This is the first amendment of the constitution by these campus police who took their garden.
Oh, do it!
Please do it!
Please do it!
Look at these scumbags.
And I want answers.
And I'm going to get on the phone with these criminals right now.
And I'm going to...
I'm calling the University of Texas Police Department.
YouTube Police.
This is Kathy.
How you doing?
My name is Dan Bidondi.
I'm host of Truth Radio.
I need to speak to somebody on the regards of the arrest of Aaron Dykes yesterday.
Yeah, hold on one second.
- Sure. - Lieutenant, Charter.
How you doing, sir?
My name is Dan Bidondi.
I'm the host of Truth Radio.
I'm calling regards about the arrest of Aaron Dykes yesterday.
Yes?
Okay, I just, we, uh, we here in Providence, Rhode Island need to know as constitutional supporters here, we're American paid, tax-paying Americans, why Aaron Dykes was arrested for speaking his first amendment in the Constitution.
He was arrested for violation of Penal Code 42.05, obstruction of our meeting.
Let me inform you of something.
That very Constitution you swore on when you got into your job.
Any law that violates the Constitution, the Constitution trumps that law.
The First Amendment of the United States was directly... I watched all the videos from Alex Jones, a good friend of mine.
Do you understand that, sir?
He was completely violated.
That was a criminal thing.
Karl Rove should be arrested for criminal activity.
He was the reason why all those people died in Iraq.
And you arrest an innocent man for exercising his First Amendment.
Then you charge him for resisting arrest when he did not resist once at all.
And I, as American, I am pissed off about this.
Do you understand that, sir?
Yes, sir.
Okay, and I just need to know, a lot of people need to know, I'm part of We Are Change also, and we need to know why Aaron Dykes was arrested by false charges.
And we need to know from the horse's mouth.
I told you what he was arrested for.
I understand that, sir, but he did not violate the law.
The Constitution trumps your law.
The Constitution of the United States, the very Constitution you swore on when you became a police officer, a civil servant of the law there.
And he will be able to discuss that in the court of law.
And I hope he does, and, um, you know, yeah, I mean, like, that was a criminal activity that just went on.
Those three police officers that unlawfully carted that gentleman away should be arrested for violating the Constitution.
And Karl Rove himself, that criminal scumbag cockroach of the New World Order, he should be arrested for, uh, the life's All the blood he spilled in Iraq.
All those innocent people that went to war, overstaged war, just to take over Iraq, he should be arrested.
You should arrest a Karl Rove and put him on criminal indictment charges.
Him and George W. Bush.
And I'm calling from Truth Radio.
It's truthradio.cc if you want any information.
My name is Dan Baidandi and I'm a constitutionalist, radio talk show host, and me, as an American people, we want answers and we want them now.
And if anything, those three officers should be charged for criminal activity.
That was a complete violation of that man's First Amendment.
Do you understand that?
Thank you for your interest.
Well, we want justice done.
That is not justice.
You're supposed to protect and serve the civilian population, not police state it.
This is not a police state.
You can't run around with a badge and say you are God, because a republic is not going to stand for that.
We are American people.
I mean, I have plenty of friends and family who are police officers, fine police officers, and all of them are pissed off when I show them this video.
They said there's a poor display of a police officer.
Okay, I got friends all over the country that are cops and everything else.
They all said there's a poor display of the police officer, the very Constitution that you people swore on.
And I just want to know what kind of excuse do you have for that violation of the First Amendment?
I am not going to discuss an active case with you, sir.
An active case, but it shouldn't be no case.
You people wrongfully, you did not resist arrest.
There was no, you didn't even read him his Miranda Rights.
There was no, you people should be brought up in charges for this, whoever's in charge of this whole ordeal.
And the reason I'm calling you for it, because I'm an American, I am not afraid to use my First Amendment, I got a press pass and everything else, to stand up against you criminals, and let you people, you put you people in your place.
My name is Dan Bidondi.
You can take this down.
I am a constitutionalist.
I'm a Tea Party member, radio talk show host, and I'm here on Truth Radio in Providence, Rhode Island.
Do you have any comments, sir?
I have no comment.
I made a question, sir.
You just made a statement.
That's right.
I made a statement.
I thank you for your input.
And I want to know, are you going to concede with the charges put against Mr. Dykes?
That is up to the court to decide.
Yeah, but you as a police officer, you as the police department can take those charges off him.
I know the whole system and how it works.
I mean, you know, as a const... I'm not you personally, sir, okay?
But you know, under the Constitution, that man did nothing wrong.
Nothing.
Nothing wrong with the Constitution to do this.
Nothing.
Do you understand that?
Yes, sir.
Thank you for your comments.
And I'm sorry, I just want to let you know, you as a civil defense officer, okay?
It's your duty to up withhold the Constitution, okay?
The University of Texas Police Department is not a police state, okay?
You people are not God, okay?
And the Republic is not going to stand for this, okay?
There's going to be charges pushed against you people for fraud, okay?
Karl Rove should be arrested for murder.
That guy's a criminal.
And all those three police officers that dragged that poor man down the aisle should be arrested.
And I know this is on record and you can keep this recording because I am exercising my First Amendment of the Constitution and this is aired right now live in Providence, Rhode Island on Truth Radio.
