This is total weaponization of the courts at levels never before seen anywhere with the media and HBO producing it, you know, all of it.

There has to be something of a reckoning because we're seeing a little bit of a shift in the politics of the world right now, the politics of America. And we're seeing the fact that the majority of Americans are not cool with what's been going on, which is the weaponization of all aspects of the judiciary, of the legal process, the prosecutorial process, censorship. There needs to be some form of the courts getting involved in all of this and saying enough is enough and we're going to overturn these decisions because they're ridiculous. Your liability finding, violation of First Amendment rights, denial of journalistic rights, which have been recognized for decades because of some corrupt partisan judges, It's no longer politically palpable, and that's what this election, I think, has shown.
