Rights are earned through blood payment and struggle rather than being inherent.

Rights aren't just the term, a right you have. It's a right that people fought for, so there are rights of passage. There are rights of blood payment. That you've been living off of, that I've been living off of. All of this largesse was money in the bank. It was blood in the bank. It was blood, sweat, and tears. It was paid for.

Rights exist by virtue of being given by God and cannot be taken away.

Rights are not fought for. They exist by virtue of being given by God. The fights that have happened in history, they've happened against people who would seek to infringe those rights, but they can't do anything to actually take those rights away from you. Even in a tyranny or a dictatorship, you still have rights. And in fact, that's a large part of what makes authoritarianism so evil, is that these people are working to temporarily deprive you of that which God has bestowed upon you.
