Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Now with over 23 million downloads on the podcast, one of the largest podcasts, not just in this nation, but in the world, in all categories.
John Frederick's Radio Network, Real America's Voice, we're on Rumble, GNews, GTV, everywhere.
Totally ubiquitous.
We're ubiquitous and we still have a massive podcast.
And that's because of this audience.
I want the audience to get focused here.
You've got to get to the AGs of Alaska, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, in Wyoming.
Where are these guys?
We need additional plaintiffs into the suit.
Don't need amicus briefs.
Don't need cheering from the sidelines.
Amicus briefs are fine.
Don't get me wrong.
It's a start.
But we need plaintiffs.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
I want to now go to... Boy, this show has been lit this morning.
Why are we fighting for this?
Here's why we're fighting, ladies and gentlemen.
We're fighting because it's the right thing to do.
We have a duty to do this.
Right?
unidentified
But... We're also winning.
steve bannon
Look at the numbers.
Why are Morning Joe and those guys got all the screwed up faces?
Why is the Wall Street Journal saying, hey, this is dangerous now?
Washington Post editorial, this is dangerous.
We're getting into dangerous territory.
You know why?
Because we're winning.
And we're winning because the American people, as they see what's going on, and I gotta tell ya, the hard drive from hell and the suppression of the Hunter Biden situation, and remember, it's not Hunter.
Hunter's the client guy.
He's drinking what the client's drinking.
Or he's snorting what the client's snorting.
Right?
Or smoking what the client's smoking.
Crack.
Right?
He's the client guy.
He's the clown out there.
He's the new business guy.
It's the brother, James, and it's also back to Joe Biden, because Joe Biden knew they were selling access to him.
This is why there will not be a Biden administration, but if there ever was, Tony Blinken and Stephen K. Bannon said this on October 14th in the morning on national TV, I think it was Maria Bartiromo that Tony Blinken will never, it's impossible for Tony Blinken to get confirmed.
Why?
Tony Blinken knew what was going on.
Tony Blinken would take those meetings.
Tony Blinken would aid in the bad.
Tony Blinken didn't take any money.
Seems like he's a pretty honest guy that way, I think.
Right?
He did the West Exec thing, though.
That's a whole different kettle of fish in that selling access using the avenue between the Executive Office Building, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, and the West Wing.
The White House?
Okay, let's go to Bernie Kerrigan.
Bernie, you've dedicated your life to law enforcement, both in the military and then as police commissioner, as a police officer, all of it.
Bill Barr, you've been at the heart of the hard drive from hell from the get-go.
You knew, and you and I would talk about how they came out and said, oh, this is Russian disinformation, Rudy's a tool, he's a tool of Ukraine, he's a tool of the Russians, he's a tool of this, he's a tool of that.
We knew the facts.
But the media wouldn't report that, you know, besides the bravery of Miranda Devine and Emma Jo Morris and others at the New York Post and the management, the senior management of the New York Post.
Right?
But to know now that Bill Barr knew this from the spring, and this is not about Hunter Biden, this is about being compromised by the Chinese, the greatest enemy we've ever had, the biggest existential threat the country has ever had, the Chinese Communist Party, that have enslaved, they're in an unbroken chain of enslaving the Chinese people, remember, for all the greatness of Chinese civilization.
They have never had a day of freedom, Lao Bajing, in 10,000 years.
Never a day of freedom.
Never.
And this long fight we've had from, you know, Athens and Rome and the Magna Carta and all of it, all of it, thousands of years, thousands of years, about freedom.
And particularly freedom for the little guy.
The Chinese haven't had that.
And now we know that the paymasters of the Bidens, the compromise is just sickening.
It's bad enough it's the media, but it's the Justice Department and it's the Attorney General of the United States.
So Mr. Carrick, I would like to have your assessment and your analysis being that you've given your life to the enforcement of the law.
bernard kerik
You know what, Steve?
Am I shocked by it?
No, because you'd have to be a moron to think that Attorney General Barr and Christopher Wray did not know what was going on.
The evidence that we, and I will say this, you know, all the headlines over the last three days about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Jim Biden, you know what it's done?
It's vindicated Rudy Giuliani.
It's vindicated President Trump.
And it sent the message around the United States and world That we were censored.
Facebook, Twitter, think of all the people, Steve, that took this stuff down, that would not let us publicly post or talk about it.
You know, the censorship, you're talking about communist China?
That's what we've turned into, that's what's going on here, in this country, by big tech, big media, and it's outrageous.
And the Attorney General, and the FBI Director, they were complicit!
They were complicit.
Here's the bottom line.
They knew.
They knew all about it.
They didn't say a word.
In fact, they suppressed everything and anything relating to it in an attempt not to impact the election.
But in fact, they did.
They did.
You can't tell me that their suppression didn't have a negative impact on the election for the president.
So at the end of the day, I think, you know, this is, you know, I only wish I only wish that President Trump, you know, six months ago, a year ago...
Got rid of the Attorney General.
Got rid of Christopher Wray.
Got rid of the Never Trumpers.
Put people in there that were devoted to the constitutionality of this country and real law enforcement.
You've got to stop putting former U.S.
Attorneys in those positions like FBI Director.
Put cops in there.
Put real investigators in there.
Put non-politically motivated people in there and let them go do the job that's supposed to be done.
We wouldn't have these problems.
steve bannon
Bernie, Barr's gone out of his way to essentially heckle Bernie Kerrick and the team with Rudy Giuliani that has worked, and people should understand this, these people have worked 20 and 22 hours a day, seven days a week, since November 3rd to go around the country and to pull together, with limited resources, to pull together amazing, amazing Evidence.
I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, you have 2,000 affidavits, over 2,000 affidavits, and additional evidence that would take up, I don't know, 50 binders, 80 binders, 100 binders.
Are you prepared?
Why have we not had those put into binders and presented to Attorney General Barr, who essentially goes out of his way to heckle you and Rudy Giuliani and your team, saying, I don't see any evidence.
Is there any evidence out there?
I haven't seen any evidence.
I don't know if there's any evidence.
bernard kerik
Well, I can't say this, Steve.
You know what?
We've heard about the evidence in sworn affidavits.
You know, the stuff that went down at Philadelphia.
The ballot harvesting.
The bringing in 130,000 ballots during the middle of the night.
Pittsburgh, 350,000.
during the middle of the night, Pittsburgh 350,000.
But in Georgia, in Georgia, we didn't hear about it.
We saw it.
We physically saw it.
So there's a couple issues.
This is 100% irrefutable evidence that it occurred in Georgia, and at the minimum, there were 24,000 votes that were tabulated that should not have been.
Donald Trump only lost by 12,000 in Georgia.
In any politician, whether it's the Secretary of State, the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, any one of them that attempts to certify or certifies Georgia, it's a crime.
It's a federal crime.
It's a state crime.
It's malfeasance.
They should be impeached.
That's what they should be.
If they certify Georgia, given the evidence that's overwhelming and irrefutable, they should be impeached.
The bottom line is, The Attorney General can say whatever he wants.
I personally, and I think we've spoken about this, I think we should take those 2,000 affidavits.
Keep in mind, for your listeners, a sworn affidavit is under the penalty of perjury, a five-year mandatory minimum in federal and in state courts around the country.
It's no different than going before a grand jury.
It's exactly the same evidence that you would put before a grand jury, and I promise you, if you did, These people would be indicted already.
Why the Attorney General, why the FBI isn't taking those sworn affidavits and pursuing prosecutions, I don't know, but I can tell you this, Steve, and I think you know this, as somebody that was, I was a target of the government, and I can remember at times two lines in a paragraph that winds up in the newspaper, you know, relating to an allegation, an unconfirmed allegation, And the FBI is dropping subpoenas on people's doors, snatching them up at their house.
In this case, you have 2,000 sworn affidavits.
Where are they?
You have to ask why.
steve bannon
Bernie, the truck driver we had Jesse Morgan on, he signed an affidavit, come out on national TV, has given sworn testimony that, hey, he drove a truck that can't find the trailer that had, you know, 144,000, 288,000 ballots.
They've been protesting every Thursday with hundreds of people in front of the Postal Service.
At Bethpage, Jesse comes on the show and says the only investigation he's had is people coming in and questioning him and his family about how he met Phil Kline and how he got on TV and who are these Republicans, does he have any association with the Republican Party.
Why are Attorney Generals and the Attorney General and the FBI not all, he said not one guy has come to him and really had a meaningful conversation about where this trailer is that's still missing.
bernard kerik
You know what, Steve?
I don't know the answer.
I honestly don't know the answer.
That's not the way it's supposed to work.
There was a criminal allegation.
There's substantial proof that this occurred.
Phil Klein has done a tremendous job in putting the pieces of this stuff together.
And, you know, in any other scenario, In any other scenario, I believe if it wasn't related to this election, the FBI would have jumped on board, they would have initiated an investigation, you know, got a U.S.
attorney to put it before a grand jury and conducted the investigation properly for prosecution.
Why isn't it happening?
Because this relates to Donald Trump and this election.
That's the only thing I can think of.
steve bannon
Bernie, we've only got a couple of minutes left, but should a special prosecutor be assigned to this now?
And should something happen between now and January 20th about Biden before Inauguration Day?
Not that he's going to be inaugurated, but just as a backup in case anything happens here that we don't get a proper adjudication of Trump's claims?
Should that happen immediately?
bernard kerik
Well, given that the FBI and the Justice Department, now we know they've been working on this for months, several months.
There's no way, based on what we saw in the hard drive from hell, there's no way they shouldn't be indicted already.
There should be criminal indictments.
And if you use the evidence that's in the hard drive, that alone, forget about Bobulinski and everybody else, the evidence in the hard drive alone is enough to indict Joe Biden, Jim Biden, Hunter Biden, and Hunter Biden's partners.
It's overwhelming.
That's all they need to do.
steve bannon
Bernie, last question before we bounce.
In your professional opinion, given the evidence that you have personally reviewed, has Joe Biden and his family been compromised by the Chinese Communist Party?
unidentified
1,000%.
bernard kerik
1,000%.
1000%. 1000%. He cannot be the president of the United States.
steve bannon
Bernie Kerik, how do people get to you?
How did they get to your show on WABC?
bernard kerik
Bernard Carrick on Twitter and WABCRadio.com, based out of New York.
You know, talk live radio.
steve bannon
Biggest talk station in the country.
Great show.
Bernie, thank you so much for being on here.
The audience absolutely appreciates and loves you.
bernard kerik
Thank you.
steve bannon
You don't think this is a crisis?
You don't think we have a constitutional crisis?
You don't think we have a crisis?
For the first time in American history, we have a guy that aspires to be in that the media and the corporations and the tech oligarchs, right, are all pushing to become President of the United States.
That is totally compromised by the greatest enemy the country's ever had.
I'm not a Johnny-come-lady to this.
I've been preaching this for a decade.
The Chinese Communist Party is an existential threat to their own people.
They're an existential threat to the American people.
And as you've seen with the CCP virus, they're an existential threat to all mankind.
And we have Now a family that's on the payroll, and our justice system and our national security intelligence system knows it.
Be back with Ed Pozzuoli, The Lawyer, next.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Stephen.
It's live. Yeah.
steve bannon
Okay, didn't have the normally helps who get some comeback music Um...
Okay, we have Ed Pozzuoli on.
Ed, are you there?
unidentified
Steve, I'm here.
steve bannon
Hey, how are you doing, brother?
I had a small technical problem, my fault.
unidentified
Not a problem.
steve bannon
Ed, I want to give you a shout-out.
First off, about how great Florida was about handling this election is because of you and other lawyers down there.
You were ahead of this.
You told us how you guys had this planned.
Everything's going to be counted.
And this is about Ron DeSantis, the administration down there, the Trump team, and you and all the lawyers that worked on it was absolutely fantastic.
So just compliments to that.
You've seen the fiasco, and you called this the fiasco the rest of the country was going to be on the legal side.
But before we get to all the details of that, I've got to ask you, because you're one of our, you know, McGinley, Rivkin, Schultz, you are kind of my go-to guys on constitutional issues.
Give your frank assessment of where we stand.
This could be a historic weekend.
Give your frank assessment of where we stand.
You believe in this Texas lawsuit that's before the Supreme Court right now to figure out if they're going to take it on or not.
unidentified
All right, Steve.
The basic lawsuit has grounds in constitutional law.
I think they're strong.
From an elector's clause, equal protection clause, they're fine.
But here's ultimately the issue.
The relief that's sought in that case Maybe a bridge too far for the Supreme Court.
What they're seeking there is essentially to nullify the presidential electors from each of those states.
uh... that were already selected and then conduct a special election for those electors essentially what we used to call in the schoolyard a do-over or have the uh... state legislatures appoint those electors those are really uh... that is really an extreme position they're asking uh... the supreme court to put themselves and and and a political in a political mess and so
I don't think that part of it is just too much to ask the court.
Particularly in light of the fact that while we have some substantial allegations coming out of those,
uh... coming out of those states they have not yet been vetted through a trial cross-examination we don't have a set of facts that with everybody can agree upon and so uh... those thing and they did it varies from state to state so it's a very complicated issue so i think that i doubt the success of this thing but steve let me let me caveat that by saying
There are reasons to bring a lawsuit legally and hope that you win on a Hail Mary, in a sense, on one hand, but there's also good reason to begin to talk about something that we've preached here forever, is that it is important to every American that we have the highest integrity in the election process as possible.
And the Democrats spent four years after 2016 trying to diminish the election of Donald Trump.
And then we get into some of these issues running up to 2020.
and you and i talked about this before the election about the potential abuses that not just i thought i would occur in a mail-in ballot setting various commissions a right to a bunch of those commissions all came down and said this is going to be fought with problems and there is going to be a true difficulty in having uh... any sense of integrity on mail-in ballots quickly where and i could pennsylvania allowed mail-in ballots to be counted that were received
after the election or there was no a standardization around how to verify the actual voter uh... who filled the ballot out because they even get away with you know the signature requirements any of that stuff All of those problems.
Big problem.
It should have been, frankly, nipped in the butt in April and May and June, and not in December.
steve bannon
Okay, but could it... I understand that, but given where we are, it should have been dealt with by the campaign, by the Republican Party, and just by guys that are elected officials in these states.
Given that, You've got to bring it when you can bring it and show that there's damages.
Don't you think the convergence of both Trump with Eastman's doing and the states with Paxson at Texas at least makes it, leave the remedy aside, at least makes it that the Supreme Court should hear this?
Or do you believe they're not going to step in the middle of this?
Understanding what the remedy is, you know, it could be a decision like a Dred Scott decision, right?
Something of that level of magnitude that they don't want to get involved and they're just going to say, hey, we want to wash our hands of it.
unidentified
Well, they could do that, or they could send it back to a trial court to flush out the facts.
Generally speaking, a trial, you know, a Supreme Court is looking at a case that has already been flushed out in the courts below, and the facts are really not at issue.
And what the Supreme Court is doing is dealing with the nub of a legal issue, right?
You know, an interpretive issue or a legal issue around a federal issue.
In this case, the facts You know, as much as you and I might agree on a certain set of facts, the facts from a legal standing haven't been set yet.
They're not set in stone for a Supreme Court to act and apply the law against a set of facts.
That has not yet been developed.
And the idea is that they may push it back down.
To a lower court to flush out for a full-blown trial with testimony, so we can flush that out, or just dismiss it altogether, saying that this isn't the appropriate time and venue for this.
That's the potential outcomes I see.
steve bannon
Okay, okay, hang on.
If you push it back down to, given that the Electoral College is supposed to meet, I think, at noon on Monday, is there time here?
Do you think we have time, if they push it back to a trial court and say, hey, look, Go to the trial court and let's see what the facts are.
And by the way, the people that support President Trump have no problem with that.
We want this in a court where it's argued and this testimony has got to become hardened facts.
So there's not an issue here.
Do you think there's enough time?
Walk me through the process.
unidentified
Probably, probably not.
And this is where I would say to you that the question is, are you going to... is the attempt... I see two basic reasons of filing a lawsuit.
One is to try to write what The claimant thinks is wrong and basically change the result of what we've already seen, whether you believe it or not, right, of this election.
And then go forward, that's the second reason, which deals with the long-term issue of integrity in our election process that Americans should be able to trust.
And a voter in Texas Should be judged by the same standard in a federal election that you see in Pennsylvania, as an example.
And those things should be dealt with in some equal protection basis.
That might take a longer period, and there might be a good reason to flush this out post, and, you know, let the thing flush out over time, so we really all get an understanding as to what the true facts were, and then how the law is applied for future elections.
steve bannon
Okay, I got it for future elections, but the here and now, between now and because the one hard date we've got is noon, high noon on the 20th of January of 2021, right?
Which is six weeks away or so.
And the hard date of the 14th.
Excuse me?
unidentified
And the hard date of the electors.
steve bannon
on the forties the electors at how hard it is the electors because they were told me everybody told me to include in the uh... youtube that the eighth was a hard day on the uh... safe harbor and we can at last my look we can't believe through that this guy's in court today wisconsin to michigan to arizona kelly warges filed again you get george's filed again you're in court all over the place for a four-year-old the supreme court so how was the eighth that hard is is the fourteenth a car is in fourteen
unidentified
hardened stone assumed assume for a second that everybody who is currently open electorate for president presidential electorate it heated and they vote to the electoral college takes a vote That becomes hard, Steve.
steve bannon
Shouldn't all the Trump electors in those states show up at noon at these various state houses?
Shouldn't they in Michigan, in Georgia, Pennsylvania, in Arizona, Nevada?
Isn't it incumbent upon them to actually show up on Monday?
unidentified
Well, I mean, they could show up, but their votes, at least as it sits today, would not be allowed to be cast.
But if we're going to try to keep the ball alive, you have them cast their votes even in protest as if, you know, so you have them set aside for purposes of the record.
But then, you know, in the end, the votes that are going to be counted, at least as it sits today, are going to be the electors that are currently seated.
steve bannon
Your best guess right now, and not guess, your best professional opinion, what happens, we've got about a minute, what happens at the Supreme Court?
Do you think they kick it back down?
Do you think they pass?
Do you think they take this on?
unidentified
I think that you're going to see somebody like Judge Roberts really push to pass on this.
steve bannon
Ed Pasuale, how do people get access to you?
unidentified
Twitter, all that, your social media content?
EJ POZZ at Twitter, and I'm happy to have this conversation.
It's very complicated, and Steve, it's truly a sad situation that we find ourselves in.
steve bannon
Ed, you've been right.
You were right about Florida.
You were dead spot on about everything and how that was handled, about how it was going to be handled.
You were dead spot on about this whole fiasco, about the Red Mirage and what they try to do in stealing this election.
You've been dead spot on in everything.
So thank you very much for being part of the show.
I really appreciate it.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
Appreciate it.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break, and I promise you, I promise you when we come back, we're actually going to come back the proper way.
Stephen K. Bannon, you're in The War Room, back in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
Maggie, talk to us about, and we're going to do this the right way this time, talk to us, Maggie, about the march we have tomorrow, what's happening tomorrow.
unidentified
There's another Trump march happening tomorrow.
You remember a few weeks ago, we had close to a million people estimated at that event, and they're going to do a repeat again.
You know, this is sort of a rally cry for President Trump, you know, demanding that we stop the steal of this election.
Okay, perfect.
steve bannon
I'm going to get your information.
Okay, for those in the live chat and hashtag war on pandemic, I bet Ed Pasuale, oh surrender monkey, okay.
When I was a child, I thought like a child, I acted like a child, And I talk like a child.
Grow up!
I dare anybody in there to go back and look at what Pasuali said about Florida in the run-up.
Dead spot on, 100% right.
Listen to what Ed Pasuali told us was going to happen in the other states.
Dead spot on, 100% right.
I would love to sit here and tell you it's all going to be fine.
That the magic fairy of the Supreme Court is going to come in and just with a magic wand is going to sit there and say it's all better.
It's all better.
So stop soiling yourself.
Grow up.
We're in a war right now.
Grow up!
Oh, he's so doom and gloom.
If you can't handle it, then get out!
If you can't handle the truth.
And a guy like Pasquale goes, hey, this thing's not a lock.
Here's what I think is going to happen.
At the end of the day, I think Roberts is going to punch.
Maybe Roberts doesn't punch.
Maybe this gets adjudicated and the left melts down because we get our day at the Supreme Court.
But guess what?
That may not happen.
Okay?
That may not happen.
And we're still going to hold the line.
Okay?
But don't sit here when somebody comes and tells you what they think and he's got a track record of being truthful and spot on and smart, which we need to be tough and we need to be smart and we need to be relentless.
Don't sit here and disparage the guy.
I'm sorry he's not telling you a fairy, a magic fairy is going to come in and take the wand and make you feel better.
I don't care how you feel.
unidentified
People have got to grow up.
Okay?
steve bannon
We're in a jam.
We're in a crisis.
In a crisis, we need leadership and we need people to bond together and say, we're going to hold the line and we're not going to back down.
And yes, there's going to be bad news, but don't think that the Bush appointee Roberts is going to come in here and say, okay, I got this.
Because that is not going to happen.
It doesn't mean that the Supreme Court may not take it up.
I pray that the Supreme Court takes it up.
I believe they will take it up.
I hope they will take it up.
But I'm fully prepared to listen to people who I admire who have been straight shooters and have told us things we didn't want to hear at the time.
We didn't want to hear them.
If you go back and listen to Ed Pasuale, when Raheem Kassam was coming forward with the Transition Integrity Project, You know, Bill McGinley and Ed Pasuale back in, I think it was in July and in August, were telling you the way things were going to be.
Right?
Okay, I want to bring in now Raheem Kassam, Jag Maxi.
Raheem, when we were talking about all that, and when we were going through the initial stages of the hard drive from hell and figuring out how to actually get it out and make sure people had access to it, It was stunning that they had the hard drive from December of 2019.
We know that for a fact.
And in fact, if they had come forward at the time, particularly to protect the little girl on the situations with the family, but as importantly with the compromise by the Chinese Communist Party, Bernie Sanders would have been the nominee.
Or maybe Elizabeth Warren.
But it would not have been Joe Biden, right?
The apparatus, the neoliberal, neocon, globalist apparatus protected itself.
Let's just say what it is.
This is my thing to Rush Limbaugh.
And there's nobody in the world I admire more than Rush Limbaugh.
The effort he has done in the vineyard of liberty, right?
For 40 years.
And for many years, one man alone.
But there's a new way to think about this.
It's not Liberal-Conservatives.
It's Nationalists vs. Globalists.
The Globalists protected themselves.
They protected themselves.
It's obvious.
And now it's obvious.
And that's why Barr would be called over today to explain himself in detail.
Present him with the facts of the 2000 affidavits.
Hey, and if he's not in, that's fine.
You're fired.
Go.
Leave.
Or give me a letter of resignation.
Either one, but you're not going to be over at the Justice Department this afternoon.
Rahim Qassam.
What do you think?
unidentified
Yeah.
raheem kassam
Well, I agree with the mantra, no soiling yourself in the war room.
I think that's a good place to start.
We have a story up at the moment.
It's the lead story on the National Pulse and it goes into some more detail behind this Wall Street Journal report.
You're seeing Attorney General Bill Barr.
We reported actually, and it was a friend of the show Harlan Hill who bumped into Bill Barr a week before the election and asked him to his face, hey, what is going on with this hard drive?
I've seen it, I know what's on it, what's going to happen.
The Attorney General at the time, he didn't even, and I tweeted about it at the time, he didn't even say, hey I can't talk about it, or hey good to see you, you know, in and around Washington DC you actually bump into these people quite a lot.
He literally just sat there in silence and stared through him.
Didn't give any sort of response whatsoever and it was at that point when that got told to me.
I was like, oh my goodness He knows exactly what's on the drive and he doesn't intend to do anything about it now Whether or not he should be called into the White House today.
There's a no-brainer.
I think he has to go in there He has to explain himself, but also I think he should leave without a job.
That's just my opinion This is Unless there is something absolutely extraordinary, then the argument is that the Attorney General of the United States withheld information from the public ahead of one of the most important times that they ever get, which is to exercise their vote to choose who the next Chief Magistrate of the nation, the Commander-in-Chief be.
He hid information from the American public that would have led them to being able to make a more ...an informed opinion when they entered the ballot box or mailed their ballots in and that is not his decision to make.
It simply isn't.
His decision, he's not an editor-in-chief of a news outlet.
He's the Attorney General of the United States and if there's an open investigation into the family, and I don't care about the pornography on the drive, the National Post, we didn't report about any of the salacious images on the drive, no.
It was the detail about the deals, it was the compromise with the Chinese Communist Party, I know you've got Jack Maxey who broke so much of the news also online as well, and I just, I happen to believe that it's a complete no brainer and it goes back, pulled up this thing in our story, it goes back to something I guess that Joe Biden said to Bill Barr back in 1995.
He said, I truly enjoyed working with you.
unidentified
You were one of the best I have ever worked with.
raheem kassam
Friendships die hard.
steve bannon
I want to bring in Jack.
Now here's the thing.
Let me give the audience some good news.
The Wisconsin hearing, which is at the state court level today, is on fire.
I'm getting this from Jack Posobiec.
I'm also getting it from people in the engine room or the war room that are tuned into this.
So this fight's a long way from over, ladies and gentlemen.
And remember, every minute of every day we put more facts out, we put more evidence out, is only going to get the American people, we're going to break the 50% barrier and we're going to get to 60%.
And this is going to kill any type of opportunity that Biden's going to have to not just be president, but to actually act as a president.
Remember, keep your eye on the prize, right?
So this is, this is powerful.
What's happening in Wisconsin is powerful.
You can go online and listen right now, and I actually tell you, as much as I love the War Room, and I want to, if you want to, just go, you can see it live.
Posobiec's over there, other people, Jack Maxson, these guys have been listening to it.
Jack, before I talk more about Wisconsin, I've got to ask you, you've been the guy, more than anybody, probably the Costellos in you, have drilled down on the hard drive from hell, literally, and crowdsourced it with people that worked with you to get this information out.
What is your response when you hear now that Barr knew about this probably in the spring, knew about the details, had investigations going on, and was silent?
jack maxey
Well, Steve, I think it's horrible.
I think one thing that our audience should remember, we're talking a lot about this election and this notion of equality before the law.
Clearly, there is a two-tier justice system.
We have Hunter in his own voice describing himself getting investigated by the Secret Service, the FBI, the Delaware Police for having a gun in a trash can in front of a grocery store two years ago.
We have the receipts from several million dollars of transactions that Hunter took from his disappeared Chinese contacts into Hudson 3 in the fall of 2018.
We have Hunter in his own voice describing how his Chinese Communist handler has disappeared.
We have Hunter discussing this.
We have evidence of Hunter having a mole inside his office at Rosemont Seneca trained by Beijing to be in charge of all communications between the two organizations.
We have emails on that hard drive that she or this new employee had access to where Hunter requests from someone from his vice president father's office all of the cell phone numbers for every single member of the Democratic leadership, including the Clintons.
So this is national security risk at the highest level.
And we talk about the Department of Justice.
I don't think that we can trust them.
We've seen over the last five years that they are unreliable.
I would say the same with the FBI.
But I can tell you that I'm posting them on my Twitter feed right now.
The SEC and FINRA need to step in.
There are multiple cases of fraud that I can show you inside Bohai Harvest.
There are multiple Wall Street organizations who are invested in this.
This describes systemic risk.
This is nothing about politics.
The SEC and FINRA need to step in and start closing down some bank accounts.
This is the way every other fraud is dealt with.
The other thing is nobody other than Hunter Biden would have gotten a bye for all this time.
And they claim it's the Justice Department guidelines.
Well, I can tell you what, Justice Department guidelines seem a lot like me as an American citizen, as a voice of the deplorables.
Like unequal justice.
Because I can guarantee you, you look at Jesse Morgan, this guy who stepped up, an American hero.
All he's gotten is harassment from the FBI and their handlers in the Justice Department.
Hunter Biden?
Nothing.
Pay attention to my Twitter feed.
I am posting things all day long.
You know, I'm taking a risk because you know how Twitter is sort of the censorship of the DNC.
But I am posting them.
I've got pictures of the diamond that everyone's looking for.
I've got pictures of his transactions throughout his multiple LLCs.
I've got his uncle Jimbo talking about the grift that they're going to do in cooperation with half the Democratic leadership and half the Democratic governors around the country using taxpayers' money to enrich the Biden family.
It is nonstop.
And I am not going to stop because this country is worth it.
Bill Barr, I think, has proven himself in the best case scenario, you could say that he has blinders on and is incompetent.
In the worst case scenario, he is compromised in some fashion.
These are questions that American people have across the board.
How is it that you can be engaged in criminal activity, not just for a few years, This is decades, people.
There are dozens of shell companies and special purpose vehicles inside the state of Delaware that the Biden family washed criminal proceeds of global criminal conspiracy through.
Now, let's remember something else, and I know one does not like to speak poorly of the dead, but remember, Beau Biden was the Attorney General of Delaware for a large portion of the period that they were doing this global grift through the LLCs.
In the little Chancellery Court in Delaware.
This is a conspiracy.
It needs to be followed up on.
I want everybody to look into Eudora.
You know, Dick Durbin, you know Jeff Cooper.
Hey, why don't you tell us a little bit about Eudora, because I know you know a lot about her.
steve bannon
Jack, hang on for a second.
I'm going to hold you over the break.
Rahim, what's on National Pulse?
What's on National Pulse today at three?
Rahim, we don't have the volume, Rahim.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return in a moment.
Rahim Gossama, Jack Maxson.
In the War Room!
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We're one of the sponsors of this tour and couldn't be prouder of what they're doing.
We're going to be doing a little bit of a tour of the city.
steve bannon
Oh Oh Okay, that's a powerful spot that's been done by Team Kramer on the March for Trump.
I want to turn now over to Maggie Vandenberg, who is the tip of the spear here in the War Room of coordinating everything, dealing with this massive march that's going to take place tomorrow.
Maggie?
unidentified
Hey, Kylie.
We're excited to have you on to tell us a little bit more about the march tomorrow.
Can you give our viewers kind of a picture of what the day is going to look like, what time, where to be, what they should bring, and kind of what they can expect?
Yes.
Thank you so much for having me.
We're so excited.
So tomorrow, Saturday, December 12th, we'll be blasting to D.C.
for the Massive March for Trump rally.
It will be at 12 noon at Freedom Plaza.
People can get more detailed information at TrumpMarch.com.
But it will be beginning at Freedom Plaza.
It will be set up a little differently than last time for anyone who joined us last time.
there will be jumbotron that are also blasting from the state so people that can't get close enough to the state will definitely be able to not only see but also hear and then after we have our speakers till about two two thirty we will begin in march that will go to the supreme court where we will also have another stage set up the main speakers will be at the main stage at freedom plaza which will be broadcast everywhere and will be on the jumbotron We are so, so excited today.
We are in Pennsylvania and we are caravaning to D.C.
And let me tell you, I have an exclusive for you guys that we had planned to have the masses march for Trump in D.C.
and then the buses would be going back to whatever they had planned next.
But we are going to keep the buses going.
So stay tuned for more announcements on where we're going.
We're probably going to be heading down to Georgia and we're going to be hitting some other states, heading a little bit more west.
So TrumpMarch.com, everyone needs to be following along to get all the information and we are so excited.
This is truly going to make history.
steve bannon
Okay, so tomorrow it's Freedom Plaza in Washington at noon.
Get there early.
There's going to be ability with screen, jumbo screens and loudspeakers.
People will hear the speeches this time.
There's going to be other activities around town.
Also, tomorrow is Washington, the place you're going to be.
But, in addition, it doesn't stop tomorrow.
You're putting the buses back on the road.
You're going back to Georgia.
This fight continues is what I'm hearing.
Kylie?
unidentified
Yes, sir, it does, and it doesn't just continue in Georgia.
I mean, some of these other states we're focused on, all eyes are on Georgia because of the Senate race, but we're not neglecting the other places that people want us to come and to be a part of everything that's going on right now.
So we want to make sure that everyone feels that their voice is heard, and so we're going to keep the bus rolling.
TrumpMarch.com will have the full schedule as we announce it.
steve bannon
Hulu has the Kardashians.
The deplorables have the Kramers.
Okay, I think I'll take the Kramers.
Kylie, thank you so much.
It's amazing.
Look forward to tomorrow.
You did such an incredible job.
Look forward to tomorrow.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
We look forward to it, too.
TrumpLunch.com.
steve bannon
Okay, fantastic.
We're going to have live tomorrow from 10 to noon.
I understand Raheem's going to be at the White House this afternoon, so National Pulse is going to be playing the hearings all day.
There's a ton of stuff going on throughout the day, so activity and waiting for the Supreme Court.
Actually, some of the speakers are going to be in front of the Supreme Court.
That's for the march.
This is a march you want to participate in.
I want to, by the way, thank the audience for hanging in there.
This has been an intense day.
That's caused so much activity going around the country.
We're trying to get you into it.
I've got to bring Liz Urien at the end, though.
Liz, thank you for joining us.
The reason I'm bringing you in, Liz, is not about the Vatican or the Church or the CCP today.
I've got to bring you in because of your Expertise, and what's driving me crazy about this Barr situation, of the suppression, bad enough the media did it, but to know that Barr did it.
You're an expert in child exploitation, you're an expert in this whole moving children across global lines, the marketing of children, all of that.
You've been at the forefront of defending children for your professional career as a prosecutor.
Talk to me about Barr and what's going on here with the hard drive from hell.
liz yore
Well Steve, I've talked to a lot of Americans and the most terrifying thing for them is, as bad as the electoral steal was, the most terrifying thing for them is that the Department of Justice has been missing in action.
I talked on the show this summer.
Where is the Department of Justice in taking down Antifa?
They were missing in action.
Where was the Department of Justice in protecting children after you exposed what was on the Hunter Biden laptop?
Now, this is my concern.
These people are public servants.
The Department of Justice employees work for the American people.
And they're supposed to protect children, and they're supposed to protect citizens from crazy, insane groups like Antifa.
They're supposed to investigate financial fraud to keep our banks safe, to keep our country safe from infiltrators from China.
They are missing in action.
And children are at risk because Hunter Biden is not behind bars.
And this is what drives me insane.
And I think Americans are really upset and terrified that our Department of Justice that works for us, is not protecting Americans.
They were on the CFIUS board.
They should have stopped this Dominion voting machine deal.
They should have stopped all sorts of deals that were coming in from Communist China.
But they were missing in action.
And so for all those reasons, we don't feel protected in the United States.
And our children need our federal government and Department of Justice to step in and protect them from human trafficking and from sexual exploitation.
And even though all the evidence is out there, we find out that nothing is being done.
And you know, frankly, they lied to us about the Pfizer, lied to the Pfizer court.
They lied to Judicial Watch, who was asking for information on Seth Rich's laptop.
They said for four years that they didn't have the laptop.
They lied about it.
The Department of Justice had the laptop of Seth Rich, the murdered DNC employee.
So, you know, I'm just, you know, we have an electoral crisis on our hands in this United States, but we have a Department of Justice crisis.
steve bannon
Liz, thank you very much.
Okay, we're going to be back at 5 o'clock and we'll be live tomorrow morning with another special prior to the massive march here in Washington, D.C.
We're going to profile the march this afternoon.
Plus, we're going to get you up to speed on everything that's going on from Wisconsin, Georgia, to new developments in Arizona, and of course, the Supreme Court, until 5 p.m.
