	You're listening to the Hour of the Times.
	I'm William Cooper.
	Ladies and gentlemen, today I want you all to listen very, very closely.
	For what you're going to hear is a videotape made inside Mount Carmel in Waco, Texas sometime between the initial raid by the Forces of the United States government, which included the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the FBI, military, National Guard, helicopter, gunships, tanks, armored personnel carriers, units of the British SAS, members of United States Army Special Forces, and even a United States Army
	Psychological Warfare Team.
	This videotape was made between February the 28th and the date that the Branch Davidians were all murdered, burned to death in their church on April the 19th, 1993.
	The entire tape is two hours long.
	You're going to hear as much as we can play today.
	It is the actual testimony of the Branch Davidians.
	The tape was made to give to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in order that they may see that no one was being held inside against their will.
	You will hear the testimony of men, women, and children, and at the end of the tape, David Koresh.
	It will bring tears to your eyes.
	We call it the Last Will and Testament because all of these people are now dead except for one black woman.
	who was from England and has returned to England.
	What happened in Waco, Texas, no American ever dreamed could ever happen in this country.
	It was what we believed only happened in places like the Soviet Union, or Communist China, or Castro's Cuba, or in third world countries where dictatorships and executions were the norm.
	The American people were never supposed to see or hear this tape, and while you cannot see the video portion, you can hear the audio very clearly.
	The tape was given by the Branch Davidians to the negotiators who turned it over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
	There are patriots in government, ladies and gentlemen, who made sure that we obtained a copy of this tape.
	Listen carefully.
	There's really nothing that I can say that will prepare you for what you're going to hear.
	that these people speak very well for themselves.
	How long have you been here for a while?
	Oh yeah, quite some time.
	It is, okay.
	What brought you over here?
	the seventh field I've been a Catholic for all my life and then I joined the Adventist Church and
	then from there you know I've met a few people in my serving and I've started studying and then
	someone told me about someone who's been in the field who's supposed to be fielding anyway that's
	why I'm here and as I let you know you're in the field and here I am. Okay is there anything else
	you'd like to share? Well yes you know I'm from London England and what happened last Sunday
	really surprised me.
	Um, I'm shocked, I'm disgusted, I'm upset about the whole thing, because this is supposed to be a land of, you know, freedom and free, freedom and liberty.
	And, you know, one minute everything's calm, and the next thing, as women and children, when I'm saying, And there's gunshots and they're hitting the floor like out of a movie.
	I didn't hear anybody give up any warning or anything.
	And I thought, for the first thing, I thought, well, this would never happen in England.
	It's disgusting.
	And apart from that, we haven't had any freedom to the press, which is disgusting also.
	My rights as a British citizen.
	As well as being in this country, we should have some sort of outlet to the media so they know what is going on here.
	Okay.
	Anything you wanted to add about any other things that you'd like to say to the people that this will go to?
	By the way, I'm not sure where the tape is going.
	Basically, I'm here on my own free will.
	I'm not in health hospitals and we are a big family here.
	We're very happy.
	This is my family.
	Those who do the will of God, my Father, are my family.
	I love those who are my family in the flesh, but until they know the truth about this message, then, you know, I have to put this family first.
	So you don't choose to leave the place right now?
	No, no way.
	This is where I am.
	This is where my beliefs are.
	This is where the truth is being left at this time.
	And, uh, well, we should wait and see what God has in store for the world.
	So, is that what you're doing, is you're waiting right now?
	Yes, I'm waiting on God.
	I mean, this is what it should be in Wales.
	This is where existence is forming in the world.
	I mean, there is no existence outside this facility.
	This is where David is.
	He's been in this field, and this is what the world should have been waiting for.
	And I'm very fortunate to be in this place at this time.

	Um, I, I would like to say that I think the American government are very foolish not to listen first to what they have to say and to come up with something like a big tanker toy as they have with that big tank which is outside.
	It, for me, it's, it's, um, I don't want to insult them, but it's really insulting to keep up the big, um, armor equipment with people who are entirely clothed like women and children.
	I mean, what, what are they trying to prove?
	No.
	And I am here on my own two.
	I am not being dragged away.
	I think everyone should agree what they are.
	I'm very happy.
	I'm living a normal life.

	Well, um...
	Surely you didn't read about this in some kind of a nice travel brochure?
	No, I haven't.
	I've been a Palestinian for my life.
	And I met someone who has been to America.
	I have met someone who is able to reveal revelation.
	and put passages together from different parts of the Bible.
	I was interested.
	I was told to come and see, which I did, perhaps in the United States of America.
	And when I was shown passages in the Bible, it was mind-blowing because no one in the churches or And these church viewers were able to ask my questions on things that I wanted to know.
	And in coming over here, things were brought to my attention.
	I could see things more clearly.
	It was a shock at first for someone to show you something which you've been looking for all your life.
	But then again, it was also nice to know that Okay, it sounds kind of strange.
	I'm sure to most people you wouldn't hear something like that.
	So what have you thought of the events of just as of recently some of the things that have been taking place like a week ago at Sunday for instance.
	Do you have a reaction to that or any response to that also in relation to that?
	Do you want to make a statement about leaving or staying?
	Do you want to leave?

	Am I or David or anybody else told you?
	No one told me this.
	My choice to do this, I decided to do this.
	I wanted to do it here.
	We realized also that man has made boundary lines all over this globe called an earth
	and has divided it up.
	But we believe according to Psalms 50, don't we, that God owns all things?
	Okay, so again, you want to be here then?

	Well, the incident which happened last week, Friday, was a shock.
	And when you see these things on the television, you can walk away from it.
	But when you're actually on the scene when an incident happens, It's frightening to know one minute you're looking out at the windows and the trees have been cut through and the next minute you hear firing and you're on the floor with bullet shells flying all over your head.
	It's frightening.
	And also having tanks around the building which I don't think is necessary.
	I don't know what to do.
	Anything, uh, if this is to go back to Britain, this paper, any parts of it into the press, is there anything else you might want to add or just say?
	This is my family, my friends, I'm a lone friend, a new friend, that's what I've been making, and I'm trying to do some things that are in the interest of my own free will.
	I am happy with the people I am with, I hope you are.
	What I'd like to say about this press is some of the things that they are hearing are not the truth.
	And I hope with this video being made that some things that are about to happen
	that people will see and know the truth.

	And as you can see, I was wounded when the ATF came in and assaulted us.
	I was quite surprised to see our government act the way it did, in that David went to the door with his hands up and said, don't shoot, there's women and children in here.
	And yet, they opened fire and fired at everyone here.
	It's just amazing.
	I don't really expect anyone to jump on our bandwagon right now and believe what we believe after just hearing little bits and pieces.
	I've been in the message since 1986, when David and his men put me astounding things.
	I just think, now we need to sit back and see what really is going on in our government.
	That's the whole thing.
	That we're upset with right now, and we're waiting on God for an answer about what we should do.

	I was told you were nursing a baby or one of the babies or what was it?
	Yeah, I was just sitting there with my hands sort of like this.
	Bullets were coming in our window.
	A lot of our clothing was damaged from bullets, and I'm glad we weren't more than this.
	That's some very fast finger you have there.
	Yeah, it's kind of swollen.
	I just looked it up on the phone.
	He said it's quite dangerous.
	He thought I could come out and get treatment, but I asked him why doesn't he come in here because I don't really trust what they might do out there as far as Were you hurt any other place or did you have any other injury?
	Right, I was sitting here kind of like, I'm not exactly sure what happened so fast, but at any rate it went up this finger into my hand and up my shoulder.
	Okay.
	What brought you here in the first place to Waco, Texas?
	Studying a few things.
	Okay, and a question that everybody wants to know.
	Do you want to leave?
	Are you being held here against your will?
	I want to leave when God says go, but no, I don't want to go out there in my room without David and everyone else, the rest of my family.
	We're all sad.
	So no one told you you were here against your will?
	No one told me anything.
	Okay, were you able to see a video that the agency sent to us showing some of the children that were at their facility, wherever they're at?
	The video we saw today of them.
	Running around crazily, eating candy, drinking soda pops, jumping around like well-made mess, watching videos.
	Yeah, we're all quite upset to see our children behave like that because they're always doing well-mannered and disciplined and they don't eat candy in between meals and only on rare occasions.
	It's not just for your teeth or health or anything.
	So you see that as being a cause of hyperactivity in children?
	Something they already don't need?
	I mean, we love the kids.
	They can't help the way they're being cared for.
	I guess that's the only thing the people out there really know.
	Is there anything else you might have to say to the American people or to anybody that's on the outside?

	I love all my family and I just hope everyone doesn't jump to making decisions before they've heard our side.
	Because right now all you're hearing is the press. We're hearing a very perverted press.
	They're not allowed to broadcast lies. We have to be patient.
	We have to be cut out and tamed. Stories, all kinds of lies.
	Like the lady holds up a board, this is what the ATF use and this is what we use.
	I'm like, wow, I never saw one of those before!
	But, I mean, there's so many lives, so many lives that can just break all the time.
	You just need to trust God.
	I mean, trust God, read the Bible, know what you're talking about.
	What do you do in real life?
	What do you do every day with your life?
	Is it something God approved of?
	I mean, before you judge us, make sure your own life is clean.
	Would you want your life Um, go out past from the day you were in high school, what you did, who you went out with.
	Um, you know, I mean, we're, we're getting trip naked, so let's make sure when that happens to everybody, including these guys.

	And there's no one else so far, you know, that I've heard of that can do that.
	And so, I've just decided to stay here and listen.
	So, then what you're saying is it's because of his ability to open up the Bible, of which we all see that there are almost two billion people in the world that claim to be Christians and claim that that's their foundation also.
	So, you see that he has an ability that so far others haven't shown?
	Is that what you're saying?
	I know I'm asking someone of a leading question because I know that you all are a little bit camera shy.

	Um, I came here when I was seven years old.
	My grandma brought me here.
	And I was too little to understand these things, but now since I'm getting older, I can understand more.
	And, you know, truth so far has been, you know, Have you ever heard anybody lie to you?
	No?
	Okay, like David apparently is what you were thinking, huh?

	Well, what I don't understand is how, you know, people don't want to listen to the fields and everything because it's so plain and clear that, you know, they just don't want to listen and I don't understand that.
	So you're wondering why more people are interested in the Bible and it being unlocked?

	So Joshua, have you been able to see anything or hear anything of Joshua as of recently?
	Well, when the first sent him out, he was able to call up that night to come get a ride.
	And, uh, then today I saw a video tape of him.
	And, uh, I've gotta tell you, I was not impressed.
	Why were you not impressed with the video tape?
	Well, they had all the children in a room, and the kids were all going wild and jumping around, and it was like they had no discipline, no correction, and we just don't do that with our kids here, you know?
	Okay.
	Because we supervise all the time, and, you know, after you go into a diabetic study, you'll sit for hours, quietly and peacefully, and when I saw this video, they were acting like wild animals.
	Okay, so that bothered you then?

	Why are you here in the first place?
	Well, uh, eight years ago, David came to my home in Massachusetts, and he was presenting Bible studies to my family, and I just thought that he had something.
	He was willing to take, uh, all the books of the Bible and harmonize them, uh, line upon line, precept upon precept, and it made sense.
	It was something, when you read it yourself, you couldn't see it.
	But once he showed it to you, it was better than, there was just no debating it.
	Okay.
	Do you have a desire to leave here?
	No.
	I have no desire to leave, and nobody is holding the gun at my head so they can say that.
	Okay, so no one's holding you back, keeping you here, threatening you, or anything else?
	No.
	If God says to wait, then I intend to wait.
	Alright, and a lot of people have said that, but what do you mean if God says to wait?
	Is God talking to you or something?
	No, God does not talk to me.
	The book of Revelation shows That God has a book in his hand and he hands that book to someone and hands it to the lamb.
	He's the only one who can reveal the book.
	God says, speak to someone.
	And David is shown in a field.
	And David, God says, wait.
	I've trusted in him this long.
	He's proven himself to me.
	I'm going to wait.
	Okay.
	Uh, also, uh, would you have anything you wanted to say to family elsewhere or friends?
	Would you have any statements to make, uh, about the incident that happened maybe ten days ago?
	Anything you'd like at all.
	It doesn't even have to be that.
	Okay, first, uh, the incident is just a total outrage.
	Why is that?
	I don't know how the American people can stand by and watch such a thing take place.
	We have people out here, we have older people, women, children, tiny babies.
	These men came in here and they started firing on us.
	The bullets came through the walls and people were killed, people were injured.
	And this is America?
	Okay.

	Kathy, what brings you here in the first place?
	A few years ago I met yourself, Steve Snyder, and Martha and I. We were in Miami, Florida,
	and we found revealing truth in the Bible that we just could not just refute at all.
	There was no way. We eventually came and met David Koresh and found that he was doing the
	opening up of these truths and had stayed to listen to everything we could. And everything,
	Larry said, treat it calm, treat it line upon line, hear a little bear, a little bear.
	The whole Bible, every book of the Bible, tells the same prophecy, tells the same thing, and I wouldn't know that were it not for David Cronin.
	Okay, so do you have also any children, or where's your family?
	I have four children, three by an ex, And one from my late husband and my children.
	They are not here with me right now.
	The incident happened Sunday that nerve-wracked everybody.
	I mean, women and children were in our home just totally shocked with a garage of weaponry fired upon our home.
	Of course, me and the children all got down.
	We were all We made it through that original gunfire, but it scared me too much to allow them to stay here.
	So, my children have been released.
	They are out.
	And I found out today that the three that do belong to my, are psychologically my ex's children.
	He has custody of them now.
	I found that out today.
	He's saying three Sunday.
	He's still in state custody as far as I know.
	You said you sent your children up so that you thought they might have a better chance of survival?
	Physical survival, yes.
	They have pain frames in our faces.
	Every day we are worried.
	There's no telling what the federal agents out there will do based on what they've already done.
	For their physical life and their well-being, I sent them out there.
	Well, what about your own life and your own physical well-being?
	Don't you want to be with your children?
	Yes, I would much rather my children be here with me.
	But I would not like to be out there because I know that what I'm doing here is for a reason.
	God said, wait, the God that I believe in, the God that David's church has shown me, that sits on a throne, that has a book in his hand, three revelations all right there.
	It's so plain and simple.
	If you've got somebody to sell it to you, which took me a lot of years to finally find, and once I did, there's no, there's no disagreement at all to say that that's not what's in the book.
	So you don't, you don't, is anyone holding you here against your will?
	Only God.
	Oh my God.
	It's His will and His will be done.
	Okay.
	Did you see that videotape of your children today?
	Yes, I did that videotape.
	I was a little disappointed in a couple of my children jumping on couches and making silly faces and just Really going crazy.
	Had they given me my suggestion, had I been with them at the time, they would not have acted so radically.
	Is that to say you did not allow them to have fun?
	I don't know.
	No, my children have fun, but they were quite unsubstantial.
	Unsupervised at the time the video was taken.
	That's not something that you would like to see then?
	No.
	My children are constantly doing schoolwork when they're with me.
	They're constantly working and playing.
	Well, when it's supervised.
	When it's well supervised.
	They do a lot of things.
	They do a lot of exercise.
	But not something on couches and tables like I saw my young daughter doing today.
	Would you like to see the full result of the situation or Maybe back as it was, or what are your thoughts about that?
	What do you mean, as it was?
	Well, about 10 days ago, we were all coming together, studying the Bible, and it was things as usual.
	Before the A.T.F.
	got involved.
	Right.
	Okay, yes, I would love to see the situation resolved.
	I would love to have my children back, and I would love to have my ability to worship God in the way that I feel I want to worship God, which is our American right.
	I would love to have that back.
	But as it stands right now, I can't worship God the way I want to.
	They're taking that from me.
	Is there anything else you'd like to say?
	Um, one more thing I would like to tell the public, if they can find this out, that I am really tired of the lies.
	I'm really tired of hearing the stories that are lately told to the public, seeing how we have no press coverage directly from this facility, from our church.
	We have no one telling the world our side.
	And I am watching and listening on the radio, watching on the news reports, the press conferences, watching the lies that the federal agencies hold.
	It's astounding, day after day, how far they go.
	And that's just one agency.
	All the other agencies back there are going to back them up.
	That's including our federal government.
	We, the people, don't run this government anymore.
	We, the people, don't run this country.
	They do, and they tell all the lies they want, and I'm just... Do you think all of these men are like that done to do you not to do?
	That they're like some sincere, that they're trying to do their best from their vantage point?
	Those that are trying to do their best, are trying to do their job, they have a family back home too.
	But they don't understand what they're supposed to do, and if they do, they would be the outcasts too.
	Is there anything else you'd like to add?
	Just that I love my family and I hope that my ex does try to get custody of my youngest child, Brian.
	That's very important to me.
	And the children know that God does control the situation.
	No matter what happens, God is in control and I believe that totally.

	What brings you over to America, of all places, here in Texas?
	Well, about 20 years ago, um, I was teaching the truth about the Bible.
	I was wondering why we have a Bible that we don't understand, you know.
	So I started inquiring, and one day I phoned someone up to talk about this, and they told me someone was coming over from America.
	And we arranged to meet that person with disabilities and we had a study and it wasn't so good at first but I continued and then I found that a few of my questions were being answered and I continued.
	And then when I made David correct, he answered all my questions.
	And there's no doubt about the truth that we were missing.
	We were meeting before we met you and David.
	Okay, so that's what brought you over here to Waco, Texas of all places to hear more.
	There's been a lot of rumors and statements over the press that you're being held here against your will and is that true?
	That's not true.
	I have made my decision to come here because I have been shown very hypocritical and We are looking forward to the truth being revealed to the world and that's why we come here to study as much as we can so that we can also help others in the world to know His truth.
	Okay.
	So you have a vision of things better, maybe an eternal vision in your car.
	Is that what you're saying?

	Did you get to see your daughter on the tape that was sent?
	Yeah, I saw my daughter.
	I wasn't very happy there.
	Why not?
	They weren't supervised at all.
	They were just allowed to just do what they liked.
	They seemed to be eating continuously and drinking.
	You don't do that.
	Do you think you're on some kind of a program or a schedule for those things?
	Yeah, we meet every four hours to five hours.
	And they don't eat and drink Cokes and lots of sweet things.
	You know, not all the time.
	They have some now and again.
	But all those Cokes do make them very hyper, jumping about, not even realizing what they're doing.
	Okay, were you happy to at least see your daughter?
	Did they make an attempt at least to give you an opportunity?
	Yeah, I was grateful that they allowed us.
	Okay.
	Is there anything you'd like to say to friends or family abroad or anywhere else?
	To my family and friends, I'd just like to say I'm fine.
	I know that you're all worried about us, but the fact is that we're fine right now and everything is in the hands of God right now and we're just waiting on God.
	Whatever happens, you know, It's the way that God wants it to be.

	I'd like to say that, um, if they could, before the children are sent to their, um, families, I'd like them to, to try to have some more control over them, to direct them if they're doing something wrong, correct them, you know, while they're in their care.

	I'm originally from the Philippines, but I came to the United States in 1966-68.

	I was, uh... I didn't come for the truth.
	I didn't know anything about it.
	I came with my husband.
	And I only studied the Bible for two or three years.
	And as I was listening to it, it got my ear ringing.
	It did?
	So you didn't even come here then, because you didn't want to know the Bible or your interest in God?
	No, never.
	It was something religious then.
	No, never.

	And, uh, you know, it's totally different than what we've seen the majority of society trying to offer to society.
	You know, our children know how to respect, they know how to be mindful, they know how to do right because they see it here.
	They see it in the parents.
	We subject ourselves to God.
	We're obedient to God.
	We follow the pattern of it.
	God would have us to do just like Abraham.
	God says to Abraham that he's coming with him because he'll direct his family after him.

	This is the, uh, notorious Psalm 45 is a card.
	A lot of people think it's kind of sensual, but no more sensual than the Song of Solomon.
	For those of you who have enough nerve to read the Song of Solomon, Psalm 45 is a prophecy about the marriage of the Lamb in the latter days.
	A lot of people, when they read Psalm 45, try to spiritualize it away, but nonetheless, it's one of the seals.
	It's the first seal, and recaption can be confirmed and verified in Revelation 19.
	All the prophets talk about this event.

	It's the surname that God gave to Qoraysh.

	But 2,000 years ago, hey, who believed in Christ's doctrine?
	The man had to die if no one would believe what he had to say.
	So is there a lesson to be learned by looking back at the history of the prophets that came contrary to what people looked for?
	They killed Isaiah, they killed Hosea, they killed Zechariah, and Jesus came to say in Matthew 23 to the Jews, warned you to believe not all the prophets spoke.
	So you know, today it's all together just totally disregarded.
	It's another religious fanatic.
	It's another religious group.
	You know, it's not against the law.

	His wound is broken open again and he has to lay down.

	Those people were murdered.
	The United States government, the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms have lied to the American people from day one.
	And that's pretty much been proven.
	There were no machine guns.
	Even if there were, all you have to do is say, hey, you've got a machine gun, give us the $200 tax, because at the time, that's all it cost.
	The BATF were told that David Koresh would welcome them to come and inspect all their firearms.
	There was no child molestation.
	There was no child abuse.
	The Texas state authorities proved that in two different investigations.
	The local sheriff has stated that David Koresh and all the Branch Davidians have always cooperated with law enforcement, and it was no problem to see David Koresh any time they wanted to.
	All they had to do was call him and ask him to come down to the office, and he would.
	Also bear in mind that there was no warrant for anyone, ladies and gentlemen, but David Koresh, and the warrant was a lie.
	It was faulty, and it was a lie.
	So, if you want to see the proof for yourself, Waco, the Rules of Engagement, using the government's own film that the government made, including their forward-looking infrared film, proves That proves, ladies and gentlemen, beyond any doubt whatsoever, it is absolute proof, that they intentionally sealed off all of the entrances except one back entrance to the building with tanks and armored personnel carriers.
	They broke holes into the building in order to fuel the fire with plenty of oxygen.
	They gassed those people.
	You can see in the film that the FBI set that fire.
	And then, as the Branch Davidians, the ones that could, tried to escape out the back door, you can clearly see on the government's own film that the FBI machine-gunned them, killed them in cold blood.
	They ran over the shelter wherein the women and children were huddling to try to escape the fire and crushed them to death with the tanks and the falling roof and walls of cement that caved in upon them.
	Then they pushed all of the flaming building into the fire so that no evidence would survive.
	They held up the ambulances and the fire trucks and would not let them go to the scene to put out the fire and help any of the Branch Davidians that may have escaped.
