Low oxygen levels during sleep cause hallucinogenic dreams that allow perception of interdimensional realities.
But there's only one thing in studies that will bring you into the rest of it. And that's low oxygen dreams. Well, I have low oxygen dreams. So since I was a small child, especially when I grew up and got bigger, I don't dream in REM sleep the last two hours like most people. I dream from the time I go to bed till the time I wake up eight hours later.
