congressmen who are clearly supporting Israel's enemies, who are supporting terrorists in Hamas, who are supporting the terrorists in Hezbollah, who are denying Israel's right to defend itself. | ||
| And if you step back and you look at the great, bright contrast now, Between President Trump's support for Israel and Joe Biden's abandonment of Israel, we're seeing the consequences in a new shooting war in the Middle East. | ||
| And let's break this down for folks. | ||
| I mean, your viewers and your listeners have seen now, and we've talked about on the show, how because President Trump came in and he opposed the Republican foreign policy establishment, as well as liberals, and he moved the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. | ||
| He recognized Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights. | ||
| He stopped payments to Palestinians. | ||
| And what did we have? | ||
| For the first time since 1994, you had multiple peace deals that the president got done between Israel and a number of Arab states with the Abraham Accords. | ||
| Let's contrast that with what happens when Joe Biden comes in. | ||
| He kills the Keystone XL pipeline. | ||
| He kills American energy independence. | ||
| He starts the payments to the Palestinians again. | ||
| He embraces Iran. | ||
| He fails to even call Benjamin Netanyahu for weeks. | ||
| And all of these signals to Iran, who we know support Hamas in building those rockets, which they are firing against the Israeli people, all of that just goes to show Joe Biden's actions have emboldened Iran. | ||
| They've emboldened Hamas. | ||
| And unfortunately, as ever, it is not just the left that's on the attack. | ||
| But you have rhinos and you have weak establishment Republicans who refuse to stand up to anti-Semitism and refuse to stand up to Joe Biden and the Democrats' anti-Israel policies. | ||
| We need to have fighters who are going to stand up for the state of Israel. | ||
| Commander Greitens, is any moral equivalent between the terrorist organization that is Hamas and the State of Israel, our ally and our friend? | ||

| And in fact, what you have is tremendous support from the Christian community throughout Missouri, throughout the United States, Christians who are standing up, supporting and fighting for the people of Israel, fighting for our ally, Israel. | ||
| And let's step back and recognize why this is so important. | ||
| You know, Bannon, you and I have talked about this. | ||
| Why are they going after Israel? | ||
| Why are they going after Israel in particular? | ||
| Well, one of the reasons is the very idea of nation is rooted there in the Hebrew Bible. | ||
| The idea that you would have a specific nation with defined borders. | ||
| That was a new invention in American history and the left is wanting to attack the idea of nation. | ||
| At the same time, the idea of a law, of a God-given law, again, where does that come from? | ||
| That's why they are attacking and assaulting Israel, because it is the very foundation, that Judeo-Christian tradition, the American Republican tradition, which then, you know, built on that Judeo-Christian tradition with examples from the Greeks and the Romans, All of those are foundational to our Constitution, and that's why you're seeing this tremendous attack. | ||
| It's not just the nation of Israel. | ||
| This is actually their attack on the idea of nation and law. | ||

| It seems like every aspect of the progressive left against the Jewish community, and particularly against Israel, yet they're singling out, they're all piling on MTG, which to me seems like a misdirection play on what the issue is, particularly when you have Thugs going through West LA to restaurants and coming up to restaurants, the diners outside said, tell me where the Jews are. | ||

| They're trying to track them down, the threatening American citizens of Jewish descent. | ||
| And yet we don't hear a peep about that on the mainstream media. | ||

| You're a big supporter of the president. | ||

| That it is totally out of line and huge government outreach, huge private sector employer outreach to require people to wear some sort of sign regarding, you know, yes I was vaxxed because that means that people who don't have that sign are going to be looked down on, discriminated against. | ||

| Very, very troubling. | ||
| My point was, let's not compare this to the Holocaust. | ||
| And I think, generally, there's agreement about that. | ||
| Some people will say, well, it's history, and it's okay to use it as a historical reference. | ||
| My perspective, based on my family's history, I had family who died in the Holocaust, is that it was a singular event, and best not to use it in a comparison. | ||

| My issue is, you had today, You had Kevin McCarthy coming out, putting MTG on blast. | ||

| But why have we not had? | ||
| Why have we not had this uniparty, this bipartisan assault? | ||
| Because you don't have somebody like Jeff Bartos who sits up there and just said, hey, I don't even consider a congressman. | ||
| I consider the spokesman for Hamas. | ||

| That right there separates it out and says, hey, put this off to the side for a while. | ||
| We've got to deal with the problem. | ||

| But Steve, also, the New York Times today published an op-ed. | ||
| They published an op-ed that said the Jew hatred or anti-Semitism, but I'm going to call it Jew hatred. | ||
| Jew hatred is a gift to the right. | ||
| How cynical do you have to be in the media to see this as a quote-unquote gift to the right, right? | ||
| Facebook, Twitter, they're de-platforming pro-Israel groups. | ||
| One pro-Israel group had 77 million followers. | ||
| The supreme leader of the Islamic public of Iran, who is calling for another Holocaust, he does it almost every other day. | ||
| He has a platform. | ||
| And so as conservatives, as Judeo-Christian conservatives who understand that Israel is the tip of the spear and that the battle is there today and the battle, if that battle is not won, that battle is coming to our shores. | ||
| We have to support our allies. | ||
| We have to hold the Islamic Republic and their proxies accountable. | ||
| Jeff, if you get to the United States Senate, walk us through, how are you going to take leadership on this topic? | ||
| Because clearly, somehow, since President Trump, we're in the interregnum before he finishes up his second term. | ||

| We have great senators in the Republican Party who already understand how important Israel is. | ||

| There are more peace deals to be cut in the Middle East. | ||
| There are more normalizations to be cut in the Middle East. | ||
| This whole nonsense around the Palestinian Authority and Hamas and somehow this two-state solution, it's gone. | ||

| The sensible Gulf Arab states understand that peace with Israel is good for the entire region and it holds in check the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is every day trying to build a land bridge from Iran to the Mediterranean Sea. | ||
| And every day, Israel is thwarting those activities. | ||
| And so, we need to support our ally, and as a senator, I will always stand up for and support our ally Israel. | ||
