So, right out of the gate, I will say this. I thought that the story was so much better told.

But obviously, aesthetically, everything is much better.

So I do think that they did the worm. Way better. Yeah, it was great, right? Because it was very Jaws-like in terms of they don't show you that much. For the first good hour and a half, two hours of the movie, you probably only see it as a sarlacc pit. You only see it as an opening chasm in the sand. And I think that that choice is good because it retains your ability to imagine more. Whereas in the first one, I just remember seeing the worm the first time. I was like, that's early. And now I've seen the worm. I know what the worm is. I know what the worm looks like. And I think it took away some of the mystery which was retained in this one.
