I think we should find where all the city council members that voted for this, and I think we should encourage and go online, because the homeless are all on iPads and phones they're given, too. We should invite everybody and say we're going to have free barbecue at their house, and then we should give them money to camp in front of their houses. That's it. That's it. That's the operation. We will bring the scum of the earth to their house.
