| But we're going to start with an explosive letter last night coming out of Arizona. | ||
| Remember, we only report things that have venues to adjudicate, whether they're in state legislatures or in courtrooms. | ||
| So if it's not there, we're not interested. | ||
| But you're seeing that to get to the bottom, regardless of what McCarthy thinks, to get to the bottom of what happened on November 3rd, we have to grind through this with the proper authorities. | ||
| Stunning letter. | ||
| We're going to go to Arizona first. | ||

| Late last night, at least East Coast time. | ||
| A stunning letter from Karen Phan, the President of the Arizona Senate, sent to the Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County to list out a bill of particulars and called for a public hearing next Tuesday, the 18th of May, the Year of Our Lord 2021 at 1 p.m. | ||
| local time. | ||
| For them to put forward some answers to some pretty explosive revelations that have come already, ladies and gentlemen, from the deck plates in that convention center. | ||
| And I'm glad to say that I think we're the first show to be talking about this because our colleagues and friends at Newsmax and our colleagues and friends over at Fox crickets on an explosive story. | ||
| I want to bring in now Mark Fincham. | ||
| Mark, just to tee this up, | ||
| This letter, and we'll go through the particulars of the letter, some of the details, but this really plays back from, I think it was in 14 December, 14 December of last year, 2020, you had a huge hearing in the Senate, I believe, where the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, who are 4-1 Republican, pledged that they would fully cooperate with every aspect of a forensic audit if one was to go forward. | ||
| And there would be no problems. | ||
| And now last night, given, we've only been in this, I think, what, three weeks? | ||
| And there's a lot more to go. | ||
| Like I tell people, it's going to take however long it's going to take. | ||
| They're taking a short break here because of some graduations. | ||
| They're securing everything. | ||
| They're going to have some graduations in the Phoenix area. | ||
| Use the arena. | ||
| Then we'll get back to business. | ||
| In Denver, after I get Fincham up, I want to show that letter, put it up on the screen. | ||
| And we'll put the letter in the live chat right now. | ||

| Mark Fincham, tell us what happened, what brought us to this point, and why are we having a public hearing next week? | ||
| Morning, Steve. | ||
| So there's three things that are listed in the letter that I think are the most important, and I'll tease those out for you. | ||
| Number one, the routers. | ||
| The routers basically are an address book of anything that crossed out of the Maricopa Tabulation Center. | ||
| Now, interestingly enough, Sheriff Penzone, a Democrat, wrote a letter saying, well, we're very concerned that sensitive law enforcement information might be identified on those routers. | ||
| Well, okay, that's a violation of NCIC policy, which is National Crime Information Center. | ||
| So now we've got even more questions to have him ask, or answer, quite frankly. | ||
| But that tells us that if there's traffic that went out of the building, where it went, and if there was traffic that came back in, All of this around machines that allegedly were not connected to the Internet. | ||
| The next piece on the hit parade that President Fan hit was the chain of custody and the organization of ballots. | ||
| We've got missing ballots. | ||
| The numbers that are on the tally sheets don't match up with the ballots that are in the boxes. | ||
| At the same time, the bags that were supposed to have tags on them, well, the tags appear to have been cut off and are at the bottom of the boxes. | ||
| And then item number three, which probably is the most egregious, is the destruction, or the apparent destruction, of data files that were on the hard drive for the voting machines. | ||
| This is a stunning revelation, and it's one of the things that we had hoped we would not see, but that is exactly what the cyber investigation, I call them the geek squad, that's what they do, that's what they find. | ||
| That's what they appear to have found. | ||
| Now, we're hopeful that that data is stored someplace else, but we seem to be moving on the continuum from... Hang on a second. | ||
| All three of these items, as explosive as they are, and I want to go back to the 14th December hearing, because we talk about unity in this country, we talk about, you know, working together and going forward, and we've said, look, We're not trying to be recalcitrant here. | ||
| We're not trying to be unreasonable. | ||
| But we need to get to the bottom of November 3rd because there are very legitimate questions and issues that need to be rectified. | ||
| The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors pledged their cooperation. | ||
| Republican control, by the way. | ||
| Republican control. | ||
| Pledge their cooperation in a hearing in the Senate back on the 14th of December. | ||
| Now you've had this, and we're going to put the letter, everybody in this audience needs to read this letter. | ||
| You need to go to Gateway Pundit and other sites that are doing analysis of the letter. | ||
| You need to share that. | ||
| You need to share that particularly with all the haters in your life. | ||
| All the people that say you're a kook or a wingnut, I want you to share this letter, that's not written by you, not written by the War Room, not written by Donald Trump, it was written by the President of the Senate of the State of Arizona, Karen Phan. | ||
| And it lists out these three major items, all of them explosive, but in a situation where you were working together, and not adversarial, Couldn't you have, like, a meeting, or, you know, hey, the data files are missing, there must be something wrong on the hard drives, or you gave us the wrong ones, etc. | ||
| Has there been a back and forth? | ||
| Has there been any type of working together to get around the chain of custody of, you know, supposedly missing ballots, of what's being alleged missing ballots? | ||
| The tags on the boxes not being correct, not matching what's in the boxes. | ||
| The data files, potential destruction, or at least the information is not there. | ||
| And then the routers, why are they even used? | ||
| Why are we in a situation already, where they've pledged cooperation, that all of a sudden, the Senate, only a couple weeks into this, because I'm sure there's a lot more to come, has to draft a letter, and not just that, buried lead, call for a public hearing. | ||
| Call for a public hearing. | ||
| I think it's the bookend of the 14 December hearing. | ||
| So, Mark, why is Maricopa County, the Board of Supervisors, and the people that report to them for election, for running these elections, not, at least seems to be working with the Senate of Arizona? | ||
| Well, Steve, let's get 30 seconds of history. | ||
| On December 14th, At the end of that hearing, which would be six hours after that statement was made by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, they were informed that they would be receiving two subpoenas. | ||
| And within less than an hour, they lawyered up. | ||
| And the entire time, we have seen nothing but obfuscation, court battles, as you'll recall, your viewers are going to recall. | ||
| We've been to court so many times, I think that we've worn a track in the floor. | ||
| So this is not a surprise. | ||
| Quite frankly, we hope that it wouldn't be this way. | ||
| This is a simple exercise in scrutiny of the election. | ||
| And at every turn, the Board of Supervisors has found a reason not to cooperate. | ||
| So I'm glad that the President's fan is on this and that she's called for a public hearing to get some answers to the questions that are in her letter next Tuesday. | ||
| I want to bring up another topic. | ||
| And this is because you have a Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs, who I think, and somebody ought to check, I don't know if she's a paid contributor to MSNBC and CNN, but she's certainly got the gig of a contributor. | ||
| Because all day long we keep monitors here in the War Room with the staff all day long, and our staff throughout the country, and she's on all the time. | ||
| And I would just ask you as somebody that's running for it, but anybody that's a Secretary of State or has taken on the responsibility of those jobs, her mantra Is this was the most secure, most perfect, I think she said, most perfect election in the history of the great state of Arizona. | ||
| No qualifiers. | ||
| I mean, these three things right here, I would assume you could call her office this morning and say, hey, we could avoid the hearing. | ||
| Can you just give us the answers for these three things? | ||
| What is going on with your Secretary of State? | ||
| So she has absolutely no control over this, other than she is the Chief Elections Officer of the state. | ||
| Now, she keeps promoting what the Democrats have called the big lie. | ||
| Well, I think what we're now seeing is, on our side of the equation, the big truth. | ||
| That is, that no matter how much time she does on MSNBC, she cannot account for the things that the Board of Supervisors have done, and she is apparently unwilling to admit That with all of the things that are in this letter, her claims on MSNBC are outrageously false. | ||
| I want to say something else, not to point fingers and say, hey, there may be malfeasance, but if you just look at the level of detail in this letter, we're going to have Boris Epstein on in a moment, who's going to walk us through the details of this letter, but if you just look at the letter, everybody in the audience, podcast later, got to get a hold of this letter, get a cup of coffee, sit down and just read it. | ||
| The level of detail and professionalism. | ||
| This shows, best case, unless there's immediate answers, that they cut back to you and say, oh you must have missed this, you misinterpreted that, this tag's there, this is wrong. | ||
| A level of incompetence. | ||
| A level of incompetence that is shocking even to people who have been on this. | ||
| We saw this letter last night. | ||
| I was talking to the wee hours of more people throughout the country that have been working on these projects throughout states. | ||
| They think now Arizona is like, wow! | ||
| Nobody had any earthy idea to be this level. | ||
| And remember, everybody please remember, that the team has only been in there for You know, a couple of weeks and you don't even have the reports of the canvassing, right? | ||
| So that's what's so stunning about this. | ||

| Are they going to show up next Tuesday? | ||
| Are we going to be in the court this afternoon? | ||
| Is the DOJ going to come in here and try to shut this entire thing down? | ||
| Because now it's been outed that the level of incompetence here is calling into question everything dealing with the presidential election in Arizona, sir. | ||
| So, Steve, we've held all along that the DOJ was looking at the wrong organization. | ||
| They were looking at the Senate and the Senate's security. | ||
| They should have been looking at Maricopa County because everything that we've seen so far, at least in my experience as a criminal investigator, we are now moved from incompetence into the world of criminality. | ||
| These are purposeful acts. | ||
| These are not some accident. | ||
| The removal of tags on the bags that hold the ballots, the destruction of hard drive evidence, That just is, and the discussion around routers, that information is not supposed to be mixed that may be going to NCIC. | ||
| That's all supposed to be secure. | ||
| So these are all purposeful things that are going on. | ||
| This isn't some random accident. | ||
| So I think the president really set it up well. | ||

| If she had sent a letter like this to Maricopa County with these allegations of what they found just in three weeks of doing a forensic hand audit, I would say impossible. | ||
| Not given what the Maricopa Board of Supervisors said and all the, you know, Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County, everybody saying over and over and over again, this was the most secure, procedurally best, election in in arizona history and have it may have uh... you know erin burnett every night with her mantra how many audits you've already done to what you are done to audits so when i look at these three major piece will get to the legal part a second for us | ||
| All three of them are massive. | ||
| I happen to think the data, the deletion of the data files, of the data files not being there is the biggest, but I want you, you've been closer to this than anybody. | ||
| As you see this, knowing the history and knowing else what's going to be ground, what are grinding through in the weeks to come, in your mind, explain to the audience what these three things are and rank order them as far as shocking. | ||
| Steve, that's exactly what I'm doing. | ||
| So I'm taking a look here at the letter in depth. | ||
| We've been going through it ever since the first copy emerged, really, last night. | ||
| The key here is that this letter breaks down deep, deep, really unbelievable deficiencies that have been found while only going through about, at most, 20% of the 2.1 million ballots that are being reviewed. | ||
| And we haven't even gotten Into the canvas yet. | ||
| This is all in the audit. | ||
| So, the first part is, the first part of the letter, there it is right there, the first part of the letter, very important, talks about ongoing non-compliance with the subpoena, so things that haven't been turned over, the non-cooperation, let's put it this way, between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Arizona State Senate, the auditors, which are doing the work. | ||
| Number two is shocking. | ||
| Number two, chain of custody and ballot organization anomalies, That makes it seem like the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors treated these ballots like throwaway toys at a carnival. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| Not secured. | ||
| Seals cut. | ||
| Bags. | ||
| These ballots were stuffed into anything and everything. | ||
| Completely mismanaged. | ||
| And then, the key. | ||
| That chart that they had with the missing ballots. | ||

| Because this is the key, and you've got to do the math here. | ||
| In section number two, they break down the missing ballots, and they give examples of pallets. | ||
| And if you look at the numbers, there's one pallet where there's supposed to be 200 ballots, and there's 165 ballots. | ||
| and there's 165 ballots. That is a discrepancy of 35 out of 200. 17.5 percent. | ||

| They've got a database called Results Tally and Reporting that is missing. | ||

| That database has been removed. | ||
| Literally, the only thing that matters, which is the part of the file which keeps the results and how they were tallied and reported, that's missing. | ||
| And there's evidence that these databases were removed as recently as March, right before being handed over, and these were subject to subpoena. | ||
| That is criminal activity. | ||
| That is absolutely wrongful You can call it whatever you want. | ||
| You can call it distortion of evidence. | ||
| You can call it evidence tempering. | ||
| Whatever you want to call it, that is absolutely wrongful and criminal, and has to be investigated. | ||
| Because there has been a subpoena on this thing for months now. | ||
| There's been a subpoena from the State Senate for all of this information from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. | ||
| 14 December. | ||
| And on their own volition, they've deleted information, deleted databases, Someone's going to jail. | ||

| You're coming up against something we've never seen before in any vaccination program or any public health program, which is a partisan resistance to vaccination. | ||

| And so I've never believed that there would be a large percentage of Americans who wouldn't get the vaccine. | ||
| What's the best way? | ||
| You know, you used to do local politics 100 years ago. | ||

| When your neighbor gets a vaccine, your next-door neighbor gets it, you say, well... | ||
| Maybe I should get it. | ||
| And no matter what your position was, when you see people in a position where you can easily get the vaccine, you don't have to go way out of your way. | ||
| That's why you see I was doing some meetings with folks who are providing, for example, and the governor of Maine, a Republican, is saying, if you want to get a free hunting license, come get a vaccine. | ||
| Well, people are showing up. | ||
| People are showing up across the board. | ||
| So the idea, I've never believed that at the end of the day there would be any large percentage of Americans who would not get the vaccine. | ||

| I think you're not going to get to herd immunity. | ||
| You're not going to get to herd immunity because you don't calculate people have had the virus before and you haven't explained that. | ||

Well, let me first say that there's no question that COVID-19 comes from the laboratory. | |
| I think the only thing we need to determine now is whether, how it was released, whether it was an accident or intentional. | ||
| Now I have some very bad news for Tony Fauci. | ||

| But the news about Fauci is that just last August, a scientific article was published Which describes a collaborative study between the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. | ||
| Now, this research has all the hallmarks of classical gain-of-function research. | ||
| What they did was take a pre-epidemic harmless Zika virus And they genetically manipulated it to make it dangerous. | ||
| Now, that study was funded by five research grants. | ||
| Four of those grants came from Anthony Fauci's institute. | ||
| The fifth grant was from the CDC. | ||
| Now, if you look in the acknowledgement section, the authors thank a high-level Chinese military officer For his advice. | ||
| So what we can conclude from this is that Anthony Fauci seems to be still funding gain-of-function research that has occurred within the last two years and that the Chinese military is involved in the planning and execution of this research. | ||
| Let me just go back for a second. | ||
| You said it's beyond doubt now about it being from the lab and man-enhanced. | ||
| Jessica, you take a couple minutes because the mainstream media, I'm sure, is going to blow up. | ||
| They said this is all a bunch of wingnut conspiracy. | ||
| We've been saying this from, you know, January, February of last year. | ||
| Walk through just your two or three points that shows you that beyond a doubt this did not come from a bat cave down near the Laotian border and somehow miraculously get up a thousand miles without touching anybody to a wet market. | ||

Well, first of all, no one from the side that said it occurred naturally has been able to show where it came from. | |
| I mean, it's been over a year now, and they have no evidence whatsoever. | ||
| But there are clearly anomalies. | ||
| If you just look at the structure of the COVID-19, the anomalies tell you that there's something wrong here. | ||
| I mean, first of all, it looked like it was pre-adapted for human infection. | ||
| But the smoking gun, the clear smoking gun, is what is called the furine cleavage site. | ||
| It was inserted into a bat coronavirus, and we know that the Chinese scientists know how to insert them. | ||
| But primarily, there's absolutely no evolutionary pathway for that furine cleavage site. | ||
| to get into COVID-19. | ||
| So in my opinion, it's crystal clear that this came from the laboratory. | ||

| We had, you know, was it Barrick, Ralph Barrick at University of North Carolina? | ||
| Now you've brought up University of Texas, which we saw months ago, and you've done the detailed research to say, do they have an association with the PLA? | ||
| How did Explain to our audience, because they're in shock, how did American taxpayer money, through an institution that's kind of revered as NIH was before the pandemic, and CDC, how did they get in the business of funding some of America's greatest universities, University of North Carolina, University of Texas at Galveston, in situations of such | ||
| Potentially deadly research and in that research partnering with or having partners or access to labs that are obviously controlled by or in partnership with the People's Liberation Army that is our sworn enemy. | ||

| As an example, the principal investigator is an individual called Pei Yang Shi. | ||
| Now, he was trained in the People's Republic of China, and now he is a professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. | ||
| At the same time, he is an honorary professor at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, He conducts research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and it appears he is training people from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. | ||
| But more than that, he has multiple connections and is conducting research with scientists from the People's Liberation Army. | ||
| And let me give you one example of that. | ||
| He is doing research with a group That appears to be controlled by the People's Liberation Army, and is in fact, or appears to be, let me say, part of the core element of China's biowarfare program. | ||
| So this is really a massive problem, and people are looking at the University of North Carolina and EcoHealth Alliance, but it's only the tip of the iceberg. | ||
| I think the University of Texas Medical Branch, which has a Big Department of Defense Center there. | ||
| It also has a biosafety level 4 facility. | ||
| There's a lot going on there in terms of what the Chinese are doing for infiltrating our programs. | ||
| Let me just say, this is a rigged poker game, and we're bleeding chips. | ||
| This gets to the point where we're going to be spending time with Colonel Sullen and others to get to the bottom of this. | ||

| The National Institute of Health has really had no national security aspect to it, although they're funding research in weaponization. | ||

| So you had a whole chain of migration of scientists coming from China, being trained here, providing the information back to China, some of which went to the Chinese military because many of these are military people, and brought all the skills, knowledge, and even some of the funding back to China. | ||
