It's a perfect decapitation weapon. They still kill everybody depending on the area and how high you drop it. You know, in a 20 square mile area or whatever, 10 square mile, whatever, neutron bomb. It just seems like high powered radiation burst that goes hundreds of feet in the ground. And you die within minutes to hours, depending on how big a dose you got.
