All right, welcome to the latest episode of Blood Money, where we have a very special guest, Dr. Haddad.
Hadar. Did I say that right?
Yes, you did. Awesome, awesome.
Really nice to meet you.
You know, before the episode started, we were talking about, you know, what you've been up to and just kind of to bring the viewers up to speed.
We've done a lot of episodes with doctors.
And you know, we've gone through a lot of things like supplements that help you detox from spike proteins and that sort of thing.
What's really fascinating about Dr.
Hadar is this finding detoxing through natural avenues.
And so Dr. Hadar, you know, let's just kind of tell me a little bit about your background and lead us into this topic of detoxing from all the nonsense that all of us deal with on a daily basis.
Yeah, thank you so much for having me here, Van.
Really such an honor.
Thank you. So detoxing in general, you know, we are unfortunately bombarded with environmental toxins and toxins all around us.
So I always say what we put on, in and around our body will affect us negatively or positively.
And unfortunately, a lot of the environmental toxins that we do encounter come from vaccines, right?
If you are injected with adjuvants and heavy metals, they are loaded with adjuvants and metals, right?
So that's huge. Mercury amalgams in teeth, if you still have them, That's another toxin that leaches onto the body and can destroy the thyroid and other organs, right?
Aluminum in deodorants, if you're not using regular, I mean, if you're not using natural deodorant, that is another You know, toxic.
Any lotions, creams with parabens, anything that's not natural, anything that has perfumes or scented stuff like candles that are scented or plug-ins to the wall or cleaners, non-organic, non-natural cleaners, right?
They're toxic to your lungs.
To your endocrine, these are called phthalates, right?
Those perfumes are called phthalates that are actually xenoestrogens.
So they are extremely toxic.
So we are surrounded.
Can I ask a quick question here?
Just on the topic of perfumes, I'm just curious, colognes, is that like classify as something toxic?
It's scented, right?
So if it's anything that is scented without the essential oils, there are actually man-made scents or phthalates.
These are xenoestrogens, these are the toxic ones.
Yes, they can smell really lovely, but they are classified as carcinogens, unfortunately.
So, yes, so that's another thing.
Perfumes, colognes, laundry detergents, right?
Laundry dryers, dryer sheets.
These are all extremely toxic.
So they are all chemicals that are surrounding us.
Also the environment, you know, not just the household cleaners and stuff, but outside, unfortunately, if you wear shoes in your house, you are bringing metals, right?
Lead, other chemicals, urine, feces, whatever the case might be.
If you're wearing shoes in your house, be careful also.
So, environmental toxins and then of course what you ingest, right?
Non-organic foods that are filled with pesticides, herbicides, Roundup, these can destroy your gut, creating a leaky gut, allowing more toxins to get in your bloodstream and affecting your body negatively and weakening your immune system as well.
So unfortunately, what we put on, in, and around will affect us.
So also tap water, right?
Make sure you drink clean, filtered water, not just tap water, or not tap water at all.
So being careful with toxins is something very huge, and really toxins lead to more illnesses, diseases, inflammation, aging.
So if you want to look and feel young and be vibrant, you want to make sure you avoid as many toxins as possible and stay as clean as possible.
And you do have control in some aspects.
We don't have control when we go to the gas station or when we're outside if there are any contrails or any spraying for plants or whatever the case might be.
We don't have control, unfortunately, but you do have control in what you put in your body and what you put on your body.
Also fluoride, right?
Yeah. Wow. That's awesome.
That's awesome. You know, what I'd love to do is I want to know all this because this stuff's fascinating.
You were telling me also about detoxing heavy metals and I know we're all concerned about like mercury and that sort of thing.
You know, some people think our skies are being, you know, sprayed with this stuff.
Whatever the case, we have to get this stuff out of us.
So I'd love to tell you about a detox protocol that we do in America Happens offices.
And I'd love to hear what you What you would do differently, what you would change, what you would complement, and give us all the information on what the options are for us because I know the viewers, I mean, this stuff is so fascinating to me, so I know the viewers are going to love this information.
All right, so what we do here is chlorine dioxide every day, and then something called C60 Complete, which is, for the viewers that don't know, I'm sure you're aware of this, but black seed oil, turmeric curcumin, right, in these capsules, you know?
And then NAC, I believe, and that's...
Yeah, and that's something that we got from Dr.
Peter McCullough, who was raving about it at the American Liberty Awards.
And then, oh, some, what is it called?
The stuff that, what is it?
Milk thistle, which is for the liver, you know, in case this stuff is, you know, it helps to repair the liver in case any of this stuff is having any kind of effects on the liver.
Thoughts? Sure.
I would add more things, for sure.
Turmeric, milk thistle, NAC, these are great and very helpful.
Antioxidants, great for your liver detox.
You want to make sure, especially for heavy metals, that you use zeolite, which is a mineral that kind of is trapped in a cage and traps the heavy metals in the cage, so it's not dumping it in your blood, dumping it in your organs, and kind of throwing the body into a shock.
Zeolite is a great one to use.
How do you spell it, by the way?
Sorry to interrupt. Z-E-O-L-I-T-E, zeolite.
Okay. Chlorella, which is another algae, great to use, so you can get it in a powder.
I always recommend adding that to a smoothie or a shake, whatever you like.
It's just a green powder.
You can use chlorella, you can use some Chlorophyll, of course, liquid chlorophyll, which is another great detoxifier, blood detoxifier, blood builder, alkalizing, energizing.
I love chlorella. I use it every single day and I get a liquid one.
I'm sorry, chlorophyll.
Chlorella as well. So chlorophyll and chlorella, zeolite.
Cilantro extract is another great way to help metals trapped in your body.
Cilantro is a great detoxifier for metals.
Of course, high dosage is a vitamin C. Vitamin C is my favorite go-to anti-aging detoxifier.
It's great for your skin as well and antioxidants like I said.
There are other ones and if you want to detox from the spike protein, the wellness company has a great spike support that includes Natokinase and dandelion and green tea and other ingredients including sea moss and black cumin seed, which is great. So I love black cumin seeds.
It's a great one to have as well.
Wow. Wow.
That is amazing information.
That is amazing. So I'm curious, what's your reaction about the chlorine dioxide?
Yeah, to be honest, I'm not that familiar with that.
I have not ever heard of that, but anything chlorine, I personally wouldn't use.
Enough in the pools, right?
But I'm not too familiar in that using it internally to detox.
Might be totally different than what I'm thinking, but I'm not the expert on that one.
The rest... Definitely add a few more that are safe and effective to detox heavy metals, for sure.
For kids, I always give zeolite, especially if it's liquid form.
I have a formula that has a liquid form zeolite.
We do have binders that include zeolite and they also include carbon, charcoal.
Which is great. And black, fulvic acid, humic acid, these are all great to add.
So you always want to make sure you add a binder to help leach out and bind the toxins out of your body.
Okay, so in terms of, you know, you're saying chorella, chlorophyll, cilantro extract, zeolite, vitamin C, spike support.
On top of that, you would need to add other things or would that cover...
Yeah, so a binder can include some of those ingredients.
I have a binder, I carry a binder that does include some of those ingredients or all of those ingredients, most of those actually, plus other ingredients.
And a binder is just something that has fulvic acid, humic acid, usually, not always, but also charcoal.
Which, as you know, charcoal, if someone has stomach pain, they would take charcoal to kind of bind the food out without creating those toxins to be floating around in your gut, in your body, in your blood.
Wow, interesting.
I want to get into the topic of anti-aging because I know people are going to love that, especially through natural means and health diet.
Tell me about your background in terms of Chinese medicine.
We've heard a lot about and there's a lot of wisdom behind Chinese medicine.
Now, you studied Chinese medicine or Correct.
So I have studied and I have my doctorate in Chinese and acupuncture, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, not Chinese, acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
That is my background and doctorate.
That's what I've been practicing when I was living in San Diego for about, I was practicing it for 17 years or however long that was back in San Diego and I moved to Florida two years ago.
So I've been practicing functional medicine and Eastern medicine.
My background and how I got to do it was when I was in the Israeli Air Force For two years and I was jabbed with vaccines and I got very sick after that and during.
And no one could figure out what was going on and I was just extremely inflamed, absolutely exhausted, sleeping for like 16 hours a day, not feeling well.
I was still trying to run and get my exercise going.
I've been doing Ironman and triathlons for many, many years.
So I've always trained as a swimmer and runner.
And even then, I was so, in a way, disabled, even though I wasn't disabled, of course, but I was so injured, I was so sick.
And it wasn't until, you know, every Western doctor just couldn't figure it out, and it wasn't until I went to a Chinese medicine doctor in Israel that really could help me break down what's going on.
He paid attention to me, wasn't just giving me two minutes of his time for, here's another pill, take it and go home.
So that's when I started my journey to health and really learning about nutrition, about Chinese medicine, and then I went to nursing school, and then from there I went to acupuncture school in Chinese medicine, and that's when I got my doctorate as well.
And Chinese medicine is a beautiful medicine.
It's been around for thousands of years.
It is science-based, not just sham, you know, voodoo medicine.
We have neurovascular points and, you know, we have the energetic channels, but these are actually real points, neurovascular.
And they do have...
You know, correlation to the spine and brain, of course, and it does affect every organ, every system in our body and wakes it up and helps it, right?
So it kind of brings your body into homeostasis and it's great for so many elements and just for prevention and just really to bring you back back into homeostasis and Reset your autonomic nervous system and just make you feel great.
There's, of course, the whole herbal part of Chinese medicine.
Then I took it further and studied more nutrition and functional medicine.
This is where I specialize today with supplements, nutrition, reversing disease, bringing back the body into a happier state, again, of homeostasis and illness-free.
That's how I reversed my own issues, my own health issues.
I've detoxed my own body from all these heavy metals, from all these toxins that I was completely, you know, laden with and so many of them that made me so sick and so many patients that I've seen throughout the years that have been injured from vaccine, that have had side effects and reactions from that, from other environmental toxins.
Nutritional habits that are not healthy, lack of sleep, you know, lifestyle that really can make someone great or sick.
So that's what I've been doing for the last two decades almost.
Wow, wow. That obviously leads us into the topic of anti-aging because being healthy, taking the right supplements, I mean, that's all part of the natural anti-aging process because, you know, we've seen a lot of ridiculous things happen when, you know, Botox goes wrong.
So what are the ways that somebody out there that really wants to naturally make sure that they age gracefully, you know, what are the measures they would have to take?
Sure. Number one, I always say focus on your detoxing because if you are bombarded with toxins in your body and chemicals, you're not going to be able to support your liver and your liver is not going to be able to support your body.
It's not going to be able to detox if you're filled with toxins and chemicals.
So always, number one, make sure you detox on a regular basis and that includes exercising on a regular daily basis.
Sweating. And if you can't sweat, if you live in Vegas and it's too dry and you're outside running and you're still not sweating, get in a sauna.
Regular or infrared sauna will do the trick of sweating.
Sleep seven to nine hours every night.
Yes, eight hours, I think, is the minimum that people should sleep.
And when they don't get enough sleep, that shows on your skin, on, you know, dark circles, on your adrenals, your heart, your energy, everything, right?
So if you don't sleep, you age faster.
So sleeping, exercising, sweating, nutrition.
I'm a big fan of green leafy vegetables and greens that have chlorophyll, of course, that nourish blood and build blood.
Some greens have oxalates and lectins.
Of course, we know that.
That can affect your gut in a negative way.
However, some other greens don't have that effect and they actually Their benefits are so big that detoxing occurs naturally with those greens like broccoli.
Broccoli has a compound that when you eat it, it turns into sulforaphane.
Sulforaphane is a great detoxifying from estrogens and chemicals, and it's a great liver detoxifier.
So having green leafy sprouts, broccoli sprouts, Drinking chlorophyll, drinking your lemon water every day, taking your good fats, not being afraid of good fats is crucial.
You know, olive oil, the Mediterranean diet, right?
Avoiding seed oils.
That's another great toxic that, toxins, I should say, that is found, that are found in so many restaurants and foods and chips.
People are not even reading ingredients or they're not even aware of that.
Seed oils is not a good thing for you.
Canola, sunflower, safflower, soybean oil.
None of them are great. None of them are anti-aging.
They're all aging. So you want to make sure you have the olive oil, the avocado, those kind of good fats, right?
And you drink your lemon water.
You're more alkaline. Eat your protein.
Eat clean protein. And I don't mean chicken.
Chicken is not necessarily a healthy food.
I mean, like, if you do eat meat, eat your wild meat, make sure it's organic, not filled with hormones or antibiotics.
Avoid dairy, right?
So there's so many things you can do nutritionally that reduces inflammation, plus taking your supplements.
So if you sleep enough hours, if you exercise regularly, if you get exposed to sunshine without the toxins and sunscreens, Right?
That are filled with parabens and all kinds of ingredients that we cannot even pronounce.
Avoid those. Get your sunshine.
And I just made a natural sunscreen.
I urge you to get your own natural sunscreen without all the other toxic ingredients.
But get regular sunshine exposure in the morning, straight in your eyes, bare skin.
Don't be afraid of that.
It's good for your vitamin D. It's good for your endorphins.
It's good for your gut. It's good for a lot of stuff.
And your supplements, like vitamin C, like coenzyme Q10, glutathione, right, which is the mother of all antioxidants, NAC, so many other supplements that you can take, including turmeric, fisetine, can't even say it the right way, but, you know, certain supplements that are great for anti-aging that are also anti-inflammatory, That help your body kind of regenerate itself.
Lastly, autophagy induced by intermittent fasting, right?
So intermittent fasting is another great way to help your telomere length by inducing autophagy, and that helps clean out your bad, your dead cells, and kind of rejuvenate your body.
So autophagy, intermittent fasting, and all the other things.
How long intermittent fasting?
Like what would be considered that?
You can do 16-8, so 16 hours fasting, an 8-hour window.
I recommend, though, for some people who cannot skip breakfast and feel like they're more stressed if they don't eat breakfast, catch your dinner earlier.
So catch your dinner early by 5 p.m.
or something and then eat at 7 or 8 a.m., that's fine.
But make sure at least 12 hours, 14 hours is great, 16 hours is excellent.
If you can do that. Even a day of fasting, once a week is great.
Or whenever you can. Fasting is great.
Hydration. Add some sea salt to your water.
Make sure you're not just getting water that's not being absorbed.
Where salt goes, water follows.
How often fasting?
How often should you be doing that?
Intermittent fasting, you can do it regularly.
You can do it almost daily, right?
You can skip a couple of days a week, that's fine.
But if you can do it daily, at least 12 hours, 12 to 14 is ideal.
For people, it's not that difficult to do 12 or 14.
You're sleeping anyways, right?
So if you cut your dinner a few hours before you go to sleep, go for a walk after dinner, In the morning, make sure you have your warm lemon water, exercise, then you can eat, then you have a good window of fasting.
If you can do that during the week, you're golden.
I think it's great. And could you drink coffee and that sort of thing?
Some people do. Some people do.
I personally don't drink coffee.
I love coffee, but I can't drink that much.
Some people do drink it as long as they don't add the cream to it.
But I still recommend having some lemon water or some kind of hydration because coffee dehydrates you.
You want to make sure you're hydrated.
In terms of the water, we've heard a lot about purifying our water, and there's all this bad stuff in the water that needs to be removed.
Now, is that something that somebody could go out there and get a Brita filter, purify their water, or what has to happen there?
Right. I don't like Brita.
I don't think it's clean water at all.
I do like a reverse osmosis machine in the house under the sink, and I know it kind of leaches out all the minerals, but the simplest thing you can do is add some sea salt or lemon, and boom, you have your minerals back in your water.
You can get an alkaline machine, alkaline water machine.
They are expensive, and I feel like it's such a big height.
And I personally am not a fan of the alkaline water machines, personally.
I mean, I've drank them, I tested them.
They can be funky tastes, they can be great, they can be different.
But if somebody doesn't have the means to buy an alkaline machine, get yourself, you know, filter, a good reverse osmosis or filter, or even, I forget what you call that machine, the Birkin machine, that you can, you know, fill it with water and it filters itself.
So there are great ways to filter water.
Bottled waters, because they're plastic and they leach, not the best idea.
If you have a hard plastic that's not BPA, you know, that's BPA-free or glass bottles, you're fine.
But ideally, you don't drink plastic bottles every single day, ideally.
You know, the phthalates, the xenoestrogens, all these, you know, toxins that are leaching estrogens into your body and dioxins are not the best.
Interesting, interesting. So now, in terms of the water, you said you add a little bit of salt back?
I do. Yeah, I just take some Himalayan salt or Celtic salt or Celtic salt, however you say it in English, and I just drop like If you have a grinder, you just do a few.
And then if you have a small spoon, you can do one-eighth of a spoon and just drop it in water, mix it and drink it, especially in the morning.
Your body is dehydrated, so you want to hydrate.
Also, exercise. I always do that before, during, and after my fitness.
I sweat, I run, I swim, I bike, I lift, whatever the case is.
And I live in Florida, so you sweat a lot, so you want to make sure you nourish those minerals.
I have so many people...
Calling me, I have leg cramps.
What do I do? And do I go to the hospital?
I said, no. Get yourself some Himalayan salt and chug it with water right now.
You'll feel fine in a few minutes.
They do that and they feel great.
I mean, essentially what we're talking about, and we've been talking a lot about this with a lot of individuals from the wellness companies, this parallel system.
So, I mean, is there, you know, all this information is really interesting.
It'd be really nice if we could all go to, you know, quote-unquote doctors and this kind of stuff you hear.
Like, how, you know, is that sort of thing happening now?
Like, where do people go?
To be able to get this kind of wisdom, to be able to stay on top of this kind of a plan that seems, frankly, so much more beneficial for not getting cancers, not aging too fast, kind of all of that above.
I mean, I coach that with my patients.
I do have programs that coach that, and I do do that myself.
I always educate people online.
I have my Instagram where I educate people, and I can give you my Instagram happily, and I always post.
I've been posting for years.
And my Instagram is, whenever you're ready, if you like, it's dr.hadarsophia.
So it's dr.hadarsophia.
That's my Instagram. And I do post a lot of, you know, articles and a lot of pieces of advice.
But otherwise, you know, a lot of people learn that from realistic doctors, from programs they offer, things like that.
You can read about it. So many people out there talking about different things, but everyone has different ideas.
But that's been my specialty with anti-aging and supplements and detoxification.
Put this caption on here with your information.
Hopefully I did that right so people could see it.
Is that right?
Yeah, perfect. That's my Instagram.
Instagram for the viewers out there.
We were joking before the interview about the election variant.
Let's talk about the shenanigans that are happening right now.
We kind of see them bringing the whole COVID thing back.
What do you think the intention there is and the people's reactions?
What do you think the people's reaction is going to be to this one?
All right, so their intentions is fear-mongering, of course, to bring more...
They're bored. They're seriously bored because they know people are no longer...
A lot of them are not taking the vaccines.
They've had their boosters.
Another new variant.
Another new booster. Take your vaccine.
Fear, fear, fear. Put your mask on.
Stay at home. Don't breathe.
You know, it's all fear-mongering.
It's been happening for the last almost four years, right?
Which is a joke. So, unfortunately...
As I call them, the sheeple will listen and follow, unfortunately.
And those who are awake and woke up during that plandemic, it's not a pandemic, it's a whole plandemic, obviously those who are aware and know about it will never pay attention and follow the election variant and all these nonsense that they're trying to bring again with more masks and more vaccines and You know, it's just another way for them to make more money and more control and more depopulation, unfortunately.
So, I don't fall for that, and a lot of people are not falling for it, and unfortunately, some people are still falling for it.
They're on their way to get their six, seven, eight, God knows how many boosters by now.
And I mean, you know, we all know that the more boosters you get, you pretty much increase your chances of an early death, more or less, right?
Early or immediate, unfortunately.
Cancers, you know, the SV40 has been causing so many more turbo cancers and death, unfortunately.
The spike protein is not something that just stays in one area of your body and leaves.
It gets attached to every organ and cell of your body, unfortunately.
And we don't know the long-term ramifications and studies because there are none.
It's just whatever we have until now.
But we've seen the cancers.
We've seen the heart disease, the myocarditis.
We've seen what's going on, autoimmune disorders and everything else, with those who have taken it.
And some people, thankfully, don't react.
Some people might have gotten the placebo.
Some people have great genes.
We don't know what's really happening in most people who did take it and have not manifested in any side effects.
I pray that they never will manifest in anything, right?
We don't know. I do know never to fall a victim for what the government says.
And, you know, it's all fear, fear, and that's what they want.
They are trying to censor us left and right because we speak the truth and we know what's going on.
And, you know, those who still believe that those vaccines have zero side effects and they're good for you will still take it.
I'm curious. Oh, sorry.
I still have my arguments with pharma people or medical doctors who are not aware, not awake, never done their research, only follow like that.
And I still argue with them and they're still like, you're crazy.
Show me one article that is not good for you, that there are side effects.
I said, are you really serious? Like, have you not read what's going on?
Have you really turned a blind eye to what is happening on this planet with death?
Diseases and cancers and heart disease and young athletes falling and dropping dead on a field and news anchors and you name it.
How are you not correlating that with a vaccine?
Especially when young athletes are falling dead and everyone in the age of 40, 30, 20 likes there's something not right here.
We know that after you get a vaccine and that includes childhood vaccinations and you are showing symptoms of Autism or, you know, encephalitis or autoimmune or anything or death, it's connected.
It's not by chance.
Kids and people who are never being vaccinated are so much healthier.
And none of those, you know, symptoms affect, none of those symptoms show in those children or adults.
I mean, the level of denial is like just unbelievable.
I mean, it's like a mental illness at this point.
I mean, wouldn't you say? I mean, I'm not a doctor, but like, you know.
But you're smart enough and you have your common sense.
To know that these are toxic, that these are dangerous, that they're lethal, that they're not good for you, right?
So all it takes is common sense and reading and researching and never falling for the trap of, oh my gosh, put your mask and fear.
That obviously will weaken your immune system and the masks themselves are Obviously filled with chemicals that you're breathing, so that by itself is bad.
But anyone who's not willing to see and turning a blind eye to that is a shame.
Yeah, it's really sad. The sheeple will follow.
Yeah, yeah. Dr.
Hadar, this is actually some really amazing information.
I hope people, you know, for people wanting to get these different supplements that we talked about earlier, right?
I mean, what's the best avenue?
I mean, I know, what is it, chlorophyll, for example, like Whole Foods, I know, has it.
Usually you have to get that fresh, right?
You can't just order it online or?
You can order it on Amazon, actually.
I wish I had carried chlorophyll.
I wish I knew how to make it from scratch and sell it.
That should be my number one supplement out there.
But yeah, they do sell, I like liquid organic chlorophyll, literally.
I can share a link with you as well.
Other links, of course, we have the wellness company, which we have the spike support for adults and children.
So if a pregnant lady cannot take natokinase or she wants to get pregnant, we recommend the child spike support.
And for adults, we have the spike support, and I can send you a link for those as well.
And I do have my online, in my Instagram, I have a link tree for all the supplements.
And I have supplements from, you know, minerals, vitamins, coenzyme ketone, sleep stuff, energy detoxification, zeolite.
And I also have formulas for, you know, parasites, lime, mold, whatever, binders in a different company.
So I do carry everything.
It's on my website, on the link tree when you go to supplements.
Oh, you sell all these products?
I do sell them, yeah, I do.
Yeah, it would be great to get a link to that for the viewers out there.
In terms of sauna, how long do you have to do sauna?
Is it every day?
Yeah, especially in the winter when it's colder out, it's such a nice feeling to get in a warm, fuzzy, cozy sauna and sweat.
Unless you have medical issues, I recommend anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes.
Depends. So the best thing to create, like hormesis, which kind of puts a stress to your body, is be in a sauna for 20 minutes, go out to the cold for five minutes, get back in a sauna, right?
So hot and cold will help with hormesis, which creates like a negative but positive reaction to stress in your body, which helps autophagy, which helps anti-aging, of course, which helps your cells to rejuvenate.
So I love the hot and cold.
Absolutely love it. I hate cold in general, but it's so good for you.
So cold shower after your hot shower, jumping cold ice baths.
Just be aware. If somebody has a heart issue, of course, be mindful, right?
Don't just jump. But sunnels are great.
If you can be in there for like 20, go out, get back.
Another 20 minutes, you're golden.
Sweat. Make sure you get your minerals.
Your salt. Because when you're sweating, you're losing a lot of minerals.
You might be more tired.
You might get irregular heartbeats.
If some people do and they don't know why, get your salt.
And for cramping as well.
And then I like to take some binders before I go into sauna that will help leach out all the chemicals and whatever toxins or metals.
And what were the binders again?
So binders, like I said, they can be charcoal, chlorella, zeolite, all kinds of different binders, folvic acid, humic acid, broccoli, so many things.
Amazing, amazing. In terms of exercise, if you're doing an hour of treadmill five days a week, what's the best thing to do on a weekly basis?
Sure. I love lifting weights and I think it's so great for your bone strength and Burning calories, burning fat more, and shaping you, of course.
And I love that combined with cardio.
And when I say cardio, I don't just mean go on the elliptical and do that.
Some people like it. By all means, do it.
Move your body. Walking is excellent.
You can walk every day.
Put at least 10,000 steps to 20,000, 10 to 15,000 or whatever, 1,000 steps a day.
By walking, you're great.
What is 10,000 steps, by the way?
How many miles would that be?
That can be about five miles, I believe.
Something like that. Five, six, or something like that.
And then, of course, if you walk around, if you're pacing, squats, lunges, I think it's some of the best things to do for your body.
Lunges, squats, right?
Swimming. I love swimming.
I swam in the ocean this morning.
I had some encounters with some jellyfish I had to pick.
But I usually encounter fish or...
Manatees or turnips or all kinds of great fish.
Not sharks, hopefully, anymore.
In California, I have.
That was definitely scary.
But swimming in saltwater is great for the lymphatic system as well.
Swimming in general is great.
And then, of course, running, biking, you know, cycling.
Just be safe out there if you are.
But I feel like if you're doing 45 minutes to an hour a day of activity, you're great.
Walk after dinner to digest the food before bed especially.
It's really nice and healthy.
If you don't have the access to go outside and enjoy the outdoor for activities, get on a stationary bike.
Get on a treadmill. Do some yoga.
You know, do some squats. Do steps.
Go in your building if you have a building or if you have your home with steps if you can't get outside, right?
So there's always ways to be creative to get your body moving.
Yeah, yeah. That's awesome. That's awesome.
As far as like the everyday chemicals that we're being hit with, whether it's like the pesticides in our food, the stuff they're spraying in there, all of the above, you think that following this kind of regimen that we talked about nullifies all of that and allows you to, I mean, survive all the toxic chemicals that they're constantly bombarding us with?
Thrive, not just survive.
Really? Wow. I 100% believe that.
Because if you're not doing anything to protect your body, you're not thriving, right?
You are surviving, you're trying to survive.
But I feel like if you are taking measures on a daily basis too, Take care of your lifestyle, your sleep, your habits, your detox, your sweat, your exercise, your mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, right?
So many things that you can do in a day on a regular basis.
Make it a habit. Then you will thrive, especially if you have a happy, positive mindset.
If you live in a gratitude attitude, it's always a positive thing.
It can always lead you to a better place no matter what, right?
That's number one. And then if you follow the steps for whatever you can do, On a daily basis, just don't stress yourself out, right?
Because the stress of, oh my god, I have to do this because Dr.
Hadar said no, don't do that.
Don't put yourself in that stressful situation.
Just do what feels right for you and what you can accommodate throughout the day.
Even if you can't do an hour, do 20 minutes.
Something to move your body, your body will thank you.
Because being sedentary is not healthy.
That's another, you know, classified carcinogen.
That's the new smoking, right?
Sitting too long. So do something every day and you'll be happy.
Gratitude, attitude. I mean, mindset we all know is so important for maintaining good health.
I mean, for people, you know, and I constantly see this on Facebook and that sort of thing.
I'm depressed. It's so hard dealing with blah, blah, blah.
I mean, you know, No one wants to listen to that.
Yeah, but if you went to a therapist for that sort of thing, they'll give you a bunch of drugs.
What do you recommend for people that are stuck in that negative mindset to get into that gratitude attitude?
What is a transformation that has to happen over there?
Yeah, it is a total mindset, right?
So I refer a lot of my patients to the Law of Attraction on YouTube, Abraham Hicks, one of my favorites.
They always talk about, you know, starting the day with positive mindset and gratitude and I am smart, I am beautiful, I am successful, I have a roof on my head.
So many people have lost that, whether it's fires or earthquakes or whatever the case might be, right?
I have food in my fridge.
You know, looking at the small things and the big things that you have and saying thank you and just showing gratitude, the more grateful you are, the more you'll attract that abundance, right?
So if you are living in a constant negative mindset, That's what you are going to attract.
Law of attraction is extremely powerful.
So if you are positive and happy, you will attract more of that, and things will just naturally happen.
But if you live in a constant depressive mind, I don't have enough, I'm depressed and sad, the more you tell that to yourself, the more you'll actually experience that.
So it does take work to change your mindset, and mindset is huge.
So if, you know, just go to YouTube, you know, type in Abraham Hicks or Law of Attraction, positive mindset.
Tony Robbins, great, another great one, right?
There's so many other ones, I can't even think about the name.
David Goggins. With so many people who will uplift your mood just by their stories, right?
It's a daily activity of practicing mindset, positive mindset and gratitude that will change your life.
Start with the small things of being grateful for my Himalayan salt lamps, for the food I have, for my warm bed, for my house on the beach, whatever the case is.
Be grateful for your health.
Your family, your friends, whatever it is, your phone, the smallest things.
The more you practice it every day, the more you'll start doing it more and you'll attract more of what you want and you'll be more positive.
That's awesome. That is awesome.
Go barefoot on the beach, get in the water, go barefoot on the sand, in the grass, right?
Ground yourself. And I mean, just going through this kind of a protocol of what we talked about, like for people that are depressed, feeling down, I mean, a lot of that stuff Isn't it based on chemicals, toxins also weighing the person down?
So theoretically, that should help a person be in a healthier mindset by cleaning up their body?
Exactly. So that's where Chinese medicine comes in place too.
In Chinese medicine, when we look at the liver, for example, that's where if your liver energy is not moving smoothly because you are bombarded with toxins and chemicals, because you are on nutraceuticals too much, because you are not moving your body, you become more depressed, more angry possibly, when your liver is not moving.
So we want to make sure you move your liver That's movement of your body.
That's detoxing regularly.
That's taking the right supplements to detox, like the milk thistle, like the NAC, like vitamin C, like dandelion, green tea, turmeric, and so on, right?
So taking the right supplements, moving your body.
Exercising, laughing, like get your body moving and your chi and your energy and your blood moving.
That will help a lot. So those who are depressed, yeah, that can also be a chemical imbalance and liver stagnation.
So find out, are you deficient in vitamin D or vitamin B deficiencies?
So we always look at blood work in functional medicine, Chinese medicine, I look at blood work.
I look at the tongue to assess what's going on internally in your body.
The tongue in Chinese medicine will tell me a lot of what's going on internally with your body.
I can literally see everything just looking at your tongue, looking at lines of the eyes.
And so move your liver, replenish any deficiencies of vitamins and nutrients, get off any toxins, detox, do things that make you happy, and nurture yourself.
I mean, do you think like the stuff that we take in, like, you know, if you're listening to, I don't know, low, you know, what I would call like low frequency type music where it's like sex and drugs and blah, blah, blah.
Do you think that sort of thing ultimately has an effect on?
Absolutely. A hundred percent.
Anything that you watch, that you're exposed to, if you are watching murder shows all day and all night on TV, that's what you are going to attract, right?
If you're watching porn, that's also another low vibration.
Porn Violence, you know, negative things.
That's what you are going to think about.
That's going to be in your subconscious.
That's what you are going to attract.
So stop doing that.
I recommend people, do not watch those things.
Go outside. Go play in nature.
The more outside you are in nature, around animals, around people you love and love you, friends, The happier you'll be.
Don't be stuck to the TV with negative news, violence, or porn, or whatever the case is.
And God, I mean, is there...
What do you think about God in all of this?
Yeah, I believe in God. I mean, I'm Jewish.
A lot of Christians, you know, believe in God.
They go to church. I, you know, if I go to synagogue or not, as long as you believe in something that's a higher power and it makes you, that faith will really help.
So if you're a religious person and faith really, you know, really helps and makes you thrive, by all means, go to church, go to synagogue, go to mosque.
Any religion, go and do your prayers.
That's always something that's very positive and helpful.
Wow, wow. Wow, this kind of turned out to be like a handbook to good health almost.
I should be writing that.
I'm actually writing because I'm like, that's a great title for this episode.
Should we come out with a book? That sounds great.
I'll do the video series if you want.
There you go. I would love that.
Let's do it. That's pretty awesome.
It's pretty awesome. I mean, it's just so important.
You know, it's like I didn't realize, you know, I went through like a five-year period where I just kind of maintained.
I thought I was in good health because I was, you know, drinking like smoothies and stuff, you know.
But then, you know, starting, I mean, I'm not even touching the tip of the iceberg, but just starting with chlorine dioxide, you know, also vitamins and all that stuff I didn't throw in there.
And I actually forgot I do the vitamin C as well.
And, you know, the C60, the black sea oil.
Black seed oil, I guess, in Indian religion, isn't it?
Somewhere it's mentioned that it's like a cure-all or it's a miracle drug or something.
It's a great supplement.
We have it in a spike support.
It's great and it really helps, let me see if I have this here actually, but it does help cellular repair and of course the spike dissolving.
But I also have it in my vitamin E, my annatto from Tocatrionols, which also really helps again absorb it and cellular repair and antioxidant and just so many activities.
Awesome. Dr. Hadar, this has been an amazing episode.
I think seriously, you know, I mean, how can you ignore this stuff?
