I've read this article, and I have to say that from the blurriness of the photo that's included, I don't even think it's a fair assessment to say that Austin is even one of the targets. There is a line on the map, supposedly a missile path, which appears to end in central Texas. But the problem is it's unclear if the path itself stops there or if that's just where the picture of the U.S. map is blocked by one of the North Korean soldiers' hats.
