Well, Dr. Pachenix talked about this. It is a State Department operation since the end of World War II, where certain communiques we put out through a system that is then published via Operation Mockingbirds, what it's called, in every newspaper in the world that's affiliated with it and every broadcast system. That's why every TV station, every radio station, every network, every newspaper that is part of these affiliate systems since the 40s just takes what is given to them and put out.
