Most people are deficient in choline as a nutrient and unaware of its importance.

It crosses the blood-brain barrier and is pretty efficacious and also just a good choline source in general, which most people are deficient in as a nutrient and I think completely unaware that it's actually important to be supplementing with potentially. Pretty hard to get an adequate amount of choline.
