Tim Hortons has no affiliation with Jim Garrow and he is not authorized to sell their products.
Tim Horton spokesman Alexandra Seigel, quote, says Garrow has no affiliation with the company. That's what they would say though. Quote, he's definitely not authorized and not licensed to sell our products.
