I mentioned him being Speaker of the House, which I was the first guy in the country to ever bring that idea up that he'd be Speaker of the House. And a lot of people give me credit. All the media, every time they talk about it, they say Wayne Roode asked him about it, but they say Steve Bannon is the one who first brought it up. Not true. Steve Bannon brought it up in February of 2021. I wrote about it in my nationally syndicated column in January of 2021.

And so I asked Trump whether he would be willing to be Speaker of the House. I put my foot on his neck again and said, Will you be willing to be Speaker of the House? And he didn't say no, which is very interesting. He didn't say no. He said, Is it? I hope we don't need that. We shouldn't need that. But he wouldn't say that.

So this isn't going to happen. It's not plausible in any way.
