And the Venezuelan people are very afraid of retribution at this point because there's this concept or this group, informal group in Venezuela that they call the Colectivos. And this is like armed biker gangs who they have no official connection to the government, but the government uses them as their enforcers. And the colectivos, anywhere that there are people who are against the regime, they'll come in on motorbikes with guns, shooting and killing people.
