And he basically has a map of all these American radar stations and then overlays weather systems. And you can see that there are certain radar stations that. Weather happens to spin around or pause at, or clouds go over it and get broken up every single time. And he makes a very compelling case for saying look, something's happening in these radar stations that is manipulating the weather. They are manipulating and controlling these rivers of atmosphere somehow using the radar arrays.
