Well, one thing we do know is that when Biden left office, he was granted this very bizarre pardon where he got a pardon that goes back to 2014 for crimes he was never accused of. Never convicted.

And then he'll stay in office through the rest of his term until January 21st, 2025. And he'll be able to pardon his son.
