Today we have a very special guest, Mr.
Stuart Parks. How are you doing, sir?
Doing well. Thank you so much for having me, Bim.
I appreciate you. I appreciate you coming on the podcast.
So, you know, quick little brief for the viewers of why we have Stuart Parks on this podcast.
You know, we've been covering on the America Happens Network a lot of what's been going on with the January 6th, the folks that showed up to Washington, D.C. on January 6th.
Who are essentially being hunted.
I mean, we've covered this topic on HN News Live.
Corinne Clifford, who's one of our correspondents, has spent a lot of time with the J6 prisoners or those accused of committing crimes on January 6th.
We've seen really what has been happening, how these courts have been behaving like tyrannical institutions.
On our Blood Money podcast, we've covered these courts.
I mean, we've shown how these courts, these bar agents, are utterly corrupt and could care less about the Constitution, could care less about the rights of the people.
And that is a story we are faced with when we talk about what happened with Stuart Parks.
So one last thing, and I have to say this, is that it's hard not to look.
It's hard to look at all the evidence of these individuals whose lives have been destroyed And not come to the conclusion that this is actually a tyrannical deep state.
These are anti-family individuals, anti-America individuals that are really trying to silence the protectors, the men, and to scare the men that are out there that are thinking of taking any sort of action, any sort of lawful action.
Because what these individuals did on January 6th, Was not a crime.
A lot of them just walked in the Capitol.
And for that, people are being put in prison for months, often years.
And that, in my opinion, is a crime against humanity.
So I'm going to shut up from this point forward.
Stuart, please tell us your story, who you are, your background, and what is going on right now.
So that was a great introduction. Like I said, my name's Stuart.
I was born in Nashville, Tennessee.
I've been a conservative, Christian, Republican just about my whole life.
And so my friend and I, who later became my co-defendant, he made mention, like, hey, there's going to be a peaceful event in the Capitol.
You know, President Trump is going to be speaking.
Then we may go to other events taking place on January 6th.
He and I bought flight, flew there, and the crowds that were there on January 6th were so massive, you know, they were peaceful, very patriotic.
And so because of that, we actually was delayed finding parking and, you know, it took forever to get to where we wanted to be.
So we didn't actually hear the end of President, we actually didn't get there to the end of President Trump's speech.
So from there, we just followed a bunch of people to the Capitol.
And by the time we got there, you know, the crowds were peaceful, again patriotic.
We saw people waving flags, wearing costumes.
You know, a lot of people were laughing, cutting up, in a good mood.
And when we got to the Capitol, that's when, you know, things were kind of odd.
The police, we noticed, were shooting pepper spray and flash-banging the crowd, even though the crowds were peaceful.
It was like the police were trying to antagonize and get people upset.
And, you know, get them aggressive and weird.
I mean, that was something that I'd never seen before.
So a few minutes go past and all of a sudden, you know, people were allowed to go closer to the Capitol.
And, you know, I'd walk past the police many, many times.
And it's even stated in my transcript that I went through many police lines.
And this wasn't, you know, me being aggressive or waiting until the police wouldn't look and sneaking by.
I mean, I just walked right in front of them and they never once stopped me.
Uh, from going close to the Capitol.
And so, um, I walked into the Capitol, um, through regular doors like you would, you know, any regular building.
And so, um, the, I was in the Capitol for about 30 minutes and, um, you know, walked by the police many, many times and even talked to the police and they were very, um, you know, cordial, polite, uh, never once told me to get out of the Capitol.
And so, um, At the end of the day, I remember we left the Capitol and we sang God Bless America and a bunch of other patriotic songs like many of the people that were there.
And I land back to Nashville and that's when the news had shown that the FBI was looking for people, started rounding up anybody that was there on January 6th.
And I thought that was odd because that doesn't match up what I saw that day.
So I'll fast forward pretty much May 20th, 2021, same year.
It later came out that there was a sealed arrest application and an arrest warrant that had been filed and signed off by the magistrate judge to come get my co-defendant and I. And so a few days afterwards, I believe it was May 30th, my co-defendant, he was, due to his work, he's exposed to a lot of wildlife, animals, and And because of that, he actually got bit by a rattlesnake and was dying in an ICU unit at a hospital.
And this local sheriff came and arrested him in his ICU, in his bed.
And they denied him sick visits from his family and all this other stuff.
And it's really harsh what they did to him.
So a few days later, the FBI, the counterterrorism unit for the FBI, came and arrested me.
They raided my house while I was asleep.
That was June 3rd of 2021 at 5.53 in the morning, banged on my door.
Before I could even get out, a bed opened the door.
They came in, they had full body armor, machine guns, and pointed them out at me and basically handcuffed me, led me to an unmarked Tended blacked out jeep in my front yard.
And I remember that morning looking down the road and there was all kinds of FBI vehicles, local law enforcement, sheriffs, everybody in town was at my house to come arrest me.
And I remember the neighbors were out in the yard.
And like I said, you know, this was a crazy event.
They made like a public display.
And I know this was an intimidation tactic of them to scare anyone from speaking out.
And so fast forward, I was released on my own bond because I was a nonviolent January 6th event attendee.
And so I'll kind of fast forward You know, my co-defendant, I was being charged with federal misdemeanors, which is the lower end of what they were charging people.
And my co-defendant, they coerced and intimidated him because apparently he got too close to the police and they didn't like that.
So they upgraded him to federal assault charges.
And so because of that, we had to sever because at the time we were being charged together because we were together in the Capitol the whole time.
But we had to sever And be severed from each other and be charged differently.
So my co-defendant pled guilty to a simple misdemeanor, something like trespassing, disorderly conduct.
I can't remember. And because of that, the judge sentenced him three months in prison.
So he's already served his three months and a year of supervised release.
And he's now served all that.
Meanwhile, I still refuse him to plead guilty because I was like, I didn't commit a crime.
The police let me in.
And so fast forward to May 1st of 2023.
That's when I had my bench trial.
Because up at that point, I filed a motion, tried to get a change of venue.
Because the jury pool, I believe, was like 95% Democratic voters.
And it was a politically hostile jury pool that wasn't going to give me a full trial.
So I waived my right to a jury.
And I even filed a motion to change venue.
Of course, that got denied because the DC elite judicial system knew that if my case got out of DC, you know, I'd be found not guilty because, you know, the evidence clearly shows that I didn't commit a crime, the police let me in and so forth and so on.
And so that motion got denied.
So I finally stood before an Obama appointed judge for my bench trial May 1st.
And my trial lasted about three months.
On the final day of my trial, after I clearly showed that I didn't commit a crime, even testified that the police let me in and so forth, the judge berated me, screamed at me when he's handing my sentence.
And what's crazy about all this is, and I've said this in many a media interview, the judge called me by the wrong name which you know I get if my name's John and he calls me Jack one or two times but no less than eight different times he called me by another January 6th defendant and so that's you know a lot of you know cause of concerns and you know needs to be looked at so um you know I'm sentenced on May 3rd of 2023 and my My verdict date
was May 3rd. Now my sentencing was on November 15th and the judge sentenced me to eight months and now we're looking at the transcript and we see that the judge I had a sentence upgrade, an enhancement, so to speak, to give me a harsher sentence because they claimed that I obstructed justice and totalized and fabricated on the stand.
So... I mean, do you mind if...
Just quickly, man. I mean, like...
What you're talking about is so ridiculous.
It is so ridiculous.
It's like there's no law in this.
This is beyond tyrannical.
This makes the courts of Adolf Hitler, and I'm sorry, I have to bring it there.
I have to bring it there. Because the reason we have to bring it there is because we've seen examples in history of kangaroo courts, right?
And some of those kangaroo courts were like the Stalin courts and the Adolf Hitler courts, right?
Where you went in there, and regardless of what happened, there was no due process.
There was no justice.
There was nothing ingrained within the law.
But the reason why this is even worse is that We are essentially talking about American citizens, right?
Now, those courts of Adolf Hitler were used to put away Jews and gypsies and all that stuff.
The courts of Stalin were used to put away his political enemies, just send them to Siberia, right?
But It wasn't the regular citizens.
It wasn't choosing people just because they're a white male to do that to.
Now you have this layer of basically treason is what I'm hearing.
It's not just a court that is operating unlawfully.
What you're saying is treason because they are specifically hunting down male protectors, right?
And going out a lot to do that.
And when you look at all this toxic masculinity nonsense, the Me Too movement, I mean, how do you look at this and say this is not a treasonous attack against regular males that are just looking to protect their country?
That's what's so bizarre about what you're saying is the extents of how they violated due process, how they've made The courts into like literally criminal syndicate and you know another example I like to throw at you is Jesus Christ when he walks into the temple and says something like you know this is the home of Satan or this is the synagogue of Satan because they're using it to sell stuff I mean that is what happened is going on with this court this court is not operating in a function for justice for the law it's really operating as
a tool for treason and to punish and torture Those individuals that are deemed to be enemies, and obviously you've been deemed to be an enemy.
So anyway, apologies about the rant.
It is just absolutely so ridiculous hearing what they've done to you.
Yeah, no, you're exactly right.
And what you said about the males.
I mean, they're mostly males.
They're January 6th.
And so they try to use me and many of the innocent people January 6th.
And they tried to upgrade my sentencing enhancement for me to get a harsher sentence so that they can send a message to anyone that, hey, if you Speak out or, you know, say the truth would happen.
I mean, you're going to face serious punishment.
And so to put this kind of to conclusion, where I'm at right now is we're in the appeals process.
My appeal attorneys, we've got all the transcripts from the court recorder.
Now we're just looking at all the injustice that went on in my trial to You know, get granted a stay or something, which I fully expect to happen so I don't have to go to prison, because this is just outrageous.
Like, so many people, just one hour in prison from being in January 6th is totally unjust, let alone, you know, people like me serving eight months, my co-defendant served three months.
There's people I've talked to, wonderful, innocent people that are facing 17 years, and they didn't even commit a crime.
So it's just outrageous, like you said, what's happening.
I mean, you know, since the moment you've come on this podcast, you've called me, sir.
You've been very polite.
You have a demeanor that is like just, you know, you seem like you're raised properly, honestly.
Like, you're polite, you're kind, you're soft-spoken.
There's nothing about you that feels like you are a criminal at all.
I mean, there's absolutely nothing.
And we know already they have...
No true evidence to any criminality.
How do you feel in terms of what has been done to your country and what needs to happen from this juncture to rid ourselves of this tyrannical behavior that is really making us look like the laughingstock of the world?
That's a great question, sir.
You know, you look at what happened in the fraudulent election, you know, November 3rd, 2020.
I mean, you look at Donald Trump.
He was winning in the polls.
America was, you know, just the best it's ever been.
I'm fully persuaded that Donald Trump is one of the best presidents we've ever had.
And so, you know, you look at Joe Biden, he couldn't get anybody to show up at his rally.
He was hidden in the basement the old time, whereas Donald Trump was doing consecutive sold-out rallies, multiple, in a single day.
So Donald Trump is supposed to be a huge landslide victory.
And then you look at the results that came out, and it's just full of fraud.
I don't even trust these voting machines.
I mean, I think we need to go back to in-person But you look at that, you look at all these mail-in votes that was in places like Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona.
It's just astounding. So we've got to get our voting laws fixed and get the voting integrity that we once had fixed.
I mean, that's the main thing. So that's really what motivated January 6th.
Because you look at, you know, Donald Trump, he should have won.
He did win. And so, you know, you look at that.
Now we got the election show that, you know, Joe Biden won the election, which is totally rigged.
So now everybody's upset and we're peacefully present.
Now we got January 6th scheduled to be at the Capitol as peacefully, you know, speak out totally legal.
We had the permit and so forth to have the event at the Capitol.
And it's just mind blowing.
And I like what you say about men speaking out.
We need more men. To be brave and speak out, because I look at the Bible and look at history, you see that weak men don't accomplish anything, and that's usually when a country goes downhill, is when men become weaker.
So, we need strong men.
Republicans have got to grow a backbone.
And speak out.
And I mean, I've been calling for Joe Biden's impeachment since day one because we can't go any further until we get, you know, what went on in 2020 fixed with the fraudulent election.
So that's my response to your question.
Let's talk specifics.
Let's talk specifics. I mean, what should happen going forward in a better world than we're currently occupying in order to fix all of this nonsense?
Yeah, so that's a great question.
So, I'm very big on getting our elections fixed.
I mean, I live in Nashville, Tennessee.
It's bright red. People from all over are pouring into Tennessee.
And, you know, one, I think it's great.
You know, it helps with real estate.
And, you know, a lot of these people are conservative Christians that have felt like they've been persecuted or mistreated in left-wing states in the United States.
They're moving to Tennessee. And so where I'm going with this is, you know, I even speak out on Tennessee's election.
I say, hey, we've got to get rid of these voting machines because You know, they can be rigged, they can be easily hacked, and so forth and so on.
So that's just, you know, Tennessee.
But all these other states where, you know, Georgia, Arizona, you know, Wisconsin, Michigan, even Pennsylvania, you know, they got severe voting irregularities and severe voting fraud.
So we've got to get our elections fixed because, you know, you can have the most left-wing candidate run for office and then, you know, just somebody that's literally You know, the best candidate Americans ever had.
And, you know, the people are crying out.
They're voting for, you know, the Republican plus the best candidate.
But, you know, the fraud keeps settling in and the communists keep getting elected.
And so, you know, they're just going to constantly drag our nation down and then they'll influence the justice system.
You know, they'll nominate corrupt judges, left wing biased judges like I had in Washington, D.C. I mean, my judge was so partisan.
I did not get a fair trial.
What's even shocking is, you know, you look what happened to me, you look at the transcript, everything happened in my bench trial, and then they say that I actually got a medium, you know, a judge that wasn't too far, too far right or too far on the left.
There's people that had even worse judges than me that absolutely just hammered the innocent January 6th Patriots that were there at the Capitol.
I mean, it's eye-opening.
I think our justice system, we have the best justice in the world, but it's the people that are in it.
These judges and these attorneys, they're so bad, they're so full of hate, they're so prejudiced against Republican, pro-Trump, pro-American, Christian conservatives.
So we've got to get rid of the bad people.
We've got to get rid of the left-wing swamp people in the judicial system.
So that's my response to your question.
Back to what I was saying about, you know, getting the bad people out.
You look at the FBI, what they're doing to people.
And my case is, you know, semi-unique in that in the arrest, you can look at the statement of fact and everything that's on the DOJ and FBI's website.
They sent the counter-terrorism unit.
This isn't, you know, the insurance fraud division or, you know, I'm just making up departments at the FBI at this point.
But they sent the counter-terrorism unit for the FBI to come arrest me and raid my house.
And they didn't have khaki pants on with a simple t-shirt that said FBI. They were kind of like an Osama Bin Laden type raid.
They had full body armor.
And then machine guns all pointed at me.
And, you know, my memory, I'm trying to remember, there was, when I get asked how many people there, I believe there was around six or so just armored FBI agents.
That's not counting, you know, non-uniform and uniformed police officers that were in the yard in the perimeter, you know, securing the area for my raid.
So, I mean, the FBI definitely needs to be reviewed and, you know, the hostile, People, you know, they're full of prejudice and hate us that are dangerous to America.
They need to be removed from the FBI. So that's another thing I wanted to say.
So let me ask you, Stuart, is there, in terms of your plans for the future, I mean, I know you're focused on Beating this situation, not doing eight months in jail, but like, where do you see yourself in terms of, you know, are you going to run for office?
Are you going to continue this fight?
Do you just want to have this thing be over and done with and move on with your life?
I mean, what do you see for like, you know, the immediate future for you?
Sir, that's a great question.
So, while I was involved, you know, fighting for my innocence with January 6th, I ran for Congress, for Federal Congress in the 5th District of Tennessee and loved the experience, met many wonderful people.
And so, I see myself, you know, serving in a role.
To protect the innocent, protect the fathers, protect the males that are in our society because I mean it's just awful.
I do a lot of traveling. I love traveling and there's a startling difference between what I see happening in America, what happens to males in America versus around the world and it's just totally So, you know, the focus right now is being this, you know, winning the appeal, being granted a state so I don't have to, you know, serve a prison sentence over something I didn't do.
And then, I mean, right now, our government's in very, very, very bad shape.
And so we need people to stand up, speak out, speak out against the injustice.
So that's my response to your question.
You know, when I was in I was in jail just for a few hours waiting for my bond hearing.
It was just wild that they still had me handcuffed, they had me shackled, and the FBI was constantly watching me.
They had other prisoners there in the jail with orange jumpsuits and you know, obviously they've been monitored by camera, but the FBI That arrested me from the counterterrorism unit, you know had their constant eye on me like I was public enemy number one So it's just totally unjust totally unfair how it's treated.
Could I also mention something?
This is a trick that they use against fathers.
First episode, the first episode of Blood Money, it was an audio recording, right?
We're going to be on episode, this is going to be episode like probably deep 190s or early 200s, right?
So the first episode that I ever recorded was about a father's rights activist in London, England, right?
Guess what? Because he was out there protesting, MI5, and I'm talking about James Bond MI5. MI6 is actually James Bond, which is international.
The one that deals with Great Britain is MI5. They're like our FBI and MI6 is like our CIA, right?
MI5 bust down this guy's door with 12 armed individuals and machine guns in London, right?
And they arrested him under terrorism charges.
Why do they do this?
Why do they do terrorism charges?
Because that's a big thing for somebody walking around with a sign that says, I want my children back, right?
Because the family courts have taken his kids away from him.
The reason they do this is because when you're charged under terrorism, you lose your rights to due process.
They could keep you, they could interrogate you, they don't need to bring a lawyer in, whereas if you're charged for anything else, like you could go murder 20 people, right, and have a lawyer helping you You within five minutes, right?
But be a father that's protesting, you know, the alienation of his children, and they bring the terrorism unit.
And that is a legal classification.
So, my rent a few minutes ago, why did I go on that rent?
Because if you don't study law, if you don't put the time to learn these things, you don't understand why they're using certain techniques.
And then if you understand why they're using certain techniques, then you could actually hold them accountable, get stuff on the court record, and they might still put you in jail.
But the most important thing is getting things on the record, right?
Look at what happened with the Nazis in Germany.
They kept records of everything, right?
And they had their heyday until 1945.
They were able to do whatever the hell they wanted to do in 1945, just like our judges, lawyers, and corrupt politicians are doing.
But then 1946 comes.
And people start hanging for crimes against humanity via Nuremberg.
So this is why it's important to keep a record to say, you know what?
You're charging me under terrorism laws and you're doing it for X, Y, and Z because you're trying to deprive me of my due process.
They might still throw you in jail for eight months, but if you want justice to come, put it on the court record.
And that's one of the things you learn when you study this stuff.
Yeah, no, you're exactly right.
I don't know how to say this, but obviously I'm an outspoken individual and I'm gonna tell the truth.
Obviously I did tell the truth and I wanted everything To come out what happened on January 6th.
And so it's exactly what you said.
Once it got on the record, I noticed the judge is counting it.
It changed. I mean, there was a time where I was on the stand giving my testimony and the government prosecutor asked me something and my defense attorney objected.
And I can remember the judge gritting his teeth saying, I want to hear his testimony.
I mean, he was that enraged that my lawyer objected to protect me from the government trying to twist and turn and trick me on the stand.
So, when you look at the transcript, it's more of, you know, obviously You know, they're trying to get me on what I did, you know, being president on January 6th.
But it's more of my testimony.
I mean, they increased my sentencing guideline and made me go fall under a harsher sentence because of my testimony.
They kept saying he obstructed justice.
He kept saying this and that.
So you're right.
It's a game changer once things get put on the record.
Any final words before we wrap it up, Stuart?
Well, I want to, first of all, thank you so much.
It's an honor to be here. I will say this, you know, it's horrible what's happened to me.
There are so many other people, peaceful patriots that are still in jail, that were early Early arrested, early arrestees, and they've been, you know, just shady court dealings where, you know, they would get arrested and then they would say, no, you know, it's not what it looked like and all this stuff.
And they would keep getting their appeal or their, you know, bond release date or whatever important hearing.
They would keep getting delayed, delayed, delayed.
And so that's like a number one deceptive trick of these, you know, corrupt Government lawyer is that, you know, they know how to work the system, you know, to harm innocent people like me.
So where I'm going with this is there's many, many people that are serving, you know, horrible sentences, you know, three years, two years, all of those stuff.
So my call is to have all them, all people, January 6th, Patriot, released, have all their charges dropped.
So that's, you know, something I want to throw out there.
And again, I'm thankful for you and people like you that allow me to come speak.
And again, thank you for having me on.
I appreciate you. I appreciate you, Stuart.
And, you know, we appreciate the great men that showed up January 6th.
I mean, the viewers here know I was on my way to January 6th and a friend of mine warned me.
And, you know, it's funny, you know, there's these friends where I feel like God put something in their head and then, you know, they randomly call me somebody I haven't talked to in a couple of years and was like, dude, don't go.
I know you, and fortunately I did end up going, you know, and I think that's the era we're in right now where our discernment has to guide us because there is a lot of landmines out there for people that are fighting for freedom.
But, you know, there's a fight we have to win.
I mean, there's really no choice.
What you're talking about... is not a world like living in you know people that have lived the misery of tyranny will tell you it's like that life becomes life becomes one where you are just fighting for your freedom that's what once you're in that box then you become essentially a revolutionary and why be a revolutionary when we currently have the laws in place to fight this tyranny to know better to challenge them to start our own courts to get out of their slavery system all things that happen
with knowledge so Thank you so much, Stuart, for coming on to the Blood Money podcast.
