[00:00:46] How you doing, sir? [00:00:46] My name is Dan Bidondi. [00:00:48] I'm the host of Truth Radio. [00:00:49] I'm calling regards about the arrest of Aaron Dykes yesterday. [00:00:53] Yes? [00:00:54] Okay, I just, we, uh, we here in Providence, Rhode Island need to know as constitutional supporters here, we're American paid, tax-paying Americans, why Aaron Dykes was arrested for speaking his first amendment in the Constitution. [00:01:11] He was arrested for violation of Penal Code 42.05, obstruction of our meeting. [00:01:18] Let me inform you of something. [00:01:19] That very Constitution you swore on when you got into your job. [00:01:23] Any law that violates the Constitution, the Constitution trumps that law. [00:01:28] The First Amendment of the United States was directly... I watched all the videos from Alex Jones, a good friend of mine. [00:01:34] Do you understand that, sir? [00:01:34] He was completely violated. [00:01:36] That was a criminal thing. [00:01:38] Karl Rove should be arrested for criminal activity. [00:01:40] He was the reason why all those people died in Iraq. [00:01:43] And you arrest an innocent man for exercising his First Amendment. [00:01:46] Then you charge him for resisting arrest when he did not resist once at all. [00:01:51] And I, as American, I am pissed off about this. [00:01:54] Do you understand that, sir? [00:01:58] Yes, sir. [00:02:00] Okay, and I just need to know, a lot of people need to know, I'm part of We Are Change also, and we need to know why Aaron Dykes was arrested by false charges. [00:02:11] And we need to know from the horse's mouth. [00:02:16] I told you what he was arrested for. [00:02:18] I understand that, sir, but he did not violate the law. [00:02:20] The Constitution trumps your law. [00:02:23] The Constitution of the United States, the very Constitution you swore on when you became a police officer, a civil servant of the law there. [00:02:33] And he will be able to discuss that in the court of law. [00:02:37] And I hope he does, and, um, you know, yeah, I mean, like, that was a criminal activity that just went on. [00:02:43] Those three police officers that unlawfully carted that gentleman away should be arrested for violating the Constitution. [00:02:49] And Karl Rove himself, that criminal scumbag cockroach of the New World Order, he should be arrested for, uh, the life's All the blood he spilled in Iraq. [00:03:00] All those innocent people that went to war, overstaged war, just to take over Iraq, he should be arrested. [00:03:07] You should arrest a Karl Rove and put him on criminal indictment charges. [00:03:11] Him and George W. Bush. [00:03:14] And I'm calling from Truth Radio. [00:03:16] It's truthradio.cc if you want any information. [00:03:18] My name is Dan Baidandi and I'm a constitutionalist, radio talk show host, and me, as an American people, we want answers and we want them now. [00:03:27] And if anything, those three officers should be charged for criminal activity. [00:03:32] That was a complete violation of that man's First Amendment. [00:03:35] Do you understand that? [00:03:38] Thank you for your interest. [00:03:41] Well, we want justice done. [00:03:44] That is not justice. [00:03:45] You're supposed to protect and serve the civilian population, not police state it. [00:03:50] This is not a police state. [00:03:51] You can't run around with a badge and say you are God, because a republic is not going to stand for that. [00:03:57] We are American people. [00:03:58] I mean, I have plenty of friends and family who are police officers, fine police officers, and all of them are pissed off when I show them this video. [00:04:05] They said there's a poor display of a police officer. [00:04:09] Okay, I got friends all over the country that are cops and everything else. [00:04:13] They all said there's a poor display of the police officer, the very Constitution that you people swore on. [00:04:19] And I just want to know what kind of excuse do you have for that violation of the First Amendment? [00:04:26] I am not going to discuss an active case with you, sir. [00:04:30] An active case, but it shouldn't be no case. [00:04:32] You people wrongfully, you did not resist arrest. [00:04:35] There was no, you didn't even read him his Miranda Rights. [00:04:40] There was no, you people should be brought up in charges for this, whoever's in charge of this whole ordeal. [00:04:45] And the reason I'm calling you for it, because I'm an American, I am not afraid to use my First Amendment, I got a press pass and everything else, to stand up against you criminals, and let you people, you put you people in your place. [00:04:58] My name is Dan Bidondi. [00:04:59] You can take this down. [00:05:01] I am a constitutionalist. [00:05:03] I'm a Tea Party member, radio talk show host, and I'm here on Truth Radio in Providence, Rhode Island. [00:05:10] Do you have any comments, sir? [00:05:12] I have no comment. [00:05:15] I made a question, sir. [00:05:18] You just made a statement. [00:05:19] That's right. [00:05:20] I made a statement. [00:05:20] I thank you for your input. [00:05:22] And I want to know, are you going to concede with the charges put against Mr. Dykes? [00:05:29] That is up to the court to decide. [00:05:32] Yeah, but you as a police officer, you as the police department can take those charges off him. [00:05:38] I know the whole system and how it works. [00:05:41] I mean, you know, as a const... I'm not you personally, sir, okay? [00:05:44] But you know, under the Constitution, that man did nothing wrong. [00:05:49] Nothing. [00:05:50] Nothing wrong with the Constitution to do this. [00:05:53] Nothing. [00:05:54] Do you understand that? [00:06:02] Yes, sir. [00:06:02] Thank you for your comments. [00:06:04] And I'm sorry, I just want to let you know, you as a civil defense officer, okay? [00:06:09] It's your duty to up withhold the Constitution, okay? [00:06:12] The University of Texas Police Department is not a police state, okay? [00:06:16] You people are not God, okay? [00:06:18] And the Republic is not going to stand for this, okay? [00:06:20] There's going to be charges pushed against you people for fraud, okay? [00:06:25] Karl Rove should be arrested for murder. [00:06:27] That guy's a criminal. [00:06:28] And all those three police officers that dragged that poor man down the aisle should be arrested. [00:06:33] And I know this is on record and you can keep this recording because I am exercising my First Amendment of the Constitution and this is aired right now live in Providence, Rhode Island on Truth Radio.
