| About 10 years ago, some Uyghur groups approached me and said, you know, you've been such an effective voice and you've been so helpful to Christians in Iraq and the Kurds. | ||

| Georgia's mail-in voting in this last election trip, excuse me, went up by four times. | ||
| I think the most anybody ever voted by mail before was 5%. | ||
| They had 30% of the electorate vote by mail. | ||
| Stacey Abrams conned the Republican leadership in Georgia into a consent decree that basically adulterated the signature verification system so that you're comparing the ballot signature to the application signature. | ||
| They're the same person who did the fraud. | ||
| You should be comparing the ballot signature, the envelope signature on the ballot, to a signature that existed before the application was made she changed that Okay, I want to bring in now John Fredrick. | ||

| There is 450,000 votes in Georgia that are in question. | ||
| When you go through the lawsuit that was filed last night in Georgia and you look at the number of voters that were illegally cast, it is stunning. | ||
| Now, I'm in Augusta today at the Augusta Regional Airport in Georgia where there was a rally for David Perdue and Mike Pence came, Air Force Two. | ||
| Laffer was not here because she was attending the funeral of a young aide, Mr. Deal, that died in that fiery car crash. | ||
| But David Perdue, basically the only one on stage that absolutely refused to mention anything about the steal, anything about the fraudulent votes, anything about the lawsuit, anything about the 18 states that have signed on to Texas, never mentioned it. | ||
| David Schafer mentioned it. | ||
| Congressman Allen, who's from the area he came on, he mentioned it. | ||
| Schafer, the Republican Party chairman, of Georgia, he mentioned it, and of course when Mike Pence, when the Vice President got on, one of the first things he said is, look, we just submitted and 18 states have signed down with Texas. He says, thank God for Texas, and he said this needs to be heard by the court, and he hesitated, and he said the Supreme Court to thundering applause. | ||
| So the people that we talked to in the crowd here, about 500, they're still upset. | ||
| They want action. | ||
| No special session, no nothing. | ||
| But they got this lawsuit now and it all comes down to whether or not the Supreme Court hears this case. | ||
| Steve, if they don't hear it, it's a complete dereliction of duty. | ||
| I'd have to ask why they're there. | ||
| Because the level of fraud that was alleged in the suit that Giuliani filed in Georgia, if you read it, it's going to knock your socks off. | ||
| It's worse than even I thought it was, and I've been here for five weeks, Steve. | ||
| But here's what I want to say, and by the way, the audience should know, because of this audience, not the sole reason, but one of the reasons, the pressure you put on from the morning show, six states are now signed on as co-defendants, The complaint. | ||
| They've signed on now for the full lawsuit. | ||
| They're just not writing amicus briefs. | ||
| They're in. | ||
| So now they've raised the stakes. | ||
| The reason we needed that, the stakes are now higher for the Supreme Court not to take this on. | ||
| You've got I think six or seven states that are now filed this lawsuit along with the Trump campaign and you've had other amicus briefs. | ||

| Now this week they're signing an amicus brief about a suit against themselves and their own commonwealth. | ||

| How does the Secretary of State not show up to the House hearing today when this is filed There's 435,000 illegal ballots of underage, illegal aliens, people voting from post office boxes, people don't live in the state. | ||

| You've got a number of state senators and legislators today that signed on to a friend of the court, amicus, So you've got half the legislators in Georgia arguing in opposition of their own Attorney General in Georgia. | ||
| That's how absurd this thing is. | ||
| There's obviously an airplane behind me, but that is how absurd this is where you've got the state completely split and the people are with Trump. | ||
| The leaders are not. | ||
| I'm going to be in Brunswick tomorrow with Senator Ligon, who is the ringleader for getting a number of state senators and representatives to sign on to the Friend of the Court amicus brief, fighting their own Attorney General. | ||

| How does David Perdue get on a stage with Trump people, and we played the thing that's happening, a fight for Trump? | ||
| How does Perdue get up there with the head of the Republican Party, the Vice President of the United States, these other senators, all throwing down, saying, hey, we've got to fight this, we've got to get to the bottom of this. | ||

| How does he get up there and not mention it? | ||

| I don't know what he's being told, what that does for him, what votes that gets him. | ||

| Jack, you're really the driver and backer of this, so I want to step back for a second and not get in the weeds, okay? | ||
| But I want to ask you, because you've probably, of anybody in this country, got a better sense Of what the Biden family actually did, because you have spent, with your team, literally, not hours, you've spent weeks going through this, to get to the details, to get to really how they've, how they, when we use that word compromised, we don't throw that term around lightly. | ||
| How they've been compromised by the Chinese Communist Party through these front companies, these companies that the Chinese Communist Party has in insurance, and in banking, and in real estate, and this time in oil trading, and in energy trading, that really compromised the Biden family. | ||
| They've got a Daily Mail story up too. | ||
| Well, Jackson, I want to put the Daily Mail story. | ||
| The Daily Mail is reporting today, Jack, something that you Put out, I think, back in October, mid-October, about how much money that Hunter Biden had taken. | ||
| And it's a lot more than six million dollars. | ||
| I mean, when you add up the equity, etc. | ||
| So, I want you to put it in perspective. | ||
| As someone that went through this hard drive and started to push it out to the American people prior to the election, It wasn't about rhetoric. | ||
| You were putting out hard documents, signed term sheets, signed engagement letters, wire transfers of money, joint venture agreements, the types of emails back and forth about setting up other deals, emails setting up meetings with Tony Blinken. | ||
| Remember, on October 14th, I went on national TV and said Tony Blinken will never be able to be confirmed. | ||
| As Secretary of State. | ||
| And I stand by that. | ||
| Tony Blinken is impossible, now that there's a federal investigation. | ||
| Last night I was sending people and I said, this is the end of Tony Blinken. | ||
| Impossible for him to be confirmed by the United States Senate. | ||
| We allow this steal to go on. | ||
| Now thank God President Trump's going to win this. | ||
| We don't have to deal with it. | ||
| But if we did, Tony Blinken, impossible because of the work of Jack Maxey and the team. | ||
| So Jack, put it in perspective, particularly the fact you know now that the mainstream media from CNN, because of the voice recordings, Project Veritas, all the way across the board, refused to cover this. | ||
| Well, I think that the Fourth Estate really left the American people high and dry. | ||
| Part of their function is to keep us informed so that we can make proper decisions about who our elected leaders are. | ||
| I completely agree with Senator Grassley. | ||
| I feel badly for him because the FBI had that hard drive for a year, and reading through their investigation, it's very clear that they didn't have access to the hard drive. | ||
| In fact, everything that we found on the hard drive both confirms and expands what they discovered in the Senate case. | ||
| And I can tell you that we're not talking about a million or two. | ||
| We're talking about potentially tens of millions. | ||
| And we've concentrated on the criminal activity that they had with China. | ||
| But China's not alone. | ||
| They tried to create an online gaming corporation down in Latin America. | ||
| There's other people at the very highest echelons of the Democratic Party involved here. | ||
| You'll notice that Jeff Cooper, a guy who runs a thing called Euroglobal, is constantly a wingman. | ||
| In fact, he travels to Mexico with Hunter in 2016 on the vice president's plane to meet the president of Mexico. | ||
| And then they head over to have a meeting with Pemex because they're going to try and take Pemex private using Burisma's money. | ||
| I mean, this grift that they were involved in was completely global in nature. | ||
| They were willing to take money from anyone and everyone. | ||
| Now, the main reason why China is so important is the Chinese really ran it, it seems to me, as a pure intelligence operation. | ||
| For example, in 2014, The Bohai Harvest asked Hunter Biden to hire an American of Chinese extraction, a speaker of Mandarin, and they hire her at Rosemont Seneca in Washington, D.C. | ||
| She has a separate office with a separate entrance. | ||
| She immediately is transferred to Beijing for a month of comms training and she is going to be in future in charge of all the communications between Hunter Biden and his American colleagues on the private equity slash let's use a cover vehicle to steal American defense technology. | ||
| You look at this and you're like, this is a classic espionage operation at the highest levels. | ||
| And we've watched people in the Democratic Party be penetrated from top to bottom. | ||
| I feel sorry for poor Senator Feinstein. | ||
| I know she's having a rough time right now. | ||
| But my gosh, she had a communist Chinese driver for 20 years. | ||
| We now find out that Eric Swalwell's in with Fang Fang. | ||
| This is something that is much deeper than just the Bidens, but let me tell you, the Bidens are up to their necks. | ||
| Hunter is so compromised, it's unbelievable. | ||
| I would request our listeners to think about, if they know anybody, we've had some whistleblowers from Beijing. | ||
| There was a consultancy over there called Radix that Hunter set up along, I am told, With another prominent Senator's son. | ||
| And there was a woman who worked there for many years. | ||
| The whole Biden family knows her and I have it on very good authority that she has disappeared. | ||
| And this, we're seeing this all through the system with the Bidens. | ||
| The American people say, oh, there's no big deal. | ||
| Well, clearly someone in China cares because Jonathan Yee, nobody knows where he is. | ||
| Patrick Ho, nobody knows where he is. | ||
| The GM of Radix in Beijing, who was the handholder for Hunter and his whole family for two decades, nobody knows where she is. | ||
| This is a frightening situation and we, it's like our fourth estate, the press, Has blinders on, and I think it is beholden to the FBI to come clean on this. | ||
| Jack, we've got to jump, but we're going to get more on this every day. | ||
| We're going to put you back on the case. | ||

| What we need now is a special prosecutor. | ||
| This is beyond Jack Maxey. | ||
| This is beyond people at the war room. | ||

| Here's what I don't understand, Sean, and you've got to help us out. | ||
| The Assembly, you've been up there with your own lawsuit, funneling it with your own money, trying to do right by the voters of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania out of your own pocket. | ||
| The assembly punts last week, right? | ||
| They had every opportunity. | ||
| They had a huge hearing in Gettysburg. | ||
| All the information is put out. | ||
| There's more information coming. | ||
| Now they get sued by Texas. | ||
| The president jumps into the lawsuit. | ||
| Six states, 18 states support him with amicus briefs. | ||
| A couple of assemblies, like out in Arizona, support him. | ||
| You got Georgia's gonna support him. | ||
| Now six states have come in as co-complaint Basically doing the suits. | ||
| They're now in the suit themselves. | ||
| And the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Cutler and these guys are now coming out and they're going to write an amicus brief. | ||
| What is going on in Pennsylvania? | ||
| These guys had the opportunity to have real hearings to get to the bottom of this. | ||
| So what's going on, Sean? | ||

Well, you know, first of all, I think it's important to take a step back and, you know, look at my lawsuit, which was just brought forth before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and then the Supreme Court concerning Act 77. | |
| Now, Donald, to be clear, Act 77 was a massive bipartisan failure of our Commonwealth government. | ||
| And as part of Act 77, and I think most of your viewers know by now, that Act 77 was the most radical change in Pennsylvania's elections in the history of our Commonwealth. | ||
| Period. | ||
| End of story. | ||
| It was passed out of the legislature, signed into law by the government. | ||
| We had an attorney general who failed to opine in the law at the time it was passing. | ||
| And then we had a Secretary of State who manipulated that law to benefit her own party, thereby destroying ballot integrity, right? | ||
| And so, as part of my lawsuit, I sued the Radical Democrat Governor. | ||
| We sued the Attorney General. | ||
| We sued the Secretary of State for all of these unconstitutional manipulations of this law. | ||
| But we also sued the Pennsylvania General Assembly, which is controlled by Republicans. | ||
| And so, my message all along, Steve, has been like, to the Republicans, I personally believe that the General Assembly and most of the Republicans in the General Assembly believe that they were doing some good for their constituents by passing Act 77. | ||
| I believe that most of them did not know that it was unconstitutional at the time it was passed. | ||
| But I also believe that they knew it required a constitutional amendment, because guess what? | ||
| They started the process and stopped it. | ||
| And why? | ||
| I don't know. | ||
| So my message to the General Assembly with my lawsuit is that why—well, I'm speaking just for the House, on the House side of things, because To the Republicans in the Senate. | ||
| They stood with me at the Supreme Court. | ||
| But why did the Republicans in the House not stand with me, first of all? | ||
| Why did they stand with the governor who manipulated and twisted that law and basically removed Every reason why most Republicans voted for that bill in the first place, unconstitutional as it was. | ||
| And so, look, I think Pennsylvania right now has all sorts of problems. | ||
| I believe personally that Pennsylvania is in the midst of a very grave constitutional crisis, and that's not me trying to be hyperbolic, no. | ||
| The Constitution was clearly not followed in the way that we conducted our elections here in Pennsylvania. | ||
| And I personally believe that the Supreme Court has a responsibility to weigh in and let all the people know in this in this great country and especially the people here in this Commonwealth, Steve, Was our election conducted in accordance with the U.S. | ||
| Constitution and the P.H. | ||
| State Constitution, right? | ||
| And so I'm glad that Republican lawmakers in the state and the General Assembly are filing amicus briefs on this Texas lawsuit. | ||
| I would have liked to have had them on board my lawsuit as well. | ||
| Um, but many of the things, the good news is with this Texas lawsuit is that many of the things that are alleged in this Texas lawsuit, we were also alleging in our lawsuit as well. | ||
| So, I mean, we'll see, Steve. | ||
| I mean, the core of the core of these lawsuits is that our commonwealth government, and we're talking the Texas lawsuit. | ||
| Our Commonwealth government changed the rules of the game after the game started. | ||
| They removed the postmark requirement for the ballots, right? | ||
| They removed the signature verification requirements for the ballots. | ||
| They removed any semblance of a deadline. | ||
| They installed a ballot drop-off. | ||

| When they had every opportunity to stand with Sean Parnell, when they had every opportunity to have their own hearings, when they had every opportunity to extend the time up there in Pennsylvania, when they had all those opportunities, they all punted. | ||
| Okay, but now when President Trump, they kind of throw this amicus brief and I get a big headline that the assembly or the assemblymen in the representatives in Pennsylvania are standing with the president. | ||

| But We'll see what happens with this Texas lawsuit. | ||
| I think both my lawsuit and this lawsuit from Texas have merit. | ||
| I think the Supreme Court needs to take them both up and hear them on the merits so they can provide the American people some clarity on this election. | ||
