Every time there was a major piece of gun legislation, or I should say anti-gun legislation, anti-Second Amendment legislation, anti-Bill of Rights legislation, introduced in Congress, either in the Senate or in the House, some nut walked into McDonald's or into a schoolyard or into a shopping center and killed a whole bunch of people.
Explain that to me.
Explain that timing to me.
Can you?
And what do you think the odds are that just as the omnibus counter-terrorism bill was introduced in Congress and didn't have any support, somebody would blow up a federal building in Oklahoma City?
Explain that to me, if you can.
You see, it's beyond absurd anymore.
They've pulled these little tricks just one, two minutes.
For anybody to be believing it anymore.
Yes, we need to be asking an awful lot of questions.
Now, last night, during my broadcast, I told you that the Ted Gunderson theory was bullshit.
I still believe that it's bullshit.
I've talked to too many experts, and they've taken a look at it.
They've taken a look at the supposed ingredients, and they tell me there'd be nothing but a bunch of mush.
And, uh, but I also told you that I wasn't judging Ted Gunderson, and I meant that.
He's done too much good work.
But he is ex-FBI, and we have to understand that, and I'm not telling you that he's a bad guy.
We just have to be careful.
That's the way it is today.
You can't trust your mother to tell you the truth, and that is the truth.
That's why I tell you, read everything, listen to everybody, believe absolutely nothing, not even me, until you have proven it.

They're trained to do specific jobs with specific Explosives at specific times for specific reasons.
And for those of you who called in telling me about all the Bomb Squad members that you know and everything, when I was the chief of the Mixed Gas Deep Saturized Gas Diving Department at the College of Oceaneering, I trained the Los Angeles Bomb Squad.

As introduced, the short title is Domestic Insurgency Act of 1995.
It's in the Committee on the House Judiciary.
And the digest as introduced, Domestic Insurgency Act of 1995 amends the Federal Criminal Code to impose a fine up to ten years' imprisonment on whoever knowingly participates in a paramilitary organization, and it defines a paramilitary organization as two or more individuals acting together, organized in a military or paramilitary structure, who knowingly, one,
possess firearms, explosives, incendiary devices, or other possess firearms, explosives, incendiary devices, or other weapons or techniques capable of causing injury and death.
Which means, folks, if this passes and you belong to the NRA, you belong to a paramilitary organization because you possess firearms, explosives, incendiary devices, or other weapons or techniques capable of causing injury and death.
So, So, if two people belong to a gun club, you can go to jail for a long, long time and be imposed a stiff fine, probably around $10,000 or more.
And it also says, Provide or participate in training and the use of any such weapons or techniques with the intention that they be used unlawfully to oppose United States or state authority or for any other unlawful purpose.
Well, you see, that's unconstitutional.
Because the purpose of the militia is to lawfully oppose despotic United States government or state authority if they suborn or go against the Constitution and the law of the land, the laws of the Union, and if they oppress the people and become tyrannical.
You see?

Folks, I'm sure you have all noticed that in the last several years there's been a spate of movies about some unknown germ or virus that springs up out of nowhere and just decimates the human race.
There's a couple playing in theaters now, and there's one that was just shown on television not too long ago.
Of course, we had the Andromeda strain and all kinds of things.
Now, for those of you who have been listening to me for quite a long time, I described to you a project called MK Naomi, and I told you about this years ago, wrote about it in my book.
That would be used for a Malthusian population decimation scheme.
When I was attached to the Office of Naval Intelligence, I learned about Project N.K.
Naomi, and I learned that they were trying to develop a biological agent, a biological warfare agent, which would attack the autoimmune system of the human animal Thereby render production of a vaccine impossible.
You see, it doesn't do any good to build up the immune system if what is killing you thrives by eating the immune system.
That was the purpose of it.
And I documented the legislation in my book where they testified in front of Congress that that's exactly what they wanted to do, and that Congress allotted them millions of dollars to accomplish it.
Well, they did.
Whatever it is, and however it's caused, and however it works, that's AIDS.
In MK Naomi, they were also working on quite a few other biological warfare projects, and we believe that they tested the results of one of them in 1976 in an African country called Zaire.
Never before in the history of the world had anybody ever heard of, or seen, or experienced any disease Caused by anything called an Ebola virus.
Never.
Well, it just sprung up out of nowhere, and wow!
What do you know?
Just by happenstance, there was one of these medical teams on the site.
And they went in there and found everybody dead.
I mean, everybody.
Nobody survived.
They quarantined and burned everything and said they brought specimens back to the United States.
And then later we saw on television where they brought some monkeys from somewhere and they found this Ebola virus in the monkeys.
Does that sound a little bit similar to the AIDS virus coming from green monkeys?
These people are fixated.
Now, all of a sudden, guess what's going on?
Amen.
Unbelievable.
You see, there was a study made during World War II to determine the impact of the returning soldiers upon the economy. .
The results, who knows whether they were legitimate or not, The results mobilized a certain segment of the ruling class, the elite we call them.
A second secret study was conducted in 1957 by scientists which met in Huntsville, Alabama.
It confirmed the results of the first.
What they said to those who ruled the world was that civilization as we know it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was Seriously curtailed.
Was this a legitimate study?
I don't know.
But I know what they said.
The study expressed a concern, folks, that since atomic weapons existed, they would ultimately be used.
With the pressure of an expanding population, it made atomic war look inevitable.
So, using these things as excuses, Congress adopted the Disarmament Plan and created the USS Disarmament Agency.
Dwight Eisenhower said in 1957, and listen closely to me, quote, As a result of lowered infant mortality, longer lives, and the accelerating conquest of famine, there is underway a population explosion so incredibly great That in little more than another generation, the population of the world is expected to double." They then conducted a third study, and this one was done by the Club of Rome.
It ended in 1968.
The purpose of the study was to determine the limits to growth.
The result was the same.
The Club of Rome was commissioned to develop a computer model of the world so as to predict the outcome of corrections made to social and economic structures by the elect.
The Club of Rome, folks, was also asked to develop a computer model of a new world order.
Both of these tests were accomplished.

None of this is hidden.
You have the same access to the same information that I have.
They did a lot of studies.
Some were done to determine a method to arrest the population explosion before the point of what they called no return would be reached.
It was determined that an immediate attack on the problem would involve two points of intervention, and all of you remember them.
The first was to lower the birth rate, and the second was to increase the death rate.
To lower the birth rate, they instituted several programs.
First was the development of positive birth control methods using mechanical, diaphragm, and condom, chemical, foam, and birth control pills, and medical sterilization, abortion, and hysterectomy, and for several years they were secretly sterilizing people against their will in hospitals in third world nations.
All of these were developed and all of them were implemented.
And if you were paying attention, you know exactly when this happened.
It was shortly after these studies were finished.
They started the liberal... getting tongue-tied now.
They started the women's liberation movement with the demand for free abortions.
All of a sudden, an organization called Planned Parenthood sprang up, and abortion clinics began to grow on street corners across the country.
They used pro-choice as their rallying cry.
They started to encourage homosexuality.
And gay liberation was born.
You see, homosexuals, folks, don't have children.
And some of you older folks will remember that zero population growth became a very hot subject at cocktail parties. .
But individual freedom, the heat of the moment, You know, the backseat of a nice cherry Chevy to drive in?
That was the heat of the moment, let me tell you.
Religion and the old blue laws sabotaged a lot of these efforts, and while zero population growth became a reality in some areas, population increased rapidly in others.
Now, they determined that the only alternative left to them was to increase the death rate.
Now, how do you increase the death rate?
It's a difficult thing to do.
No one wants to pick people out of a crowd and line them up for execution.
Neither did anyone relish the possible consequences of an enraged public upon discovering that they were being systematically murdered.
Of course, a very short but very deadly global war using nuclear weapons upon select population concentrations was contemplated.
And to tell you the truth, it has not been ruled out to this day.
And I'm telling you right now, if they can't get their way by any other means, they will create a third world war.
The fact that such a population control, ladies and gentlemen, was even contemplated, or can even still be contemplated today, confirmed the worst fears of those who participated in the first study in 1957.
seven War's been put on the back burner to simmer, but it could still become a reality.
And they would probably blame it upon a bunch of terrorists who set off some atomic weapon in a suitcase in someplace like New York City.
But in the meantime, something else had to be done that would absolve the decision-makers of guilt and place the blame on those who did not lead clean lives.
Something, ladies and gentlemen, that could be blamed upon Mother Nature.
What was it that flashes on the screen at the end of this latest movie about Gia, Gaia, however you want to pronounce it, we're chopping down the rain forest and these strange diseases nobody ever heard of are now coming out of the forest to get even with us for violating Mother Earth?
Something like that.
They're preparing you.
You see, what was needed and what they believe is still needed, as Prince Charles, if you don't believe me, is something like the bubonic plague or some other horrible but natural disease.
Now, when I was in the Office of Naval Intelligence, I saw documents that stated that Dr. Aurelio Pacetti of the Club of Rome had made several recommendations that were classified top secret.
He advocated that a plague be introduced that would have the same effect as the famous Black Death of history.
His recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the autoimmune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible.
And this was just one recommendation.
This was done under Project N.K.
Naomi at Fort Detrick, Maryland, as a part of the United States Army Biological Warfare Projects.
It was funded by the Congress.
In fact, I believe they funded ten million dollars for this project.

and to supply the required momentum to development efforts.
If such a global partnership is not forged within the next decade, then I very much fear that the problems I have mentioned will have reached such staggering proportions that they will be beyond our capacity to control." I hope you understand what it is that I'm telling you.

They have brought samples of the Ebola virus back to the United States, and supposedly it's in well-controlled laboratories.
No possibility of this virus leaking out to the population.

And now I want to talk a little bit tonight about the ozone hoax.
You see, I was the first one that exposed it years ago.
Years ago!
And the reason that I caught on to this is that I was listening to all this and, like everybody else, I thought that we were in danger because the ozone layer was disintegrating.
And that's because I didn't know anything about the ozone layer, neither did anybody else.
And I would not have awakened from my slumber about this ozone layer had it not been for a picture of the world that they put in a newspaper.
I don't even remember the name of the newspaper, but it was a newspaper, and they showed a picture of the world, and they showed where the ozone hole was.
And at the time that I saw this, I was in Los Angeles, and I looked at that picture of the world, and it showed the ozone hole over the South Pole.
over the South Pole, and it was summertime here in the United States, which meant it was winter down there.
And there I was in Los Angeles, and right next to this picture there was an article about how Los Angeles had allotted millions of dollars to take the ozone out of the air over Los Angeles because The ozone was considered to be pollution and was causing problems.
And I said, this does not compute.
Something's wrong.
Here we are in a city with probably more CFCs and more ozone-destroying chemicals in the air around this city than any city in the world.
And they're telling me they got too much ozone here.
And it's pollutant.
And they're going to get rid of it, and the city council has voted millions of dollars to get rid of this ozone.
And plus, the United States government is kicking in money to help.
And I looked at that picture again, and I didn't see any ozone hole over Los Angeles.
I saw an ozone hole over the South Pole.
So, folks, I began to study how ozone is created in the atmosphere.
You can create it in your own house.
And I'll tell you how.
Go down to a rock shop, if there's any around where you live.
There's lots of them here because this is rock-helmed country.
Go down to a rock shop and buy yourself an ultraviolet light.
You know the stuff that they say is coming through the ozone hole and cooking us and giving us cancer and killing us?
Ultraviolet light.
You see, when the ozone is destroyed, it's supposed to let ultraviolet light in and it's supposed to be cooking us.
Well, I remembered because I was a rock hound when I was a kid and I had a black light.
My dad bought it for me and every time I turned it on I could smell ozone.
And then things started clicking in my head.
And I went and got a little science book and read it.
And what I discovered, folks, was incredible and I was the first one to pop this ozone hoax theory.
Because that's what it is.
It's not an ozone hole.
It's an ozone hoax.
You see, the ozone can never be destroyed.
It will never go away.
You can't make it go away as long as there's oxygen in the atmosphere and ultraviolet light coming from the sun.
You see, ozone is not something that always exists in the atmosphere.
It is a product, or I should say a byproduct, of the reaction between the oxygen molecules that are struck by ultraviolet light entering the atmosphere when they reach a certain level in the atmosphere where the oxygen molecules are thick enough to really catch a lot of ultraviolet light, there's a chemical reaction that occurs.
O2, which is oxygen, splits into two ions when it's struck by this ultraviolet light.
These two separate ions now, each O, Not O2.
O2 is an oxygen molecule.
When you split it, you've got two separate atoms of oxygen which are called, each one of them, O. Just simply O. These are called ions, and they're free radicals.
They want to be attached to something very badly.
So the very next oxygen molecule that comes along is sort of like them.
It's an O2, they're an O. It attaches to that O2 molecule and it now becomes O3, that is ozone.
But O3 is not a stable molecule.
It doesn't want to be 3.
It wants to give off one of these atoms of O and it does as soon as it touches another single O. One of them will leave the O3 and you'll form another molecule of O2 again.
Or if it hits anything that can be readily oxidized.
It will do the same thing.
It will lose one of these atoms of O, which is a free radical ion, and it will oxidize whatever it is that is readily able to be oxidized.
Okay?
So up at our atmosphere, where the sunlight is coming through the atmosphere and striking oxygen molecules, ozone is being created and destroyed all the time.
All the time, and nothing can stop it from happening.
Nothing!
Now you would think that if CFCs were really the culprit, and if all these chemicals that we use all the time down here on Earth were really the culprit, and were really destroying the ozone in the ozone layer, which is not a layer at all, it's just merely the zone within the atmosphere where this effect takes place.
That's all it is.
There's no magical layer of ozone up there.
When the sun goes down, the creation of ozone stops.
In that part of the atmosphere where the sun is not hitting oxygen molecules anymore.
Did you know that?
And if you were to take a picture of that spot, you would see, guess what?
A hole.
But the atmosphere is constantly in motion, and some of the molecules of ozone manage to survive through the night.
So most of the earth can be said for most of the year to be covered with some ozone.
CFCs, I found out, are a heavy molecule.
Even with the greatest wind in the world, it can't get up that high.
It can't get up that high.
And ozone is considered to be a pollutant, and in every major city in the world, they have programs to destroy the ozone.
Now, if it was really CFC and the byproducts of our waste materials and chemicals and spray cans and all that kind of stuff, why are they spending so much money?
I mean, in the big cities is where all these things occur.
Why doesn't it destroy the ozone?
Because it's a big hoax, folks.
And if it were really true, how come there's no ozone hole over Los Angeles?
Or London?
Or New York City?
Or Rio de Janeiro?
I'll tell you why.
You see, in every picture of the ozone holes that you will ever see or that they've ever published in the history of this hoax, the hole has always been either over the South Pole or the North Pole.
And it's always over just one pole at any particular time of the year, and it's always the pole that is experiencing winter at the pole at that particular time of the year.
Why?
Well, if you've ever been up there during the winter at the pole, you know that you've got six months of darkness.
The sun is not creating ozone in the atmosphere over the pole that is experiencing winter, and therefore there is no ozone there.
So when the space shuttle flies over and takes the picture, guess what?
There's an ozone hole.
But it's not really a hole, folks.
It's just a place where ozone is not being created in the atmosphere because there is no ultraviolet light striking oxygen over the pole that is experiencing winter at that particular time.
It's very simple, and it's very basic, and I mean basic chemistry and physics.
So why has the world bought into this for so long?
Well, I'll tell you why.
It's because everybody blindly accepts, without question, whatever they're told by whatever they consider to be the voice of authority.
That's why.
So, ladies and gentlemen, the ozone layer is not in danger of disappearing.
Ultraviolet light is not going to stream through the atmosphere and fry you to a crisp, so don't worry about it.
The reason that there is more incidence of skin cancer today, ladies and gentlemen, is that there is more people who live in what are known as equatorial areas.
There are more people on beaches than ever before in the history of the world.
There has emerged from the populations of the world a sun culture.
That never, ever in the history of the world existed anyone who goes out anywhere in the world, ozone hole or not, and lays in the sun for most of their life is going to get skin cancer.
That's a fact.
So, I would advise you not to do it.
Simple as that.
Now, why are they promoting this ozone hoax?
Well, for two reasons, ladies and gentlemen.
One, the patents for what we've been using as refrigerants are running out.
So they wanted to blame it on that so that you could get rid of it, nobody could produce it cheaply, and you create a whole new industry so people can get rich.
Not only creating a new refrigerant, but replacing all of the old refrigerators and freezers and air conditioners all over the world.
Can you imagine the potential profit from that?
But that's really just a byproduct.
The real reason, ladies and gentlemen, is to promote a feeling amongst the people that there must be international control of the atmosphere.
How do you have international control of the atmosphere when the atmosphere above sovereign nations is their airspace?
The answer is world government.
It's the same reason for all of this stuff.
It's the same reason they built a road directly through the rainforest in the Amazon going nowhere.
That's right.
They built a highway through the Amazon which went absolutely nowhere.
You know why?
Because they knew that the very poorest people who live in the cities down there would start out on that highway to find some land to make their dreams come true and would start cutting down the forest.
When they started cutting down the forest, now they have an environmental disaster.
And what's the answer?
You have to have an international body to control all of the Earth's, quote, biospheres, unquote.
And I could go on and on and on and on and on, and all of these are scams created, created, To make the population of the world call for control under one world-governing body, the dissolution of nation-states and the realization of their utopian dream of world government.
How do I know all this?
I spent almost every waking moment of my life studying.
You can do the same thing.
You see, we all have the same size brain.
We all have the same potential.
We all have the same ability.
Some of us have been taught that we cannot think.
It is a lie.
Don't fall for it.
Question everything.
The more complicated the world gets, the more advanced technology becomes.
The greater the population becomes, the more power we turn over to government, the more you must question.
The less you should believe.
In fact, I would advise you to believe absolutely nothing unless you can prove it.
Don't trust figures.
Don't trust science.
You dig it out.
Prove it right or prove it wrong.
And don't tell me you can't, because that's the easiest thing in the world for me to prove wrong.
You can do anything that I can do.
Anything.
And most of you, if you really wanted to, could do it better than I can do it.
Do you understand?
You are capable of so much more than you've ever realized.
I wish there was some way that I could convince most people that they are operating so far below their abilities.
And that, if anything, is what will enslave us, ladies and gentlemen.
