I've been on the air 30 years, and for at least 25 of it, the Democrats have not been giving the farmers water, the cities water.

And so Trump ordered the national parks and the federal lands that have those. He just said, look, open the damn water up.

So, but the good news is, Trump has pledged to take the poison floor out of the water, and that is a big victory.
