Time Text
I got message after message after message about it.
And so I looked for somebody who could tell us what this is all about.
And I found him. He is William Thomas.
He was an independent journalist who earned his craft on the streets of hard streets of Milwaukee, Chicago and Woodstock.
During the 60s, William Thomas reported for the Environmental News Service
while serving as a member of a three-man Gulf environmental emergency response team.
During and immediately following the Gulf War, his 30-minute Gulf War documentary, Echo War, won the 1991 U.S.
Environmental Film Festival Award for the Best Documentary Short.
Segments from Echo War have aired on CNN and NBC, specializing in military operations, alternative health, and the environment.
Thomas' editorial commentaries have appeared in The Globe, Mail, Toronto Star, Vancouver Sun, Times, Colonist Newspapers, as well as Monday Earth, Island Journal, and Echo Decision Magazines.
He is a frequent guest on American Talk Radio, as he will be tonight.
He is the author of, are you ready, Bringing the War Home, The Secret Bio-War in the Gulf, Scorched Earth, The Military's War Against the Environment, Y2K Hype, Hysteria, or Cash Reality Checks.
Alternative Health, 40 Investigations into Good Health and Long Life.
He's writing and has done a lot of photography, which has appeared in more than 55 publications translated into French, Dutch, and Japanese.
He won the 1989 Western Canada Magazine Feature Awards.
The 1990 Canadian Weekly Periodical's Best Future Award, the 97 BC and Yukon Community Newspaper Award for Excellence in Outdoor Writing, and the 98 BC Outdoor Award for Best Outdoor Writing that Made a Difference.
He lives, currently, and works in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia.
Here is William Thomas.
William, welcome to the program.
Thank you, Lars.
I'm really glad to have you.
Now, as I said on the air a minute ago, I began seeing all these internet messages about contrail-sickened Americans.
What do you know about all of this?
I know that this story has literally taken over my life since I broke it for the Environment News Service about ten days ago.
You broke this story?
Well, I broke it in the mainstream media, if you like, and nothing has been the same since.
This is certainly the hottest story I've been involved with in my 30 years as a journalist.
I can tell you and your listeners that something is definitely going on in the skies over America.
How about Canada?
I'm told also in Canada and in England and elsewhere, I have not been able to verify those reports, but I am certain of the reports regarding the United States.
Alright, what do you know?
I know that for the past several years, formations of multi-engine aircraft, now positively identified as U.S.
Air Force tankers, have been sighted over towns in 18 states that I've been able to track so far, flying for an afternoon or a day back and forth in grid-like patterns That eyewitnesses and the videos they've taken show to be like furrows in a farm field, or as one person told me, like they're playing tic-tac-toe up there, or as others have said, likened it to aerial crop dusting at very high altitudes, usually, although some of the spraying is being done at low altitudes.
I can also say for a certainty that many people As well as their pets, by the way, are getting very sick shortly after these spring incidences.
So, in other words, what we perceive as contrails, you're saying these are not contrails at all, you're saying, or are they contrails with something mixed in?
In other words, a contrail, as we know, is, I think, the moisture content that we see as the air is pushed aside by a jetliner Freaking through at a certain altitude where there's moisture.
Is that correct?
Mostly correct.
I've been a pilot.
I've got 60 hours as a student pilot.
I've been in the military.
Like most of your listeners tonight, we do know what a contrail looks like, and we know that it's actually formed by water vapor being exhausted by engines, particularly jet engines.
At high altitudes, when temperatures are very, very cold, minus 38 degrees or colder, these water droplets come through the engines and also whirl off the wingtips and they freeze within seconds into multiple white streamers that we all recognize as contrails.
Alright, but what you're describing is... Well, I'm not sure what you're describing.
You're saying that something is being dumped on us.
In up to and or over 80 metropolitan areas.
Uh, what the hell?
I'm saying that the contrails coming from these multi-engine aircraft forming Xs in the sky and sometimes deltas and Ns, uh, Roman numeral 12s in these back and forth patterns that continue for hours.
Yes.
That do not dissipate but broaden and thicken And always occlude clear blue skies into a milky white overcast over hour.
I'm saying that these, call them contrails, are coming from the tails of these aircraft, not the wingtips, first of all.
But see, what you are describing then is not really a contrail.
If it does not behave as normal contrails behave, Nor is it coming from an area normally associated with that producing the contrail, the tail of the plane.
I mean, face it, we're talking here, we are alleging here, that something is being dumped from these planes.
Or do I have this wrong?
You have it exactly right.
And to be more accurate, it's best to drop the contrail designation and go with a term that many eyewitnesses are using across the United States.
And that term is sprayed.
Something is being sprayed on people across the United States.
We also have reports from Australia and, as I mentioned, elsewhere.
Now, interestingly, in many of these instances, there is being reported a cobweb type of material that is coming down in streamers blown by the winds into Uh, lengths of 50 feet or more.
Good Lord, man.
Uh, let's back up a little bit.
William, uh, how did you get on to this story?
Do you mind?
I'd like to know.
No, I don't mind, but I might mind if this continues to dominate my life.
As I said about 10 days ago, my editor Sonny Lewis The Environment News Service out in Nevada, who I've been working for since I sent dispatches from Kuwait after the Gulf War.
That's where I am, by the way, in Nevada.
Oh, I know that.
Yeah, it's just south of Las Vegas.
Okay.
Okay, she called me up and said, get on this story.
We've got a report from a William Wallace out in Washington State.
Right.
Near my residence.
And he's reporting these contrails over his house, and he says that He and his wife Ann are getting a strange taste in their mouth and they're getting sick and they don't have any energy.
And I frankly didn't know what to make of this story but I contacted Mr. Walsh and he kindly sent me a video that he has made.
That video art gave me the creeps.
Anyone seeing the video or seeing this phenomena in real life We'll know instantly that these are not commercial airliners.
Commercial airliners do not come at each other, form X's in the sky, and weave grid patterns all afternoon over a single spot.
Alright, so you were put onto the story by your editor.
That's right.
And she apparently got messages from somebody, or what?
I'm not sure how she picked this story up, but Sunny has a very broad reach, and she just got, I presume, an email or a phone call From someone tipping her on William Wallace, who I interviewed at length, and I'm convinced that he and his wife did get sick following spraying, not only above their house, but over a neighbor's house.
The neighbor has been sickened as well.
And then it just exploded, Art.
From there, I was given a couple of phone numbers.
I contacted the Dr. Greg Hanford down in Bakersfield, California.
Now we have a doctor, a very credible witness who has been taking videos and still pictures of the same phenomena.
Now he told me that he and his receptionist and many of his patients have come down with very severe respiratory problems that have persisted for months.
In fact, everyone I talked to and I must have Over a dozen first-hand cases in front of me tonight reports the same kind of ailment.
Do you realize the can of worms that you are opening here?
I do.
I'm used to opening cans of worms, Art, after exposing the secrets behind the Gulf War illness that is affecting hundreds of thousands of Americans in the Biowar in the Gulf.
Well, let's go back again.
You mentioned the Gulf War.
up in Alaska who may know I know Nick is a good friend so we're opening another
can of worms and it looks like there's going to be another book the way
information is is coming in I'll hasten to add tonight that I do not know what
is going on but I'm going to work at this story until I find the truth well
let's go back again you mentioned the Gulf War now I've been on that story for
actually several years now.
Okay.
Incidentally, you didn't happen to catch me on Millennium, did you?
No, I didn't.
Well, guess what?
It was about the Gulf War.
And I played myself in a story in which a young lady was kidnapped by a Gulf vet.
It was obviously drama, but it was all about... In the original script, they had microplasma incognitus.
Yes.
They changed the name just before we did the taping.
Or the filming, actually.
But it was all about the Gulf War Syndrome, and I could not have been happier to have been in that episode.
I was very pleased to have been in that particular episode, because this is something that's been close to my heart for a very long time.
There is no question that our Gulf War vets are sick.
A lot of their wives and children, even acquaintances, are sick.
So I don't know what happened there.
What do you think happened?
I go with Dr. Garth Nicholson and Nancy Nicholson's findings of the mycoplasm in the anthrax vaccines given to American soldiers and they back that up as you know by pointing out that about half of the sick veterans they've looked at have this mycoplasm and many of those people are never left the United States.
They were mobilized but never deployed to the Gulf and yet They got this Gulf War illness, this contagion.
The anthrax vaccine, of course, is some 22 years old.
It comes from only one place in Michigan.
And as you're quite well aware, vaccines are often contaminated deliberately or accidentally in the making.
You don't want to make a statement about what you believe in that with regard to whether it was deliberate or accidental?
It's an open question to me, and I've done reams of research and wrote a book with 130 pages of footnotes, and to this day, I don't know why the American military would want to deliberately infect its own troops.
I do know they were playing with this stuff back in the 80s with U.S.
Marines and Air Force volunteers.
I can tell you this.
I read this last hour.
Eight veteran combat pilots from the Connecticut Air National Guard.
That's almost actually a quarter of the 103rd Fighter Wing.
...have just resigned to protest a requirement that they be inoculated with a controversial anthrax vaccine.
Yes, and up here in Canada we have a Sergeant Kipling who refused to take his vaccine and he's being court-martialed as those people may soon find themselves... Boy!
Boy, I... Well, you know, they are officers and they can resign.
Enlisted men don't have that...
That luxury and so generally they end up with article 15s or court court court-martials or whatever the military dispenses These days and what they call justice William Thomas Contrails.
Really a misnomer.
He says what's really going on is we're being sprayed.
We'll be right back.
This is Coast to Coast Air from the Kingdom of Nod.
It is tonight.
You know what I mean?
What do you think?
It seems completely illogical, counterproductive, as well as evil to imagine the U.S.
Air Force or military ...is intentionally sickening its own troops.
I just... I just can't, or don't know, better yet, don't want to buy that.
And now, contrails that are not really contrails, but are spraying something on the American public that appears to be making them sick.
My guest who's saying that is William Thomas, and he'll be right back.
Back now to William Thomas.
William, I guess, I'm not sure I'm willing to say that I don't believe the American military would poison its own, because of course we now admit to experiments that fed plutonium to children and pregnant women and elderly people and all kinds of horrid things.
Hazel O'Leary admitted that.
So it's been done.
Trying to contemplate our military poisoning its own resources, its best resources, its men and women, it's just, it's beyond all reason to imagine such a thing.
Now, I can imagine a mistake in a vaccination because they do get contaminated that would cause a problem.
I can imagine that.
I can even imagine they wouldn't admit to it.
Alright?
Now, moving on, Here we come to contrails slash spraying.
Here we're talking about something being intentionally sprayed over major metropolitan areas, making people sick.
Again, our own government, no doubt.
Doing this to an unsuspecting public.
Maybe there could there be some... I'm going to try and look on the positive side of this wave.
Maybe they're trying some sort of mass secret inoculation by air or something that is going wrong in some cases.
Is that a possibility?
I don't think so.
Since the vaccination programs are well underway in the United States and nearly compulsory, it could be There's an accidental fallout from a weather modification program.
We can get into that for a moment, in a moment, but let me remind you, Art, that to check U.S.
Code 50, Section 1520... I am very familiar with it.
All right.
You know that it says, very briefly, quote, the Secretary of Defense may not conduct any test or experiment involving the use of any chemical or biological agent on civilian populations Unless local civilian officials in which the test or experiment is to be conducted are notified in advance.
It is legal to conduct military bio-war experiments on Americans, and my book, Scorched Earth, documents lethal bio-war experiments carried out by the U.S.
military in the New York subway system over Elgin Air Force Base in Florida and in San Francisco.
I would... All of those are true.
I know they're true.
William, I just... There's some little vestige of American Amplified Constitution Bill of Rights type thing that's left inside of me that resists believing all of this, but... I know that it's true.
Now, I don't know... Now, this thing you're talking about... Now, my God, this would be on a gigantic scale.
Unlike the things you mentioned, which I know to be true, the subway, San Francisco, we all, most of us, I guess, know about that.
But we're talking about something on such a massive scale that it defines grasping it without an awful, in other words, it's almost as though extraordinary claims require rather extraordinary proof.
And this is definitely an extraordinary claim.
Well, I'm not claiming that The American military and our government is out to cull the American population, as some observers fear.
I'm not claiming that these experiments, if that's in fact what is taking place, are to kill people.
I would suggest, however, that yes, this is a major experiment.
And if you followed the movie Titanic, of course, we have the lifeboat dilemma on this
planet where advisors to the superpower government, since Henry Kissinger, you recall, under Nixon,
these folks know that spaceship Earth is foundering on the population iceberg.
Kissinger himself, you'll recall, called for it.
A minute ago I said that it could be some sort of mass inoculation.
genetically engineered viruses because he said unfortunately we can't use the more obvious nuclear weapons.
This thing is being talked about.
Let me just stop you there. A minute ago I said that it could be some sort of mass inoculation.
Now one way you can inoculate masses, you don't necessarily have to give them a shot,
you can use a virus which will vector in some sort of inoculation or, God help us, some kind of poison, for lack of a better
word.
It could be used either way.
And what I was suggesting, trying to hope that there is some vestige of decency left in us, that we would not vector in some virus with something awful to intentionally cull population.
That's why I'm sitting here saying to you, Isn't it possible this is some attempt at a secret mass vaccination for reasons that we don't understand, causing some people to get sick?
It could be.
If so, it's making people very ill indeed.
I'll simply close this line of speculation by suggesting that If you want to test bioweapons dispersal over very large populations, and this is what we're talking about, you're not going to be allowed to do it, obviously, over a foreign nation.
But you will be allowed legally to experiment on American citizens, and all you have to do is come up with a bacteria or a virus that makes people sick enough to see their doctor or report to the hospital.
You don't want to kill anyone.
You don't want to kill Americans.
If you can do this thing, then all you have to do next is check for an unusual number of hospital admissions or doctor's visits right after the time of your sprain, and you will have a very neat way of testing the dispersal patterns of something that could be amplified later for use against an enemy, put quotes around that, population.
God, William, you understand what you're saying, right?
Well, we have President Clinton coming out warning Americans against bio-attack art.
We have a report out of London that genetic weapons targeting ethnic group-specific populations are a reality within 10 years or less.
Well, maybe less.
Maybe not.
Ethnic bombs, they're called.
Yeah.
Is sadly true, and all of the zillions of reports of contrails making people sick seem to be true.
I've had masses of them, and I just... I can't decide whether what I'm hearing is some new urban legend, or whether there is enough substance to this, and how we even proceed from here to decide what the hell is being done.
It's very hard, journalistically, to report on this story.
For one thing, I don't have a single verified lab report of this substance that could tell me what the heck this stuff is.
In fact, the cobwebby material that's been draped over power lines and trees and people's banisters and ships disappears soon after contact with the ground and almost immediately after contact with the human hands.
So, again, no verifiable lab test of a substance that seems to disappear very quickly indeed.
Now, I guess I'd say this.
If you were going to do something nefarious, you would certainly try and ensure that, kind of like the old, remember the old invisible ink?
You could write a message and then about an hour later it would disappear?
Certainly.
You would do that.
I mean, you would use something that could not be verified.
That would make sense, otherwise your bus is going to get caught.
That's quite right.
We might take another quick tack here, maybe not so quick Art, but Bernard Eastland, the original patent holder for HAARP, who I interviewed for an extensive story on HAARP, which is on my website, Bernard Eastland just emailed BNS To say that the experiments described by myself in the series of articles I did seem, he said, technically feasible.
Now, this is interesting.
Eastland went on to say that recent work on polymeric additives for microwave absorption has been done for commercial curing applications, so the polymer fibers aren't available.
These are fibers that, unlike aluminum shafts that some people are suggesting are these cobwebs, We can and will dissolve after a short time.
All right, write some of that in English for me.
I got the last part of it, but the middle part.
Okay.
Bernard, you seem to be suggesting that very exotic polymers that are now available commercially... What are polymers?
Well, plastics.
Okay.
Plastics with unusual properties.
Plastics that might elongate into long fibers.
When dropped out of aircraft at altitude or sprayed at altitude drifting on the wind that would or could evaporate within hours at ground level.
Okay, now he's saying that why would you do this?
Well, because the polymers are capable of absorbing microwaves.
This is the inventor of HAARP talking.
He is obviously talking about spraying polymers out of high-flying jet aircraft to absorb microwaves from the HAARP transmitter up in Gakona, Alaska.
Interestingly, a lot of these cloud formations do align in characteristic Tesla or HAARP grid-like formations.
Could this be a weather modification experiment?
Ethan seems to think so.
The U.S.
Air Force has come out with a report stating that they intend to own the weather within 30 years using HAARP and aerial seeding.
What?
What?
Now, the Air Force has said they intend to own the weather within 10 years.
Oh yeah.
Using HAARP and aerial seeding.
That's right.
They've come out with a Not on their website.
It's on the U.S.
Air Force talking.
It's on the Air Force website.
They intend to own the weather.
The paper's called, The Weather as a Force Multiplier, Owning the Weather in 2025.
It was produced in August 1996 by seven U.S.
military officers.
Thomas, you were Air Force talking.
Thomas, I have been interviewed.
A number of people on the HAARP project, Dr. Begich, I've interviewed any number of times, and everybody who has debated Dr. Begich or come at him has, and people of course who are responsible for HAARP, deny that any goal of HAARP is weather modification.
Oh, well that's really interesting, Art, because in the original patent application, For Dr. Easton.
They talked about, the patent itself talked about modifying the weather hours, miles away.
That's why the patent was issued.
One of the reasons.
As well as disrupting communications.
Now, what I originally, let me tell you what I heard about it.
Sure.
I heard that its goals were two-fold.
One, to do Testing in the ionosphere with regard to communications.
Yep.
And two, possibly to map underground tunnels and bunkers.
Correct.
That's what I heard.
Now, I didn't hear about what you're now saying with regard to the original patent regarding weather modification.
You know, our weather has been really, really weird lately, and I'm not suggesting it's hard, but if you're right about what you're saying, then maybe they are screwing around with it, and maybe Just maybe that has something to do with what's going on.
Well, it's interesting that with the recent outbreaks of tornadoes over Tennessee and Arkansas, we have these high-altitude shenanigans being videotaped just before those tornadoes.
In art, I thought tornadoes were hot weather, summertime, flat ground phenomena.
They are.
Not winter, hilly country Uh, phenomena that sees some 90 tornadoes in four states over a period of days.
I know, in January.
Uh, there's something screwy, and of course, what happened, what really happened?
A turret peaked down in Phoenix, uh, last Pearl Harbor day.
Uh, something very strange, weather-wise, has been recorded.
Well, as you know, there's a big controversy about the NEXRAD radar.
Uh, that is seeing these apparent anomalies that are occurring all over the place.
There is a concerted campaign to destroy the credibility of anybody discussing this, as I would imagine you are aware.
I am.
And I'm not even going to give any publicity to the idiots that are promulgating this against these people, because it is vitriolic, horrid little stuff, trying to destroy people's reputations.
And I'll leave it at that.
And the people who are doing it, by the way, ought to be ashamed of themselves.
But it's done for a reason, and I think somebody's getting close to something, and I think that's the reason.
I think you're right, and let's take a quick jump back to the fact and look at the first of three Hart patents awarded to this MIT physicist named Bernard Bernard Easy, for his Method and Apparatus for Altering the Region of the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and or Magnetosphere.
We're on August 11, 1987.
Commercial U.S.
Patent 4686605.
This is for you Art.
This claims that directed energy beams of more than 1 billion watts can be used for quote, patent quote, Oh my God!
the upper atmosphere wind patterns using plumes of atmospheric particles as a lens or focusing
device to disturb weather thousands of miles away. You can get the full story on my website.
Oh my god. I assume that we are linked to your website.
I hope so, but I didn't see it listed on your website tonight.
Well, that doesn't mean it isn't there.
Okay.
Do we keep it over the air?
No, hold on.
Let me see if there's a link there.
I'm going to find out as we speak.
Thank you.
And if it's not there, I can assure you we'll get it there, but I believe that it is.
Let me take a quick look here.
Let's see.
This is beginning to be very important.
All right.
I have two links on my website right now.
One is to islandnet.com forward slash Toby Wilco.
That's you.
That's me.
Alright, we also have a link to your book, Bringing the War Home.
Very good.
So we've got two links up for you right now, William, and I can imagine anybody with any common sense is racing to their computer right now to get up there and read about this.
But you're telling me, again, let's say this again to the American people, I want to be really sure of what you just said about the original patent granted to Eastman, is it?
Eastland.
Bernard Eastland.
This was for the HAARP project?
Yes, for his... Specifically for the HAARP project?
Specifically for the HAARP project, he was awarded three patents.
Three patents.
One of which was issued on August 11, 1987.
Yes, sir.
For altering the upper atmospheric wind patterns using plumes of atmospheric particles as a lens or focusing device And remember, one billion watts they're talking about here.
I know.
Now, the official, I mean, that's the ultimate power level expected from Mars.
Well, yeah, but the U.S.
Navy's saying, no, no, no, no, no, we're only going to do 3.6 million when this thing's up and really, really trucking.
That's not quite true, because I happen to have a classified document in my hands ...called Technical Memorandum 195, issued October 1991.
This is something that the HARP... Let me stop you.
Is this now a declassified document, or is it still classified?
It's actually a lost document.
The Air Force... Well, my question is... ...does this document exist?
So I guess it's not classified or unclassified.
It simply doesn't exist, except it happens to be in my hand.
And on page 185, this document outlining projected HAARP tests, we're back in 1991 here, has a call by the ionospheric effects division of the U.S.
Air Force Phillips Laboratory for HAARP to reach a peak power output of, wait for this, 100 gigawatts.
That's 100 billion watts.
A hundred billion watts.
A hundred billion watts, according to the U.S.
Air Force Technical Memorandum 195.
This is 100 times the field strength that naturally occurs between ground-based antennas in the ionosphere 35 to 500 miles overhead.
I don't know if these maniacs are going to ever reach these power levels, but if they ever come close, all environmental bets are off, particularly with these corona mass ejections, these huge solar flares In fact, he and I are on a sphere as they attempt to burn it off.
Oh, I know.
We are having some massive solar flares.
In fact, there was another massive one yesterday.
Major solar flares.
All right, William, hold on.
We're at the top of the hour.
Good God!
You notice I plucked this one out at the appropriate moment.
HBO's running the day after.
But you know, really, the old nuclear scare may be really not much, because in the end,
it may be the little things that get us.
oh And they might be coming from our own hand.
And they might be coming from our own hand.
Stood out.
The road started out all alone And the sun went down at the cross of the hill
And the town leader stood at the hill and looked like a fool
This is an encore presentation of Coast to Coast AM.
Also, you're listening to our January 25th interview with his guest, William Thomas, on the Gulf War and conflict process, before our show live on Coast to Coast AM.
We'll be back in just a moment.
And now, back to the facts on our channel.
And this evening, it brings...
It's Houston's First to First AM, from the Kingdom of Nye, with our...
It is, and William Thomas...
...will be back in just a moment. He is an independent journalist, and he is on to...
He is an independent journalist, and he is on to a gigantic story.
Depending on what you want to believe, I'm sure.
I mean, this really is, it's so serious that I'm hesitant to even present it to you, but this is the home of things that are presented for you to consider.
And I want you to take it in and consider it.
Now, a lot of what he has said is verifiable.
You can go to his website through mine.
Yes, just go to www.artbell.com.
That's A-R-T-B-E-L-L dot com.
Scroll down to the name William Thomas in the guest area and click on his website.
He's got a book there, too.
He's written actually four books, but we've got a link to one.
With regard to what he just said about patents obtained for starting HAARP in the first place, If that's true, I just, I don't want it to be true, but apparently it is so, and the documentation is there.
William Thomas, and William, you are going to be setting the world on fire tonight, that's what I suspect you're doing right now, with what you're saying, and have you considered the implications of what you're saying?
Absolutely, and I guess better that I set the world on fire than HAARP.
We're overdue, Art, for some accountability in our governments, in both countries, Canada and the United States, our military leaders, after the fiasco in the heat gulf and the tragedy there that continues to this day, and now this madness with HAARP There's something that I would like to add to what you're saying.
We need an accounting and we need it now.
We need a, urgently need a congressional investigation similar to the six investigations that uncovered
the truth about Gulf War and were never publicized in the American media.
Alright, there is something that I would like to add to what you're saying.
This is a very much, in some ways, milder thing, but it's along the same lines and I
wonder if it might relate.
There is a plan, William, to release a fungus that will kill all the hemp plants.
Are you aware of that?
Yes, I heard it earlier tonight.
Alright, well, guess what?
I have a photograph on my website right now, submitted by somebody just calling himself Rick K., who is a clandestine marijuana farmer, Who has posted photographs of marijuana leaves that he thinks is the first sign of U.S.
manufactured marijuana fungus being distributed in the wild.
Now, it's obvious, the fungus on the plant is obvious.
I'm no expert, but I've got the photograph on my site as of about a half hour ago.
And could it be, William, That that's what's being dispersed.
Quick question.
Has it made this person sick?
People handling the cobweb material that we're talking about tonight are getting sick.
And I'm wondering, to verify your question, if this person or others who are encountering this marijuana fungus are getting ill from handling it.
If so, then I'll go down that street a little bit further with you.
Well, what I have said is absolute conjecture, with the exception of two facts.
One, I know that there was a plan to release this idiotic fungus, because whatever you think about marijuana or hemp, the whole idea of eliminating an entire The species of planets, in my mind, is nothing short of insane.
I think they're absolutely out of their blanking minds.
And nature has a way, I think, of fighting back against this kind of thing.
Some fellow called me the other night and said, you know, the planet's getting angry at us.
And I said to that fellow, no it's not.
The planet doesn't get angry, it gets even.
Which it does.
It gets even.
In other words, if something is out of balance, and we have caused it so, then it simply returns the balance.
Now, that may or may not be a good thing for us.
Probably not.
So, endeavoring to eliminate an entire species of plant, and tampering with our ecology the
way we are, harp, whatever else, spraying things from airplanes that come down in a
cobweb form of matter, and then disappear to be affected by harp for perhaps weather
modification or God knows what.
And this is, these are insane things, William, insane.
Oh, Art, it was insane in El Morgado when the scientists speculated that if they let
off the world's first atomic bomb it could start a chain reaction and burn up the entire
They went ahead and did it anyway.
You know, one of the HAARP engineers said that we're doing this in order to, quote, see what will happen.
There's no shortage of insanity.
I've said it myself.
I've cited that same example myself, William.
So... So, you've already shocked me.
There is no question about it.
You're sure now that what is on your website with regard to the patent originally issued for Mark?
I have a copy of the patent in hand.
I have a copy of the original patent.
I have a box of research notes from Gene Manning and Dr. Nick Baggage, including the patent.
And as I read it over the air, that is verbatim.
I'll give you something else here.
An interview that I did with Dr. Bernard Eastland, and he said to me during the interview, I'll quote that interview, I have looked at using this intense beam, which can be angled to do some experiments in terms of guiding the jet stream, moving it from one spot to another.
When you move the jet stream, you move the weather.
Absolutely.
Now, the Air Force's own report, Owning the Weather, Talks about researchers are already attempting to influence the weather, quote, by adding small amounts of energy at just the right time and space.
How do you do that?
With HAARP.
Now this might all sound... I know what it sounds like, but it's documented, and the problem with my work, including bringing the war home, is that most of my research is taken from the source It's taken from U.S.
government and military sources.
But this is what cinched it for me, Art.
This is what has convinced me that I am on to something very big here, as well as other researchers now jumping into this story.
Environment News Service has told me in the last few days that their subscriber sign-ups have nearly doubled since my spraying stories appeared.
Okay, you're saying, so what?
Well, managing editor Jim Crabtree has called to tell me That, in his words, some of the newbie subscribers include creepy crawlings from the FAA, Air Force and the Pentagon, National Security Agency, Center for Disease Control, and suspicious ops type addresses with Gov and Mil subdomain names.
For non-computer types, that means...
The accessing parties are from secret government agencies.
That's what that means.
Thank you for the translation.
That gave me chills, but that is fact.
These are the folks now signing up for the next installment of this fast-breaking story.
You know what, William?
This story is so dangerous.
Being public, don't get me wrong, going public is the right thing.
Oh, I'm well aware of that.
You're aware of the fact that... I'm not saying people have been killed for this, but people could be killed for this.
I've heard that a person was killed in the last few days for going on a show with someone named Art Bell talking about harp.
I haven't been able to verify Speaking Wind's demise.
I have.
Oh, is that accurate?
That's accurate.
How did he die, Art?
Massive heart attack, they say.
Let me tell you a little personal story, alright?
I think it's alright.
A very good friend of mine, his name is John Pyre, probably one of my closer friends here in Peron, Nevada, was in Vietnam.
He was in, and they have documented this already, just about every area where Agent Orange was sprayed.
He died.
We now know, the Connors Report says, a cerebral hemorrhage a few days ago.
It took me pretty low.
His doctor, well let me backtrack a little bit.
He had been having big time trouble with rashes on him, which would then turn black and the skin would literally fall off.
His doctor, following his demise, said to his wife that she should pursue this with every available option she has.
And by pursuing it, the doctor obviously meant that he felt that this death was related to
some toxin acquired in Vietnam.
He also, he had been at my house.
That's how close we were.
He was at my house the day before he died.
The picture of health.
You know, the usual story.
Vibrant.
Probably hadn't looked better in a long time.
Found dead on his couch.
The following day.
A few days ago.
I'm a Canadian citizen living remotely.
Of course, we always like to say, Art, that if we're truly effective, they're going to come after us someday.
If they don't, I guess we're not that effective.
Well, you know, you mentioned weather modification, which seems to be the key word for having somebody come after you.
And you know who else has mentioned weather modification?
Richard C. Hoagland.
Oh, yeah.
And there are forces now coming after him with...
Vitriol that I haven't seen in years and years and years.
It's the worst thing I've ever seen.
And as I said, everybody involved in what's going on right now ought to be ashamed of themselves.
But there's a reason for it.
It's happening for a reason.
Yes.
And I think this may be the reason.
And I don't know how long I'm going to be on the air with this kind of stuff, frankly, William.
I don't either.
God bless you that you're there.
But for as long as I can continue, I will continue.
And if there is a story here, by God, I'm going to get it or it's going to get me.
That's my mantra as well.
I'm with you on that.
Let's find the truth on this.
Let's get it out there and let's stop this craziness before it stops all of us.
Yeah.
You've appeared in an awful lot of mainstream press.
I mean the Toronto Star, for example.
Yes.
That's known worldwide.
Have you said these kinds of things in the Toronto Star?
I haven't in the Toronto Star, but I've said some far-out things about the Gulf Eco-War and Biological War and Gulf War illness in the Globe and Mail.
That's our national paper.
That's Canada's New York Times.
Sure.
In their op-ed column.
And I pride myself on being a bridge to the You're going to be attacked.
with these so-called fringe stories that aren't really fringe at all but should be on the front pages of our
newspaper in big type every single day, should be leading our news hours on radio and television.
You're going to be attacked. Now if it's not a frontal physical attack and you don't have a sudden heart attack,
you're going to be attacked the way Richard and others who have talked about weather control have been attacked.
Well that will tell me I'm on the right track and I'm certainly not afraid of attacks.
You're talking to someone who spent five months in the Gulf.
I went daily out into the minefields.
I can handle the attacks.
I just want to get at the truth.
Yeah, so do I. I'm going to allow the audience shortly to ask you questions, but I mean, this is so serious.
This is so sad to contemplate our own nation and our own Military, perhaps, doing this to us that... I don't know what to think.
I watched, you know, they've got the President on trial and I watched earlier as the brave Senate voted to close the doors and have a secret session about whether to dismiss the charges against the President.
And I thought... I thought, as I saw that vote, I thought, you know, what's happened to our country?
What's happened to the people that we elected?
Have they lost their minds, or have they simply sold out, or what has happened to them?
And so we can reasonably ask, what has happened to us?
What is happening to us?
It's really frightening.
This is not the America that I remember.
Either that, or it's always been this way, and I'm just growing up.
I don't know which is.
What do you think?
I think it's damn frightening, and what's most frightening of it all to me is how people are sedambulous, how people are like the walking dead.
People aren't even looking up.
Even sheep look up.
They're not even looking up at these mass contrails overhead, and everyone is walking around in a daze, it seems to me, tranquilized by Drugs, television, I don't know how sinister you want to get, but the fact is that people are acting like zombies and... Oh, this is the home of sinister.
I mean, don't hold back.
Don't worry about that.
Okay.
But isn't it true?
Isn't it true?
People seem to be so in denial and further so enraptured by mass mesmerization technologies Um, they don't even see what's in front of their faces or falling on their heads.
This is what worries me.
Well, again I say, I put you on the air because I have no less than, I bet, 200 emails and faxes dealing with this, many of which I'm sure You have never received, nor have you seen, but there is something going on.
William, hold on.
We'll be right back.
I'm Mark Bell and this is Coast to Coast AM.
Good morning everybody.
My guest is William Thomas.
The topic is so serious that I've instructed my network when we go into the post-replay show in the next hour to replay the second hour of the show with the first hour of William Thomas.
For your benefit.
So, if you're joining us late and you're not sure what's up and your station does a post-hour, you're going to hear the first hour and the full explanation of what we're talking about.
This is Coast to Coast AF.
We've got one more thing I've got to read here.
I mean, I'm just being inundated here with all of these.
Listen to this one, William.
All right, William, I'm a nurse in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
And I know for a fact that there have been several times in the last two years that our four major hospitals here have been full and put on divert.
I work in labor and delivery and I recall almost having to send several patients to Phoenix, Denver, and almost had to send one to Minnesota as all beds were filled here.
This was during the supposed, quote, flu, end quote, season.
She says, I live not very far from Kirtland and the San Diego and Los Alamos labs.
I don't want to be paranoid.
But even I am currently suffering from daily headaches and have had two major surgeries and developed diabetes.
Now, we get these things sometimes as we get older, but I am wondering.
And I guess I am too, William.
I am too, and I'm getting more and more concerned as the morning goes on, Art.
Uh, me too.
First time caller on the line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi, Art Bell.
Yes.
And, uh, I'd like to say hi to William.
Hello.
It took me two years to get on.
You're gonna have to yell at us on your own.
This is the perfect night to call you.
Um, we, uh, about August of last year, I think somebody called in to tell you about the China dust that fell on Portland.
It was really hazy and foggy for three days.
And after that, There were a lot of people that started getting very sick, and I started to feel like I had pneumonia, and it was at that point, about the middle of September, I couldn't breathe.
And so, I am now on steroids for several months now, with the new antibiotics, they can't figure out what's wrong with me.
And they finally got a nebulizer, which is an albuterol pipe that I have to have with me at my house.
But, um, the other thing is, about the jail, about the last, it was August also last year, Uh, Yakima had called into one of the stations here in Portland and said that there was this jail all over this area of the town.
And it was all over everywhere and they said, well, the next, they didn't know what it was.
And then the next day they said, well, authorities said that it was lawn additives.
And everybody just accepted that.
But the pictures you saw on TV were firemen scraping up off the streets and the sidewalks and wiping off cars.
And that made me want to pull out a video that I taped.
From an old strange universe about the city of 3rd Washington near the coast.
That also had that gel all over town on the woman's three cap side.
Everybody was getting sick.
And then the sheriff wanted to know what was going on.
They called the Air Force base up there.
And they said, well, we've been experimenting off the coast.
Could be blown up jellyfish.
This is what they said.
What?
Yes.
It could be blown up jellyfish.
Blown up jellyfish?
Yes.
And this woman took a sample of it and they took it to the lab.
And it had white blood cells in it, and I'm not faking.
You mean, wait a minute, you mean human white blood cells?
Yes, yes.
I have it on tape.
Do you have it on tape?
Yes, I do.
I can tape it to you.
I can send it to you if I want.
So everybody took that information like it was nothing, but I went down there with the tape and I said, look, there's something going on here.
The same thing happened in this little coastal town up in Upper Washington.
They didn't want to see it.
They didn't want to know about it.
And so everybody just accepted it for, oh, it's just law and order.
Well, it seems to me like you ought to get this information to William.
Yes, I like it.
Also, on the story, what happened was, after that, this big car from Texas came to town and was duping around trying to figure out what was going on.
And so this woman, that three cats had died, had gotten on the internet and asked all these other towns around the United States I've heard of the white blood cell test and I'm delighted to finally find a source for that information.
on the coast somewhere, the east coast, all this gel has been coming down all these towns.
And I've been keeping track of all of it.
Alright, thank you very much and please contact William.
William?
I've heard of the white blood cell test and I'm delighted to finally find a source for
that information.
Please get in touch with me right away and I would like to get my hands on that tape
I have heard also of the explanation of the jellyfish being bombed off the coast.
I don't think that's what's happening.
How could you blow up something big enough in the water to blow jellyfish high into the atmosphere where they would be carried?
I don't buy that one for two seconds.
I think that's a bit far-fetched.
But the Air Force tried to float another explanation.
When this stuff appeared over Las Vegas last year, they said, oh, that's jet fuel.
Sorry about that.
Our planes were dumping it during a refueling.
People have been suggesting to me that perhaps it's JP8.
This is a very toxic, even carcinogenic fuel, according to the Air Force itself.
It's got something in it called ethylene dibromide, which irritates the eyes and skin, messes up the liver, lungs, and kidneys.
It's very well documented.
However, when jet fuel is sprayed at altitude, usually to lower landing weights for aircraft or in an emergency situation, it immediately atomizes to invisible mists at jet aircraft speeds and at high altitudes.
So it is extremely unlikely that any jet fuel sprayed at altitude would reach the Earth in the manner being reported tonight.
All right.
All right.
Here's an interesting comment.
Aren't enjoying the show.
Scary.
Maybe The Contrails should be called chemtrails.
Ah, yeah.
On Wild Card Line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hello, is this me?
Yes, that's you.
Awesome, thank you.
Thanks for taking my call.
Sure.
I'm also an independent researcher and I'm so happy this is getting national coverage.
Canadians are so brave.
Earlier he mentioned that William Wallace and his wife were ill.
And I was wondering where and when that happened?
It first happened two years ago when William Wallace was working on a field.
He was plowing a field nearby.
We're talking the mountainous rural area of Washington State.
Washington State.
Yes, and he was sprayed by, from his description, U.S.
Navy intruders.
And just last summer, and now again on New Year's, He has been subjected to spray, as has his wife Anne, and also their neighbor came down sick.
He was working outside at the time, so very recently in fact.
Yes, and there's a lot of it seemingly in Northern California also.
I first became interested in this topic in the 70s when there was a large sheep kill in eastern Utah and western Colorado.
Oh, I remember that.
Uh-huh.
And also, just today, in the little newspaper that covers our tiny mountain valley, they said that the Department of Wildlife, or the Division of Wildlife, wanted volunteers to help in gathering and processing sick animals.
And to the knowledge of anybody around here, and this is a little tiny community that's been here for a long time, a ranching community, we don't have sick wildlife around here.
You're in Northern California, are you?
No, I'm in Western Colorado.
Oh, Western Colorado.
Yeah.
So, it's very interesting and one wonders why they are thinking there's going to be a bunch of sick animals.
Alright, thank you very much for your contribution.
Check this one out, William.
Shalom.
What your guests have stated is not correct.
It began about two weeks ago.
The ER departments At all local area hospitals were swamped with people coming in with respiratory and or flu-like ailments.
It became so bad that several of the hospitals had to report to ambulances that they were unable to accommodate any emergency patients at all.
Additionally, ER personnel were being offered upwards of $1,000 to work extra shifts at their ER wards.
This in fact was widely reported on local TV and radio stations as well as News Pritz.
Where was this, Art?
Bakersfield.
Oh my goodness.
Bakersfield, California.
So I'll tell you what I'll do.
I will forward this email to you.
How about that?
Thank you.
I think I'll get my wheelbarrow.
It's just outside.
All right.
East of the Rockies, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Good morning, Art and William.
This is Paul calling from Canton, Ohio.
Yes.
A long-time listener, first-time caller.
Yes, sir.
Art, the question is for you.
Do you remember about a year ago when you got so sick with the flu, you had a heck of a time recovering along with a large portion of your listening audience?
I couldn't possibly forget it, sir.
Well, you had a caller at the time then that only identified himself as some type of a military or government agent, and he called in to say to you that You and all the other infected people were lucky to catch it.
And if a person didn't have it yet, then they better go catch it from someone.
I remember that call.
I remember that call.
He had handed something that it would act to immunize you from something deadly in the future.
And I thought, gee, could this be the start of it?
I remember the call, sir.
We're right back to your earlier supposition, Rex.
Yeah, we are.
Here's another one.
Here in Scottsdale, Arizona, where you reside part of the year, Scottsdale Healthcare South has been closed, delays longer than five hours, or forwarding to Desert Sam for several times these past two weeks due to lack of space.
So they're literally closing hospitals.
I suspect everywhere.
West of the Rockies, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hello.
Yeah, this is Rob from Olympia, Washington.
Hi, Rob.
I was talking to people eight years ago about this spraying on the military, and I could see the contrails behind the planes, and I noticed that a lot of people were getting sick really quick.
So I had a chance to run into one of the pilots in all places of the laundromat and I talked
to him and he told me that they did this spraying routinely to check the spray patterns over
a large area.
And I told a lot of people about it and they never really believed anything and I'm really
happy that this was coming through.
What else did the pilot tell you while his laundry was washing?
Well basically he said that they did this all the time to check the different spray
patterns of toxins over an area that they wanted to do a chemical spray that they would
be able to see through all the people that got sick and went into the hospitals and doctors
and stuff and they could see the spray pattern in an area.
Well, this really got my interest up in all this and the HAARP stuff came out and I started studying about frequency and color and I've been doing that for a long time and I've come to the conclusion that HAARP is just basically a frequency play And what they can do is not only through the mind control aspects of the HAARP project, but also through the different virals that they've been able to study and the multiple frequency patterns off of these viruses, they can put them right in the rain clouds and it rains down on people and then their immunization system, if it isn't up to par, they just catch whatever it is that they put on these frequencies.
And I know it because I've been watching it go on for a long time.
And believe it or not, I don't know.
I know, Art, you've had a long time talking about if they can do time travel or not, but Preston Nichols in the Montauk Project, it tied right into this harp thing.
I mean, just like Hans Love.
I know.
It's all Tesla related as well.
Here's an interesting question because it stamps a little bit of what we're talking about.
It causes you to have to repeat something, but it's, Art, I'm very interested in hearing more about The HAARP patents, whether it's weather control reference and it's weather control reference.
If you get this while your guest is still on, would you please ask him to elaborate on this?
He mentioned a date, but does he have, in fact, a patent number?
Patent number?
Yes, sir.
4686605.
4686605, August 11, 1987.
4686605 August 11, 1987.
I have a copy of the patent in one of these boxes here.
At any rate, that number can be checked.
Okay.
First on the caller line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi.
Hi, Alex.
Yes.
My background is from being and living by the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
Yes.
And there in Kennewick.
And for the last year since I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I've been going to specialists.
Which is on Whidbey Island, by the Naval Air Station.
And on December 10th, I came, woke up in the morning, thought I had a stroke, was put in the hospital.
They diagnosed it with, um, as Bell's palsy.
That's why I'm talking a little funny, I'm sorry.
Then, they did some special footwork when I went back to the specialist on Whidbey Island.
And now they say I've had, um, mononucleosis for probably a year.
And it went into this.
And I have been taking all these special things, and the specialist I go to also raises bees, and there's the bee sting types of things, and the honey and stuff he throws up with the island.
And I'm wondering now, with all of this spraying, and the stuff that has been going on around here, in our whole area here in Washington, I'm wondering if something could either be transmitted I mean, I'm only 56 years old and I'm not a sick person.
We're just starting out on what this could be and how it's transmitted.
I guess at this stage it would be utter speculation.
Direct contact with respect to what William is talking about appears to be what we know, whether it goes beyond that or not.
I don't know.
That's just speculative.
Period.
Would you agree?
I would agree.
And by the way, U.S.
Navy intruders fly routinely out of Whippy Island Naval Air Station.
And again, for sick people, please visit my website.
I may be able to help.
All right.
Wild Card Line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi.
Hi.
Thank you for having programs like this, Art.
It just means so much to us.
The program with the jelly blocks with the white blood cells in them was on Unsolved Mysteries.
And I have the lady on my program as well.
Okay, and I have a question.
About the time you went off the air, Art, in September, Paul Harvey mentioned a disease that they were finding around the nuclear power plants where people were Having a lot of these Gulf War type symptoms and severe memory loss.
I called you once during a Joyce Riley broadcast because I had been horribly ill with something and everything she was saying was like what I had had and I still wasn't well from it and so I'm very interested in these things.
Does your guest have any comment on this illness that was mentioned in September?
Oh, we're seeing quite a few illnesses around Savannah River, Hanford, other places.
I don't have a direct... Well, yes, I do, as a matter of fact.
Part of this Gulf War illness syndrome can be traced directly to depleted uranium munitions used and still harming Iraqi children, for example.
We have a similar illness from radiation poisoning around the nuclear facilities that you just mentioned.
So perhaps that is one tie in the depleted uranium in the Gulf War and around these nuke plants.
Alright, I guess what we better do is take a minute with time waiting here.
You do have one book for sale.
We've got that listed on the website, but you've done such service tonight, I really want to force you into promoting your book a little bit.
What is your current book?
Well, I have several books, including Scorched Earth and Bringing the War Home is my latest big book.
Both are available from Earth Pulse Press.
Dr. Nick Baggage.
He can be reached toll-free at 1-888.
1-888-690-1277.
Say it again, slowly.
1-888-690-1277.
Alright, that's Bringing the War Home.
Bringing the War Home and Scorched Earth, which has quite a bit of art on electromagnetic warfare as well as nuclear problems and other military assaults on the environment.
Nothing on HAARP in that book although you will find that on my website as well as two other books on alternative health which may be of direct interest to many of our listeners tonight who have taken ill and another book on Y2K, an interesting book in that it was just updated this month so it's Certainly the most up-to-date book.
You know, this has been so serious, what we've been discussing, that I didn't even get to Y2K.
That sounds like we've got to do a whole nother program with you.
Also, William Thomas' email address is wilco, W-I-L-C-O, at islandnet, one word, islandnet.com, wilco at islandnet.com.
I don't know how to thank you for coming forward with this information.
I'm just getting an avalanche of response, and you are going to as well, William.
So let's let the avalanche fall.
Digest what you can.
We'll do another program together in the next week or two, and at that time we'll cover what you've got new on this, and by then you're going to have a lot, and we'll also talk Y2K and some other topics.
Excellent.
Art, I really look forward to it, and I appreciate your listeners' input tonight very much.
This is the breakthrough we've all been looking for.
Good night, William.
Good night, Art.
And, uh, I don't know what to say to all of you.
I present this material for you to digest and consider, and sometimes it scares the hell out of me.
From the high desert, I'm Arthur.
This is Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell.
This is Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell. Now again, here's Art.
Well, once again, here I am, and I'm not so happy about what I'm about to tell you.
I just talked to Keith Rowland, my webmaster, and he, of course, is listening to the program as he always does, which makes our website so relevant.
And he just checked out something William Thomas said about the Air Force's claim to own the weather by the year 2025, but actually control the weather.
And use it possibly for warfare means.
And so Keith went and found the U.S.
military site where this statement is made, and we've got a link up.
We'll put it on the front page for you for at least 24 hours so you can get it.
My God, what are we doing?
We are out of our minds.
We are absolutely out of our minds.
We're tampering with things that we don't have the slightest conception about.
I... I'm sorry to have to be presenting this kind of material to you.
I really am.
And I understand that a lot of you are incredulous, as you probably ought to be as you listen to this.
But I'm even sorrier to say that what William Thomas said is absolutely true, and if you doubt it, go take a look at the link we've got on the website right now.
It'll take you to the military site where the statement is actually written out for your sad pro-incomes from a military website.
I'm going to read you the abstract from it.
You can go read it yourself if you want to, sadly, on the website.
Abstract.
In 2025, U.S.
aerospace forces can, quote, own the weather, end quote, by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies into warfighting, God, to warfighting applications.
Such a capability offers the warfighter tools to shape the battle space in ways never before possible.
It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures.
Oh my God.
The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical roadmap.
God, have we lost our minds?
That's on my website right now.
If you doubt it, go look for yourself.
William?
We're certainly losing our souls, if not our minds.
Here's Bernard Eastland again, Art, in an email to me just yesterday saying that, quoting Bernard Eastland here, the inventor of HAARP, the people connected with HAARP took part in a NATO conference entitled, Ionospheric Modification and its Potential to Enhance or Degrade the Performance of Military Systems May 28th to 31st, 1990.
This information is available through the National Technical Information Service.
Ask for A-G-A-R-D-C-T-4-8-5.
So NATO is in on this ionospheric modification business as well.
This is just making me sad.
Uh, William.
First time caller line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hello.
Uh, Art?
Yes.
Yeah, this is Lou from Clinton, Maryland.
Maryland?
Yes, hi.
Yeah, Clinton.
Uh, I live right next to, uh, Andrews Air Force Base.
Yes, sir.
Right, very, very close.
Just one or two miles away.
Uh, well, I just wanted to say for the last two years, I was, well, first of all, I do watch the skies.
I've been watching the skies for years, but I've seen these lines.
I mean, in other words, I'll look up, there's nothing there.
And then all of a sudden within, uh, maybe two or three minutes later, there's nothing.
Sometimes there's one line and then sometimes there's, Uh, four or five, four or five lines right beside each other.
And these lines, it's, it's, well, they look like, sort of like what we used to call skywriters when we was kids.
I'm the same age you are, or I'm 53.
Yes, sir.
And, uh, a lot of things you say right there, it's just, I mean, it's just like it's coming right out of my mind.
I mean, I mean, you're reading my mind, I'm reading yours.
I don't know just the way things are nowadays, but this is, these, these things don't dissipate like, like the old skywriters did.
I mean, this would be there and then we get, Uh it dissipates and uh it's a real thin line but then it kind of spreads out like a like a net and it doesn't waver too much I mean it doesn't go where it disappears it stays up there sometimes for uh an hour or two or three hours sometimes and like I said it's uh and then I walked around here like one night I walked past my two vehicles
By the time I came back, just minutes later, I went in the back of my van to get something, and I walked back, and I went through this thing.
It felt like a spider web all over me.
I was down there so many times around here, and now I've been off work for four years, and I've got something.
Well, I'll tell you, there's a disease.
They just named it in 1991.
It's called fibromyalgia.
Oh, my God.
These are people.
They used to call me a hypochondriac.
I heard all over all the time I go two, three, four days without sleep and talk like a zombie most of the time.
I can't lay down, the pain is so bad.
But these lions, and they always run just about the same way all the time.
I've never seen them crisscross like a tic-tac-toe, but they're always right beside each other.
But they stay up in the air for a long time and they just get whiter and whiter.
Now the color of it, of course it sends out the color.
The clarity of it.
What is it?
And there's so many other things I want to talk to you about.
Does that sound pretty much like what you're talking about, William?
It sounds exactly like the reports I'm receiving, as I mentioned, from 18 states across the country.
I'm sure more will be coming in.
It's perplexing that something like a cobweb or a gossamer filament sprayed from aircraft Usually, not always, but usually at very high altitudes, would fall on the heads of observers directly or almost directly underneath.
Of course, the only explanation for all these accounts is that these filaments are blanketing the sky over a wide area.
We're talking many square miles, and that would attest to the fact that this stuff does come down over the area that it's blanketing.
Any thoughts, William, on what we can do about this other than what we're doing right now?
I mean, there are a lot of people who are going to take this material and run with it, especially based on the amount of cooperation, the evidence.
For example, the patent number.
Now we've got this military website that says exactly what you said.
People are going to run with this.
We've got the documentation up there.
You've got it on your website.
What the hell do we do?
we go to any decent congressperson we can find and okay immediate laughter let's all right i'll
take a step back from that uh we hope and pray art that there is someone listening tonight
who knows very well what's going on and has a conscience and this is important and is somehow
not afraid to act on her or his conscience and tell us and verifiably so what is going on
Those people are out there listening to this, accessing your website.
Someone has got to come forward.
Failing that, we just put it out and hope that we can connect with the truth in ever-widening circles of information.
Well, Hardline, you're on the air with William Thomas in our show.
Is that me?
Yes, it is.
Oh, excellent.
Good morning.
Good morning.
Good morning, Mr. Thomas.
I'm really glad to see and hear that you're doing this.
And Art, you shouldn't feel bad about presenting this to the public.
It needs to be presented.
You shouldn't feel very good about it.
I feel... You know what I feel?
I feel angry at those individuals who are... No, it's worse than angry.
It's sad.
Insane.
To imagine that they would do this makes me...
Unspeakably sad.
I'm coming to you from Tennessee.
I get you out of Nashville, WTN.
Yes, sir.
Contrails here in Tennessee run well over the Tennessee Valley, Scorch Valley, and the Cumberland Plateau for the last year and a half that I know of, almost two years that I've been back here.
I lived in Oregon prior to here, and they were there when I lived there.
This is in 95 and 96.
In this three-county area here, In the last six months, literally hundreds of people have begun to have seizures.
Bronchial asthma and bronchitis have been, it's just totally rampant in the schools.
Children are almost dysfunctional.
It's really amazing to hear the parents talk about what's happening in their family and their health.
Mr. Thomas.
Yes, I would like to ask you, through your website, can we send you papers and information that we have?
Please, please do so.
My email access is through my site and I urgently need photographs, good quality still pictures that I can send to magazines.
Of course, the fungus that you've been talking about for a few nights, Art.
Yeah, I've got a picture of a marijuana plant up there on my website.
Well, in Oregon, Eugene, Albany, Portland, Seattle, Washington, the fungus was delivered through the water supply.
Supposedly, it was not supposed to affect humans, just plants.
Oh, good.
That's great.
It was done that way in order to get to those people who were growing in their homes.
And it did.
Internationally, in Amsterdam, I have a friend who actually is a doctor in Amsterdam and he said there was a major fungus showing up on the cannabis crops in Holland and in Germany where it is legal to grow and they use it to manufacture fabrics and other products.
He said there was a major fungus showing up on all the plants already.
So I don't know, maybe this is coming out of the air.
But here, we are definitely having airplanes go over every day.
Plus, what do they call it when they come in and buzz your towns?
Let's be very clear here.
People are saying, if they're just tuning in, they're saying, what the hell are you talking about?
Contrails?
Airplanes have been making contrails since airplanes have been going high enough to make contrails.
So I think, once again, we need to be clear about what we're talking about and be better I think that if we ask the people who live around military bases, Air Force bases in particular, to watch the trucks that move in and out, a lot of chemicals are delivered to these air bases.
If they're putting it in the air, they have to be receiving it on the ground.
There has to be some kind of trafficking pattern that is detectable.
If we use this good common sense and don't freak out, we probably can catch these people red-handed.
I believe that you have enough of an audience to really get them to go to work.
Don't just have them listen.
When they get up in the morning, have them get out there and do something in the daytime.
I'll do it.
You just tell me what.
I'll do it.
There are literally hundreds of people whom I interface with here in this small area.
There are about 60,000 people in this three-county community.
And hundreds of people who are aware of what's going on, or who want to be aware of what's going on, and who would be willing to extend time and effort to assist in bringing this to a head and bringing it to a clearer public interest.
Our medias here are totally eat up with government.
They're not interested in talking about the truth at all.
WTN, out of Nashville, is the only radio station that deals with any kind of real information.
And there are no television stations, including the national channels, that deal with anything other than major headlines.
And a lot of people here are really angry.
All right.
I appreciate your call, sir.
I appreciate you letting me talk to you.
Thank you, and take care.
Here's an email.
It says, I live in Bakersfield, about eight miles west of downtown, and we got, oh my God, six inches of snow here.
In fact, There's still quite a bit on the ground.
When your guest mentioned this contrail activity being reported over at Bakersfield, you could have knocked me down with a feather.
I have just mentioned to my husband that perhaps this lingering lung ailment I've been fighting with was from this.
Of course, I said it in a joking manner.
You know, she says, between the end of October of 98 to the present.
And I have presented to my Physician five times complaints of bronchitis pneumonia symptoms been placed on antibiotics each time I came to visit.
I've also noticed a marked increase in migraine activity and now she's wondering if it might not be what we're talking about.
When we say contrails put it in quotes or substitute the word sprains.
All right, if you can get back to that emailer from Bakersfield, California.
You might ask her if local media carried any stories earlier this month, a few weeks ago, of Bakersfield hospitals filled to overflowing.
This made the local press.
Filled to overflowing with respiratory ailments.
I have a similar story out of Pennsylvania and another one out of Durham, North Carolina at the very same time.
That is the first part of January.
Uh, hospitals actually closing their doors to emergency admissions because they are filled to capacity with respiratory cases.
East of the Rockies, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hello.
Hey, yes, Art.
Yes.
Uh, good morning, uh, Art and William.
Uh, this is Mike from Dallas on 574.
Uh, Dallas, yes, sir.
Yes.
Um, I was, I was originally going to ask a question about the, uh, The victims in Idaho who had died from, quote, flu-like symptoms, unquote.
But now that you've been mentioning the gossamer filament cobweb from the Congo, I used to work out near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
And back around, oh, I guess, 93 or so, I remember seeing, you know, in the summer and the fall, I remember seeing some of that stuff coming down.
Just little bits and pieces.
I had no idea what it was.
I don't really remember anybody getting sick from it.
My memory is just probably going off.
Well maybe, William, do we know anything about the occurrence versus when people begin to get sick after being exposed?
Do we know anything about that?
Almost immediately.
That is within A day or two, pets are immediately affected.
I have reports of a big dog dying, 30 birds dropping dead in a woman's front yard immediately after sighting these sprains at high altitudes.
So pets first, people almost immediately thereafter.
Oh, wow.
You know, Art, I remember a couple of your shows ago, I think maybe Wednesday or Thursday, you were talking to somebody who was saying that they had scientists going around to old burial sites from around the First World War looking for strains of Spanish influenza.
That's correct.
Yeah, I was just thinking, you know, if the victims who are dying are displaying I wonder if it could be something like that?
I don't know, sir.
Thank you very much for the call.
Just a quick email here.
Art, surely you are aware, aren't you, of the capability developed by either MI5, CIA, or KGB about 30 years ago that was eventually made available to all three, which allowed them to inject a very small amount of a substance in a target and cause death by, in quotes, a massive heart attack.
In a normal autopsy of such a victim, massive heart attack would be listed as the cause of death.
If the person performing the autopsy was aware of the existence of the substance and was looking for it, it would be found.
You need more than friends who will ask a lot of questions if something should happen to you or more of your friends.
You need to find a result.
In a normal autopsy of such a victim, massive heart attack would be listed as the cause of death.
If the person performing the autopsy was aware of the existence of the substance and was looking for it, it would be found.
You need more than friends who will ask a lot of questions if something should happen to you or more of your friends.
You need to find a pathologist who is knowledgeable about the substance and can be dispatched to participate in the autopsy.
Well, there's a cheery little thought for you.
Stay right where you are.
We'll be right back, I think.
Late at night with all of this, I...
I really never know.
Muddy Waters or was it the Contrails?
Last Saturday, came to the old oak tree.
It stands beside the river, where you were to meet me.
On the ground your glove I found, with a note addressed to me.
Comes to my ear, makes me forget that, I still need you so much.
Great big waters, deep but for you.
All I can do I'll do.
This is an encore presentation of Coast to Coast A&M with Art Bell.
You're listening to Art's January 25th interview with his guest, William Thomas, on the Gulf War and the Toxic Contrails.
Look for Art Bell Live on Coast to Coast AM this Monday night, Tuesday morning.
Now, back to the best of Art Bell.
Sure is.
It's, uh, considering the topic this morning, a far more mundane subject.
But, let me do the best I can.
About a year and a half ago, actually now a little longer, Bob Crane, in con- Bob Crane had a dream.
In conjunction with the, uh, Sanjin Company in Taiwan.
Bob decided he wanted to produce the best AM radio portable ever made.
And that's how long it took.
And there were many designs and changes and modifications.
There was the best technology applied that is current today.
And they have produced exactly what they wanted.
Bob wanted the hottest AM radio ever made and he's got it.
Popular Science tested the CC radio, it's called, against two other top-end performance type radios that, get this folks, were attached to outside antennas.
The CC radio had its own inside antenna only.
And the other two radios should have put this one into the dirt, but guess what?
It worked out the other way around and popular science admitted it.
They said this radio lived up to its claims.
It received more stations than the other two radios hooked up to big outside antennas.
It's true.
It's digital.
It's easy to use.
I mean, it's made to be easy to use, and it is.
It also gets FM, television audio, and weather.
It has no weather alert, which means that, ostensibly, if the radio is off, but you leave the alarm on the radio, if something gets near you like a tornado, the radio comes on by itself and warns you.
This is the best radio in the world right now.
It's $159.95 and they've got it for immediate shipment, but that won't be for long because, again, demand is far exceeding supply.
So it's a day by day thing.
If you want one, If you want to reserve one for yourself, actually get one on the way, call Bob Crane beginning at 7.30 a.m.
at 1-800-522-8863.
That's 1-800-522-8863.
AM at 1-800-522-8863.
That's 1-800-522-8863.
The best advertising.
Aren't these spider webs occurred in Buffalo, New York early this spring and summer.
This program may help to explain the breathing problems that I and many other people are suffering.
Thank you.
Tom, I won't give a last name.
I guess at this point I think two things.
I think that if you want to get a copy of this program, I would be grateful.
You can get a copy of this program either by making it or calling the following number.
Let me give it to you.
It's 1-800-917-4278.
I'm already getting so many requests.
I'm already getting so many requests.
1-800-917-4278 to get a copy of the program, to share with others, and to, I guess to,
kind of like a book in a way, to document this and to hold it.
That's 1-800-917-4278.
I also want to give you a way to get hold of William Thomas.
William, do you have anything that resembles an email address?
I do.
In fact, it is an email address.
People can contact me at wilco, that's W-I-L-C-O, wilco at islandnet.com.
Islandnet is one word.
Wilco at IslandNet.com.
Okay, that's W-I-L-C-O at IslandNet, one word, all lowercase, dot com.
Correct?
Wilco at IslandNet.com.
Alright, here we go again.
First time caller line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi.
Hi.
I have a question.
Alright, where are you?
I'm in Gadsden, Alabama.
Alright.
I live 30 minutes from Fort McClellan.
And my mother is, she's constantly, constantly suffering from bronchial problems.
There's some days she can't make it from one end of the house to the other without having to stop and catch her breath.
And she's recently started having just really, really bad migraines.
The cobwebs that you're talking about, are they just mostly like in the sky or is it something that collects?
It appears to be connected.
The cobwebs or spiderwebs or gossamer filaments do come from the sky.
Could that relatively be connected with that?
It appears to be connected.
The cobwebs or spiderwebs or gossamer filaments do come from the sky.
That's not an issue.
I have reports of them draped over power lines up to 400 feet long.
These things do collect in blankets over power lines and trees.
It seems that they don't linger very long.
They disappear by the next day if they've fallen during the night.
I've also had reports of them falling in clumps From the size of an eraser to golf balls or a human fist and again these can be blown into long filaments by the wind.
I have many reports of people who have handled this substance who have gotten sick.
I also have two reports of people who have walked through it and handled it and had no reaction whatsoever.
I've seen these in the trees in her yard and they collect in the house.
Well now, there is such a thing as real cobwebs.
For example, in pines here in the desert, we have a problem with real cobwebs.
So let's be sure of what we're talking about here.
Here's a piece of email that seems relevant.
It says, William, your story on weather modification and aerial spraying is very timely and very believable.
Although, I've not seen the cobweb type material here in the Yakima area.
It's rather interesting that I and many other staff members at our school, Adams Elementary, haven't been able to recover from colds this winter.
At first I shrugged it off as probably a newer type picked up by the students, especially so since we have a frequent flow of students and families to Mexico.
However, I've been teaching kindergarten for seven plus years.
This is the first winter that I've ever had this much trouble with any illness.
I'm on my second bottle of antibiotics and I still can't shake it.
What a strange topic and strange timeliness for an answer to a problem that no doctor is seeing as even a possibility.
So there's another take.
Doctors aren't even seeing this or thinking of this, perhaps until now anyway, as a possibility even.
Well, let's hold out some hope to our listeners and some very sick people across the United States.
When I came home from the Gulf War, My immune system was trashed.
Though I wasn't in the military and hadn't been exposed to the vaccines and the progestin and bromide pills, I was subjected to heavy oil smoke and heavy stress.
I was sick for a year afterwards and I got colds that I couldn't shake for months at a time.
My immune system was so suppressed.
cured myself and I now have a very strong immune system using very potent
and pure vitamin supplements and being very careful with my diet. I have
information on my website for alien veterans and others that may be of use.
We can protect our immune systems not only through vitamin supplements and
nutrition but through something as extraordinary as touch and affection and
compassion. I would suggest it's time for that as well.
Remember Speaking Wind?
We spoke of him a short while ago?
Yes.
Listen to this.
Hi Art.
Bloomberg Business.
The email's entitled In Support of Speaking Wind.
Bloomberg Business News during the last hour.
Posted a news item, quote, unknown bacteria in warming seas threaten marine life and human health.
End quote.
If this is the bacteria that Speaking Wind had in mind, then he has a hit.
He was speaking about a bacteria in the oceans off the California and Florida coast which will ultimately contaminate fresh water supplies and drinking water, causing birth defects and death if medical treatment is not obtained.
It sounds like the Fisteria, if I'm pronouncing that right, is a story that I've been watching and you've covered.
Oh yes, Fisteria, of course.
Certainly haven't heard it on the west coast though, Art.
That's worrisome.
Maybe it's heading north with the rapidly warming waters.
Maybe it is.
East of the Rockies, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi.
Hi, Art.
Hi, Will.
Hi.
I've got a kind of Summation through some private experiments that I have conducted myself after having been in the military for a number of years and gained an education in electronics and physics and such.
I was kind of curious myself when the harp First hit the newsstands and, you know, through the press to find out exactly to what extent it was affecting, if I could detect it.
Consequently, I built an apparatus that would show me the band of frequencies that HAARP supposedly transmitted.
And I did, if I could detect, a strange pattern of frequencies and oscillations on that
frequency. And it's also interesting to note here that this may also sum up a lot of what each
guest has been talking about in their own way over a period of months concerning
different things about the resonant frequency of the Earth is right around 16.
It's lower than that, actually.
It has been, some people believe, as low as 8.
Raising itself lately, but there's a big controversy about that.
Right.
Well, there are harmonics, too, though.
Yes, there are.
By the way, harmonics are also a big worry with respect to harp.
In other words, the frequencies that they ostensibly will be using are not a problem.
But when you begin talking about beat frequencies against each other, which they will be doing, then you produce frequencies as you approach zero beat that are extremely low.
And those amplified could be a really, really, really big problem.
Are you familiar with that, William?
I am.
A clear analogy is a swing set.
And if you push a swing, it goes higher and higher with each push, even though the input is the same.
Harp works the same way.
Each pulse into the ionosphere reacts with the electrically charged ionosphere up there.
like that swing it gets to get it moves it swings in a higher and higher
amplitude it can get out of control in fact the Air Force earlier for its
report Here's one.
Hi Art.
Are there any reports about what the spider web spraying is doing to livestock?
That's a good question.
Cows eat grass.
when the energy stabilized at the next highest level.
Sorry about that.
That's the US Air Force again. Yes, here's one. Hi Art.
Are there any reports about what the spider web spraying is doing to livestock? That's a good question. Cows
eat grass.
What they eat comes through in the milk.
Now, really out in left field are these continuing cattle mutilations that nobody can seem to understand.
If you don't want to believe that they're from ETs, you know, that's a reach, then you shouldn't believe that they are some sort of ritualistic thing because it's done with such precision that you've got to imagine Well, I don't know what you could imagine, but you could imagine that somebody is doing environmental monitoring.
Somebody.
Somebody's.
That ever occurred to you?
Not in connection with this phenomena.
And I have no reports of livestock.
That's a very good point.
Again, just dogs and birds.
But I mean, this person is right.
Cows are doing what?
They're sitting out there eating grass.
Absolutely.
Wild Card Line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Yes, good morning Art and Will.
Art, I'd like to make a comment about the email you read about the massive heart attack.
Yes.
He might have been referring to Digitalis.
It's an anitropic sodium pump blocker.
It comes in 1.25, .25, and .5 milligrams.
Great.
Well, whatever it is, apparently, if they do an autopsy, unless they're specifically searching for it, they don't find it, and they list you as having a massive coronary.
Yeah, yeah, they'll find it if they're looking for it.
Yeah, well, I got a couple things I'd like to ask you.
Really, the first one is an article I have in front of me, and it's a convention that This weekend in Anaheim, the Association Advancement of Science Expo in California.
And it's about a genome defense strategy, which Dr. Frank Young had spoke about.
He's a former FDA and advises President Clinton on bioterrorism.
But he wants to have a bioterrorism genome project where the genetic information about all pathogens would be mapped.
But anyway, how this could possibly relate, just a couple weeks ago, BBC News had a really good article about what they call smart plastics.
Did you read any of that by any chance?
No, I'd be very interested in that.
Well, the reason why I never thought of the correlation before, but now that you brought up what some people are calling the spider web, the polymer that they're using, they call it smart plastic because it assembles itself.
You don't have to do anything, it just assembles itself.
It was kind of ironic because one of the structures they talked about is a 20-sided isocohedral structure of plastic.
And that's exactly what a virus is.
It will assemble itself in that 20-sided, kind of like a ball, isocohedral structure automatically with ribonuclease acids.
So I thought it would be possible to really create a virus just from aerosol plastics.
That's fascinating.
I would really appreciate any documentation you could send to my email on that.
Sure, I'll send you both articles.
Both of them came from the BBC News.
Did you get his email address?
I can go to his website and I guess you can mail from there.
I guess so, but let me give it again while I might.
It's Wilco, W-I-L-C-O.
Okay.
At IslandNet.com.
Alrighty.
Okay, that's all one word, IslandNet.com.
Wilco at IslandNet.com.
Yeah, I'll forward the two articles to you, and the Smart Plastics is something that when you brought that up with polymers, it just kind of sunk in.
I thought, well, that could happen.
They could use an aerosol spray and the plastic would assemble itself.
Yeah, yeah, because when I took my virology class, one of the first things we learned was that was the strongest structure that you could make, and it happens automatically.
It's 20-sided, it looks like a ball.
In fact, they used to make geodetic houses the same structure, and they got that idea from that.
We just lost power here.
It just went away and came back.
Now, I don't know if that indicates it was just a local problem or whether there's a bigger problem going on somewhere, but I thought I would pass that on.
Caller, thank you very much, and please forward that material if you would.
I sure will.
Thank you.
All right.
Take care.
West of the Rockies, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hello.
Good morning.
This is Debbie from Carson.
Last, just this past Friday, my son and I were in a park in Manhattan Beach, and while my son was rollerblading, I was watching the sky, which I have done for years, and there was two huge X's up in the sky, and I had even remarked to my son, you know, I wonder what these, what X marks the spot means up there, and it wasn't more than maybe 20 minutes to a half an hour later, I started to get kind of tired and you know I have not been sick in years and it turned out where I ended up with 103 temperature, shortness of breath, really glassy eyes,
extremely weak muscles and this was after I had walked through a cobweb
walking by the lake and this part of the road, there are no trees above us or anything.
Young lady, can you hold on through the newscast?
Yes, I sure will.
Alright, alright, good.
Alright, my guest is William Thomas.
Again, his email address is wilco, that's W-I-L-C-O, at islandnet, one word, dot com.
Wilco at islandnet dot com.
Please communicate directly with him.
If you would like a copy of this program, I would appreciate that.
Please hold on to it.
The number is 1-800-917-4278 to get a copy.
That's 1-800-917-4278.
By the time we're done, it's obviously going to be a four-hour program.
One more time, that number is 1-800-917-4278.
917-4278. By the time we're done, it's obviously going to be a four-hour program.
One more time, that number is 1-800-917-4278. In many markets, we'll be right back with one more hour.
A journalist is here tonight with an absolute blockbuster.
William, I want to read this to you.
Art, William, I'm very interested in the show tonight.
I'm a therapist working on, this should hit home, Vancouver Island, Canada.
Oops.
And I have many patients now coming down with mysterious lung diseases that are inexplicable and resistant to antibiotics.
Many of the people being struck down with these strange lung problems are young people as well as old.
And the only thing the doctors can do with them is put them on oxygen.
You've given us something to think about this night.
Thanks for the show.
Heather.
That's up near you.
Please email me, Heather.
Okay.
I'm sure you'll get an email from Heather.
A young lady, you're back on the line.
Hello.
Hi.
Yeah, another strange thing about these cobwebs things is that when I went to wipe them off my face, Normal cobwebs, you can kind of stretch them and play with them a little bit, and this just kind of disintegrated in my hand.
And I made a comment to my son.
I said, that is so weird.
Whatever this stuff was, it just disappeared.
And we had went home, and of course I gave my grandmother a hugging kiss goodbye, and my grandmother came down with the same symptoms that I had.
And we have been sick ever since Friday.
And we have bronchial problems.
It feels like pneumonia down in our chest.
I have just never been so sick in my entire life.
Well, it's just coming and coming and coming.
Thank you very much and please contact William.
Here's another one.
Art, I'm your age nearly, 52, nearly 53.
I've never, in caps, never had sinus infections.
Since January of 98, I've had a series of chronic sinus infections.
Went to the doc almost monthly to try to get another antibiotic.
I finally got them under control instead with a natural combination.
He mentioned what it is, I won't mention it on the air.
When I feel the pressure build and headaches begin, I begin taking the natural products.
Antibiotics are simply not working.
People at my work are all sick, again today.
A vice president told me he'd been in for a CAT scan for his sinus problem.
Many thanks for being brave enough to report these things.
I was thrown off MSNBC three times for political questions last week.
Anyway, it's just flowing in.
It's just coming in waves, William, the reports.
I know.
No offense to Tiger's Ark, but we've got one by the tail.
You know, I have a feeling that this story could blow the lid off Corruption, unimaginable corruption, and evil doing in very high places.
Yeah.
It could, or it could blow some people up, too.
First time caller on the line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi.
Hi.
This is Zach.
I'm from Bakersfield, California, and Art, I just want to say that I really appreciate your whistleblowing that you do on your show.
Thank you.
And also, last time at Snowden and Bakersfield, I can remember it was in 1989, and there hasn't been more than six inches since 1932.
And I think that's pretty strange, don't you?
The connection between the two, what you were saying about the Air Force controlling the weather, and that the fact that it hasn't snowed since that long is very, very odd to me.
Also, uh, McFarland, which is right outside, you know, it's in Kern County, they've been Coming down with all sorts of respiratory illnesses.
They're just rampant.
And I remember when the hospitals were all full and Baker still because my grandma just happened to be in the hospital at that time.
Very strange.
Do you have any, any Local print news reports of the hospitals filling up or the rampant respiratory problems you just mentioned.
I'm sure I do, somewhere, because my parents recycle newspapers.
I'm sure we have.
We have multiple reports, actually, of hospital emergency rooms filling up with something that the hospitals didn't understand.
They called it the flu, but it wasn't quite the flu.
Exactly.
You know about that, Colin?
Yes, I do.
I was there, as a matter of fact.
I didn't come down with any of the so-called respiratory disease.
It's actually to the point where they were turning away people at emergency rooms.
Right.
They were so full, they didn't have room for that.
To accommodate the people that were coming in.
They were coming in so fast.
Yep.
Alright, thank you very much, caller.
Wild Card Line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
How you doing this evening, Art?
I don't know.
It depends on how you mean the nature of the question.
What's on your mind?
Okay, I'd just like to offer a comment and then offer actually some assistance.
All right.
My name is Victor and I'm listening on 105.1 Hot Talk in Las Vegas.
That's the one.
Okay, and I live literally two blocks from the end of the runway of Nellis Air Force Base.
I have personally seen over the past several months the largest airplanes we have Taking off, repeatedly circling the valley, landing, repeatedly circling, circling, circling, all afternoon.
And the so-called contrails, they're constantly in our blue skies here, right next to the Air Force Base, just criss-crossing the sky, literally hundreds of them.
You know, I've never seen any of the cobweb stuff, but earlier this year, well, actually late last year, various members of my family in the general area here, We're all very, very sick with respiratory.
And we also had here on Monday a news report on one of the news stations here about the overfilling of the emergency rooms and not to come in unless you are very, very sick.
Absolutely correct.
This man is absolutely correct.
Please communicate the information to William Thomas at wilco at islandnet.com.
That's W-I-L-C-O at islandnet, one word, dot com.
Here's another one.
While listening to your program on Comtrails Art, I remembered a strange thing regarding the weather I witnessed in the spring of 95.
I was working as a deputy sheriff in northern Arkansas when my county experienced a seemingly normal spring rain shower.
As I was driving along in my cruiser, I noticed some sort of clear jelly substance accumulating on my wipers and windshield.
When I got home, it was mixed with a rainwater coating on my patrol car and on the ground.
My family all witnessed the substance, as well as many others, fellow officers throughout the county, and I scooped some of it into a little jar in hopes of later discovering what it was.
But guess what?
Next day, there was no trace of it left in the jar, on the ground, or anywhere else.
To be more specific, the substance simply looked like clear, lumpy jello.
When held in hand, it was squishy like jello, but did not melt into liquid, but maintained the same consistency.
It was not greasy, had no odor, and I did not dare taste it.
Oh, good for you!
Some months later, I read of a similar substance that appeared somewhere along the West Coast.
Signed, a cop.
My God, Art, I've been trying to get a hold of that particular cop.
I've been trying to locate him for days.
I had this story through a TV news broadcast, and I dearly wish he would get in touch with me.

Listening to you on the Big 89 WLS.

First, I had a comment.
They were comparing the stuff in the sky to cobwebs.
Right. Okay, I wanted to clarify something. Cobwebs are spiderwebs that have gathered dust and turned into kind of
a hanging lump or clump of spiderweb.
So actually, it had to be more like a spiderweb.
Also, I also thought this whole thing kind of seemed a little fishy because there's over the last I don't know how
many years, there's been talk of cover-up and controversy and black projects like for the A-bomb and for the Stealth
Fighter.
But for this whole thing like weather controlling is a pretty big thing and there seems to be plenty of readily
available information in the US Army.
Armed Forces are even claiming that they'll be able to do it by 2025.
That just doesn't sound like our government.
Unfortunately, it is.
Have you read the link?
Did you read it?
No, I haven't had a chance to get on it.
Well, you heard what I said, and it's up there for the seeing now.
Yeah, but it just doesn't seem like that.
I know.
Wow.
Check out my book, Bringing the War Home, for an inside look at your government.
Yeah.
I'll have to do that.
Yeah.
Okay.
Thank you very much.
And if you want an inside look at your government lately, it's pretty hard because they're going behind closed doors to consider the fate of the President of the United States.
Deadest thing I ever saw.
It's not the America I remember.

I was wondering if you would possibly check into that himself.
It's all there.
It's happening.
And I guess you're putting the word out.
Well, I just got another interesting email.
Do you remember our friend, not that he's gone, but he's ill, Father Malachi Martin?
Oh, yes.
You remember his comment about watching the skies?
Absolutely.
Just thought I'd see if I could jog your memory.
Well, I called in, uh, probably last week and told you about the contrails over San Diego, and then making X at the border.
Oh, gosh.
I remember.
I remember.
Yes.
Um, I've been pretty... I don't know what it is.
Like I said, uh, I've come down with fibromyalgia.
I am so stiff.
That I feel like rhythm mortis has set in.
And it takes me a couple hours just to start working that out.
And that's kind of all within the last month to six weeks.
And I don't like it.
I don't know what to do about it, Art.
I mean, I don't know who to contact.
They've got to blow the lid off this.
We all might kind of disappear.
But you've got to get the message out.
This is it.
This is what they've all been talking about.
And this is what you have, fortunately, for the people that do have ears and big hair, getting the message out.
That's right.
For as long as I'm able to do that.
William, tonight on this program, you're getting large national exposure.
What do you think will happen with the press now?
I mean, this is really a big story.
It's a big story and I've been to the press in the last week, as you can imagine, presented my credentials, the facts that I could attribute.
I have one magazine looking at this story tonight, the magazine that broke the harp story in the mainstream media.
I pray that they will go ahead and break this story as well.
Otherwise, I'll be sending this information out to every major newspaper and magazine in the U.S.
of A. very shortly, and again, I hope someone picks it up.
The problem, of course, is going to be, other than Yes.
anecdotal evidence which we have tons of
who's going to go to read about the emails coming in by the reams i can only
match what yours is going to look like that how that anecdotal evidence
there's a lot of war hard
Absolutely.
You guys were hearing, this stuff doesn't hang around long enough to conveniently go to a lab.
Though I do have indications of some lab tests being done and the results never being released.
This is going to be, pardon me, but the real sticking point of this story.
All right.
Uh, at least we have the statements by the Air Force.
We have the information on the patent with HAARP.
First time caller line, you're on the air.
Oh, HAARP, this is Johnny down in Phoenix.
Yes, sir.
I got two things.
One question for you guests, but before that, I've been trying to get a hold of you since last Monday.
I called you and told you that you couldn't get through to you on the 602 area code?
Yes.
It's still the same way?
Yes, sir.
In other words, now I want to be clear.
Phoenix is unable to get through on the 800 line?
That's a 602 area code, which is a Phoenix metropolitan area.
I know it is, yes.
There's over a couple million people here.
I'm so terribly sorry.
I notice you haven't gotten any calls from Phoenix since last Monday.
Well, we'll put it down right now.
I called the operator, and she said this is the latest information.
The number you're calling, which is west of the Brockies line, is not available from this area code.
We will have our people on it first thing in the morning.
Okay, and for your guests, Hasn't this been going on for a long time, on maybe a smaller scale, where the military has dropped virus germs on cities in this country?
Oh, yes.
William, I don't want to put words in your mouth, but you told us already.
Absolutely.
Since the late 70s, Scorched Earth lays that out.
Scorched Earth, that's your book, right?
Sorry, yes, that's my first book on the military's impact assault on the environment.
I document all of my published work with footnotes.
William, hold on.
We will be right back.
I think.

I mean, I'm just being inundated here with all of these.
Listen to this one, William.
All right, William, I'm a nurse in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
And I know for a fact that there have been several times in the last two years that our four major hospitals here have been full and put on divert.

Me, too.
First time calling online, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi, Art Bell.
Yes.
And I'd like to say hi to William.
Hello.
It's been two years to be honest.
You're going to have to yell at us on your nut.
This is a perfect night to call you.
About August and last year, I think somebody called in to tell you about the China dust that fell on Portland.
It was really hazy and foggy for three days.
And after that, there were a lot of people who started getting very sick.
And I started to feel like I had pneumonia.
And ever since that point, about the middle of September, I couldn't breathe.
And so, I am now on steroids for several months now, with these new antibiotics, so you can't figure out what's wrong with me.
And they finally got a nebulizer, I have to have with me at my house.
But the other thing is about the jail, about their last, it was August also last year, Yakima had called into one of the stations here in Portland and said that there was this jail all over this area of the town.
And it was all over everywhere and they said, well, they didn't know what it was.
And then the next day they said, well, authorities said that it was lawn additives.
And everybody just accepted that.
But the pictures you saw on TV were firemen scraping it up off the streets and the sidewalks
and wiping it off cars.
And that made me want to pull out a video that I taped from Oh Strange Universe about
the city up there in Washington near the coast that also had that jail all over town and
the woman's three cats died.
Everybody was getting sick.
And then the sheriff wanted to know what was going on.
They called the Air Force Base up there.
And they said, well, we've been experimenting off the coast.
It could be blown up jellyfish.
This is what they said.
What?
Yes, it could be blown up jellyfish.
Blown up jellyfish?
Yes.
And this woman took a sample of it, and they took it to the lab, and it had white blood cells in it.
And I'm not faking.
You mean, wait a minute, you mean human white blood cells?
Yes, yes.
I have it on tape.
What?
You have it on tape?
Yes, I do.
I can take it to you if I want.
So everybody took that information like it was nothing, but I went down there with the tape and I said, look, there's something going on here.
The same thing happened in the Central Coast Hotel up there in Upper Washington.
They didn't want to see it.
They didn't want to know about it.
everybody just accepted it for oh, just long at it.
Well it seems to me like you ought to get this information to William.
Yes, I'll get it.
Also on that story, what happened was after that, this big car from Texas came to town
and was snooping around trying to figure out what was going on.
And so this woman that had three cats had died had gotten on the internet and asked
all these other towns around the United States if the same thing was happening to them and
they started to email her in Texas, Nebraska, on the coast somewhere, the East Coast, all
this jell has been coming down all these towns.
And I've been keeping track of all of it.
All right.
Thank you very much and please contact William.
I I've heard of the white blood cell test and I'm delighted to finally find a source for that information.
Please get in touch with me right away and I would like to get my hands on that tape very quickly.
I have heard also of the explanation of the jellyfish being bombed off the coast.
I don't think that's what's happening.
How could you blow up something big enough in the water to blow jellyfish in high into the atmosphere where they would be carried
i don't buy that one for two seconds i think that's a bit that's a bit far-fetched
but the air force tried to float another explanation our when uh this stuff appeared over las vegas last year
they said oh that's jet fuel sorry about that
Our planes were dumping it during a refueling.
People have been suggesting to me that perhaps it's JP8.
This is a very toxic, even carcinogenic fuel according to the Air Force itself.
It's got something in it called ethylene dibromide, which irritates the eyes and skin, messes up the liver, lungs and kidneys.
Art, enjoying the show.
Scary.
Maybe the contrails should be called chemtrails.
Ah, yes.
On Wild Card Line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hello, is this me?
Yes, that's you.
Oh, thank you.
Thanks for taking my call.
Sure.
I'm also an independent researcher and I'm so happy this is getting national coverage.
Canadians are so brave.
Earlier he mentioned that William Wallace and his wife were ill And I was wondering where and when that happened?
It first happened two years ago when William Wallace was working on a field.
He was plowing a field nearby.
We're talking the mountainous rural area of Washington State.
Washington State.
Yes.
He was sprayed by, from his description, U.S.
Navy intruders.
And this last summer, and now again on New Year's, He has been subjected to spray as has his wife Ann, and also their neighbor came down sick.
He was working outside at the time, so very recently in fact.
Yes, and there's a lot of it seemingly in Northern California also.
I first became interested in this topic In the 70s, when there was a large sheep kill in eastern Utah and western Colorado.
Oh, I remember that.
Uh-huh.
And also, just today, in the little newspaper that covers our tiny mountain valley, they said that the Department of Wildlife, the Division of Wildlife, wanted volunteers to help in gathering and processing sick animals.
Check this one out, William Shalom.
What your guest has stated is in fact correct.
This, in fact, was widely reported on local TV and radio stations, as well as newsprint.
Where was this, sir?
Bakersfield.
Oh, my goodness.
Bakersfield, California.
So, I'll tell you what I'll do.
I will forward this email to you.
How about that?

First time caller.
Yes, sir.
Art, questions for you.
Do you remember about a year ago when you got so sick with the flu?
You had a heck of a time recovering, along with a large portion of your listening audience.
I couldn't possibly forget it, sir.
Well, you had a caller at the time, then, that only identified himself as some type of a military or government agent.
And he called in to say to you that you and all the other infected people were lucky to catch it.
And if a person didn't have it yet, then they better go catch it from someone.
Good, I remember that call.
I remember that call.
He had hinted something that it would act to immunize you from something deadly in the future.
And I thought, gee, could this be the start of it?
I remember the call, sir.
We're right back to your earlier supposition, Eric.
Yeah, we are.
Here's another one, here in Scottsdale, Arizona.
I suspect everywhere.
Yeah, this is Rob from Olympia, Washington.
Scottsdale Health Care South has been closed, delays longer than five hours, or forwarding
to Desert Sam for several times these past two weeks due to lack of space.
So they are literally closing hospitals.
I suspect everywhere.
Last of the Rockies, you are on the air with William Thomas.
Hello.
Yeah, this is Rob from Olympia, Washington.
Hi Rob.
I was talking to people eight years ago about this spraying on the military and I could
see the contrails behind the planes and I noticed that a lot of people are getting sick
So I had a chance to run into one of the pilots at all places of the laundromat and I talked to him and he told me that they did this spraying routinely to check the spray patterns over a large area and I told a lot of people about it and they never really believed anything and I'm really happy that this was Coming through.
What else did the pilot tell you while his laundry was washing?
Well, basically he said that they did this all the time to check the different spray patterns of, you know, toxins over an area that they wanted to do a chemical spray that they would be able to see through all the people that got sick and went into the hospitals and, you know, doctors and stuff and they could see the spray pattern in an area.
Well, you know, this really got my interest up in all this and the harp stuff came out and I started studying about frequency and color and I've been doing that for a long time and I've come to the conclusion that harp is just basically a frequency play.
And what they can do is not only through the mind control aspects of the HAARP project, but also through the different virals that they've been able to study and the multiple frequency patterns off of these viruses, they can put them right in the rain clouds, rains down on people, and then their immunization system, if it isn't up to par, they just catch whatever it is that they put on these frequencies.
I know it because I've been watching it go on for a long time.
And believe it or not, I don't know.
I know, Art, you've had a long time talking about if they can do time travel or not, but Preston Nichols and the Montauk Project, it tied right into this harp thing.
I mean, just like Hans Love.
I know, I know.
It's all Tesla-related as well.
Here's an interesting question, because it stamps a little bit of what we're talking about.
It causes you to have to repeat something, but it's... Art, I'm very interested in hearing more about the harp patent.
Whether it's weather control reference and it's weather control reference, if you get this while your guest is still on, would you please ask him to elaborate on this?
He mentioned a date, but does he have, in fact, a patent number?
Patent number?
Yes, sir. 4686605. 4686605, August 11th, 1987. I...
I have a copy of the patent in one of these boxes here.
But anyway, that number can be checked.
Okay.
First on the line, you're on the air with William Thomas.
Hi.
Hi, Art.
Yes.
My background is from being and living by the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
Yes.
And they're in Kennewick.
For the last year since I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I've been going to a specialist, which is on Whidbey Island by the Naval Air Station.
And on December 10th, I came, woke up in the morning, thought I had a stroke, was put in the hospital.
They diagnosed it with Aristotle's palsy.
That's why I'm talking a little funny, I'm sorry.
Then they did some special blood work when I went back to the specialist on Whidbey Island.
And now they say I've had mononucleosis for probably a year and it went into this and I have been taking all these special things and the specialist I go to also raises bees and there's the bee sting types of things and the honey and stuff he goes on with the items and I'm wondering now with all of this spraying and the stuff that has been going on around here in a whole area here in Washington, I'm wondering if something can be transmitted I mean, I'm only 56 years old and I'm not a sick person.
We're just starting out on what this could be and how it's transmitted.
I guess at this stage it would be utter speculation.
Direct contact with respect to what William is talking about appears to be what we know.
Whether it goes beyond that or not, I don't know.
That's just speculative.
Period.
Would you agree?
I would agree.
And by the way, U.S.
Navy intruders fly routinely out of the Island Naval Air Station.
And again, for sick people, please visit my website.

It just means so much to us.
The program with the jelly blocks with the white blood cells in them was on Unsolved Mysteries.
And I have the lady on my program as well.
Okay, and I have a question.
About the time you went off the air, Art, in September, Paul Harvey mentioned a disease that they were finding around the nuclear power plants where people were I'm having a lot of these Gulf War type symptoms and severe memory loss.
I told you once during a Choice Riley broadcast because I had been horribly ill with something and everything she was saying was like what I had had and I still wasn't well from it and so I'm very interested in these things.
Does your guest have any comment on this illness that was mentioned in September?
Well, we're seeing quite a few illnesses around Savannah River, Hanford, other places.
I don't have a direct... Well, yes, I do, as a matter of fact.
Part of this Gulf War illness syndrome can be traced directly to depleted uranium munitions used and still harming Iraqi children, for example.
We have a similar illness from radiation poisoning around the nuclear facilities.
That you just mentioned.
So perhaps that is one tie-in.
The depleted uranium in the Gulf War and around these nuke quests.
All right.
I guess what we better do is take a minute with time waiting here.
You do have one book for sale.
We've got that listed on the website.
But you've done such a service tonight, I really want to force you into promoting your book a little bit.

Nothing on HAARP in that book, although you will find that on my website, as well as two other books on alternative health, which may be of direct interest to many of our listeners tonight who have taken ill.
And another book on Y2K, an interesting book in that it was just updated this month, so Certainly the most up-to-date book.
You know, this has been so serious, what we've been discussing, that I didn't even get to Y2K.
