What you just touched on is even the bigger issue, is that a lot of these people in these... These sort of race IQ science communities, they use these ideas in order to say, like, public policy doesn't really matter. Exactly! Who gives a shit? Because these communities and these populations are just intrinsically dumber, it doesn't matter if you give resources towards those communities for school and after-school programs and stuff like that.
