Billy Graham had a close connection to the CIA during the Cold War to promote American values.

But the more I read this kind of stuff, I remember Ingdahl positing, wait a minute, there's an odd connection between Billy Graham. And the Central Intelligence Agency during the Cold War. And it's not just Billy Graham because they were also looking for Islamic versions of Billy Graham, people that could be mouthpieces for Western values and Western ideas within the framework and the paradigm of the Islamic world. And they thought maybe they could find a kind of Muslim Billy Graham that could unite all the Muslims and the Arabs. But of course, eventually they realized that this was futile. It's so tribal that you could never get these ancient vendettas to be overcome, even with the most charismatic sort of. Uh, Muslim, you know, figure or propped up figurehead in this case, and examples would be people like the Gulin, the Fatala Gulin network, that guy that's kind of obviously some form of a Western CIA plant, uh, the Turkish guy. Um, but in the case of Billy Graham, as David Wim Hof, the Catholic lawyer, demonstrates in his gigantic 800 page book on the Cold War and the doctrinal warfare program, Billy Graham had a close connection to the CIA during the Cold War, and it's quite obvious if you think about it, right? What better way to promote a lot of American ideas and values than The idea of a Baptist preacher and giant sort of, you know, crusades and the big stadiums and whatnot. And so there was actually a verifiable close relationship between Billy Graham and the CIA as one example, not saying he was a mind controlled operative, just saying that he was, you know, believing, and many people at the time believed that my uncle was a famous cold warrior.
