I can't say this with any certainty, but this appears to me to be an attempt to point a finger at China by using crowdsourced theories about the origins of the coronavirus. I hope it's not, and this is just some kind of unfortunate misreporting by the Telegraph, but if it's not, I'm seriously worried about how this all could play out.
