He doesn't want to fund people who are in the Peace Corps who have had abortions to then travel. No, specifically... Is he worried that menstruation brings bears? I don't understand what the point of this is. Specifically, the language of the bill is specifically so you can't have money if you're in the Peace Corps to travel to get an abortion.
