| There's 19 rare minerals that we use for our missile defense systems, for our TVs, computers, electronics. | ||
| We buy 100% of them from China. | ||
| China supplies 80% to the world. | ||
| We have these rare earth minerals right in Pennsylvania in our anthracite coal. | ||
| You know, really it's a national security issue and what Joe Biden and Democrats are doing to the energy jobs in Pennsylvania is sinful and criminal. | ||
| You believe that if properly managed that the, because this rare earths are the major strategic, a lot of people argue, hey they hung around Afghanistan for all these years because the rare earths there, right? | ||
| The, which has always been in Central Asia, and remember they cut Japan off a couple years, rare earths, it's like the situation in Taiwan with the chips, the rare earths are absolutely strategic. | ||
| No electronics are made unless you got the rare earths. | ||
| Are you saying that properly managed like the natural gas situation under President Trump in Pennsylvania, the fracking and all that, that you could make Pennsylvania, a global player in the production of rare earths? | ||

| It's the situation of, can we go forward? | ||
| And you know, the Trump movement, the reason people focus on November 3rd is saying, hey, look, we get great policies, we get great politicians, we had Trump. | ||
| But until we get to the bottom of exactly what went on and you put new regulations in there that can be enforced, and quite frankly, I'm saying, hey, November 3rd is still a jump ball. | ||

| You saw in Arizona today they sent that letter from the President of the Senate. | ||
| It's explosive. | ||
| They have a public hearing for next week. | ||
| I think subpoenas are going to be flying. | ||
| I actually think the DOJ is going to try to shut this down because they don't like to see what they're seeing in this forensic audit. | ||
| How do you, since Pennsylvania was one of the most egregious that we had this mail-in ballot fiasco that nobody really understood to the end, how in running for governor as a Trump, you know, and early, one of the Trump's earliest guys, | ||
| And if you've had the back of the President every step of the way and there's nobody he thinks higher of than you when he thinks of people out there, how do you do it without getting to the bottom of what went on November 3rd and making those types of changes to make sure that you've got a level playing field and that Only legal, certified, chain-of-custody ballots count. | ||

Pennsylvania was the buffet of irregularities in the election fiasco that happened. | |

| What happened in Pennsylvania, we made it actually even easier for dead people to vote in Pennsylvania, who have been voting for a long time now, but now they don't even have to leave their house to vote. | ||
| They could mail in their ballot. | ||
| From their grave. | ||
| We saw the Secretary of State change the rules, you know, on when the ballots could come in. | ||
| We saw people being refused to go in and actually witness. | ||
| I mean, you name it. | ||
| We saw ballot harvesting. | ||
| But this is the problem that people have. | ||
| Last time they checked is that the House and the Senate in Pennsylvania are controlled by these guys called Republicans. | ||
| So how does that happen? | ||
| This is the question, and particularly, I'll tell you what makes people's heads blow up. | ||
| You know we won by, I think, 42,000 in 2016, and that was a Lou Barletta called shot, because we were down hard six with two weeks to go. | ||
| When everybody goes to bed, and a guy named Donald Trump goes to bed on Tuesday, the evening of the 3rd, we're up 800,000 votes. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| And we lose Pennsylvania. | ||
| As the Transition Integrity Project, Perkins Coie told us we were, because we were going to count these votes. | ||
| With Republicans in charge, how, if you're going to run for governor, And, you know, you want all people to pile in back and go, hey Lou, we love you, we love the policies, you're a guy, you're a fighter. | ||
| How do we go back and get to the bottom of what happened and make sure that that can't happen again? | ||

| We have a Republican House, Republican Senate, we have a Democrat Governor, and I'm experiencing the same thing in Pennsylvania that I was when I was in the House, where we didn't pass things because it was a Republican-controlled House, but Harry Reid controlled the Senate, and it was like, well, they won't pass it in the Senate, so we just won't do anything. | ||

| It's a new story up. | ||
| Fantastic coverage, won't back down. | ||
| I gotta get into Arizona with you guys. | ||
| So, Jim and Joe, you guys have been doing amazing work on that. | ||
| Our thesis is, theory of the case, we can't go forward unless you get to the bomb on November 3rd in Wuhan. | ||
| They're so central to what's going on in the country and the world today. | ||
| And people have to feel comfortable, they have to feel like they know what went on, and they've done that not by spin or propaganda, but by just facts, you know, data-based, evidence-based, science-based. | ||
| I want to start with you, Jim. | ||
| This letter that came out from Carol Phan, and people gotta remember, Carol Phan is no fire breather. | ||
| I mean, she's tough and she's really good, but she's not some, you know, Trump fanatic. | ||
| This letter that came out last night to Maricopa County, because Maricopa County Supervisors pledged to the people of Arizona That they were going to fully cooperate on the 14th of December at a hearing in the Senate in last year, in 2020. | ||
| 14th of December, they pledged to fully cooperate with everything the Senate wanted to get to and get to the bottom of this thing of November 3rd. | ||
| And then you've seen in this forensic audit, it's only in its On a third week three and a half weeks and people remember on the on the hand ballot side we're only not to even 20% of the ballots have been have been reviewed under 20% and I don't think the canvassing if it started it's some limited amount of the canvassing and we're in the machines I think they just start the analysis there so Jim I want you to go through that letter and to put it in perspective how shocking this is given your reporting and your coverage of this | ||
| Well, this was quite an explosive letter that came out last night, Steve. | ||
| And what we saw in this letter was that she's warning Maricopa County supervisors that they don't have some of the hardware that was supposed to be turned over. | ||
| They don't have the passwords. | ||
| But then she dropped this bomb in this letter. | ||
| This is something new we hadn't seen. | ||
| And that is that it appears that they erase an entire database This is a huge, huge story. | ||
| database inside the voting machine and this was happened just days before they turn the machines over to the uh... said investigators so this is a huge you story and even for those lamps on uh... you know fox news or wherever uh... this should be a story that they report even if they're afraid to report on all the fraud in the election | ||
| you know that's the one thing that i want to get into is that hey we're not machine guys It takes an official investigation. | ||
| But when the Senate, this is not some right wing Trump group or some citizen's group or the war room putting something on paper. | ||
| This is the president of the Senate of the state of Arizona in an official proceeding that they're supervising. | ||
| They've said this is going to happen. | ||
| She sends a letter and the letter lays out these mind-blowing allegations that said we're going to have a pub, not a private, we're going to have a public hearing and you're going to address these questions in front of the nation and quite frankly the world and obviously the state of Arizona and to see crickets in media. | ||
| Joe, I gotta ask you. | ||
| Fincham was on here, and Boris, because I said, hey, look, this shows at least a level of incompetence under Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County that's stunning. | ||
| And both those guys go, no, no, no, no, no. | ||
| When you really read this letter, these are not acts of omission. | ||
| There were actions taken here, both about the percentages on the ballots missing in these boxes that had signatures on, right? | ||
| Supposed to be signed off. | ||
| And we talked about the database. | ||
| This is potential criminality. | ||
| Joe Hoft, your thoughts? | ||
| Yes, Steve. | ||
| Excellent points on everything. | ||
| This letter was, like Jim said, totally shocking. | ||
| Just beyond belief what she mentioned in there. | ||
| I guess a couple thoughts on what you just shared. | ||
| One is, earlier you say, you know, we need to know what happened in 2020 before we can make any fixes. | ||
| And that, you know, I used to be a corporate auditor, and you know this, and I traveled the world. | ||
| I was in Hong Kong for 10 years. | ||
| I've done hundreds of audits around the world, and if you came in and said, we don't know what was wrong, but we're going to start on our recommendations for the future, you would have been sent back to start. | ||
| Start over. | ||
| You need to find out what's wrong before you can fix anything. | ||
| And so, you know, along with you, I don't understand how anybody thinks we can pass this up and not figure out exactly what went wrong. | ||
| And my hat tip to the people in in Arizona. | ||
| I guess the other thing that you mentioned just there quickly is, and we've said this before, where's the FBI? | ||
| And I mentioned this maybe on your show previously, if If there was ever an incident of fraud in the corporate world, you would bring it to the top and it didn't matter if it was a dollar or five million dollars that went to the board of directors and the audit committee of that board of directors. | ||
| They wanted to know if any fraud. | ||
| It was immediately investigated. | ||
| It was given a priority and an answer was given to the board as soon as possible on what happened and what we did to fix it. | ||
| Now, compare that to the FBI's actions just in just in Arizona, just in this election, just in what we found out last night. | ||
| Why is the FBI not involved right now trying to figure out what went on there? | ||
| Because those were criminal actions. | ||
| That's, you know, that's, you know, destroying evidence. | ||
| I guess the other point that was in this memo last night from from Senator Phan was had to deal with the chain of custody. | ||
| And we've already seen this in Georgia. | ||
| More than 350,000 ballots don't have the legally required chain of custody documentation attached to them, that they all should be thrown out. | ||
| And no doubt they're most all, if not all for Biden. | ||
| Trump clearly won Georgia. | ||
| And what are we, why is nothing being done there? | ||
| The same thing in Arizona, in this memo last night, they say, we haven't received any chain of custody documentation from you guys yet. | ||
| Are you, you know, basically you're going to provide it? | ||
| Do you have it? | ||
| What's going on there? | ||
| So what you know that I think is something that's probably that could be the killer across the board in all these swing states. | ||
| Just show us documentation that every ballot was properly administered as if it was evidence in a court case because that's what it is. | ||
| Our ballots are just like money and everything else need to be handled properly. | ||
| This is the difference between the bid and the ask, between all votes count and all chain-of-custody, certifiable, legitimate, legal votes count, right? | ||
| That's the difference. | ||
| Votes from citizens. | ||
| Jim, I got to go back to you. | ||
| You were at the beginning of this whole revolution in media, the disintermediate, the mainstream media. | ||
| You and Andrew Breitbart were the two really kind of founders of this movement of citizen journalism. | ||
| Because we have monitors all over and we have a distributed network of people that They're watching TV all day long. | ||
| MSNBC and CNN are covering this story in Arizona pretty thoroughly. | ||
| It's got their perspective on it, right? | ||
| Their hair's on fire. | ||
| Rachel Maddow's got the serious, worried look. | ||
| They have their hands on the ballot. | ||
| They actually have physical. | ||
| On Fox and Newsmax and others, even the online sites, it's crickets. | ||
| So what Joe was just saying, the level of allegations, the level of evidence so far is at such a stunning level. | ||
| Why is the left doing a better job, and they're putting their spin on it, but why are they doing an actual better job and more coverage than cites on the right ex-Gateway Pundit? | ||
| Great question, and Steve, we know the answer to this. | ||
| The answer is because they are threatened, because they're scared to death of what's going to happen here. | ||
| And you know what should concern every Republican and every conservative listening to your show today is if the DOJ came in and shut down this process tomorrow over some bogus charges, right? | ||
| If they came in and shut it down, what would Fox have to say about it? | ||
| They haven't been covering this story. | ||
| What would some of these other channels have to say about it? | ||
| They haven't been covering it. | ||
| These other outlets, these conservative outlets, they haven't been covering it. | ||
| The only ones covering it, like you said, is the War Room and Gateway Pundit and a few others. | ||
| I want to give a hat tip. | ||
| One American News has done an amazing job. | ||
| One American, Gateway Pundit, War Room, and a couple others. | ||
| But here's the thing, Steve. | ||
| That's why they need to start releasing some of this data that they've already calculated, the numbers they've already gotten. | ||
| Because if the DOJ comes in, the Biden DOJ, which we expect is going to happen, again, these are the same people that stole the election. | ||
| Are we really going to believe they're not going to come in and try to stop this audit now? | ||
| That's ridiculous. | ||
| But hold on, this is the power of what Carol Phan did. | ||
| Think about it, this letter had not gotten out and the DOJ, after sending that letter, went to court to get a TRO, freeze everything. | ||

| It is a myriad of things that we believe that are, are these kinds of existential threats. | ||
| So we put this letter out in hopes that it would get the attention Not only of the administration, but of the American public to realize that there are a lot of problems in this country right now, all of which could ultimately mean our demise if we don't do something about it. | ||
| And we stand ready to get involved and get engaged and to help people to figure out what they can do. | ||
| General, it seemed that President Trump, when he came into office, and we had such a great group of flag officers and others that helped us and worked with us in the administration, but it seemed like there was particularly, like Admiral McRaven, I think it was, Admiral Stavridis, a bunch of the generals got triggered By Trump. | ||
| And of course, when you guys put this when you guys put this letter out the other day, it was like, oh, my gosh, this has never happened before. | ||
| But hasn't there been a precedent of people just that have Trump derangement syndrome that have really started this former flag officers that have just viciously gone after President Trump and attacked him in every aspect of not just his national security policy, but how he governs and actually how he comports himself? | ||

| All you have to do is go back and look at just the last couple of elections and you'll see the flag officers have been on both sides of the issues and have, have come out very plainly in letters with where they stand on these things. | ||

| Some of the things you just said I know are going to be quite shocking to people, right? | ||
