So, because of the convoluted nature of the case against Mark, and the fact that as a journalist, I'm not allowed to use a recording device of any kind, not audio or video, during the interviews, I'm forced to rely on a dull pencil to scribble notes at the same time as asking questions. I mainly depend on my memory for reporting what Mark says during our interview.

I should tell you that Carrie Cassidy ends up saying something at the end of this episode, in this next clip, that leads me to believe that she is keenly aware of how much she's probably misrepresenting the things that Mark Richards tells her and all of the other people that she talks to. This is something that she should never have said.
