- If you're receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.
Declaring war on the New World Order.
TruthRadioShow.com And welcome everybody to the Dan Bethany Show TruthRadioShow.com So we've got an awesome show for you today.
We're just going to do some examination of the scriptures.
So this show is brought to you today by ShakenWakeRadio.com and beforeitsnews.com.
Thank you all guys for carrying the show.
And also it's sponsored tonight by Watchlover.com.
So the big question is, Should Christians be eating pork?
Is this a restriction of eating pork just for Muslims and Jews?
Or should this apply to Christians too?
Now, regardless of the modern-day dispensationalist churches, they not only tell you it's okay to eat pork, they also tell you the Ten Commandments are abolished, the Sabbath day has been changed to Sunday and all that, which none of that's true at all.
So now we get to the question, should we be eating pork?
Now we're going to go through a lot of stuff here because it's uh... You know, a lot of people... This has created a massive controversy.
So, why do people ignore the verses that flat out explain that you're not to eat swine's flesh?
In some of the verses here, and also, pork is not a food.
Swine is not considered food, nor was it used for sacrificing.
In, you know, God's terms.
It was used for sacrificing for demons, you know, for false gods and all that, but it was never used as a sacrifice for God.
There was a lamb or something pure, a clean animal, not an unclean animal.
And actually, the Bible calls that an abomination to even eat these things.
Pigs, rats, and everything else.
So, and also there's some verses here, which I'm going to cover too, that defend eating pork.
You know, Matthew 15, 11, Acts 10-18, Acts 11-9, Ecclesiastes 2-16, that say that these verses defend eating pork.
So when you read them out of context, of course you're going to say that, but when you read them in context, it's a different story.
So before we go any further, guys, we'd like to say a prayer here.
And first of all, we ask you, Yeshua, Jesus, to forgive us of our individual sins.
To make us pure and holy, Lord, and we ask you, Heavenly Father, to give us that divine Holy Spirit upon us to discern and to understand your scripture today and help us resolve this question once and for all.
Is eating the flesh of swine forbidden or is it okay by you, Lord?
So we ask you to install this great wisdom upon us, Lord, and to answer this question here.
In your heavenly name, Amen.
So what we're going to do is we're going to take all sides into account.
We're just going to examine this.
And so Luke 15, 16, 21 is confirmed that we're not to eat swine.
Never noticed it here before, right?
So we're gonna get to that.
And Matthew 15, 18 says, We're really to say to you, until heaven and earth pass, not one jot of tittle shall be surpassed from the law, until all be fulfilled.
Which we're going to get to in a minute, because these talk about the Ten Commandments, not the actual laws.
Because the park was part of the laws, not the commandments.
So there's a difference between the laws, commandments, statutes, and the ordinances.
So this is actually talking about the Ten Commandments here.
And whoever therefore shall break one of these loose commandments and shall teach men to do so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven.
And whoever shall do teach them and teach men to do so, all of the commandments, will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
So, of course, the modern-day churches will say, oh, the Ten Commandments are just for the Jews, and they don't play it to us.
Yes, they do apply to us.
Just wanted to cover that real quick here.
So, and we're going to go to the Book of Maccabees here.
Chapter 1, verses 41-49, it says, So all the heathen agreed according to the commandment of the king.
It says, moreover, king, answer this, wrote to his whole kingdom that the whole of one people, and everyone should leave his laws, and all, yeah, I'm sorry, guys, it's a small point over here.
So all the heathen agreed according to the commandment of the king.
So this is the commandment of the king's, king, I'm sorry, king, answer this.
And he goes, yea, many of these Israelites consent to his religion, and sacrifice unto idols, and profane the Sabbath.
For the king had sent letters by messengers unto Jerusalem in the cities of Judah, and that were following the strange laws of the land, and forbid burnt orphans, and sacrifice, and drink orphans in the temple, that they should profane the Sabbath and the festival days.
So basically this is a king completely defying the laws of God. .
Complete opposite.
Because at the time it was burnt orphans, and you know, you had to honor the Sabbath, and the festival days.
So this is King, I hope I don't butcher his name, Antrobus, yeah, Antrus, completely defying the laws of God.
In verse 46, "...include the sanctuary and the holy people." So, uh, set up altars and groves and chapels and vitals and sacrifice swine's flesh and unclean beasts.
So this is the king telling people to do this.
That they should also have their children uncircumcised and make their souls abominable with the manner of uncleanness and profane.
And to the end that they may forget the law and change all the ordinances.
So this is the king saying, hey, listen, we're going to break all God's laws.
We're going to completely defy them.
So now we get to my slides here.
So let's get to some scripture.
So pork, swine, pig, forbidden to eat, right?
So let's go through this.
And I want to demonstrate here, first of all, the Old Testament lays it down.
Why, okay, the eating flesh of the swine is forbidden.
Then we'll get to the health reasons and everything else too.
So, anyway, Leviticus 11, 7 and 8 says, So this is God giving an example of what animals to eat and not to eat.
Of their flesh you shall not eat, in their carcass you shall not touch, and they are unclean.
So it's not a sin or anything to own pigs.
Because pigs, they clean up the land.
They're like bottom feeders in the ocean.
You know, on the land.
You know, they're good for the farms.
Absolutely amazing for the farms.
But they're not to be eaten.
That's why Noah took two of each kind.
The male and female.
And he only took one male and one female of the pigs.
And if you notice too, the clean animals, he took seven.
Seven pairs, this way they can eat, you know, during that journey and all that.
So, Isaiah 65, 2 and 4 says, I have not spread out my hands all day into the rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts.
May people that provoke me to anger continually to face that sacrifice in the gardens and burn incense upon altars of brick, which remain among the graves and lodge of monuments, which eat swine's flesh and brothel abominable things into their vessels.
So this is a scripture saying that, you know, this is an abomination.
Now there's a difference between a sin and an abomination.
Abomination is, yeah, it's still a sin, but it's a higher level of a sin.
And here in Isaiah 66, 17, it says, They that sanctify themselves and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh and an abomination and a mouse, shall be consumed together, says the Lord.
So this is actually talking about when Jesus returns.
That, you know, people are going to be consumed for eating this stuff.
It's an abomination.
As you can see there, it's an abomination to eat this stuff.
And if you go to Deuteronomy 14, which I encourage you guys, if you listen to the audio version on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, please open your Bibles.
And just pause it as we go along, if I move too fast.
And guys, if you've got any questions, answers, or comments, please put it in the comment section of the video.
On the YouTube here.
So, Deuteronomy 14 says, verse 1 through 4.
Actually, actually, the whole chapter, I'm sorry.
Says, You are children of the Lord your God.
You shall not cut yourselves, nor make any boldness between your eyes before the dead.
Now again, people say, well, this is Old Testament.
This has nothing to do with us and the New Testament.
Well, be patient.
I'm just trying to point out and show how this is an abomination.
In the Old Testament, to eat swine, which is pork.
So he goes through some of this stuff, right?
And he says, Now here's the other thing, too.
This is a little... Alright.
and the Lord has chosen you, thee to be a peculiar people unto himself above all nations that are upon the earth.
Now here's the other thing too.
This is a little, all right.
So this is a little contradiction by the modern day Christian churches, right?
They say, oh, this is only for the Jews, it's not for Christians, right?
But yeah, aren't we grafted into Israel?
God's Israel?
Aren't we not?
Now, all the Christian churches can say, yeah, I mean, agree, yeah, we're all grafted into God's Israel, right?
So, if we're grafted into God's Israel, right, shouldn't we follow His laws?
And then when you go to Deuteronomy 18 it talks about the witchcraft and all that, right?
At the time it said anybody could come and immigrate into Israel.
You could become part of Israel.
But you need to leave the abominations of the nations you left behind.
You can't bring him into Israel.
So if we're grafted into God's Israel, right?
Which is not the physical nation of Israel.
Shouldn't we follow the things that He set?
Absolutely!
It's like you're moving to another country.
In this country, I guess most states say, yeah, you can smoke marijuana, right?
Some other countries, you get caught smoking, you go to jail.
So if you move to that country, it doesn't matter who you are.
Like that basketball player, she brought some drugs over to Russia.
I think it was marijuana or whatever.
And yeah, she was in prison for a while because it's not legal over there.
Same thing here.
What you, you know, though it's legal in most countries, in God's Israel, the thing is, we the people of God are set apart from the whole world.
As it says here, For you are a holy people unto the Lord God.
The Lord has chosen you to be a peculiar people unto himself above all nations that are upon the earth.
Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.
These are the beasts which eat the ox, the sheep, and the goat.
And these are the things you shall eat, right?
These are the beasts that which ye shall eat.
You could eat, okay?
It's okay to eat the ox, the sheep, the goat, the hawk, the roebuck, the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pirague, and the wild ox, and the chameleons.
So that's cows and everything else, right?
Cows and stuff like that, that chew cud.
And cheweth the cud among the beasts, you shall eat.
So that's cows and everything else, right?
Cows and stuff like that, that chew cud.
And it gives the details of the feet and everything, right?
And the verse 7 says, Nevertheless, you shall not eat of them that chew the cud or of them that divide the hoof of the clove of the foot.
So as a camel and a hare and a colony, and they chew the cud but divide it the hoof.
Therefore, they are unclean animals.
So some of the unclean animals do chew cud like the clean animals, but it gets into details about the clove and the hoof foots.
So, So this way you can tell by the feet that, all right, this one's chewing cud, that one's chewing cud, right?
But which one is clean, which one is unclean?
And they get to the details about the feet.
And they get to the details because this way you can't possibly misunderstand this, right?
And a swine, because it divides the hoof, yet chews not to cud, it is unclean unto you, and you shall not eat their flesh nor touch their dead cockles.
So if you see a pig lying around, you're not even supposed to touch it.
Then it gets to the fish and everything else.
So I'm not going to go too much into this because we're going to stick on the pig in particular.
And then it gets to the shellfish and everything else and all that.
That's a whole other thing.
I don't want to confuse everybody or take up too much time.
But right now we're talking about mainly the pigs, the swine.
Let me see here where.
Let's make sure.
Let's make sure.
All right, so moving on here.
So, there you go, okay.
Basically, we've learned in the Old Testament that eating swine is an abomination.
That's severe.
Complete abomination, right?
So, did things change?
Did everything change in the New Testament?
So, you got Mark 7.25 and I think these are the verses here that people use to defend the book.
So, Mark 7, 25, 15-21.
This is a typo there.
There is nothing from within without man that enters to him that can defile him.
But things that come out of him, which are they that defile the man.
So this is them saying, this is the Bible saying, there's nothing that's going to defile you.
So no matter what you think, it's not going to defile you.
I don't think it's talking about that in that context.
Because it says this proves here that it doesn't matter what you eat.
the I don't think this is talking about that in that context, right?
So let's read on.
So, and he said it to them.
And when he was entered into a house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
So, and he said it to them, are ye without understanding also?
So they're asking, what do you mean by that, Jesus?
He goes, do not perceive that whatsoever thing that without entering into the man cannot defile him.
Because it enters not into his heart but into his belly and goes out to drought perjural meats.
So in other words he's saying that meats is not you know back then was just anything they eat right?
So he's saying it's like whatever you eat just goes out you know goes in the belly and it gets you know shoot out when you go to the bathroom you know.
Number two then.
That's what he's saying.
And he said that, what's coming out of the man that defiles the man.
So, it's like basically not what you eat that defiles you, it's what you put out, you mean your fruit.
And it goes on to say, you know, about a man's heart.
All hearts will deceive us.
of fornication and murders.
And it goes on to say, you know, about a man's heart.
All our hearts will deceive us.
If you follow your heart, it's going to deceive you.
So it's what comes out of you.
If your tree, and it goes, you know, the parable is about the tree.
If your tree produces good fruit, you know, a good tree produces good fruit, bad tree produces bad fruit.
So, So is this actually saying you can eat whatever you want?
No.
It's just simply saying, you know, the thing is, people gotta understand, right?
When Paul talked about collusions, right?
He was talking about the ordinances were abolished and nailed to the cross.
Not the commandments, not the laws or the statutes.
He said the ordinances.
They were the penalties for doing such things.
Now, I'm not saying you gotta go to hell for eating pigs.
And you can be forgiven for that.
The only two things you can't be forgiven for is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit and taking the Mark of the Beast.
Which is not here yet, but yeah, get the point.
Even Jesus said, you can curse me and you can be forgiven.
You can curse the Father, you can be forgiven.
But anyway that curses or blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, you're not gonna be forgiven.
Neither in this life or the next.
The same thing with the Mark of the Beast.
You take that, you're done.
Doesn't matter what your faith is, right?
So, is it saying you gotta go to hell for taking, you know, eating meat?
And I get, you know, Ray Harris is like, you know what I mean?
It's not really saying that.
But it's not also encouraging you to eat it either.
But the Bible does say it's an abomination to eat that.
And I want to point out too, again, we need to emphasize this.
Swine or any unclean animals were never known as food in the Bible.
Never.
Keep that in mind.
So 1st Timothy 4.3 and 5 says, Because it's sustained from meats, right?
Because there was vegetarians at the time.
which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which have believed in the truth.
Because it's the same for meat, right?
Because there was vegetarians at the time.
And no, God, the apostles of Jesus were not vegetarians.
For every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is sanctified by the word of God in prayer.
So it's just saying that it's okay to eat, this is the verse that they use, saying it's okay to eat pork.
Which is swine, right?
Is that really saying it?
You look at the key words here, right?
Says, every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused if it's received with thanksgiving.
For it's sanctified by the word of God in prayer.
So, is this a blessing?
The swine?
This is a question too, right?
This blessing, which we're going to take, we're going to look at that in this context in a minute here.
So, Luke 15, 15 and 21 says, And we went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent himself... Now, here's the thing, right?
So before we... Actually, I should go to this verse first, right?
This chapter.
Because this is saying... Is this saying here that it's okay to eat pigs?
Every creature of God... This says, right?
For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it's received with thanksgiving.
And it's for it is sanctified by the word of God in prayer.
So is this actually saying... Okay, before we go, I should actually go read this chapter here.
Is this actually saying it's okay to eat meat?
Let's find out.
Let's go to me switch to my internet
Oops, I want to see you guys It's 1 Timothy 4.
So I just want to get the whole thing in context.
So it's verses 3 and 5.
So this was here, like we just read, right?
So this is why we have to read the Bible in context, because context is key.
So, now speaking the Spirit expressly, that a lot of times, right?
Some shall depart from the faith.
Now, we just read verses 3 and 5, right?
And look, for every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused if it's received with thanksgiving, for it is sanctified by the word of God.
So is this okay, Deepak?
It's a whole new story when you read it in this context, isn't it?
Well, watch this, right?
So now, the Spirit speaking expressly that in a lot of times, you know, modern days, yeah?
The end of times.
Some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.
So this is a warning from Jesus that this is going to happen, right?
The Holy Spirit.
Speaking lies and hypocrisy, having a conscious sin with the hot iron.
Forbidding to marry and commanding abstain from meats, which God has created to receive at Thanksgiving and believe in Know the truth, right?
So again, forbidden to marry, and commanded to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving.
And we got a lot today, like a lot of people abstaining from eating meats.
Vegans, right?
It's a big movement going on.
That's why they're trying to euthanize cows and everything, to make you eat bugs and all that.
So this is talking about the end days, and this is exactly what's going on.
So he's saying to abstain from meat and meats, right?
Which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth, right?
I want to put out a key word.
Abstain from meat and meats, right?
And as we know the scriptures, check this out, right?
Meats, food, is not considered pork.
Shellfish and all that, that's not considered food at all.
It's not in the same category.
Unclean animals are not considered food.
Remember this, right?
So he says, you know, in the end times, yeah, they're gonna have to consciously stay with a hot iron, they're gonna speak lies and hypocrisy, forbidding people to marry, and command them to abstain from meets.
This is going on today, guys!
They are making you try to abstain from meets.
Just as I said, in a lot of days, And people are departing from the faith, right, into false versions of Christianity.
People say, well, there's revivals going on.
Well, what kind of revivals are they?
New Age Christianity?
Prosperity Christianity?
Dispersationalist Christianity?
That's not of God.
It's not biblical.
They're giving heed to seducing spirits, the New Age movement and all that, right?
The occult.
And doctrines of devils.
That's the Catechism, that's the Book of Mormons, the Watchtower, the Quran, and so on, right?
Speaking lies and hypocrisy, having a conscious share with a hot iron.
In other words, just destroying their conscience.
And they're discouraging marriage, guys.
Oh, I'm sorry.
They don't encourage marriage if it's with the same sex.
I'm not going to go too far into that because of YouTube.
But yeah, you get the point, right?
And they're commanding people to abstain from eating meats.
They euthanize cows everywhere and everything else.
So you eat plant burgers.
And bugs.
And it says, which God had created to be received with thanksgiving, of which they now believe in the truth and know the truth, right?
Now it goes on, right, to say, for every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is sanctified by the word of God in prayer.
So is this actually saying that?
Read it in its context, right?
Is this actually saying it's okay to eat swine?
If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourish up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto it has been attained.
But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
So I'll just read the rest here.
So yeah.
So is this actually sane?
Because remember, there's a key word here.
Meats, right?
Because they want us to be sane to eat meat.
Meats is not considered... Pigs are not considered meat.
So it's key words we've got to worry about.
Because back then, they knew it.
It was unclean animals.
It was not considered food.
Meats and food, whatever the case, that's what it was called food at the time.
So if you look at the old scriptures, like the Old Testament, it's not going to say it's okay.
I mean, it's an abomination now, but you can do it later.
So again, known in its context, did 1 Timothy 4, 3, and 5 say that?
Thank you.
When it just said before about people being deceived and all that, right?
We're talking about meats.
So that could be, in the honest sense, that could go either way.
But let's go on, right?
Luke 15, 15-21 says, And he went and joined himself to a citizen of the country.
And he's talking about a parable, right?
Jesus is talking about a parable, right?
Now this is like, I think this is going to nail it home, right?
Yeah.
So let's see.
And Jesus talked about a certain man, right?
In the parable.
That he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country.
So basically he became a citizen of the country he was in, right?
And he sent him into his fields to feed the swine.
So this guy was instructed to go into the fields to feed the swine.
And he would have feigned, I'm sorry, feigned, have filled his belly with the husks of that swine and did eat.
And no man gave him to him.
So this guy wanted to feed the swine and he was hungry.
So he decided, all right, I'm going to eat one of these pigs.
So when he came to himself, he said, how many hired servants of my father's have bread enough to spare?
Or in our parish we're hungry, right?
So he's hungry.
This guy's hungry.
And he's up for some bread from his father's servants.
I will rise and go to my father, and I will say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and before thee.
So this is Jesus talking about this, right?
Talking about a man who went to... He was instructed to go feed the swine.
He was hungry.
Couldn't find any food, so what'd he do?
He ate one of the pigs.
Now, this guy...
Yeah, he's like, oh man, now I gotta go see my father.
But I'm going to say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and therefore thee, am no more worthy to be called your son.
Because me as I sired servants, and he arose and came to his father, but when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran and fell upon his neck and kissed him.
And a son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven in thy sight, and I am no more worthy to be called thy son.
How did he sin?
He didn't sin by going in the field.
He didn't sin by feeding the swine.
He ate the swine.
So wouldn't have Jesus said?
And yeah, the Father forgave him.
But still of sin.
So this was tell me yeah that you know you could do I mean if you whoops make sure I get this up right all right so I'm sorry guys it's like two screens going on so is this saying that you can eat swine?
It's not saying you're gonna go to hell for it, but you could be forgiven for it, because Jesus said, again, in the other parables and the like, that you could curse the Father, and curse me, and you could be forgiven for it, right?
Isn't cursing, you know, using the Lord's name in vain?
That's the third commandment.
Do not use the Lord's name in vain, right?
And he says you could be forgiven for that.
So sure, if he eats some flesh of the pigs, you could be forgiven for it, but it's not a good idea.
So this guy ate this because he didn't have any bread or anything to eat, and he thought he was going to perish in hunger.
So, But he recognized that he sinned against the Father in heaven.
I have sinned against heaven and I am not worthy to be called thy son.
But he was forgiven.
So is this an open doorway that we can eat flesh of the pigs?
And the modern day churches seem to think it is.
Now let me get to a little more of this, okay?
Because before we get any further, right?
If we get to the nutritional value.
The nutritional value of pork, right?
Dude, pork has always been one of the biggest causes of foodborne illnesses.
Especially if you don't cook it right, you can literally die from it.
You know, pork is very dangerous if you don't cook it right, if you don't, you know, sort right.
Even to this day, most people die from, the most meat they die from is pork.
And here's the other thing too.
Nutritional value, right?
There's nothing, absolutely nothing in pork that's actually good for your body.
Especially when you get to the bacon that's just pure fat and all that.
There's nothing good for you.
There's no nutritional value for you.
And when I used to eat the stuff, yeah it might have tasted good for us.
But later on you're like, ugh.
The energy zapped from you.
So let's get into this here.
So So, if you go to 1 Corinthians, right?
Chapter 10.
Because this is what some places will use, the churches, I mean, will use to say, alright, it's, um, this defends Eden Park, right?
So, if you go up to 18 there, right?
It says, Behold, Israel, after the flesh, are not which they eat of the sacrifices partaken of the altar.
Asking that, and what shall I say then?
That the idol is anything?
Or that which are offered in sacrifice to idols is anything?
But I say, that the things at which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, not to God.
And I would not that ye have fellowship with the devils.
So this is Paul writing to the Corinthians, right?
So, recognizing that, yeah, the animals and all that, the unclean animals that they, the Gentiles, the pagans do, right?
They sacrifice, they sacrifice the devils, the false gods, the demons, right?
And he says, and I would not have ye do, should have fellowship with the devils.
Don't have fellowship with these people.
And he says, you cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of the devils, and you cannot be partakers of the Lord's table and the tables of the devils, right?
And do we provoke the Lord to jealousy?
No.
Are we stronger than Him?
No.
Now, okay, this is where... See what we just read here?
We just read this, right?
Now the people who defend Eaton Park, they won't read 18 through 22.
Now listen to this, right?
Those start at 23.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient, or things that are lawful for me are not edified.
Just talk about circumstances.
It's not good, but, I mean, it's not good to do, but in certain circumstances.
This is what Paul's saying, but it's still not good.
It's not of God.
If you do certain things in circumstances, right?
So this is what they'll read, right?
They'll start at verse 23.
And they'll say this, right?
They'll say, let no man seek his own, but every man's another wealth, right?
And whoever is sold in the shambles, whatever is sold in the shambles, shambles the meat markets.
So, whatever is sold in the meat markets, that is, asking no questions for conscious sake.
For the earth is the Lord's, and the fullness of thereof, right?
And if any of them believe not bid to ye feast, and to be disposed to go, In other words, if you're being invited to somebody's house, right?
If they didn't believe, right?
And you... In other words, like, a non-believer comes to you and says, hey, come over to my house.
They've been to your feast, right?
And it says, whatever is set before you.
You know, whatever they have to eat is set before you, right?
Eat it!
And ask no questions, for God's sake.
But I say unto any man, unto you, this is the offering and sacrifice of the idols, not for his sake that you should it, for the conscious sake.
For the earth is the Lord's and the fulfillers thereof.
So conscious, I say, not thine own, but that of the other.
For why is my liberty judge of another man's conscience?
And for if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil-spoken for that of the which give thanks?
Therefore, eat and drink and whatsoever you shall do, do it in the glory of God.
Give no offense, neither to the Jews nor to the Gentiles, or to the church of God.
Even as I please all men of all things, seeking my own prophet, but the prophet of many that may be saved.
And then it goes on to chapter 2, or I'm sorry, chapter 11, which they won't go into chapter 11, right?
And it says, Be ye follows me even as I have followed Christ.
And now I praise you, brethren, that remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances as I delivered them to you.
So, does that sound like, yeah, you should, you know, it's okay to eat meat and all that?
And I, this is what it's saying is on certain circumstances.
But it's not good.
You know what I mean?
It's not... And you're not glorifying God.
Because remember, right?
Before they talked about that, right?
Yeah, you might go into somebody's house.
They're not believe it's a house.
You sit down and they have just like pork chops and stuff, right?
You eat the pork chops and all that.
It's not good for you, but you eat it, right?
So you don't offend them.
But if you notice the key words here, right?
Expedient.
Expedient and Edify.
No.
So expedient is basically, let's actually look at the definition for that.
That's where you guys can see it.
So it's not expedient for me, the doubtless to glory.
So.
So.
It's a Greek word translated to expedient, to bear together.
Or more figuratively.
To create an advantage or to make something better.
To be good or profitable.
For the sense of something that is.
So basically what this is saying... To be expedient... Where are we at?
You know what I mean?
So in the FI map we'll get to the definition of that too.
I just wanted you guys to see this here.
Okay.
Especially in moral and religious knowledge.
Thank you.
All right.
I just had the definition earlier.
And the definition is saying, like, certain circumstances.
Unpleasant and unacceptable.
So Edify was to build things at which Edify had to build in person.
Especially to build up a person, right?
So if you're on Unbeliever's house, right?
You're trying to build that person up.
To try to bring them to God.
So this is what I'm like getting at.
If I'm wrong guys, put it in, uh, please in the chat, uh, the comment section, uh, let me know, right?
So, uh, to build all things that Edify end up in the person.
Especially in the intellectual and moral way.
It is often used in a negative.
If you say something is not Edifying, it means unpleasant and unacceptable.
So... Edify not, but all things edify not.
So, it's saying it's unpleasant and unacceptable.
But here expedient for certain circumstances.
So, if you see what, you know, the key words which the churches leave out.
But if you remember too, they add on to this, right?
Right before that, which they explain, Paul explained, Behold Israel after the flesh, there are not which of ye of the sacrifice that partake of the altar, which I then, that the idol is anything, or the offering, we talked about idolatry, right?
Which is a second commandment violation, idolatry, right?
Which is offered to sacrifice the idols of any.
But I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils and not to God.
And I would not ye have, I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
So don't have fellowship with devils.
Don't drink of the cup of the devils.
Don't drink and eat from the table of the devils.
So if you witness the people, what I'm gathering here, and I could be wrong, right?
And I want you guys to correct me, because I just actually stumbled upon this.
Because somebody tried to use part of this chapter here to defend the book.
This was like yesterday, so I'm still new to this chapter.
And what I'm looking at is, I guess if you go to somebody's house and they offer you, and if you don't offend them, just eat it.
But bless it to the Lord.
That's what I'm gathering at this.
But it doesn't make it okay to eat it all the time.
That's what I'm gathering at this, right?
So if I'm wrong and you guys gotta correct me, please by all means put it in the comment section.
Uh, because this is something we should know.
But what I'm gathering at, right?
Again, this is um... It warns you ahead of time too, you know what I mean?
About eating stuff.
Because this is a sacrifice to idols, right?
So, again, if, uh... So, you know, the person's conscious.
So, in other words, if they invite you to the house, it's an unbeliever, and it's pork or something, it says, for eat and drink, whatever they give you.
But do it in the glory of God, because you're sitting there trying to witness to them.
So, you don't want to offend them.
You try to build them up, as it says here, and it is fine and all that.
And expedient, you're trying to build them up.
But you don't want to offend them either, you know what I mean?
So you try to build them up to win them to Christ.
This is what I'm gathering, okay?
I could be wrong, like I said.
If you eat the stuff, just bless it to the Lord.
Then ask for forgiveness later.
You know what I mean?
That you did that.
And what I'm gathering too is like, basically, if you went to somebody's house, right?
And he, like, how would you tell them that?
You know, if they're, I'm offensive about believing it, right?
If you were to tell them right off the bat, eating pork is forbidden.
It might turn them away, right?
I'm not saying this is an excuse or not.
They should know the truth, but at first, I don't know if this is what they're saying.
So again, if I'm wrong about this, let me know, because, um, and I think it's like, uh, okay, under certain circumstances.
But again, it's not condoned eating on the other end, you know what I mean?
It's under certain circumstances, but it's still not good.
And you know, back to what it says about eating from the tables of devils and God, you can't do both.
You can't drink from the cup of God or the cup of the devils at the same time.
So basically, this is a walk in a tightrope game.
And he has a significance too, right?
So, I'm gonna go ahead and explain more.
Because now we showed you what the Bible has to say about pigs.
It's an abomination.
They're used to sacrifice the false idols, right?
And gods.
We talked about the nutritional value, right?
So now let's get to the spiritual application list, right?
So we did the physical, nutritional ramifications.
And, you know, when it goes into your belly, it's gonna go out, you know.
Heh!
Rare ram, okay?
That's what Jesus said.
But the thing is, like, uh, it's not gonna be good for you.
You know, health-wise.
And you can be forgiven for that.
Because, um, that's not one of the Ten Commandments.
It's part of the laws, but not the Ten Commandments.
However, it doesn't condone eating.
That's the thing.
You know what I mean?
That's what people don't understand.
It doesn't say, oh, just go ahead and eat all you want.
Go eat pork chops, bacon, and all that.
That's not what it's saying, right?
So now here's the spiritual ramifications, right?
If you go to Luke chapter 8, right?
So Jesus and the apostles, they crossed over the water there.
And they arrived at the country of Gardenius, which is over against Galilee, right?
So when he went forth to the land there met him out of the city a certain man which had devils in a long time he was possessed for a very long time he was naked he didn't sleep in the house but in the tombs he was like the guy lived in the graveyard slept in the tombs in the graveyard he was completely naked he was possessed for a very very long time right?
and now if you get to Matthew the account of Matthew Mark about this It explains a little more details.
Basically it says that people couldn't bind this man.
A bunch of men tried to chain and feather him.
And they couldn't do it.
They were unsuccessful.
Because this guy was so strong and powerful.
Because of the demons in him.
Right?
So everybody feared this guy.
They wouldn't even go near the hill.
Where this guy resides.
This guy was a terror.
So the entire land feared this man.
Because of the devils that were in him.
Right?
So, check this out, right?
So, when Jesus got off this boat, right?
He's walking on the land, right?
Up in the hill, that's where the graveyard was, right?
Where the tomb's, right?
This man, when he saw Jesus, he ran up to Jesus.
Imagine that, like, he ran up to Jesus, and he cried out and fell down before him.
And with a loud voice said, What do I have to do with thee, Jesus, though, Son of God and Most High?
I beseech thee, torment me not.
This is a demon-possessed man begging and pleading to Jesus.
Now anybody else he would attack.
He would assault.
Nobody could hold this guy down.
He was a terror.
But when he seen Jesus, it scared the heck out of him.
The hell out of him.
Anybody else he would go and attack.
Except for Jesus.
Ran up to him and acknowledged him as the son of God.
Scared to death.
That he, you know, that these demons thought they were, um, there was many demons in the sky.
Scared to death that Jesus was going to cast them into hell before their time.
Now, if you don't know what demons are, we go over this all the time.
Long story short, when the sons of God, the fallen angels, had children with the woman on earth, right?
The Nephilim.
They were giants or men of renown.
You know, all different kinds of creatures, right?
So, when they were killed off, Before and after the Flood, their souls were cursed to roam the Earth.
That's what the punishment is.
The fallen angels could never see their children again.
And their children, the Nephims, they became, the spirits were called demons.
So, in other words, like, when they were roaming the Earth, right, they were very vile people.
They would eat humans, do sexual abominational acts to anything but anything.
So these things are running around in the spirit.
They still hunger.
They still thirst.
They still have their sexual cravings.
But they can't fulfill them.
Right?
That's why when people get possessed, they do uncannin things.
Because it's a demon trying to fulfill their needs.
You know what I mean?
And all that stuff.
So basically, that's what a demon is.
They're the souls of the Nephilim.
The sons of the fallen angels.
So now there's a thousand women in the sky.
So here they are begging and pleading to Jesus.
and Are you here to beseech me, torment me, not?
Because they're on the earth until Judgment Day.
Now keep that in mind, right?
For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man, and oftentimes he had caught him.
And he was kept abound with chains and fetters, and he broke the bands and was driven of the devils into the wilderness." Right?
So this is talking about the guy.
You know, he was like, nobody could chain or fetter him, right?
And Jesus asked him, saying, what is your name?
And he said, Legion, because we are many devils that entered him.
And if you look what a legion is, I think it's 3,000 to 4,000.
That's what a legion is.
And it could have been a little bit different back then.
That's what a legion army is, like 4,000 people.
Actually, let's double check that.
Yeah.
How many is a legion?
I'm sorry.
I stand corrected.
About 5,000.
Now, if that was the same back then, whatever.
Regardless, you've got thousands of demons.
That entered this one man, right?
For we are many devils.
And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the deep.
And there was a herd of many swine feeding off of the mountain.
And they besought him.
Besought means negotiated with him, right?
That he would suffer them to enter into them.
And he would suffer them, right?
So they're begging and pleading to enter the swine.
Then the devils went out of the man and entered into the swine, right?
And the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake and were choked.
So, the reason we're doing this is because we're looking at the spiritual ramifications of this, right?
If you notice the devil's chosen unclean animal.
Yeah.
An unclean animal, especially one specifically that was sacrificed onto false gods and demons, right?
That's why they chose him.
So what happened?
They ran into the water to drown themselves, right?
So they could be, they could go back into like spirit.
Because the thing is where they were in the man, Jesus could have easily sent those demons straight to hell.
Instead of being just released again.
Because the thing is, when somebody is possessed, right?
If that demon ends up, you know, possessing a guy and the guy ends up dying, the demon's spirit just goes back into the world again.
But at this point, Jesus wanted this guy to live.
So, they beg to plead for them to go to the swine so they can go back to the spirit.
Because they say, if you read Matthew and Mark, that these demons are after Jesus, are you here to cast us away before our time?
That means, because they get told that they're here until Judgment Day.
They roam the earth until Judgment Day.
And then they go to the lake of fire, not hell.
Because there's no more hell after that.
That's also cast in the lake of fire, but that's what they're thinking.
Alright, oh man, he's going to cast us into hell.
We're supposed to be, God says we're allowed to be here until Judgment Day, right?
So that's what's going on.
So that's why he gave the authority of these demons.
Alright, I'll fulfill the obligation.
My father just say, you're here until Judgment Day, right?
So, alright, go into the swine.
And why do you think they chose a swine farm?
Because it's an unclean animal.
The very animals that sacrificed unto them.
And right away they ran into the ocean and drowned them.
Or the lake, whatever it was.
And drowned themselves.
This way they could be released back into the spirit.
Roaming the earth.
So if you can understand what I'm talking about.
It's uh...
There's spiritual ramifications, plain and simple.
Now, what I said earlier, that we talk about, this is, he has talked about the commandments.
Not necessarily the laws, because the laws, you know, is, you know, you're not supposed to eat pork.
But these are the commandments, so, and so anyway, I'm going to read this anyway.
So, Matthew chapter 5, right?
Verse 17.
We'll start with 16.
Fulfill it doesn't mean end it either.
Right?
Now the law and the prophets and all that, they forbid to eat pork.
and glorify the Father which is in heaven.
And it says, Think not that I come to destroy the law or the prophets, or I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill it.
Fulfill it doesn't mean end it either.
Right?
Now the law or the prophets, all that, they forbidden eating pork.
That was one of the laws.
Because he says the laws.
He specified the laws.
So, For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, He's specifying the laws.
So... Now people say, well, well... Well, Jesus, when he rose from the dead, he fulfilled.
Everything was fulfilled.
No!
That's not what it says.
Did it say, when I rise from the dead, when I'm crucified and rise from the dead, all is fulfilled?
No.
He says, till heaven and earth pass away, Because remember in the end times, right?
God cleanses the world with fire.
He makes a whole new heaven and a whole new earth, right?
We haven't got to that point yet.
So no, it hasn't been fulfilled yet.
Yeah, Jesus fulfilled his mission at the cross, but that's not what it's talking about.
People need to understand that.
Oh, Jesus fulfilled.
It's all been fulfilled because Jesus resurrected.
No, it's not what it's talking about.
He fulfilled his mission.
This is not what he's talking about.
He says, plain and simple.
I don't know why people even get that.
Because it's dispensational, so I'm brainwashed.
This is not what he's saying.
He's saying, to all be fulfilled is when heaven and earth pass away.
Again, very nice saying to you.
Till heaven and earth pass away, not one jot of tittle, not one word, he's saying, and no wise shall pass from the wall.
12 being fulfilled, it's fulfilled when heaven and earth pass away and he creates a new heaven and earth.
Doesn't say nothing about his crucifixion.
Now he goes on, and the thing is, they don't go, you know, the church won't even go any further, right?
They'll say, oh, very great, that's he, then they'll, you know, they'll fill in some other verses.
They'll throw in other verses that he, when he was crucified and all that, he fulfilled his mission and all that.
They'll throw that in to say this was, it was fulfilled.
Completely taken out of context, right?
But they failed to go on further, right?
Read the Bible in context, right?
Because context is key.
Now if they bothered to read at 19, yeah?
Whoever shall break one of these loose commandments, right?
And teach men to do so, that's what the church is doing today!
They're telling you it's okay!
To not honor the Sabbath.
It's okay to eat pork.
It's okay to do this and that, right?
Don't worry about the Ten Commandments or any plight to the Jews.
Wrong.
He says, whoever shall break one of these least commandments, and teach men to do so, that's what the church is doing, he shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven.
So if you're teaching young, not following commandments, the laws, right?
You're breaking them, and you teach men to do so, the ministry's out there, right?
He says you gotta be called least in the kingdom of heaven.
But it goes on.
But whoever shall do and teach them, Whoever shall follow the commandments and teach them, the same shall he be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
And I don't know about you, alright, and I'm not your judge, okay, and I'm, you know, I can't tell you what to do, but you know what?
I'm going to try my best to keep the commandments, than I was, and I'm going to do, I'm going to teach them.
Because I want to be called great in the kingdom of heaven, not least.
And he goes on more, for I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and pharisees, you shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
So you think out there, right?
There's ministries out there, going on and saying the Ten Commandments are no longer valid.
Telling people this, and they themselves don't follow, right?
You think you're going to get into the kingdom of heaven?
You think the least of the kingdom of heaven is going to be accepted into it?
No.
It says right there, you shall in no case enter the kingdom of heaven.
And you have heard it was said from the old times, right?
He's bringing up the old times.
Now, again, he said all the Ten Commandments are just for the Jews who are abolished, right?
Then here he is, right?
You have heard it and it was said from the old times.
Thou shalt not kill.
What is that?
Oh, what's that?
That's called the Sixth Commandment.
Oh, I thought it was abolished.
Whoever shall kill is in danger of judgment.
Why would Jesus be saying that?
That the Ten Commandments were abolished?
Yeah, sure, you could be forgiven if you repent.
But it doesn't mean you can go do these things, right?
But I'm saying to you, whoever's angry with his brother, without a cause, shall be in danger of judgment.
And whoever shall say to his brother, Raka, Now I want to make sure I make you understand this, right?
Calling somebody a fool doesn't mean necessarily that you're in danger of hellfire, right?
With justification.
And if you read the scriptures, it says if you call somebody a fool with justification, it's different.
Because the Bible says, only the fool says that there is no God.
So, if somebody says there's no God, you call them a fool, you're not in danger of hellfire.
This is talking about just calling somebody a fool.
That, yeah, if you're angry with your brother, you know, it could be anybody, right?
Without a cause.
Then you call him a fool, yeah.
Just call people fools for no reason.
You gotta be in danger of hellfire.
But, if you read in the scriptures, I forgot where it is, and you can actually find this.
You call somebody a fool because they, you know, with justification.
Or, you know, if they say there's no God, well, you're not saying it.
The Bible says it.
Jesus was saying what the Bible says.
Only the fool says there's no God.
There's many verses on that.
So I just want to clarify that.
But yeah.
Again, I think not I come to destroy the law of the prophets.
I am not coming to destroy the law, but fulfill it.
Fulfill it doesn't mean end it.
The Law of the Commandments, Jesus is the Law of the Commandments.
He is the Word made flesh.
He is the Lord of the Sabbath.
He's not going to abolish the Sabbath or anything like that because He's the Lord of it.
You know, it's insane that they have to even explain this.
We already went over that.
Yeah, so First Timothy, yeah.
So yeah, and here's in the closing here.
So, you know, somebody's out there at Aiden Park, right?
I'm not your judge, okay?
And I'm not saying you're gonna go to hell for it.
I don't know.
I can't honestly tell you if you're gonna go to hell for eating pork.
But what I do know... Okay, it is a sin to do this.
It's an abomination.
And people say, well all the... You know, God made all animals clean.
No, it says...
Doesn't say that.
In that context.
You know what I mean?
People take things out of context.
So why would they?
Here's the thing.
Ask yourself, right?
Why would something like that?
It's an unclean animal, right?
You know what animals eat?
I mean, pigs eat?
They eat anything.
So, you know, saying you want what you eat.
And there's a reason for this, guys.
When God says not to do something, there's a reason.
He's not doing it to be controlled.
Again, what I said earlier, if you look at the nutritional value of pork, there's nothing nutritional about it.
At all.
They eat some garb, they eat anything, they'll eat crap.
Literally.
So you need something that eats that stuff?
Ask yourself that, right?
When you look at a cow that eats the grass and all that stuff, yeah, it's perfectly healthy for you.
But if you eat something like this, that eats garbage and crap, literally.
That's not going to be too good.
And if you actually, there's food borne illnesses.
Worms and all kinds of parasites in pork.
You don't notice them, because when you cook it, it kills half of it.
But that's why people have health problems.
Clogs arteries, it does all kinds of stuff.
Hope I don't get flagged on YouTube here for saying this, but.
Because that key went medical stuff, but yeah.
There is nothing nutritional about pork, guys.
And that's why the father says not to eat it.
He's not doing it to be a controlling dragon.
If you look at all his laws and commandments, right?
If you really study them, you're like, wow, you know, it makes sense why he says no.
It's not to, you know, be controlling.
And the pigs, yeah, they serve a great purpose on the earth.
Because people say, well, why would God create such a thing then?
Because they serve a great purpose on earth.
Just like your dog.
It doesn't mean you can eat your dog, right?
Your dog is like a best friend.
Each animal serves it's own purpose on this earth.
These things, if anybody owns or worked on a farm, you know what I'm talking about.
Having pigs is, uh, wow.
It's a blessing for the farm.
It helps out a lot.
It creates fertilizer, all kinds of other stuff.
I mean, it's great, right?
So, they serve a purpose, but not to be eaten.
That's why it's called an unclean animal.
Again, I'm not gonna, I'm not your judge guys.
I really ain't, but you know what?
You know, that's something you need to, you need to work on with the father.
And, you know, again, I have to emphasize that, you know.
Like the parable Jesus talked about, right?
The Father forgave the guy.
He sent him to heaven.
Yes.
He acknowledged he sent him to heaven, right?
Acknowledged it.
But he didn't condone it.
He forgave him, but didn't condone it.
And again, we've got to go back to remember, Jesus says all sins can be forgiven.
He said that, right?
I actually need to show that here.
So, before we go.
That does blaspheme in the Holy Spirit.
So, Matthew 12.
So, let's go to Matthew 12.
So, we acknowledge eating pork as I said.
Okay, no matter what you say, how you slice it or dice it, right?
Did I get the right one?
.
Matthew 12, not 22.
My bad.
I'm sorry, guys.
Hold on a second.
Let's go with the King James.
I don't like using any other-- I'm just going to make sure this is the right word.
Alright, so he goes... And he goes, Wherefore I say unto you, all men of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men.
So that's saying all sins.
All sins can be forgiven.
Right?
All sins.
Eating pork you can be forgiven for, right?
It doesn't, I mean like, I guess the Bible talks about certain circumstances, but it didn't say, it also stated it doesn't mean it's good either, you know?
And Jesus said in this parable of knowledge, you know, that, yeah, it's ascending against heaven, when you walk.
But he says all sin can be forgiven, doesn't mean you can't keep doing it, you're supposed to repent from sin, right?
But blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven to men.
And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him.
So you could... That's condoning to do it, but if you break the third commandment, you know, don't use the Lord's name in vain.
With the Him, the Son of Man, right?
It'll be forgiven to you.
But whoever speaks against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him.
Neither in this world, nor in the world to come.
So, those out there who blaspheme the Holy Spirit, you are playing with hellfire!
I hate to say that, or lake of fire, I should say.
Even worse.
But all manner of sin, in blasphemy, shall be forgiven unto men.
If you repent, as the scripture says.
So, I'm just saying, again, I'm not judging anybody out there.
If you're out to eat, park, whatever, and all that stuff, then do know, alright?
Do know, if you like bacon, sausages, right?
Heck, I love them, right?
There is turkey bacon.
Turkey sausage, right?
It's amazing.
It tastes just as good, and guess what?
You don't feel bloated, or you don't feel crappy after you eat it.
So I would suggest that you give that a try.
Because I know people love their bacon, sometimes for breakfast, whatever, and the burgers.
Get turkey bacon.
Might taste a little different, but you know, you get used to it.
And the texture of the turkey tastes a lot better anyway.
And it's been actually, it's actually good for you.
So, we showed you what the Bible has to say.
It's abomination.
It's unclean animal, orphaned unto demons and false gods, right?
The nutritional value, right?
We explained that.
We showed you the spiritual ramifications.
You're eating something that demons could possess into.
I'm not saying you're going to be possessed by eating a piece of ham or something, no.
But, you know, if you look at the aspects of this, right?
Spiritually, nutritionally, and physically.
It's a no, no, no.
You get three red lights in a row.
So again, what you do from here, that's up to you guys.
And I just wanted to point this out.
That's all I wanted to do.
Wanted to point this out to you guys.
And so you be the judge from there.
And that's all I can say to you.
So if you guys want to add anything to this, please, by all means, put it in the comments section.
And I know when this premieres tomorrow.
Actually, when the premieres, there's a live chat.
So engage in the live chat.
I'll try to jump in the live chat with you guys.
