| I came down with it on Saturday or Sunday and I went to the hospital because I was having a little difficulty breathing and I wouldn't have gone but the combination of Maria and my son Andrew and Dr. Conley, who is the president's doctor, they all forced me to go because they said I had to have a test of my breath. | ||
| My breath was short. | ||
| I was short of breath. | ||
| And it turned out I had pneumonia. | ||
| Didn't know I had pneumonia. | ||
| I didn't have the symptoms. | ||
| And it was fairly serious, not terrible, terrible, but not moderate. | ||
| But within three days, they got me all better. | ||
| They put me immediately on Remdesivir. | ||
| They gave me a steroid. | ||
| By the next day, I was feeling better. | ||
| Then I took the Regeneron. | ||
| That was a miracle drug. | ||
| And by yesterday I was released. | ||
| I'd say I'm 100% now. | ||
| And pretty much free of the virus. | ||
| I have to wait until Sunday to be absolutely sure. | ||
| The doctor is pretty certain that I'm free of it right now. | ||
| So I'm feeling good. | ||
| Almost normal. | ||
| Well, I tell you, you've had prayers. | ||
| I've never seen anything like it. | ||
| People were saying rosaries. | ||
| People were saying novenas. | ||
| Prayer groups were meeting. | ||
| People in China reached out to me. | ||
| Wasn't that so nice? | ||
| The whistleblower movement, the new federal state. | ||
| It was an outpouring of affection and deep admiration for the work you're doing, and thank God. | ||
| Providentially, we had Dr. Ryan on the scene, or you would have gotten much worse. | ||

| He stayed in the hospital with me and he got all my work done. | ||
| So I was able to keep up with a lot of the work. | ||
| But here's the thing that's amazing. | ||

| I mean, so much action took place over those couple of days. | ||
| Quite frankly, you came on the show Saturday morning, our show Saturday morning, and Merritt, no offense, you didn't look any worse than usual for the wear. | ||

| Okay, so Mayor, let's pull the camera back. | ||
| You made a statement, the reason we want to start with the cold open of you and Georgia, you made a very, I think, powerful statement that people that deny this are either blind or they're lying about the voter fraud that went on and the election fraud that went on. | ||
| Now we're before, you know, the Supreme Court now has the arguments from Texas, what, 17 or 18 amicus briefs. | ||
| I think a couple people have jumped in as Into that lawsuit also, right? | ||
| You've got President Trump has intervened with John Eastman, and we know Eastman was working for many, many weeks on this. | ||
| You guys were thinking this through. | ||
| The counter arguments came back. | ||
| Essentially, every state in the Union looks like it's now. | ||
| We're going to put a map up later. | ||
| You got the map that shows that basically the states are divided on this. | ||
| You've got, I think, 18, 19, I think Idaho came in last night, 19 states supporting Texas, a bunch, I think 14 states came in supporting Pennsylvania and Michigan and Wisconsin and Georgia. | ||
| Where do you think we stand? | ||
| Well, first off, where do you believe we actually stand with the Supreme Court actually taking this up and starting to review this this weekend? | ||
| Where do you think we stand with this whole thing? | ||
| This is a very, very novel case. | ||
| There's no lawyer that can give you a definitive opinion on whether it's going to be taken or not, or how it's going to be decided. | ||
| We've had states suing each other. | ||
| When I was mayor, actually, New Jersey sued New York for part of Ellis Island. | ||
| It was kind of a fun case. | ||
| We split it in half. | ||
| But we've never had a lawsuit like this over the unfairness of an election, how one group of states Treated another group of states unfairly in the unequal and illegal practices they've conducted during the election. | ||
| So let's start off with the fact that it did happen. | ||
| I mean, the myth that there was no fraud is a myth. | ||
| There was fraud. | ||
| And the reason I point that out with the tape is you just can't avoid the tape in Atlanta, Georgia. | ||
| It goes on for eight hours. | ||
| It shows that they surreptitiously closed down the center. | ||
| They got rid of all the observers. | ||
| They made sure all the doors were locked. | ||
| And then they started taking ballots out. | ||
| They were scurrying around like mice, actually, taking ballots out from under cardboard and under desks and running around to various remote locations to count them. | ||
| And doing it quickly and swiftly so nobody would see it. | ||
| It was clearly an illegal operation. | ||
| And when you look at the numbers counted during that operation, here's the other thing about it. | ||
| We can go check, you know, the calculations. | ||
| Just during that operation alone, that one video, they stole an election. | ||
| There were enough votes stolen during that period of time to change the results in Georgia. | ||
| Georgia was won by By Biden, by about 10 or 11,000 folks during that period of time. | ||
| But Mayor, here's why people's heads are blown up. | ||
| If that's so definitive, and look, you were a prosecutor, you ran the Southern District of New York back in the days when it was run properly. | ||
| You know, you put the mob away, you put the Wall Street Mafia away with Milken. | ||
| You're one of the most renowned prosecutors in the history of the country. | ||
| If what you say is fact, and Rudy Giuliani is sitting there going, hey, this is a fact now, you can see it right there for eight hours, I can show you for eight hours. | ||
| Why is the Republican, last time I looked, there are not a bunch of progressive crazies in Georgia. | ||
| You have a Republican Secretary of State, you have a Republican Attorney General, you have a Republican Lieutenant Governor, and you have a Republican Governor. | ||
| If it's so obvious and so evident, and you're saying you're either blind or you're lying, why are people called Republicans your biggest foe? | ||
| The biggest foes you have in Georgia are not Stacey Abrams. | ||
| That's second tier, second order foe. | ||
| Your biggest foe is the administration in Georgia and quite frankly a lot of these not terribly brave people in the House of Representatives and the State Senate. | ||
| It's a source of great amazement to me, Steve. | ||
| I have no idea what's going on with them. | ||
| I don't know if I can attribute it to stubbornness, personal anger at President Trump, anti-Trumpism, corruption. | ||
| Dominion is a very corrupt company. | ||

| Do you think part of it is because it's a consent decree that they never thought would come public and now that it's exposed and everything that you guys are showing on at least the mail-in fraud and about the signatures exposed them? | ||
| Because they've never stepped forward and actually explained the consent decree. | ||
| This isn't something that you guys have gone in great depth on, but they've never wanted to talk about it. | ||

| Now we get to think that the Western District of Pennsylvania, where, correct me if I'm wrong, I think that's where Rudy Giuliani schlepped up to with a former U.S. | ||
| prosecutor from North Carolina and made a, I don't know, five-hour, six-hour presentation. | ||
| I've seen the presentation. | ||
| It's two feet thick about the crime family of the Biden crime family. | ||
| Well, how did this get suppressed? | ||
| That was done in January of this year. | ||
| January of this year, we went to Pittsburgh. | ||
| We've got a wonderfully warm reception from the U.S. | ||

| They interviewed one witness, rather insignificant introductory witness, They didn't interview some of the witnesses, one of whom was in jeopardy, who we tried very, very hard to get them to interview because she was truly in the fear of her life. | ||
| And they never made a single move that we knew of to corroborate what we were saying. | ||
| We weren't asking them to believe us. | ||
| We were asking them to interview these 50 or 60 witnesses, look at the tape recordings, look at the documents. | ||
| We had one document, Steve, that Documents a $14 million money laundering transaction. | ||

| Their favorite word was collusion, as they constantly pushed this farce, this fantasy that there was cooperation and conspiracy between Donald Trump and the Russians. | ||
| Of course, that never occurred as verified by the Mueller report, but there is now actual collusion, actual election interference that has been occurring just in recent weeks in our own country. And who are the forces that are colluding? Well, it's the corporate media that chose willfully to ignore the biggest story by far of the entire campaign, the Chinese Communist Party buying the Biden cartel for millions of dollars. | ||
| Joe Biden, as the quote big guy, using his family, using his son as a bag man to sell out our country to the most dangerous adversary of the United States, the Beijing regime. | ||
| But it wasn't just media alone, Steve. | ||
| This is important. | ||
| There are really three groups of people. | ||
| One is corporate media. | ||
| The second is big tech. | ||
| The oligarchs of Silicon Valley were all too ready to assist big media in suppressing and censoring this story so that the American people would not be properly informed of the reality of who Joe Biden is and his traitorous activities. | ||
| And then the third group, which I think in some ways maybe is the most reprehensible of all, Steve, is the intelligence community of the United States and a lot of very senior alums of our national security apparatuses Including three former CIA directors, talking about Hayden and Brennan and Panetta. | ||
| All of them signed a letter stating that this information that the New York Post reported in their blockbuster report, that this information was a Russian propaganda operation, that it was Russian disinformation. | ||
| Now, that was completely baseless, that ludicrous opinion that they tried to push onto us. | ||
| They had no facts at all behind it. | ||
| We now know emphatically that it is not the truth. | ||
| But nonetheless, they lent the credibility of the United States federal government, of our national security operations, to that ridiculous, brazen lie. | ||
| And here's where I think Bill Barr is so blameworthy right now, is so guilty. | ||
| The fact is Bill Barr knew that. | ||
| He knew that three former CIA officials We're going on the record stating a lie that this was Russian disinformation at the same time that Bill Barr knew his own DOJ was investigating this very correct and real and dangerous criminal conduct by the Biden cartel. | ||
| Bill Barr, in my view, Steve, he had an obligation to the American people to come forward and say, these former CIA chiefs are dead wrong. | ||
| They are lying to you. | ||
| We have an open investigation. | ||
| This is a national security risk for the United States of America. | ||
| Why do you believe that Barr did not come forward? | ||
| I have no idea, but there's no good explanation. | ||
| That I will tell you. | ||
| And again, when you have this level of collusion, it's no wonder that so many Americans are losing their trust in the institutions of our country. | ||
| Look, the media's credibility was already largely shot, but now you also have big business, primarily big tech, and on top of that, The national security apparatuses of the United States. | ||
| When you have that kind of a breakdown and when you have that kind of actual collusion, not a made up fantasy, actual collusion to suppress the most important story of the presidential campaign, the fact that Bill Barr would not feel honor bound to come public with what he then knew is mystifying to me. | ||
| I think to your point earlier, the president needs to call him in and in all likelihood, He needs to be fired because here's the reality. | ||
| The United States is potentially weeks away from this man, this traitor Joe Biden, who sold out our country for millions of dollars to the two most dangerous enemies of America, Russia and China. | ||
| This man could potentially be taking the oath of office on January 20th. | ||
| Now, you and I and all the deplorables out there, We're doing everything we can to stop that from happening because we know that we won the legal vote. | ||
| But here's the point, Steve. | ||
| We would have won the legal vote by even more if this story had been fully investigated, had been fully retold effectively to the American people because all of these facts were known in October. | ||
| These facts were known and you and your team, you did incredible work with the laptop from hell, the hard drive from hell, to get these facts out there in the public. | ||
| We got corroboration from very credible patriots like Tony Bobulinski. | ||
| This information was known and it was buried. | ||
| And this is an absolute crime what has happened to the American people. | ||
| A lot of people out there who have busy lives, who are not politically astute, They simply did not know about this story. | ||
| Media Research Center did polling. | ||
| 45% of Biden voters were unaware of this entire China-Biden scandal. | ||
| Had they been aware, you can surely bet that a certain percentage, enough to move the needle in some of these razor-thin states, that some of these voters would not have voted for Joe Biden because they couldn't possibly trust him to be our Commander-in-Chief when he's compromised by the Chinese regime. | ||
| Steve, one of the things I've always admired about you is not just your understanding of capital markets and finance and how you tie it back and make it accessible and explain it to the American people, but your level-headedness and you don't run around with your hair on fire. | ||
| Has the country, in your opinion, ever been in a crisis like it is now, constitutionally, economically, capital markets-wise, but even more about the soul and fabric of our government and its interrelationship, its relationship with the American people, with the consent of the governed, and with our enemies? | ||
| Have we ever had a crisis like this? | ||
| I don't think so. | ||
| I mean, look, certainly not in our lifetime. | ||
| And in terms of the internal situation, there weren't the external threats. | ||
| In terms of the internal situation, I don't think our country's been in this situation since the Civil War, really, quite frankly, in terms of just a disagreement over fundamental principles. | ||
| And as I said then, we didn't have an external threat. | ||
| And we now add to that the external threat and the degree to which the Chinese Communist Party has infiltrated the United States. | ||
| You know, it's really It's amazing and scary when you think about it. | ||
| You know, if you harken back to the Cold War, it would have been impossible in the 60s or 70s or 80s. | ||
| It would have been impossible to fathom that the Soviet Union could have infiltrated American society to anywhere near the degree that the CCP has now successfully integrated itself within the power structures of the United States. | ||
| You know, and the worst example by far is Beijing-Biden, is the fact that we have potentially a commander-in-chief who is compromised by the CCP. | ||
| But that's hardly the only example, because we know that big business CEOs are doing the business of the CCP. | ||
| We know university presidents are doing their bidding. | ||
| We know that influential figures in sports and culture, the NBA for example, I'm more than happy to be bought off by the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| None of this would have been even thinkable regarding the Soviet Union when the country had largely unanimity in recognizing and facing down our enemy. | ||
| We need that same kind of resolve now. | ||
| Donald Trump is trying to provide it, and I think it's one of the reasons, by the way, that these reprehensible forces, big media, big tech, and a lot of these intelligence community alums, We've got about two minutes. | ||
| What do you think the path out of here is? | ||
| and actually conspiring to prevent him from claiming his legal victory and being sworn in again for a second term on January 20th. | ||

| If you had to make a recommendation, what is the path for the American people to cut through this and to get to the sunlit uplands on the other side of this? | ||
| Sure. Well, for the president's part, it is my hope that he is going to call in Bill Barr at the least demand public explanations, if not fire him. | ||
| That's, of course, his decision to make, not mine, but that is my public recommendation. | ||
| Regarding the election, look, I am confident that the suit brought by Texas that is now joined by over a third of the states in the United States is a serious constitutional case. | ||
| And I've always believed this, and I think you have too, that the fraud is important. | ||
| It absolutely needs to be investigated. | ||
| But to some degree, that's icing on the cake. | ||
| The constitutional case is enough to say that the votes are so tainted in those four states that they are not valid and that they cannot be certified. | ||
| And the Constitution, thankfully, our founders very presciently laid out a process for exactly this kind of scenario. | ||
| And we can have and should have I think a contingent election that would likely result in Donald Trump being reelected president of the United States. | ||
| So that's part of the way forward. | ||
| And then also, Steve, I think we deplorables, we just, we have to keep the pressure up, particularly in our states, because we know that in the United States, we effectively have 50 elections, not really one. | ||
| And we've got to keep the pressure up in our states to make sure that Republicans know that whatever happens on January 20th, whoever the president is, That this movement is not going backwards. | ||
| We are not retreating to a 2014-2015 Republican Party of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. | ||
| And no, we will demand an America First agenda, we will demand accountability in elections, and we will never let an election like this one happen again in this great republic. | ||

| John, we started with a call up with Rudy Giuliani almost an hour ago where he said to the House Investigative Committee in Georgia, anybody that denies what went down there as far as the election fraud and the voter fraud is either blind or they're lying. | ||

| Today on my show live I had Senator Bill Ligon, Representative Jeff Jones. | ||

| They want to fight basically what Senator Ligon said. | ||
| is you run towards the fight you don't run away they're very disappointed in their leaders uh... some of the things they said you can find on our youtube channel are incredible about uh... the lack of leadership here couple things they said uh... is uh... senator ligon who's a lawyer he filed a friend of the court amicus brief along with george in the texas lawsuit so basically uh... legislators in georgia are fighting their own attorney general who's | ||
| arguing on the behalf of the state against texas they got 15 state senators to sign it out of 34 Republicans in the House. | ||
| They got 30 to sign on out of 106. | ||
| Not big numbers, but it's something. | ||
| We had Buddy Calderon, a congressman from South Georgia. | ||
| He was one of the 103 Republicans who signed the Texas brief and he said, The Supreme Court is going to have to deal with this and hear it when you got 18 states and 103 Congress persons that have signed on to this. | ||
| So you got some fight here in South Georgia. | ||
| A couple things that came out of this Steve is that the Jeff Jones, Representative Jeff Jones with us, blasted Brian Kemp and he said he was basically disingenuous and he thinks we're stupid because he called on the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to do a signature audit of the envelopes. | ||
| He asked them politely But then he knew he wasn't going to do it, and he wouldn't call a special session, and the special session, he said, is what would have given the General Assembly the authority to authorize and demand that signature verification. | ||
| So basically what Jeff Jones says is, they're lying to you, they have something to hide, otherwise they would want transparency, and they think you're stupid. | ||
| I mean, that's what I found out here today. | ||
| The other thing that's going on In Georgia right now, is we're finding out about why the legislature didn't vote for the special session for the presidential election when they didn't need three-fifths, and they were lying to the people about that. | ||
| They only needed 50% plus one. | ||
| Jeff Jones said that Speaker Ralston, who talked to the president, said he would get 91, did the opposite, that he strong-armed his caucus, said he rules it with an iron hand. | ||
| A lot of people were afraid of getting stripped from committees or being blackballed. | ||
| We got three state senators said the same thing about Butch Miller there, Senate Pro Tempore, and Jeff Duncan, Lieutenant. | ||

| Cosmo, man with the $5,000 suits and the hair that runs for CNN, that they were threatening committee chairmanships. | ||
| I mean, you gotta ask yourself, for these people in Georgia that have stood in opposition to their people in order to protect Dominion, in order to protect Raffensperger, in order to protect an illegal election and consent decree, you just gotta ask yourself, why are they doing it? | ||
| What do they have to hide? | ||
| Purdue at the rally, I told you yesterday with Mike Pence, never mentioned the Texas lawsuit, the amicus brief, never mentioned anything. | ||
| He came under tremendous fire from that yesterday after that rally so that he and Kelly Loeffler today or late last night had to put a statement, a joint statement out saying they supported the Texas lawsuit and they were signing on to that. | ||
| But that was only after intense pressure from their own constituents. | ||

| They're not getting it. | ||
| They don't talk to voters. | ||
| But hopefully now we're getting some movement because we continue to shine a bright light here in Georgia where there was complete darkness. | ||
